7. AGE LIMIT

(i) The applicants must have attained the age of 18 years as on the last date for submission of application and must not have attained the age of

a. 35 years in case of candidates belonging to GM category

b. 40 years in case of candidates belonging SC / ST and Category –I

c. 38 years in case of candidates belonging to all other categories of Backward classes.

(ii) Age relaxation will be given to the applicants who are in State / Central Govt. Service /P.H/ Widow as per the KCS (Central Recruitment), Rules 1977

(iii) FOR EX.MILITARY PERSONS

As per the G.O.No.DPAR/163/REC/2006, dated 26.6.2007 age relaxation for the candidates under Ex-military person category will be by three years plus the number of years of service rendered by him in the armed forces of the union.

8. APPLICATION FEE:-

The prescribed fee for the post of TYPIST is Rs.100/- for all the candidates. For SC/ST and Category-I candidates is Rs.25/- payable through Indian Postal Orders only drawn in favour of the Registrar, Court of Small Causes, Bangalore which should be enclosed along with the application.

9. METHOD OF RECRUITMENT

Selection of candidates will be in accordance with the Provisions contemplated in

b. The Karnataka subordinate Courts(Ministerial and other posts) Recruitment Rules 1982

c. The Karnataka subordinate Courts(Ministerial and other posts) Recruitment Rules (Amendment) Rules, 2007 d. The candidates are required to attend skill test and Interview. The marks obtained in the qualifying examination, skill test and Interview will be considered for selection.

10 Applicant if selected shall be on Probation for two years from the date of Joining for duty.

11 No person shall be eligible for appointment, if he/she is disqualified under the Karnataka Civil Services (General Recruitment) Rule,1977 or any other Rules applicable.

12 .If the applicant is already in Government Service, he/she has to submit his /her application through proper channel along with no objection certificate issued by the Appointing Authority concerned.

13. The person who attempts to obtain extraneous support for his /her candidature from any quarter shall not be eligible for appointment.

14. No applicant shall be appointed unless he /she satisfies the appointing authority that he /she is physically fit to discharge the duties that he /she may be called upon to perform.

15. Candidates at the time of applying for the post should enclose the SELF ATTESTED copies of the following documents along with their applications completed in all respects failing which their application will be rejected without intimation.

a. Proof of age (Date of Birth) ( SSLC Marks card, Transfer Certificate or Cumulative record)

b. Certificates regarding qualification prescribed for the post.

c. Any authentic document of Address proof

d. One character certificate issued by the Educational Institute, last attended

e. Two character certificates issued by the two respectable persons of their locality not related to them.

f. The service Certificate and No Objection Certificate issued by the Appointing Authority under whom working at present. (In case of inservice candidates)

g. Relevant Caste/Category certificates in the prescribed form issued by the competent authority in case of candidates claiming reservation.

16. GENERAL :

a. The Prescribed application forms are available in the Office of the Registrar, Court of Small Causes, Bangalore between 11.00 a.m. and 4.00 p.m. on all working days on payment of Rs.10/-. Applications not submitted in prescribed forms will not be considered.

b. Candidates applying for both the posts of Typist and Typist-copyist shall apply separately as per notification concerned.

c. For the applicants who want to apply and residing outside Bangalore can obtain the application through post by sending a postal order for Rs.10/- and a self-addressed envelop affixing a postal stamp of Rs.5/-.

d. The applications shall be submitted by the candidates, by filling in all the required particulars in their own handwriting.

e. Candidates should submit a self addressed envelop (cover) duly stamped i.e., by affixing postal stamp of Rs.5/- thereon along with his/her application, for intimating the skill test date and time.

f. Last date for submission of applications in prescribed form completed in all respects, along with the necessary testimonials either by post or in person is before 5.30 p.m. on 08.06.2011.

g. "Applications not completely filled/unsigned/not accompanying required testimonials/received after due date will not

be considered"

h. The time limit, for submission of applications to all the applicants including those in-service is one and the same.

i. Candidate should submit only one application. If more than one application is submitted only one application completed in all respects, if any, will be considered.

j. One recent passport size photograph of the candidate should be affixed on the application with signature across the same.

k. Those candidates called for skill test or interview will have to appear before the appointing authority in the premises of the office at their own cost. ಆ ಪ್ರಕಾರ ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ ನಾಗರೀಕ ಸೇವಾ (Revenue Subordinate Branch) (Cadre and Recruitment) (Amendment) ನಿಯಮಗಳು, 2009ರಲ್ಲಿ ನಿಗದಿಪಡಿಸಿರುವ ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಹತೆ ಅನ್ವಯ ಮಂಡ್ಯ ಜಿಲ್ಲಾ ಕಂದಾಯ ಘಟಕದಲ್ಲಿ ಖಾಲಿ ಇರುವ 59 ಗ್ರಾಮ ಲೆಕ್ಕಿಗರ ಹುದ್ದೆಗಳನ್ನು ಭರ್ತಿಗೊಳಿಸಲು ಉಲ್ಲೇಖ (3)ರ ಅಧಿಸೂಚನೆಯ ಮೂಲಕ, ಅರ್ಹ ಅಭ್ಯರ್ಥಿಗಳಿಂದ ಅರ್ಜಿಗಳನ್ನು ಆಹ್ವಾನಿಸಿ, ಸ್ವೀಕೃತಿಯಾದ ಅರ್ಜಿಗಳನ್ನು ಅರ್ಹತೆ ಮತ್ತು ಮೀಸಲಾತಿ ಅನ್ವಯ ವಿಂಗಡಿಸಿ ಅರ್ಹ ಅಭ್ಯರ್ಥಿಗಳ ತಾತ್ಕಾಲಿಕ ಪರಿಶೀಲನಾ ಪಟ್ಟಿಯನ್ನು ದಿನಾಂಕ:30.11.2010 ರಂದು ಪ್ರಕಟಿಸಲಾಯಿತು.

ಹಾಗೂ ಈ ಪಟ್ಟಿಯ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ಆಕ್ಷೇಪಣೆ/ ತಕರಾರು ಅರ್ಜಿಗಳನ್ನು ಸಲ್ಲಿಸಲು ದಿನಾಂಕ:14.12.2009ರವರೆಗೆ ಕಾಲಾವಕಾಶವನ್ನು ನೀಡಲಾಯಿತು.

ಪರಿಶೀಲನಾ ಪಟ್ಟಿಯಲ್ಲಿದ್ದ ಅಭ್ಯರ್ಥಿಗಳ ಮೂಲ ದಾಖಲೆಗಳನ್ನು ದಿನಾಂಕ:15.12.2009ರಂದು ಪರಿಶೀಲಿಸಿ, ಮಾನ್ಯ ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ ಆಡಳಿತಾತ್ಮಕ ನ್ಯಾಯಮಂಡಳಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ದಾಖಲಿಸಿರುವ ಅರ್ಜಿ ಸಂಖ್ಯೆ: 5887-5898/2009ರ ಅಂತಿಮ ತೀರ್ಮಾನಕ್ಕೊಳಪಡುವ ಷರತ್ತಿನ ಮೇರೆಗೆ ಅಂತಿಮ ಆಯ್ಕೆ ಪಟ್ಟಿಯನ್ನು ದಿನಾಂಕ:19.12.2009ರಂದು ಪ್ರಕಟಿಸಲಾಯಿತು.

