ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ ಲೋಕಸೇವಾ ಆಯೋಗವು ಇ(2)870/2010-11/ಪಿಎಸ್‌ಸಿ, ದಿನಾಂಕ:18-03-2011ರ ಅಧಿಸೂಚನೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ ರಾಜ್ಯದ ವಿವಿಧ ಗ್ರಾಮ ಪಂಚಾಯಿತಿಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಪಂಚಾಯಿತಿ ಅಭಿವೃದ್ಧಿ ಅಧಿಕಾರಿಗಳ 1353 ಹುದ್ದೆಗಳ ನೇಮಕಾತಿ ಸಂಬಂಧ, ಅರ್ಹ ಅಭ್ಯರ್ಥಿಗಳಿಂದ ಅರ್ಜಿಗಳನ್ನು On-line ಮೂಲಕ ಸಲ್ಲಿಸಲು ಅಧಿಸೂಚಿಸಿದ್ದು, ಅರ್ಜಿ ಸಲ್ಲಿಸಲು 19-04-2011 ಮತ್ತು ಪರೀಕ್ಷಾ ಶುಲ್ಕವನ್ನು ಪಾವತಿಸಲು 20-04-2011ಅನ್ನು ಕೊನೆಯ ದಿನಾಂಕವೆಂದು ನಿಗದಿಪಡಿಸಲಾಗಿತ್ತು. ತದನಂತರ ಅರ್ಜಿ ಸ್ವೀಕರಿಸುವ ದಿನಾಂಕವನ್ನು 04-05-2011ರವರೆಗೂ ವಿಸ್ತರಿಸಲಾಗಿದೆ.

