ರಸ್ತೆ ಸಾರಿಗೆ ನಿಗಮಗಳ ಅಧಿನಿಯಮ 1950ರ (1950ರ ಕೇಂದ್ರ ಅಧಿನಿಯಮ 64) ಕಲಂ 5 ಉಪಕಲಂ (2)ರಲ್ಲಿ ಹಾಗೂ ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ ರಾಜ್ಯ ರಸ್ತೆ ಸಾರಿಗೆ ನಿಗಮದ ನಿಯಮಾವಳಿಗಳು 1961ರ ನಿಯಮ 3(3)ರಲ್ಲಿ ಪ್ರದತ್ತವಾದ ಅಧಿಕಾರವನ್ನು ಚಲಾಯಿಸಿ, ಶ್ರೀ ಐ.ಎಸ್.ಎನ್.ಪ್ರಸಾದ್, ಭಾ.ಆ.ಸೇ., ಮಾನ್ಯ ಮುಖ್ಯಮಂತ್ರಿಯವರ ಕಾರ್ಯದರ್ಶಿ ಇವರನ್ನು ಸರ್ಕಾರದ ಅಧಿಸೂಚನೆ ಸಂಖ್ಯೆ: ಸಾರಿಇ 74 ಸಾಸಂಸೇ 2009, ದಿನಾಂಕ:
03-12-2009ರಲ್ಲಿ ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ ರಾಜ್ಯ ರಸ್ತೆ ಸಾರಿಗೆ ಸಂಸ್ಥೆ, ಬೆಂಗಳೂರು, ನಿಗಮದ ಮಂಡಳಿ ನಿರ್ದೇಶಕರನ್ನಾಗಿ ನೇಮಕ ಮಾಡಲಾಗಿತ್ತು.
ಮುಂದುವರೆದು, ಸರ್ಕಾರದ ಅಧಿಸೂಚನೆ ಸಂಖ್ಯೆ: DPAR 674 SAS 2010, ದಿನಾಂಕ:30-12-2010ರಲ್ಲಿ ಶ್ರೀ ಐ.ಎಸ್.ಎನ್.
ಪ್ರಸಾದ್, ಭಾ.ಆ.ಸೇ., ಇವರಿಗೆ ಮಾನ್ಯ ಮುಖ್ಯಮಂತ್ರಿಯವರ ಪ್ರಧಾನ ಕಾರ್ಯದರ್ಶಿಯಾಗಿ ಬಡ್ತಿ ನೀಡಿ ಉನ್ನತೀಕರಿಸಿದ ಹುದ್ದೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ನೇಮಕ ಮಾಡಲಾಗಿದೆ.
ಆದುದರಿಂದ, ಶ್ರೀ ಐ.ಎಸ್.ಎನ್.ಪ್ರಸಾದ್, ಭಾ.ಆ.ಸೇ., ಮಾನ್ಯ ಮುಖ್ಯಮಂತ್ರಿಯವರ ಪ್ರಧಾನ ಕಾರ್ಯದರ್ಶಿ, ಇವರನ್ನು ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ ರಾಜ್ಯ ರಸ್ತೆ ಸಾರಿಗೆ ಸಂಸ್ಥೆ, ಬೆಂಗಳೂರು, ನಿಗಮದ ಮಂಡಳಿ ನಿರ್ದೇಶಕರನ್ನಾಗಿ ತಕ್ಷಣದಿಂದ ಜಾರಿಗೆ ಬರುವಂತೆ ಹಾಗೂ ಮುಂದಿನ ಆದೇಶದವರೆಗೆ ನೇಮಿಸಲಾಗಿದೆ.

ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ ಸಹಕಾರ ಸಂಘಗಳ ಅಧಿನಿಯಮ 1959 (1959ರ ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ ಅಧಿನಿಯಮ ಸಂಖ್ಯೆ 11)ರ ಪ್ರಕರಣ 29ರ ಉಪ ಪ್ರಕರಣ(1)ರ ಮೇರೆಗೆ ದತ್ತವಾದ ಅಧಿಕಾರವನ್ನು ಚಲಾಯಿಸಿ, ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ ಸರ್ಕಾರವು ಶ್ರೀ ದೊಡ್ಡಬಸಪ್ಪ ಬಳ್ಳಾರಿ, ಕೊಪ್ಪಳ ಜಿಲ್ಲೆ ಇವರನ್ನು ಗಂಗಾವತಿ ತಾಲ್ಲೂಕಿನ ಪ್ರಾಥಮಿಕ ಸಹಕಾರ ಕೃಷಿ ಮತ್ತು ಗ್ರಾಮೀಣಾಭಿವೃದ್ಧಿ ಬ್ಯಾಂಕ್ ನಿ., ಗಂಗಾವತಿ, ಕೊಪ್ಪಳ ಜಿಲ್ಲೆ ಇದರ ಆಡಳಿತ ಮಂಡಳಿಗೆ ಸದಸ್ಯರನ್ನಾಗಿ ಈ ಕೂಡಲೇ ಜಾರಿಗೆ ಬರುವಂತೆ ಮತ್ತು ಮುಂದಿನ ಆದೇಶದವರೆವಿಗೂ ನಾಮನಿರ್ದೇಶನ ಮಾಡುತ್ತದೆ.