ಉಲ್ಲೇಖ (6) ಮತ್ತು (7)ರ ರೀತ್ಯಾ, ಗ್ರಾಮ ಲೆಕ್ಕಿಗರ ಹುದ್ದೆಯ ಅಂತಿಮ ಆಯ್ಕೆ ಪಟ್ಟಿಯಲ್ಲಿನ ಅಭ್ಯರ್ಥಿಗಳನ್ನು ಸ್ಥಳ ನಿಯುಕ್ತಿಗಾಗಿ ಕೌನ್ಸಿಲಿಂಗ್ ಕರೆಯಲಾಗಿತ್ತು. ಸದರಿ ಕೌನ್ಸಿಲಿಂಗ್‌ಗೆ ಹಾಜರಾದ ಅಭ್ಯರ್ಥಿಗಳಿಗೆ ಉಲ್ಲೇಖ (8)ರ ಆದೇಶದ ರೀತ್ಯಾ, ಗ್ರಾಮ ಲೆಕ್ಕಿಗರ ಹುದ್ದೆಗೆ ನೇಮಕ ಮಾಡಿ ಸ್ಥಳ ನಿಯುಕ್ತಿಗೊಳಿಸಲಾಯಿತು. ಕೌನ್ಸಿಲಿಂಗ್‌ಗೆ ಹಾಜರಾಗದ ಅಭ್ಯರ್ಥಿಗಳಿಗೆ ಮತ್ತೊಂದು ಅವಕಾಶ ನೀಡಿ ಕರೆದಾಗ್ಯೂ ಕೌನ್ಸಿಲಿಂಗ್‌ಗೆ ಹಾಜರಾಗದ ಅಭ್ಯರ್ಥಿಗಳನ್ನು ನೇಮಕಾತಿಯಿಂದ ಕೈಬಿಡಲಾಗಿದೆ.

ಈ ರೀತಿ ನೇಮಕಾತಿಯಾಗದೆ ಉಳಿದ ಹುದ್ದೆಗಳನ್ನು ನಿಯಮಾನುಸಾರ ಗ್ರಾಮಲೆಕ್ಕಿಗರ ಹೆಚ್ಚುವರಿ ಆಯ್ಕೆ ಪಟ್ಟಿಯಲ್ಲಿನ ಅಭ್ಯರ್ಥಿಗಳಿಂದ ಭರ್ತಿ ಮಾಡಲು ಕ್ರಮವಹಿಸಲಾಗಿ, ಉಲ್ಲೇಖ (9) ಮತ್ತು (10) ರೀತ್ಯಾ, ಪೊಲೀಸ್ ಪರಿಶೀಲನಾ ವರದಿ ಮತ್ತು ಮೀಸಲಾತಿ ಸಿಂಧುತ್ವ ಪ್ರಮಾಣ ಪತ್ರ ಬಂದಿರುವ ಅಭ್ಯರ್ಥಿಯಾದ ಹೆಚ್.ಎಸ್. ಮನುಜ ಬಿನ್ ಸಿದ್ದಲಿಂಗಯ್ಯ, ಹೊಸಕೆರೆ ಗ್ರಾಮ, ಮದ್ದೂರು ತಾಲ್ಲೂಕು, ಮಂಡ್ಯ ಜಿಲ್ಲೆ ಇವರನ್ನು ಗ್ರಾಮ ಲೆಕ್ಕಿಗರ ಹುದ್ದೆಯ ರೂ.5800-100-6000-125-6500-150-7100-175-7800-200-8600-225-9500-250-10500 ವೇತನ ಶ್ರೇಣಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಮಂಡ್ಯ ಜಿಲ್ಲೆಯ ಮಳವಳ್ಳಿ ತಾಲ್ಲೂಕು ಕಛೇರಿ, ಭೂಮಿ ಕೇಂದ್ರಕ್ಕೆ ಈ ಕೆಳಕಂಡ ನಿಬಂಧನೆಗಳನುಸಾರವಾಗಿ ನೇಮಕಾತಿಗೊಳಿಸಿ ಆದೇಶ ಹೊರಡಿಸಿದೆ.

ಷರತ್ತುಗಳು

1) ಈ ನೇಮಕಾತಿಯು ಮಾನ್ಯ ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ ಆಡಳಿತ ನ್ಯಾಯಮಂಡಳಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ದಾಖಲಿಸಿರುವ ಅರ್ಜಿ ಸಂಖ್ಯೆ:5887-5898/2009 ಪ್ರಕರಣದ ಅಂತಿಮ ತೀರ್ಮಾನಕ್ಕೊಳಪಡುವ ಷರತ್ತಿಗೊಳಪಟ್ಟಿದೆ.

2) ಮೇಲ್ಕಂಡ ಅಭ್ಯರ್ಥಿಯು ಈ ಆದೇಶ ದಿನಾಂಕದಿಂದ 15 ದಿನಗಳೊಳಗಾಗಿ ಸಂಬಂಧಿಸಿದ ತಹಶೀಲ್ದಾರ್‌ರವರ ಸಮಕ್ಷಮದಲ್ಲಿ ಕರ್ತವ್ಯಕ್ಕೆ ಹಾಜರಾಗುವುದು. ಈ ನೇಮಕವನ್ನು ಒಂದು ವೇಳೆ ತಿರಸ್ಕರಿಸಿದಲ್ಲಿ 5 ದಿನಗಳೊಳಗಾಗಿ ಲಿಖಿತ ರೂಪದಲ್ಲಿ ತಿಳಿಸತಕ್ಕದ್ದು. 3) ಅಭ್ಯರ್ಥಿಯು ಕರ್ತವ್ಯಕ್ಕೆ ಹಾಜರಾಗುವ ವೇಳೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಈ ಕೆಳಕಂಡ ಮೂಲ ಪ್ರಮಾಣ ಪತ್ರಗಳನ್ನು ಪರಿಶೀಲನೆಗಾಗಿ ಹಾಜರು ಪಡಿಸಬೇಕು. (1) ಪಿ.ಯು.ಸಿ. ಅಂಕಪಟ್ಟಿ (2) ಎಸ್ಎಸ್ಎಲ್‌ಸಿ ಅಂಕಪಟ್ಟಿ/ ಹುಟ್ಟಿದ ದಿನಾಂಕದ ದೃಡೀಕರಣ (3) ನಡತೆ ಪ್ರಮಾಣ ಪತ್ರ (4) ವೈದ್ಯಕೀಯ ಪ್ರಮಾಣ ಪತ್ರ (5) ಸಕ್ಷಮ ಪ್ರಾಧಿಕಾರದಿಂದ ನೀಡಲ್ಪಟ್ಟ ಮೀಸಲಾತಿ ಪ್ರಮಾಣ ಪತ್ರ.

4) ಅಭ್ಯರ್ಥಿಯು ತನ್ನ ವಾಸಸ್ಥಳ ಕ್ಷೇತ್ರಕ್ಕೆ ಸಂಬಂಧಿಸಿದ ಕನಿಷ್ಠ ಇಬ್ಬರು ಗಣ್ಯ ವ್ಯಕ್ತಿಗಳಿಂದ ಪಡೆದ ನಡತೆ ಪ್ರಮಾಣ ಪತ್ರಗಳ ಮೂಲ ಪ್ರತಿಗಳನ್ನು ಕರ್ತವ್ಯಕ್ಕೆ ಹಾಜರಾಗುವ ವೇಳೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಹಾಜರು ಪಡಿಸತಕ್ಕದ್ದು.