ಈ ಮೇಲ್ಕಂಡ ಅಧಿಸೂಚನೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಸರ್ಕಾರದ ಆದೇಶಗಳನ್ವಯ ಅಂಗವಿಕಲ ಅಭ್ಯರ್ಥಿಗಳಿಗೆ ಹುದ್ದೆಗಳನ್ನು ಮೀಸಲಿಟ್ಟಿರುವುದಿಲ್ಲ. ಆದರೆ ಸರ್ಕಾರದ ಗ್ರಾಮೀಣ ಅಭಿವೃದ್ಧಿ ಮತ್ತು ಪಂಚಾಯತ್ ರಾಜ್ ಇಲಾಖೆಯು ಅಂಗವಿಕಲ ಅಭ್ಯರ್ಥಿಗಳಿಗೂ ಕೂಡ ಶೇಕಡಾ 5ರಷ್ಟು ಮೀಸಲಾತಿ ನೀಡಲು ನಿರ್ಧರಿಸಿ ಪರಿಷ್ಕøತ ಹುದ್ದೆಗಳ ವರ್ಗೀಕರಣವನ್ನು ಆಯೋಗಕ್ಕೆ ಕಳುಹಿಸಿರುವುದರಿಂದ, ಅಂಗವಿಕಲ ಅಭ್ಯರ್ಥಿಗಳು ಈ ಹುದ್ದೆಗಳಿಗೆ ಅರ್ಜಿ ಸಲ್ಲಿಸಲು ಅನುವಾಗುವಂತೆ ಅರ್ಹ ಅಭ್ಯರ್ಥಿಗಳಿಂದ On-line ಮೂಲಕ ಅರ್ಜಿಗಳನ್ನು ಆಹ್ವಾನಿಸಲಾಗಿದೆ. ಅಂಗವಿಕಲ ಅಭ್ಯರ್ಥಿಗಳಿಗೆ ನಿಗದಿಪಡಿಸಿದ ಹುದ್ದೆಗಳನ್ನು ಪರಿಷ್ಕøತ ವರ್ಗೀಕರಣದಲ್ಲಿ ನಮೂದಿಸಲಾಗಿದ್ದು, ಪರಿಷ್ಕøತ ವರ್ಗೀಕರಣವನ್ನು ಈ ಅಧಿಸೂಚನೆಯೊಂದಿಗೆ ಪ್ರಕಟಿಸಿದೆ. ಆದ್ದರಿಂದ ರದ್ದುಪಡಿಸಲಾಗಿದೆ. ಹಾಗೂ ಸರ್ಕಾರದ ಅಧಿಸೂಚನೆಯಂತೆ Blind and low vision, Leprosy cured, Hearing impairment, Locomotor disability, Mental retardation & Mental illness ನ್ಯೂನ್ಯತೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಕನಿಷ್ಠ 40ಕ್ಕೆ ಕಡಿಮೆ ಇಲ್ಲದಂತಹ ಅಭ್ಯರ್ಥಿಗಳು ಅಂಗವಿಕಲ ಮೀಸಲಾತಿಯಡಿಭಾಗ - ೫ ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ ರಾಜ್ಯಪತ್ರ, ಗುರುವಾರ, ಮೇ ೧೨, ೨೦೧೧ ೯೩೧ ನಿಗದಿಪಡಿಸಿದ ಕೊನೆಯ ದಿನಾಂಕದೊಳಗೆ ಪಡೆದಿಟ್ಟುಕೊಂಡಿರತಕ್ಕದ್ದು, ಇತರೆ ಯಾವುದೇ ನಮೂನೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಅಂಗವಿಕಲತೆಯ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ಪಡೆಯಲಾಗಿರುವ ಪ್ರಮಾಣ ಪತ್ರವನ್ನು ಪರಿಗಣಿಸಲಾಗುವುದಿಲ್ಲ. ಈ ಪ್ರಮಾಣ ಪತ್ರದ ನಮೂನೆಯನ್ನು ಅಧಿಸೂಚನೆಯ ಕೊನೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ನೀಡಲಾಗಿರುತ್ತದೆ. ಆಯ್ಕೆಗೆ ಅರ್ಹರಾಗುವ ಅಭ್ಯರ್ಥಿಗಳು ಮೂಲ ದಾಖಲೆಗಳ ಪರಿಶೀಲನೆ ವೇಳೆಗೆ ಅರ್ಜಿ ಸ್ವೀಕರಿಸಲು ನಿಗದಿಪಡಿಸಿರುವ ದಿನಾಂಕ:10-05-2011ರ ಒಳಗೆ ವೈದ್ಯರಿಂದ ಪಡೆದಿಟ್ಟುಕೊಂಡಂತಹ ಪ್ರಮಾಣ ಪತ್ರವನ್ನು ಹಾಜರುಪಡಿಸತಕ್ಕದ್ದು. ಅಧಿಸೂಚನೆ ಸಂಖ್ಯೆ:ಇ(2)870/2010-11/ಪಿಎಸ್‌ಸಿ, ದಿನಾಂಕ:18-03-2011ರಲ್ಲಿ ಈ ಹುದ್ದೆಗಳಿಗೆ ನಿಗದಿಪಡಿಸಿರುವ ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಹತೆ, ವೇತನ ಶ್ರೇಣಿ ಇತ್ಯಾದಿಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಯಾವುದೇ ವ್ಯತ್ಯಯವಿಲ್ಲದಿದ್ದು, ಯಥಾವತ್ತಾಗಿ ಇತರೆ ಎಲ್ಲಾ ಷರತ್ತುಗಳು ಈ ಅಧಿಸೂಚನೆಗೆ ಅನ್ವಯವಾಗುತ್ತವೆ. ಹಾಗೂ ಹೆಚ್ಚಿನ ಮಾಹಿತಿಗಾಗಿ ದಿನಾಂಕ;31-03-2011ರ ರಾಜ್ಯ ಪತ್ರದಲ್ಲಿ ಪ್ರಕಟಿಸಿರುವ ಅಧಿಸೂಚನೆಯನ್ನು ಹಾಗೂ ಆಯೋಗದ ವೆಬ್‌ಸೈಟ್ (http://kpsc.kar.nic.in) ನ್ನು ಗಮನಿಸಬಹುದಾಗಿದೆ.

1) ಟೆಂಡರನ್ನು ದಿನಾಂಕ:06.06.2011ರ ಮಧ್ಯಾಹ್ನ 3.00 ಗಂಟೆಯವರೆಗೆ ಸ್ವೀಕರಿಸಲಾಗುವುದು. 2) ಟೆಂಡರನ್ನು ದಿನಾಂಕ:07.06.2011ರ ಮಧ್ಯಾಹ್ನ 3.00 ಗಂಟೆಗೆ ಸರ್ಕಾರದ ಉಪ ಕಾರ್ಯದರ್ಶಿ, ಸಿಆಸುಇ (ಕಾರ್ಯಕಾರಿ), ಇವರ ಕಛೇರಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ತೆರೆಯಲಾಗುವುದು. ಸದರಿ ದಿನವು ಸಾರ್ವತ್ರಿಕ ರಜಾ ದಿನವಾದಲ್ಲಿ, ಟೆಂಡರನ್ನು ನಂತರದ ಕಛೇರಿ ದಿನದಂದು ಅದೇ ವೇಳೆ ಮತ್ತು ಸ್ಥಳದಲ್ಲಿ ತೆರೆಯಲಾಗುವುದು.

