ಇವರಿಂದ ಸರ್ಕಾರಕ್ಕೆ ಬರಬೇಕಾದ ಯಾವುದೇ ಬಾಕಿಗಳಿದ್ದಲ್ಲಿ, ಅದನ್ನು ಇವರ ನಿವೃತ್ತಿ ಸೌಲಭ್ಯಗಳಿಂದ ಕಡಿತಗೊಳಿಸತಕ್ಕದ್ದು.

ಸರ್ಕಾರದಿಂದ ಪ್ರಧಾನ ಮುಖ್ಯ ಅರಣ್ಯ ಸಂರಕ್ಷಣಾಧಿಕಾರಿಯವರಿಂದ ಮುಂದಿನ ಸ್ಪಷ್ಟ ಆದೇಶ ಬರುವವರೆಗೆ ಅವರುಗಳ ತಾತ್ಕಾಲಿಕ ಪಿಂಚಣಿಯನ್ನು (Provisional Pension) ಮಾತ್ರ ಬಿಡುಗಡೆಗೊಳಿಸಲು ಮಹಾಲೇಖಪಾಲರು ಕ್ರಮ ಕೈಗೊಳ್ಳತಕ್ಕದ್ದು.

ವಾಣಿಜ್ಯ ತೆರಿಗೆ ಇಲಾಖೆಯ ವಾಣಿಜ್ಯ ತೆರಿಗೆ ಅಧಿಕಾರಿಗಳನ್ನು ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ ನಾಗರೀಕ ಸೇವಾ ನಿಯಮಾವಳಿಗಳ ನಿಯಮ 32 ರಡಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಸ್ವತಂತ್ರ ಪ್ರಭಾರದ ಮೇಲೆ ಕಾರ್ಯನಿರ್ವಹಿಸಲು ನೇಮಿಸಿದ ದಿನಾಂಕ:13-04-2011ರ ಅಧಿಸೂಚನೆ ಸಂಖ್ಯೆ ಆಇ 283 ವಾತೆಸಿ 2010ರ ಕ್ರಮ ಸಂಖ್ಯೆ: 4ರಲ್ಲಿ ಶ್ರೀ ವಿ.ಆರ್.ಸಾಲಿ ಇವರನ್ನು ವಾಣಿಜ್ಯ ತೆರಿಗೆ ಸಹಾಯಕ ಆಯುಕ್ತರಾಗಿ (ಲೆಕ್ಕಪರಿಶೋಧನೆ), ಧಾರವಾಡ, (Deemed suspension) ನಲ್ಲಿರುವ ಶ್ರೀ ಆರ್.ಬಿ.ಪಾಟೀಲ್ ರವರ ಜಾಗಕ್ಕೆ ನೇಮಿಸಿರುವುದರಿಂದ ಅಧಿಸೂಚನೆಯ ಅಂತಿಮ ಭಾಗದಲ್ಲಿ ಈ ಮುಂದಿನಂತೆ ಸೇರಿಸಿ ಓದಿಕೊಳ್ಳತಕ್ಕದ್ದು.