5) ಅಭ್ಯರ್ಥಿಯು ಕೆಲಸಕ್ಕೆ ಹಾಜರಾದ ದಿನಾಂಕದಿಂದ 2 ವರ್ಷಗಳ ಅವಧಿಗೆ ಪರಿವೀಕ್ಷಣಾ ಅವಧಿಯಲ್ಲಿದ್ದು (ಪ್ರೊಬೇಷನರಿ) ಅವರು ಈ ಅವಧಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಕೆಳಗೆ ನಮೂದಿಸಿರುವ ಇಲಾಖಾ ಪರೀಕ್ಷೆಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ತೇರ್ಗಡೆಯಾಗತಕ್ಕದ್ದು (1) ಅಕೌಂಟ್ಸ್ ಲೋಯರ್ (2) ರೆವಿನ್ಯೂ ಲೋಯರ್ (3) ಕನ್ನಡ ಭಾಷಾ ಪರೀಕ್ಷೆ (ಎಸ್ಎಸ್ಎಲ್‌ಸಿ ಯಲ್ಲಿ ಕನ್ನಡ ಭಾಷೆಯನ್ನು ಪ್ರಥಮ ಅಥವಾ ದ್ವಿತೀಯ ಭಾಷೆಯಾಗಿ ತೆಗೆದುಕೊಳ್ಳದಿದ್ದಲ್ಲಿ ಕನ್ನಡ ಭಾಷಾ ಪರೀಕ್ಷೆಯನ್ನು ಪಾಸು ಮಾಡತಕ್ಕದ್ದು) ಈ ಅವಧಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ನಿಗದಿತ ಇಲಾಖಾ ಪರೀಕ್ಷೆಗಳನ್ನು ತೇರ್ಗಡೆಯಾಗದಿದ್ದಲ್ಲಿ ಅಥವಾ ಕೆಲಸ ಕಾರ್ಯಗಳ ತೃಪ್ತಿಕರವಾಗಿರದಿದ್ದಲ್ಲಿ ಅವರನ್ನು ಸೇವೆಯಿಂದ ತೆಗೆದು ಹಾಕಲಾಗುವುದು. 6) ಈ ನೇಮಕಾತಿಯು ಸಂಪೂರ್ಣ ತಾತ್ಕಾಲಿಕವಾಗಿದ್ದು, ಸರ್ಕಾರವು ಇಚ್ಛಿಸಿದಲ್ಲಿ ಅಥವಾ ಹುದ್ದೆಗಳು ರದ್ಧಾದಲ್ಲಿ ಅಥವಾ ಸುಳ್ಳು ಮಾಹಿತಿ ನೀಡಿ ಉದ್ಯೋಗ ಪಡೆದಿರುವುದು ಕಂಡುಬಂದಲ್ಲಿ ಅವರನ್ನು ಯಾವುದೇ ಸಮಯದಲ್ಲಿ ಯಾವುದೇ ಮುನ್ಸೂಚನೆ ಇಲ್ಲದೇ ಸೇವೆಯಿಂದ ತೆಗೆದು ಹಾಕಲಾಗುವುದು.

7) ಅಭ್ಯರ್ಥಿಯು ಸೇವೆಗೆ ಹಾಜರಾಗುವ ಸಂದರ್ಭದಲ್ಲಿ ಭಾರತದ ಸಂವಿಧಾನಾತ್ಮಕವಾಗಿ ಗೊತ್ತುಪಡಿಸಿದ ನಮೂನೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ``ವಚನ'' ಸ್ವೀಕಾರ ಮಾಡತಕ್ಕದ್ದು.

8) ಅಭ್ಯರ್ಥಿಗಳು ಸರ್ಕಾರದ ಆದೇಶ ಸಂಖ್ಯೆ: ಎಫ್‌ಡಿ (ಎನ್‌ಪಿಎಲ್) 04 ಪಿಇಟಿ 2005 ದಿನಾಂಕ:31.03.2006ರಲ್ಲಿ ಜಾರಿಗೆ ನೀಡಿದ ಹೊಸ ನಿವೃತ್ತಿ ವೇತನ ನೀತಿಗೆ ಒಳಪಟ್ಟಿರುತ್ತಾರೆ.

9) ಸರ್ಕಾರದ ಸುತ್ತೋಲೆ ಸಂಖ್ಯೆ: ಕಂ.ಇ. 54 ಬಿಎಸ್‌ಸಿ 2007 ದಿನಾಂಕ:27.03.2007 ರನ್ವಯ ಅಂತರ ಜಿಲ್ಲಾ ವರ್ಗಾವಣೆಗೆ ದಾವಣಗೆರೆ ಜಿಲ್ಲೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಕನಿಷ್ಠ 5 ವರ್ಷಗಳ ಸೇವೆಯನ್ನು ಕಡ್ಡಾಯವಾಗಿ ಪೂರೈಸತಕ್ಕದ್ದು.

10) ಅಭ್ಯರ್ಥಿಯು ಉದ್ಯೋಗ ವಿನಿಮಯ ಕೇಂದ್ರದಲ್ಲಿ ನೊಂದಾಯಿಸಿದ ಗುರುತಿನ ಚೀಟಿಯನ್ನು ತಹಶೀಲ್ದಾರ್‌ರಲ್ಲಿ ಹಾಜರುಪಡಿಸತಕ್ಕದ್ದು.

ತಹಶೀಲ್ದಾರ್‌ರು ಅದನ್ನು ಉದ್ಯೋಗ ವಿನಿಮಯ ಕೇಂದ್ರಕ್ಕೆ ಸರೆಂಡರ್ ಮಾಡುವುದು.

11) ಅಭ್ಯರ್ಥಿಯು ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ ನಾಗರೀಕ ಸೇವಾ ನಿಯಮಾವಳಿಗಳು 1958; ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ ನಾಗರೀಕ ಸೇವಾ (ಸಿಸಿಎ) ನಿಯಮಾವಳಿ 1957/ ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ ನಾಗರೀಕ ಸೇವಾ (ನಡತೆ) ನಿಯಮಾವಳಿ 1966 ಹಾಗೂ ಕಾಲಕಾಲಕ್ಕೆ ಸರ್ಕಾರದಿಂದ ಹೊರಡಿಸಲಾಗುವ ಇತರೆ ನಿಯಮಾವಳಿಗಳಿಗೆ ಬದ್ಧರಾಗಿರುತ್ತಾರೆ.

12) ಇದು ನೇರನೇಮಕಾತಿ ಹುದ್ದೆ ಆದ ಕಾರಣ ಅಭ್ಯರ್ಥಿಯು ಸೇವೆಗೆ ಸೇರಿದ ದಿನಾಂಕದಿಂದ ಜೇಷ್ಠತೆಯನ್ನು ಪರಿಗಣಿಸಲಾಗುವುದು.