3) ಟೆಂಡರ್ ಅರ್ಜಿಯೊಂದಿಗೆ ಇ.ಎಂ.ಡಿ. (ಭದ್ರತಾ ಠೇವಣಿ) ಮೊತ್ತ ರೂ.25,000/- (ರೂಪಾಯಿ ಇಪ್ಪತ್ತೈದು ಸಾವಿರಗಳು ಮಾತ್ರ) ಕ್ಕೆ ಬ್ಯಾಂಕ್ ಡಿಮ್ಯಾಂಡ್ ಡ್ರಾಫ್ಟ್‌ನ್ನು ಸರ್ಕಾರದ ಅಧೀನ ಕಾರ್ಯದರ್ಶಿ, ಸಿಆಸುಇ (ಲೆಕ್ಕಪತ್ರ) ಇವರ ಹೆಸರಿನಲ್ಲಿ ಪಡೆದು ಮೊಹರು ಮಾಡಿದ ಲಕೋಟೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ``ಸರ್ಕಾರದ ಅಧೀನ ಕಾರ್ಯದರ್ಶಿ, ಸಿಆಸು ಇಲಾಖೆ (ಕಾರ್ಯಕಾರಿ), ಕೊಠಡಿ ಸಂಖ್ಯೆ: 23, ನೆಲಮಹಡಿ, ವಿಧಾನಸೌಧ, ಬೆಂಗಳೂರು'' ಇವರ ವಿಳಾಸಕ್ಕೆ ತಲುಪಿಸುವುದು. ಡಿಮ್ಯಾಂಡ್ ಡ್ರಾಫ್ಟ್ ಲಗತ್ತಿಸಿರದ ಟೆಂಡರನ್ನು ತಿರಸ್ಕರಿಸಲಾಗುವುದು.

4) ಯಾವುದೇ ಟೆಂಡರ್‌ನ್ನು ಅಂಗೀಕರಿಸುವ ಅಥವಾ ಎಲ್ಲಾ ಟೆಂಡರ್‌ಗಳನ್ನು ಕಾರಣ ನೀಡದೇ ತಿರಸ್ಕರಿಸುವ ಸಂಪೂರ್ಣ ಅಧಿಕಾರವನ್ನು ಸರ್ಕಾರ ಕಾಯ್ದಿರಿಸಿದೆ.

5) ಯಶಸ್ವಿ ಗುತ್ತಿಗೆದಾರರು ಗುತ್ತಿಗೆ ಕರಾರಿನ ಹಣದ ಮೊತ್ತವನ್ನು ಒಂದೇ ಕಂತಿನಲ್ಲಿ ಮುಂಗಡವಾಗಿ ಪ್ರತಿ ತಿಂಗಳು 05ನೇ ತಾರೀಖಿನೊಳಗೆ ಆಯವ್ಯಯ ಲೆಕ್ಕ ಶೀರ್ಷಿಕೆ ``0070- ಇತರ ಆಡಳಿತಾತ್ಮಕ ಸೇವೆಗಳು-ಸಿ-60-ಇತರ ಸೇವೆಗಳು-800-ಇತರ ಸ್ವೀಕೃತಿಗಳು-03-ಸಾಮಾನ್ಯ ಆಡಳಿತ ಸ್ವೀಕೃತಿಗಳು'' ಇದರಡಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಪಾವತಿಸಿ ಮೂಲ ಚಲನ್‌ನ್ನು ಪ್ರತಿ ತಿಂಗಳು 05ನೇ ತಾರೀಖಿನೊಳಗೆ ``ಸರ್ಕಾರದ ಅಧೀನ ಕಾರ್ಯದರ್ಶಿ, ಸಿಆಸು ಇಲಾಖೆ (ಕಾರ್ಯಕಾರಿ)'' ಅವರಿಗೆ ಸಲ್ಲಿಸತಕ್ಕದ್ದು. ಉದಾಹರಣೆಗೆ ಮೇ-2011ರ ಗುತ್ತಿಗೆ ಹಣವನ್ನು 05.05.2011ರೊಳಗೆ ಪಾವತಿ ಮಾಡತಕ್ಕದ್ದು.