13) ಗ್ರಾಮ ಲೆಕ್ಕಿಗ ಹುದ್ದೆಗೆ ನೇಮಕಾತಿ ಹೊಂದಿರುವುದರಿಂದ, ಅಭ್ಯರ್ಥಿಯು ಕರ್ತವ್ಯಕ್ಕೆ ಹಾಜರಾಗುವಾಗ ರೂ.1000/- (ರೂಪಾಯಿ ಒಂದು ಸಾವಿರ ಮಾತ್ರ) ಭದ್ರತಾ ಠೇವಣಿಯನ್ನು ನಗದು ರೂಪದಲ್ಲಾಗಲೀ ಅಥವಾ ರಾಷ್ಟ್ರೀಯ ಉಳಿತಾಯ ಪತ್ರದ ಮೂಲಕವಾಗಲೀ ಮುಚ್ಚಳಿಕೆ ಪತ್ರವನ್ನು ಛಾಪಾ ಕಾಗದದಲ್ಲಿ ಬರೆಯಿಸಿ ಒಬ್ಬರ ಜಾಮೀನು ಕೊಡತಕ್ಕದ್ದು ತಹಶೀಲ್ದಾರ್‌ರು ಈ ಮೊತ್ತದ ರಾಷ್ಟ್ರೀಯ ಉಳಿತಾಯ ಪತ್ರದ ಮೂಲಕ ಸರ್ಕಾರಕ್ಕೆ ಪ್ಲೆಡ್ಜ್ ಮಾಡಿಕೊಳ್ಳತಕ್ಕದ್ದು.

14) ಅಭ್ಯರ್ಥಿಯು ಇಲಾಖೆಯಿಂದ ಕಾಲಕಾಲಕ್ಕೆ ನಿಗದಿಪಡಿಸಿದ ಹಾಗೂ ನಿಗದಿಪಡಿಸಲಾಗುವ ವಿವಿಧ ಪರೀಕ್ಷೆ/ ತರಬೇತಿಗಳನ್ನು ಯಶಸ್ವಿಯಾಗಿ ಮುಗಿಸತಕ್ಕದ್ದು.

15) ಈಗಾಗಲೇ ಸರ್ಕಾರಿ ಸೇವೆಯಲ್ಲಿರುವ ಹಾಗೂ ಇಲಾಖಾ ಮುಖ್ಯಸ್ಥರ ಮೂಲಕ ಅರ್ಜಿ ಸಲ್ಲಿಸಿದ ಅಭ್ಯರ್ಥಿಗಳು ನಿಯಮಾವಳಿಗಳನ್ನು ಉಲ್ಲಂಘಿಸಿ ಅರ್ಜಿ ಸಲ್ಲಿಸಿರುವುದಿಲ್ಲವೆಂಬ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ಪ್ರಮಾಣ ಪತ್ರ ಸಲ್ಲಿಸತಕ್ಕದ್ದು. ಹಾಗೂ ಮೇಲೆ ಸೂಚಿಸಿದ ಕಾರ್ಯಸ್ಥಳಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ವರದಿ ಮಾಡಿಕೊಳ್ಳುವ ಮೊದಲು ಮುಂಚಿನ ಸೇವೆಯಿಂದ ಬಿಡುಗಡೆ ಆದೇಶ ಪಡೆದಿರಬೇಕು.

16) ಅಭ್ಯರ್ಥಿಗೆ ಕೆಲಸಕ್ಕೆ ಹಾಜರಾಗುವ ಸಂದರ್ಭದಲ್ಲಿ ಪ್ರಯಾಣ ಭತ್ಯೆ ಅಥವಾ ಇತರೆ ಯಾವುದೇ ಭತ್ಯೆಯನ್ನು ನೀಡಲಾಗುವುದಿಲ್ಲ. 17) ಆಯ್ಕೆಯಾಗಿರುವ ಅಭ್ಯರ್ಥಿಗಳು ಅವರನ್ನು ನೇಮಿಸಿರುವ ಸ್ಥಳದಲ್ಲಿ ಕಡ್ಡಾಯವಾಗಿ ವಾಸ ಮಾಡಬೇಕು. ಈ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ಒಂದು ಪ್ರಮಾಣ ಪತ್ರವನ್ನು (ನಮೂನೆಯಂತೆ) ನೋಟರಿಯವರಿಂದ ಪ್ರಮಾಣೀಕರಿಸಿ ಹಾಜರುಪಡಿಸಬೇಕು.

18) ತಾಲ್ಲೂಕು ಕಛೇರಿಯ ಭೂಮಿ ಕೇಂದ್ರಕ್ಕೆ ನೇಮಕಾತಿ ಹೊಂದಿರುವ ಈ ಅಭ್ಯರ್ಥಿಯು ಗ್ರಾಮಲೆಕ್ಕಿಗರ ಹುದ್ದೆಯಿಂದ ಪದೋನ್ನತಿ ಹೊಂದುವವರೆಗೂ ತಾಲ್ಲೂಕುಗಳ ಭೂಮಿ ಕೇಂದ್ರದಲ್ಲಿಯೇ ಕಾರ್ಯನಿರ್ವಹಿಸಬೇಕಾಗಿದ್ದು ಯಾವುದೇ ಕಾರಣಕ್ಕೂ ವೃತ್ತಕ್ಕೆ ವರ್ಗಾವಣೆ ಹೊಂದಲು ಅವಕಾಶವಿರುವುದಿಲ್ಲ.

19) ನೇಮಕಾತಿಗೊಳಿಸಲಾದ ಸ್ಥಳ/ ಕಛೇರಿಯನ್ನು ಯಾವುದೇ ಕಾರಣಕ್ಕೂ ಬದಲಾವಣೆ ಮಾಡಲಾಗುವುದಿಲ್ಲ. ಸ್ಥಳ ಬದಲಾವಣೆ ಮಾಡುವಂತೆ ಒತ್ತಡ ತಂದಲ್ಲಿ ನೇಮಕಾತಿ ಆದೇಶವನ್ನು ರದ್ದುಗೊಳಿಸಲಾಗುತ್ತದೆ.

20) ಗ್ರಾಮ ಲೆಕ್ಕಿಗರ ಆಯ್ಕೆ ಮತ್ತು ನೇರನೇಮಕಾತಿ ಪ್ರಾಧಿಕಾರಿಯವರಾದ ಜಿಲ್ಲಾಧಿಕಾರಿ, ಮಂಡ್ಯ ಜಿಲ್ಲೆ, ಮಂಡ್ಯರವರು ಸದರಿ ಆದೇಶವನ್ನು ಮಾರ್ಪಡಿಸುವ ಹಾಗೂ ರದ್ದುಪಡಿಸುವ ಸಂಪೂರ್ಣ ಅಧಿಕಾರವನ್ನು ಹೊಂದಿರುತ್ತಾರೆ.

ಈ ಕಛೇರಿಯ ಸಮಸಂಖ್ಯೆಯ ಅಧಿಸೂಚನೆ ದಿನಾಂಕ:11.04.2011ರಂತೆ ದಕ್ಷಿಣಕನ್ನಡ ಜಿಲ್ಲೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಖಾಲಿಯಿರುವ 34 ಗ್ರಾಮಲೆಕ್ಕಿಗರ ಹುದ್ದೆ ಭರ್ತಿಗೊಳಿಸುವ ಬಗ್ಗೆ online ಮುಖಾಂತರ ಅರ್ಹ ಅಭ್ಯರ್ಥಿಗಳಿಂದ ಅರ್ಜಿ ಕರೆಯುವ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ಪ್ರಕಟಣೆ ಹೊರಡಿಸಲಾಗಿತ್ತು. ಆದರೆ ಖಾಲಿ ಹುದ್ದೆಗಳ ವರ್ಗೀಕರಣ ಮಾಡುವಾಗ ತಾಂತ್ರಿಕ ದೋಷ ಗಮನಕ್ಕೆ ಬಂದಿರುತ್ತದೆ. ಆದ್ದರಿಂದ ನೇಮಕಾತಿಯಿಂದ ಭರ್ತಿ ಮಾಡಬೇಕಾಗಿರುವ ಖಾಲಿ ಹುದ್ದೆಗಳ ವರ್ಗೀಕರಣವನ್ನು ಈ ಕೆಳಗಿನಂತೆ ಪರಿಷ್ಕರಿಸಿ ಪ್ರಕಟಿಸಿದೆ.