6) ಯಶಸ್ವಿ ಟೆಂಡರ್‌ದಾರರು ಟೆಂಡರ್‌ನೊಂದಿಗೆ ಸಲ್ಲಿಸಿದ ಇ.ಎಂ.ಡಿ. ಮೊತ್ತ ರೂ.25,000/- (ರೂಪಾಯಿ ಇಪ್ಪತ್ತೈದು ಸಾವಿರ ಮಾತ್ರ) ಗಳನ್ನು ಭದ್ರತಾ ಠೇವಣಿಯನ್ನಾಗಿ ಇಟ್ಟುಕೊಳ್ಳಲಾಗುವುದು. ಈ ಹಣಕ್ಕೆ ಬಡ್ಡಿ ಕೊಡಲಾಗುವುದಿಲ್ಲ. ಗುತ್ತಿಗೆ ಅವಧಿ ಮುಕ್ತಾಯವಾದ ನಂತರ ಗುತ್ತಿಗೆದಾರರ ಮೇಲೆ ಯಾವುದೇ ಕ್ಲೈಮು ಇಲ್ಲದಿದ್ದಲ್ಲಿ ಈ ಹಣವನ್ನು ಮರುಪಾವತಿ ಮಾಡಲಾಗುವುದು.

7) ಅಯಶಸ್ವಿ ಟೆಂಡರ್‌ದಾರರು ಇ.ಎಂ.ಡಿ. ಸಂಬಂಧ ಸಲ್ಲಿಸಿದ ಬ್ಯಾಂಕ್ ಡ್ರಾಫ್ಟ್‌ನ್ನು ಲಿಖಿತ ಕೋರಿಕೆ ಸಲ್ಲಿಸಿದ ನಂತರ ಹಿಂದಿರುಗಿಸಲಾಗುವುದು.

8) ಪ್ರತಿನಿತ್ಯ ಕಛೇರಿ ವೇಳೆ ಪ್ರಾರಂಭವಾಗುವುದಕ್ಕೆ ಮುಂಚಿತವಾಗಿ ಗುಡಿಸಿದ ಚೂರು ಕಾಗದಗಳನ್ನು ಸಚಿವಾಲಯದ ಸಿಬ್ಬಂದಿಯವರು ಕಛೇರಿ ಆವರಣದಿಂದ ಹೊರಗಡೆ ಹಾಕಿದ ನಂತರ ಪ್ರತಿ ದಿನವೂ ತಪ್ಪದೆ ತೆಗೆದುಕೊಂಡು ಹೋಗತಕ್ಕದ್ದು, ಯಾವುದೇ ಕಾರಣದಿಂದಲೂ ಕಛೇರಿಯ ಆವರಣದ ಒಳಗೆ ಪ್ರವೇಶಿಸಿ ತೆಗೆದುಕೊಂಡು ಹೋಗಕೂಡದು. ಈ ಗುಡಿಸಿದ ಚೂರು ಕಾಗದಗಳ ವಿಲೇವಾರಿಯು ಕಛೇರಿಯ ಕೆಲಸದ ದಿನಗಳಿಗೆ ಮಾತ್ರ ಸೀಮಿತವಾಗಿರುತ್ತದೆ.

9) ಪ್ರತಿ ತಿಂಗಳು ಗುತ್ತಿಗೆ ಹಣ ಪಾವತಿ ಮಾಡಲು ಅಥವಾ ಚೂರು ಕಾಗದವನ್ನು ಪ್ರತಿದಿನ ವಿಲೇವಾರಿ ಮಾಡಲು ತಪ್ಪಿದಲ್ಲಿ ಸೂಕ್ತ ಕ್ರಮ ತೆಗೆದುಕೊಳ್ಳುವ ಹಾಗೂ ದಂಡ ವಿಧಿಸುವ ಹಕ್ಕನ್ನು ಸರ್ಕಾರ ಕಾದಿರಿಸಿದೆ.

10) ಗುತ್ತಿಗೆದಾರರು ಸದರಿ ವಿಲೇವಾರಿ ಕರ್ತವ್ಯವನ್ನು ನಿರ್ವಹಿಸುವಲ್ಲಿ ಯಾವುದೇ ನ್ಯೂನ್ಯತೆ ಅಥವಾ ನಿಯಮಗಳನ್ನು ಉಲ್ಲಂಘಿಸಿದಲ್ಲಿ ಗುತ್ತಿಗೆಯನ್ನು ತಕ್ಷಣದಿಂದ ರದ್ದುಪಡಿಸಿ ಭದ್ರತಾ ಠೇವಣಿ ಹಣವನ್ನು ಮುಟ್ಟುಗೋಲು ಹಾಕಿಕೊಳ್ಳುವುದಲ್ಲದೆ ಕಾನೂನು ರೀತ್ಯಾ ಕ್ರಮ ತೆಗೆದುಕೊಳ್ಳಲಾಗುವುದು.

11) ಗುತ್ತಿಗೆ ವಹಿಸಿದ 15 ದಿನದ ಅವಧಿಯೊಳಗೆ ನಿಗದಿತ ಮೌಲ್ಯದ ಛಾಪಾ ಕಾಗದದಲ್ಲಿ ಕರಾರು ಪತ್ರವನ್ನು ಸಹಿ ಮಾಡಿ ಸರ್ಕಾರಕ್ಕೆ ಸಲ್ಲಿಸತಕ್ಕದ್ದು.

2.0 THE TENDERERS WHO FULFILL THE FOLLOWING CONDITIONS ONLY NEED TO APPLY:

a. The Tenderer should have satisfactorily executed at least one order for the services quoted for. The copies of the same to be enclosed with tender form for evidence.

b. The Tenderer on whom order/ orders were placed and subsequently cancelled by any Department of Government of Karnataka or Public Sector undertakings in the last 5 years due to un-satisfactory performance need not apply. Last five years previous experience certificate and satisfactory certificates obtained from Govt. Departments/ Enterprises/Public under takings should be enclosed with Tender Form.

c. The Tenderer should be a holder of valid labour license obtained from appropriate authorities. The copy of the same to be enclosed with tender form for evidence.

d. The Tenderer should produce service tax/professional tax, registration certificate and I.T return statement submitted in past 3 years, to be enclosed with tender form.

e. The Tenderer should produce TIN and TAN Numbers. Copy of the same should be enclosed.

3.0 GENERAL INSTRUCTIONS:

a. The Director, Department of Mines and Geology will receive the Tenders in respect of services to be provided.

b. All the Tenders shall be prepared and submitted in the two cover tender's system. First cover contain the technical information Schedule-A and second cover contain service charges quoted by the Tenderer Schedule-B. In accordance with these instructions.

c. Tenders will not be accepted after the time and date fixed.

e. The tenderer shall be deemed to have carefully examined the terms and conditions before tendering.

4.0 EARNEST MONEY DEPOSIT:

An earnest Money Deposit of Rs.10,000/- to be furnished in the form of D.D. in favour of The Director, Department of Mines and Geology, Bangalore-560001 and must be enclosed. CHEQUES ARE NOT ACCEPTABLE. The EMD DD of the unsuccessful Tenderers will be returned. Tender without EMD amount will not be considered and rejected outright.

5.0 GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

5.1 The tenderer should not collect any commission from the candidates and service charges and applicable taxes like service tax, income tax, ESI and PF will be payable by the Department as per the quoted in the financial bid (Commercial Bid)

5.2 The successful tenderer should execute bond on stamped paper of Rs.100/- and agreement shall come into force from the date of execution and the duration of this agreement shall be for one year unless otherwise indicated by the Director, Department of Mines and Geology, Bangalore -560001 for the extension or cancellation without assigning any reason whatsoever.

5.3 Successful tenderer should give a Security Deposit at the rate of 5% at total cost will have to be paid by the successful tenderer along with the agreement and will be returned after completion of work without any interest on the said amount and expiry of the agreement(in the form of DD) or Bank guaranty for Rs.1,00,000/-(Rs. One Lakh only) to The Director, Department of Mines & Geology, Bangalore -560009. In case any of the terms and conditions of the agreement are violated, the security deposit will be forfeited.