ಪರಿಷ್ಕøತ ವರ್ಗೀಕರಣ ಪ್ರಕಾರ ಪರಿಶಿಷ್ಟ ಪಂಗಡ ಮತ್ತು ಪ್ರವರ್ಗ-1ರ ಅಭ್ಯರ್ಥಿಗಳಿಗೆ ಒಂದೊಂದು ಹುದ್ದೆ ಮೀಸಲಾತಿ ಇದ್ದು ಈ ವರ್ಗದ ಅಭ್ಯರ್ಥಿಗಳು ಈ ತಿದ್ದುಪಡಿ ಅಧಿಸೂಚನೆಯ ದಿನಾಂಕದಿಂದ 12 ದಿನಗಳೊಳಗೆ (04.06.2011) ಅರ್ಜಿಗಳನ್ನು online ಮೂಲಕ ಸಲ್ಲಿಸಬಹುದಾಗಿದೆ.

ಹುದ್ದೆಗಳ ವರ್ಗೀಕರಣ ಹೊರತುಪಡಿಸಿ ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಹತೆ, ಶುಲ್ಕ ಮತ್ತು ಇತರ ನಿಬಂಧನೆಗಳಿಗೆ ದಿನಾಂಕ:11.04.2011ರ ಈ ಕಛೇರಿಯ ಅಧಿಸೂಚನೆಯನ್ನು ಪರಿಶೀಲಿಸಬಹುದಾಗಿದೆ. ದಿನಾಂಕ:11.04.2011ರ ಅಧಿಸೂಚನೆಗೆ ಅನುಗುಣವಾಗಿ ಈಗಾಗಲೇ ಅರ್ಜಿ ಸಲ್ಲಿಸಿದ ಅಭ್ಯರ್ಥಿಗಳು ಮತ್ತೊಮ್ಮೆ ಅರ್ಜಿ ಸಲ್ಲಿಸುವ ಅವಶ್ಯಕತೆ ಇರುವುದಿಲ್ಲ.

ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ ಸರ್ಕಾರದ ಕಂದಾಯ ಇಲಾಖೆಯ ದಕ್ಷಿಣ ಕನ್ನಡ ಜಿಲ್ಲಾ ಘಟಕದಲ್ಲಿ ಬರುವ ತಾಲ್ಲೂಕುಗಳಲ್ಲಿ 2009ನೇ ಸಾಲಿನ ನೇಮಕಾತಿ ಪ್ರಕ್ರಿಯೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ನೇಮಕಾತಿ ಆದೇಶ ನೀಡಿರುವ 107 ಅಭ್ಯರ್ಥಿಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಕೆಲವು ಅಭ್ಯರ್ಥಿಗಳು ಕರ್ತವ್ಯಕ್ಕೆ ಹಾಜರಾಗದೇ ಖಾಲಿ ಉಳಿದಿವೆ. ಅನಂತರ ವಯೋನಿವೃತ್ತಿ, ರಾಜೀನಾಮೆ, ಮುಂಬಡ್ತಿ, ವರ್ಗಾವಣೆ ಇನ್ನಿತರ ಕಾರಣಗಳಿಂದ ತೆರವಾಗಿವೆ. ಆದ್ದರಿಂದ ಗ್ರಾಮಲೆಕ್ಕಿಗರ ಹುದ್ದೆಗಳನ್ನು ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ ಸಾಮಾನ್ಯ ಸೇವೆಗಳು (ರೆವೆನ್ಯೂ ಸಬೊರ್ಡಿನೇಟ್ ಬ್ರಾಂಚ್) (ಕೇಡರ್ ಎಂಡ್ ರಿಕ್ರ್ಯೂಟ್‌ಮೆಂಟ್) (ತಿದ್ದುಪಡಿ) ನಿಯಮಗಳು 2008 ಮತ್ತು 2009ರನ್ವಯ ನೇರ ನೇಮಕಾತಿ ಮೂಲಕ ಭರ್ತಿ ಮಾಡಲು ಸರ್ಕಾರ ತಮ್ಮ ಪತ್ರ ಸಂಖ್ಯೆ: ಕಂಇ 04 ಬಿಎಸ್‌ಸಿ 2011 ದಿನಾಂಕ:25.02.2011ರಲ್ಲಿ ಅನುಮೋದನೆ ನೀಡಿದೆ. ಅದರಂತೆ ಗ್ರಾಮಲೆಕ್ಕಿಗರ ಖಾಲಿ ಹುದ್ದೆಗಳನ್ನು ನೇರನೇಮಕಾತಿಯಿಂದ ಭರ್ತಿಮಾಡಲು ಅರ್ಹ ಅಭ್ಯರ್ಥಿಗಳಿಂದ ನಿಗದಿಪಡಿಸಿದ ನಮೂನೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಅರ್ಜಿಗಳನ್ನು ಆನ್‌ಲೈನ್ ಮೂಲಕ ಆಹ್ವಾನಿಸಲಾಗಿದೆ.

ಗ್ರಾಮಲೆಕ್ಕಿಗರ ಖಾಲಿ ಇರುವ ಹುದ್ದೆಗಳ ವಿವರಗಳು ಈ ಕೆಳಗಿನಂತಿವೆ:

1. ಅರ್ಜಿ ಸಲ್ಲಿಸುವ ವಿಧಾನ: ಅರ್ಜಿಗಳನ್ನು ಆನ್-ಲೈನ್ (online) (ಎಲೆಕ್ಟ್ರಾನಿಕ್ ಮಾರ್ಗ) ಮುಖಾಂತರ ಮಾತ್ರ ಸಲ್ಲಿಸತಕ್ಕದ್ದಾಗಿದೆ. ಅರ್ಜಿಗಳನ್ನು ಖುದ್ದಾಗಿ ಅಥವಾ ಅಂಚೆ ಮೂಲಕ ಪ್ರತ್ಯೇಕವಾಗಿ ಸಲ್ಲಿಸಲು ಅವಕಾಶವಿರುವುದಿಲ್ಲ.

2. ಅರ್ಜಿ ಶುಲ್ಕ:

ಪರಿಶಿಷ್ಟ ಜಾತಿ, ಪರಿಶಿಷ್ಟ ಪಂಗಡ, ಹಾಗೂ ಪ್ರವರ್ಗ-1 ರೂ.50=00

ಸಾಮಾನ್ಯ ವರ್ಗ, 2ಎ, 2ಬಿ, 3ಎ, 3ಬಿ ವರ್ಗಕ್ಕೆ ರೂ.200=00

3. ಆನ್-ಲೈನ್ (online) ಮುಖಾಂತರ ಅರ್ಜಿ ಸಲ್ಲಿಸುವ ವಿಧಾನ: ಅಭ್ಯರ್ಥಿಯು ಇಲಾಖೆಯ ಅಧಿಕೃತ ವೆಬ್‌ಸೈಟ್ http://dk-va.kar.nic.in ತೆರೆದು ಕಂಪ್ಯೂಟರ್ ಪರದೆಯ ಮೇಲೆ ಅರ್ಜಿಯನ್ನು ತುಂಬಬೇಕು. ಅಭ್ಯರ್ಥಿಯು Submit Button ಅನ್ನು ಒತ್ತಿದರೆ ಅರ್ಜಿ ಸಂಖ್ಯೆ (Reference Number) ಸೃಷ್ಟಿಯಾಗುತ್ತದೆ. ಆನ್-ಲೈನ್ ಅರ್ಜಿಯನ್ನು ಭರ್ತಿ ಮಾಡಿದ ನಂತರ ಅಭ್ಯರ್ಥಿಗಳು ಸ್ವೀಕೃತಿ ಪತ್ರ (Acknowledgement slip) ಮತ್ತು ದ್ವಿಪ್ರತಿ ಚಲನ್‌ನ್ನು ತೆಗೆದುಕೊಳ್ಳತಕ್ಕದ್ದು. ಈ ಚಲನ್‌ನ್ನು ಅರ್ಜಿ ಶುಲ್ಕದೊಂದಿಗೆ ಸ್ಟೇಟ್‌ಬ್ಯಾಂಕ್ ಆಫ್ ಇಂಡಿಯಾ ಅಥವಾ ಕಾರ್ಪೋರೇಶನ್ ಬ್ಯಾಂಕ್‌ನ ಯಾವುದಾದರೂ ಶಾಖೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಪಾವತಿಸಬೇಕು. ಅಭ್ಯರ್ಥಿಗಳು ಸ್ವೀಕೃತಿ ಸ್ಲಿಪ್‌ನ್ನು ಮತ್ತು ಚಲನ್ ಪಾವತಿಯ ಒಂದು ಪ್ರತಿಯನ್ನು ಕಡ್ಡಾಯವಾಗಿ ತಮ್ಮ ಬಳಿ ಇರಿಸಿಕೊಳ್ಳತಕ್ಕದ್ದು. ಇನ್ನೊಂದು ಚಲನ್ ಪ್ರತಿ ಬ್ಯಾಂಕ್ ಬಳಿ ಇರುತ್ತದೆ. ಈ ದಾಖಲೆಗಳನ್ನು ಪರಿಶೀಲನೆಗೆ ನಿಗದಿಪಡಿಸಿದ ದಿನಾಂಕದಂದು (27.05.2011) ಹಾಜರುಪಡಿಸತಕ್ಕದ್ದು. ಬ್ಯಾಂಕಿನಲ್ಲಿ ನಿಗದಿತ ಅರ್ಜಿ ಶುಲ್ಕ ಪಾವತಿಸಲು ಕೊನೆಯ ದಿನಾಂಕ:13.05.2011 ಆಗಿರುತ್ತದೆ. ನಿಗದಿತ ಅರ್ಜಿ ಶುಲ್ಕ ಹೊರತುಪಡಿಸಿ ಯಾವುದೇ ವಿಧವಾದ ಬ್ಯಾಂಕ್ ಶುಲ್ಕ ಇತ್ಯಾದಿ ಪಾವತಿಸುವ ಅವಶ್ಯಕತೆ ಇರುವುದಿಲ್ಲ. ಡಿ.ಡಿ. ಪೋಸ್ಟಲ್ ಆರ್ಡರ್, ಮನಿ ಆರ್ಡರ್ ಇವುಗಳನ್ನು ಸ್ವೀಕರಿಸಲಾಗುವುದಿಲ್ಲ. ಅಲ್ಲದೆ ಒಮ್ಮೆ ಅರ್ಜಿ ಶುಲ್ಕವನ್ನು ಪಾವತಿಸಿದ ನಂತರ ಅದನ್ನು ಯಾವುದೇ ಸಂದರ್ಭದಲ್ಲಿಯೂ ಹಿಂದಿರುಗಿಸಲಾಗುವುದಿಲ್ಲ ಅಥವಾ ಅದನ್ನು ಇತರ ಯಾವುದೇ ನೇಮಕಾತಿಗಳಿಗೆ ಹೊಂದಿಸಿಕೊಳ್ಳಲಾಗುವುದಿಲ್ಲ. ಅಭ್ಯರ್ಥಿಗಳು ಅರ್ಜಿ ಸಲ್ಲಿಸಲು ನಿಗದಿಪಡಿಸಿದ ಕೊನೆಯ ದಿನಾಂಕದವರೆಗೂ ವಿಳಂಬ ಮಾಡದೆ ಮುಂಚಿತವಾಗಿ ಅರ್ಜಿಗಳನ್ನು ಸಲ್ಲಿಸತಕ್ಕದ್ದು.

1. ಅರ್ಜಿಗಳನ್ನು ದಿನಾಂಕ:11.04.2011 ರಿಂದ 10.05.2011 ಒಳಗಾಗಿ ಸಲ್ಲಿಸತಕ್ಕದ್ದು.

2. ಅರ್ಜಿ ಶುಲ್ಕವನ್ನು ದಿನಾಂಕ:11.04.2011 ರಿಂದ 13.05.2011ರ ವರೆಗೆ ಸ್ಟೇಟ್ ಬ್ಯಾಂಕ್ ಆಫ್ ಇಂಡಿಯಾ ಅಥವಾ ಕಾರ್ಪೋರೇಷನ್ ಬ್ಯಾಂಕ್‌ನ ಯಾವುದಾದರೂ ಶಾಖೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಬ್ಯಾಂಕ್ ವ್ಯವಹಾರದ ವೇಳೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಪಾವತಿಸತಕ್ಕದ್ದು.

3. ಅಭ್ಯರ್ಥಿಗಳು ಆನ್-ಲೈನ್‌ನಲ್ಲಿ ನಿಗದಿತ ಶುಲ್ಕ ಪಾವತಿಯ ಕುರಿತು ವಸ್ತು ಸ್ಥಿತಿ (status) ಅನ್ನು ಶುಲ್ಕ ಪಾವತಿಸಿದ 5 ದಿವಸಗಳ ನಂತರ ಪರಿಶೀಲಿಸಿಕೊಳ್ಳಬಹುದು. ಪಾವತಿಯಾಗಿರುವುದು ಖಚಿತವಾಗದಿದ್ದಲ್ಲಿ ಚಲನ್ ಪ್ರತಿಯನ್ನು 0824-2220598 ಅಥವಾ 0824-2220584 ಗೆ ಫ್ಯಾಕ್ಸ್ ನೀಡತಕ್ಕದ್ದು.

4. ಅರ್ಹತಾ ಷರತ್ತುಗಳು:

ಅ) ಭಾರತೀಯ ನಾಗರೀಕನಾಗಿರತಕ್ಕದ್ದು.

ಆ) ಅಭ್ಯರ್ಥಿಗಳು ಮಾನಸಿಕವಾಗಿ ಮತ್ತು ದೈಹಿಕವಾಗಿ ಆರೋಗ್ಯವಂತರಾಗಿರಬೇಕು ಮತ್ತು ಅವರ ನೇಮಕಾತಿಯು ಕರ್ತವ್ಯಗಳ ದಕ್ಷ ನಿರ್ವಹಣೆಗೆ ಆತಂಕವನ್ನುಂಟು ಮಾಡುವ ಸಂಭವ ಇರುವ ಯಾವುದೇ ದೈಹಿಕ/ ಮಾನಸಿಕ ನ್ಯೂನತೆಯಿಂದ ಮುಕ್ತರಾಗಿರತಕ್ಕದ್ದು.