5.4 The Agency accepts the responsibility for all acts of commission or omission of its employees in relation to assets directly handed over and personally guarded by their staff. In cases of any pilferage of any property belonging to the Departments, the department shall immediately register complaints with investigation. It will be the responsibility of the Agency to pursue the matter with the police with the assistance of the concerned in the Department(s). Payment of damages, if any will only be made if the negligence of the personnel is conclusively proved.

5.5 The agency will be responsible for the discipline of their Staff deputed by them.

5.6 The employees engaged by the agency will be in the employment of the Agency only and not of the Department of Mines and Geology. The Agency will be responsible for payment of remuneration fixed by the Department of Mines and Geology by cheque only.

5.7 Only able persons, physically fit, well-trained disciplined and honest personnel will be appointed for duty. Persons so deployed shall not be below 21 years. They will perform their duties to the satisfaction of the Director, Department of Mines and Geology. A representative of the Agency will report at least once in a week for co-ordination with the departmental officer.

5.8 The Director of Mines and Geology, Bangalore is empowered to increase or decrease the No. of posts at any time.

5.9 Uniform, photo identity cards (2 sets of uniforms with photo identity cards) to be provided by the Tenderer.

5.10 The House keeping and maintenance work includes the men and materials and no extra charge will be given towards them.

5.11 After acceptance of the tenderer the tender will sign the necessary contract with the department. The work shall be started within two days after receiving the work order from Director of Mines and Geology.

5.12 The successful tenderer will have to entire into an agreement with the department after the receiving the work order.

5.13 Tender documents should be submitted along with the attested copies of certificate for having registered under PF Act and ESI Act, and labour license.

5.14 The Director, Department of Mines and Geology or his nominee, if found any of the personnel not performing his work as per the requirement, the Agency shall change such workers and replace by a new person.

5.15 All supporting certificates should be accompany the tender. The tenderer out side the Karnataka State are required to produce the up to date solvency certificate duly attested by a Gazetted Officer.

5.16 Applicable Taxes will be deducted as per rules in the bills at the time of payment.

5.18 Cleaning of the records, Alamirahs, Cushion Chairs, library books, Record Room, Electrical fittings like tube lights by vacuum cleaner only.

5.19 In case of death or accidents, personal accidents insurance scheme should be provided.

5.20 All safety measures to be followed, using safety belts, ladders, using of the gum shoes, should be provided to the cleaning staffs.

5.21 The agencies should provide a minimum 8-10 persons for everyday for 3rd, 4th & 5th floor and he /she has work from morning 8-00 AM to 5-30 PM has and when enterested to work he /she has to carried out and special occasion.

5.22 The agency shall ensure that none of their employees will be a member of any of the Employees Union(s) either of any of the Employees of the Department or the Central union of Government employees, or take any interest in their activities.

5.23 Mode of payment will be monthly and would be paid during succeeding month. Payments to the AGENCY will be through Account Payee cheques only. Payment of monthly remuneration to their staff must be made through cheque only. However it is the responsibility of the AGENCY to produce previous months ESI, PF, Professional Tax, Income Tax, and Service tax etc. Receipts along with the bill of consequent month.

The bills should be submitted to the office during the succeeding previous month on or before 5th of the every month.

Otherwise, if you produce the bills for payment more than one or two months, the reason should be given by the tenderer.

5.24 This agreement will be in force for a period of one year from the date of execution and can be terminated by one-month notice on either side. The Director, Department of Mines and Geology can cancel the agreement at any time without showing any reason.

5.25 After the expiry of the agreement period the agreement will be continued if the Director, Department of Mines and Geology desires.

5.26 Any dispute arising out of this agreement or that, which may arise in future, will be resolved by taking recourse to mutual settlement in the first instance, failing which the dispute will be subject to Bangalore Jurisdiction only. The Director, Department of Mines and Geology is entitled to withhold payments due to the AGENCY in case of dispute till it is resolved.

5.27 The AGENCY shall strictly comply with the terms and conditions of agreement. In case of violation of any of the terms and conditions in the agreement shall be liable for cancellation with one-month prior notice.

5.28 If the tender process fails due to any reasons, the amount paid Rs.1000/- in the form DD / Cash towards cost of application will not returned.

5.29 No interest will be paid on security deposit.

5.30 Department Reserves the right to accept/reject any application or cancel the Tender process without assigning any reason whatsoever.

5.31 Late submission of the tender will be rejected.