5. ಶೈಕ್ಷಣಿಕ ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಹತೆ:

ಪಿ.ಯು.ಸಿ. ಪರೀಕ್ಷೆ ಅಥವಾ CBSE ಅಥವಾ ICSE ನಡೆಸುವ 12ನೇ ತರಗತಿ ಪರೀಕ್ಷೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ತೇರ್ಗಡೆ ಹೊಂದಿರಬೇಕು.

6. ವೇತನ ಶ್ರೇಣಿ:

7. ವಯೋಮಿತಿ: ಅರ್ಜಿಗಳನ್ನು ಸ್ವೀಕರಿಸಲು ನಿಗದಿಪಡಿಸಿದ ಕೊನೆಯ ದಿನಾಂಕವಾದ 10.05.2011 ರಂದು ಈ ಕೆಳಗಿನಂತೆ ವಯೋಮಿತಿ

ಎಸ್.ಎಸ್.ಎಲ್.ಸಿ. ಅಥವಾ ವರ್ಗಾವಣೆ ಪ್ರಮಾಣ ಪತ್ರ (ಟಿಸಿ) ಅಥವಾ ಕ್ಯುಮುಲೇಟಿವ್ ರೆಕಾರ್ಡ್‌ನಲ್ಲಿ ನಮೂದಿಸಿರುವ ಜನ್ಮ ದಿನಾಂಕವನ್ನು ಆಯ್ಕೆ ಪ್ರಾಧಿಕಾರವು ಪರಿಗಣಿಸುವುದು. ಇತರೆ ಯಾವುದೇ ದಾಖಲೆಗಳನ್ನು ಪರಿಗಣಿಸಲಾಗುವುದಿಲ್ಲ. ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ ಸರ್ಕಾರಿ ಸೇವಾ (ಸಾಮಾನ್ಯ ನೇಮಕಾತಿ) 1977ರ ನಿಯಮಾವಳಿಗಳ ನಿಯಮ 6 ರಂತೆ ವಯೋಮಿತಿಯನ್ನು ಅದರಲ್ಲಿ ತಿಳಿಸಿರುವ ಮಟ್ಟಿಗೆ ಸಂಬಂಧಪಟ್ಟ ದಾಖಲೆ ಒದಗಿಸಿದಲ್ಲಿ ಹೆಚ್ಚಿಸುವ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ಪರಿಶೀಲಿಸಲಾಗುವುದು.

ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ ನಾಗರೀಕ ಸೇವಾ (ಸಾಮಾನ್ಯ ನೇಮಕಾತಿ) ನಿಯಮಗಳು, 1977ರ ನಿಯಮ 6ರಂತೆ ಗರಿಷ್ಟ ವಯೋಮಿತಿಯನ್ನು ಈ ಮುಂದಿನ ಪ್ರಕರಣಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಮುಂದೆ ಹೇಳಿರುವಷ್ಟರಮಟ್ಟಿಗೆ ಹೆಚ್ಚಿಸಲು ಅವಕಾಶವಿದೆ.

(ಎ) ಸರ್ಕಾರ ಅಥವಾ ಸ್ಥಳೀಯ ಪ್ರಾಧಿಕಾರ ಅಥವಾ ರಾಜ್ಯ ಅಧಿನಿಯಮ ಅಥವಾ ಕೇಂದ್ರ ಅಧಿನಿಯಮದ ಮೂಲಕ ಸ್ಥಾಪಿಸಲಾದ ಅಥವಾ ರಾಜ್ಯ ಅಧಿನಿಯಮದ ಅಥವಾ ಕೇಂದ್ರ ಅಧಿನಿಯಮದ ಅಡಿಯಲ್ಲಿನ ಸರ್ಕಾರದಿಂದ ಸ್ಥಾಪಿತವಾಗಿದ್ದು ಮತ್ತು ಸರ್ಕಾರವು ಒಡೆತನ ಹೊಂದಿರುವ ಅಥವಾ ನಿಯಂತ್ರಣ ಹೊಂದಿರುವ ನಿಗಮದ ಅಡಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಹುದ್ದೆಯನ್ನು ಧಾರಣ ಮಾಡಿರುವ ಅಥವಾ ಧಾರಣ ಮಾಡಿದ್ದ ಅಭ್ಯರ್ಥಿಯ ಸಂದರ್ಭದಲ್ಲಿ ಆತ ಅಂಥ ಹುದ್ದೆಯನ್ನು ಧಾರಣೆ ಮಾಡಿರುವಷ್ಟು ಅಥವಾ ಧಾರಣೆ ಮಾಡಿದ್ದಷ್ಟು ಅಥವಾ (ಹತ್ತು) ವರ್ಷಗಳು ಇವುಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಯಾವುದು ಕಡಿಮೆಯೋ ಅಷ್ಟು ವರ್ಷಗಳು.

(ಬಿ) ಮಾಜಿ ಸೈನಿಕನಾಗಿರುವ ಅಭ್ಯರ್ಥಿಯ ಸಂದರ್ಭದಲ್ಲಿ ಮೂರು ವರ್ಷಗಳು ಮತ್ತು ಇದಕ್ಕೆ ಕೇಂದ್ರದ ಸಶಸ್ತ್ರ ಪಡೆಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಅವನು ಸೇವೆ ಸಲ್ಲಿಸಿರುವಷ್ಟು ವರ್ಷಗಳನ್ನು ಸೇರಿಸಬೇಕು.

(ಸಿ) ಪೂರ್ಣಾವಧಿ ಕೆಡೆಟ್ ಇನ್ ಸ್ಟ್ರಕ್ಟರ್ ಆಗಿ ಸೇವೆ ಸಲ್ಲಿಸಿದ ತರುವಾಯ, ರಾಷ್ಟ್ರೀಯ ಕೆಡೆಟ್ ದಳದಿಂದ ಬಿಡುಗಡೆ ಮಾಡಿದ ಅಭ್ಯರ್ಥಿಯ ಸಂದರ್ಭದಲ್ಲಿ ಹಾಗೆ ಕೆಡೆಟ್ ಇನ್‌ಸ್ಟ್ರಕ್ಟರಾಗಿ ಆತನು ಸೇವೆ ಸಲ್ಲಿಸಿರುವಷ್ಟು ವರ್ಷಗಳು.

(ಡಿ) ರಾಜ್ಯ ಸರ್ಕಾರ ಪ್ರಾಯೋಜಿತ ಗ್ರಾಮೀಣ ಕೈಗಾರಿಕರಣ ಯೋಜನೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ನೇಮಕಗೊಂಡ ಗ್ರಾಮ ಸಮೂಹ ಇನ್ಸ್‌ಪೆಕ್ಟರ್ ಆಗಿರುವ ಅಥವಾ ಆಗಿದ್ದಂತ ಅಭ್ಯರ್ಥಿಯ ಸಂದರ್ಭದಲ್ಲಿ ಅಂಥ ಗ್ರಾಮ ಸಮೂಹ ಇನ್ಸ್‌ಪೆಕ್ಟರಾಗಿ ಆತ ಸೇವೆ ಸಲ್ಲಿಸಿರುವಷ್ಟು ವರ್ಷಗಳು.

(ಇ) ಅಂಗವಿಕಲನಾಗಿರುವ ಅಭ್ಯರ್ಥಿಯ ಸಂದರ್ಭದಲ್ಲಿ ಹತ್ತು ವರ್ಷಗಳು.

(ಎಫ್) ಈ ರಾಜ್ಯದಲ್ಲಿರುವ ಭಾರತ ಸರ್ಕಾರದ ಜನಗಣತಿ ಸಂಸ್ಥೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಹುದ್ದೆಯನ್ನು ಧಾರಣೆ ಮಾಡಿರುವ ಅಥವಾ ಧಾರಣ ಮಾಡಿದ್ದ ಅಭ್ಯರ್ಥಿಯ ಸಂದರ್ಭದಲ್ಲಿ ಅಂಥ ಹುದ್ದೆಯನ್ನು ಆತನು ಧಾರಣೆ ಮಾಡಿರುವಷ್ಟು ಅಥವಾ ಧಾರಣೆ ಮಾಡಿದ್ದಷ್ಟು ವರ್ಷಗಳು ಅಥವಾ ಐದು ವರ್ಷಗಳು ಇವುಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಯಾವುದು ಕಡಿಮೆಯೋ ಅಷ್ಟು ವರ್ಷಗಳು;

(ಜಿ) ಅಭ್ಯರ್ಥಿ ವಿಧವೆಯಾಗಿರುವಾಗ ಹತ್ತು ವರ್ಷಗಳು.

(ಹೆಚ್) ಜೀತ ಕಾರ್ಮಿಕನಾಗಿದ್ದ ಅಭ್ಯರ್ಥಿಯ ಸಂದರ್ಭದಲ್ಲಿ ಹತ್ತು ವರ್ಷಗಳು.

8. ಜಾತಿ ಮೀಸಲಾತಿ ಪ್ರಮಾಣ ಪತ್ರಗಳು:

1. ಜಾತಿ ಮೀಸಲಾತಿ ಕೋರಬಯಸುವ:

1. ಪ.ಜಾ/ಪ.ಪಂ. ಅಭ್ಯರ್ಥಿಗಳು ನಮೂನೆ `ಡಿ' ರಲ್ಲಿ (ಅನುಬಂಧ-1)

2. ಪ್ರವರ್ಗ-1ರ ಅಭ್ಯರ್ಥಿಗಳು ನಮೂನೆ `ಇ'ನಲ್ಲಿ (ಅನುಬಂಧ-2)

2. 2ಎ, 2ಬಿ, 3ಎ, 3ಬಿ ಅಭ್ಯರ್ಥಿಗಳು ನಮೂನೆ `ಎಫ್'ನಲ್ಲಿ ಸಂಬಂಧಿಸಿದ ತಹಶೀಲ್ದಾರರಿಂದ ಪ್ರಮಾಣ ಪತ್ರವನ್ನು ಪಡೆದಿರಬೇಕು.

(ಅನುಬಂಧ-3)ಭಾಗ - ೫ ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ ರಾಜ್ಯಪತ್ರ, ಗುರುವಾರ, ಜೂನ್ ೨, ೨೦೧೧ ೧೦೨೧ ಈ ಪ್ರಮಾಣ ಪತ್ರಗಳು ಈ ಹುದ್ದೆಗೆ ಅರ್ಜಿ ಸಲ್ಲಿಸಲು ನಿಗದಿಪಡಿಸಿರುವ ಕೊನೆಯ ದಿನಾಂಕ (10.05.2011) ದೊಳಗೆ ಅರ್ಹತೆಯನ್ನು ಪಡೆದಿರಬೇಕು.

3. ಜಾತಿ ಮೀಸಲಾತಿ ಅಡಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಆಯ್ಕೆಯಾದ ಅಭ್ಯರ್ಥಿಗಳಿಗೆ ಜಾತಿ ಪ್ರಮಾಣಪತ್ರದ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ಜಿಲ್ಲಾಧಿಕಾರಿ, (ಅಧ್ಯಕ್ಷರು, ಜಾತಿ ಆದಾಯ ಪರಿಶೀಲನಾ ಸಮಿತಿ) ರವರಿಂದ ಸಿಂಧುತ್ವ ಪ್ರಮಾಣಪತ್ರ ಪಡೆದ ನಂತರ ನೇಮಕಾತಿ ಆದೇಶ ನೀಡಲಾಗುವುದು.

9. ಗ್ರಾಮೀಣ ಅಭ್ಯರ್ಥಿ:

1. ಗ್ರಾಮೀಣ ಮೀಸಲಾತಿಯನ್ನು ಕೋರುವ ಅಭ್ಯರ್ಥಿಗಳು ಪ್ರಸ್ತುತ ಚಾಲ್ತಿಯಲ್ಲಿರುವ ನಿಯಮಗಳ ರೀತ್ಯಾ ಗ್ರಾಮೀಣ ಮೀಸಲಾತಿಗೆ ಒಳಪಡುವ ಪ್ರದೇಶಗಳಲ್ಲಿ 1 ರಿಂದ 10ನೇ ತರಗತಿಯವರೆಗೆ ವ್ಯಾಸಂಗ ಮಾಡಿ ಉತ್ತೀರ್ಣರಾಗಿರಬೇಕು.

2. ಗ್ರಾಮೀಣ ಮೀಸಲಾತಿಯನ್ನು ಕೋರುವ ಪರಿಶಿಷ್ಟ ಜಾತಿ. ಪರಿಶಿಷ್ಟ ಪಂಗಡ, ಪ್ರವರ್ಗ-1, 2ಎ, 2ಬಿ, 3ಎ, 3ಬಿ ವರ್ಗಗಳಿಗೆ ಸೇರಿದ ಅಭ್ಯರ್ಥಿಗಳು ನಮೂನೆ 2ರಲ್ಲಿ ಗ್ರಾಮೀಣ ಮೀಸಲಾತಿ ಪ್ರಮಾಣ ಪತ್ರವನ್ನು ಪಡೆದಿಟ್ಟುಕೊಂಡಿರತಕ್ಕದ್ದು.

3. ಗ್ರಾಮೀಣ ಮೀಸಲಾತಿ ಕೋರುವ ಸಾಮಾನ್ಯ ವರ್ಗದ ಅಭ್ಯರ್ಥಿಗಳು ನಮೂನೆ-2ರ ಮೀಸಲಾತಿ ಪ್ರಮಾಣ ಪತ್ರದ ಜೊತೆಗೆ ನಮೂನೆ- 1ರಲ್ಲಿ ಮೇಲುಸ್ತರಕ್ಕೆ ಸೇರಿಲ್ಲದಿರುವ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ಪ್ರಮಾಣ ಪತ್ರವನ್ನು ಸಂಬಂಧಪಟ್ಟ ತಹಶೀಲ್ದಾರರಿಂದ ಪಡೆದಿಟ್ಟುಕೊಂಡಿರತಕ್ಕದ್ದು. (ಅನುಬಂಧ-4, ನಮೂನೆ-1 ಮತ್ತು 2)

ಸೂಚನೆ: ಗ್ರಾಮೀಣ ಮೀಸಲಾತಿಗೆ ಸಂಬಂಧಿಸಿದಂತೆ ನಮೂನೆ-2ರಲ್ಲಿಯ ಪ್ರಮಾಣ ಪತ್ರವನ್ನು ಅಭ್ಯರ್ಥಿಗಳು ತಾವು ವ್ಯಾಸಂಗ ಮಾಡಿದ ಶಾಲೆಯ ಮುಖ್ಯೋಪಾಧ್ಯಾಯರ ಸಹಿ ಮತ್ತು ಮೊಹರಿನೊಂದಿಗೆ ಪ್ರಮಾಣ ಪತ್ರವನ್ನು ಪಡೆದು ಸಂಬಂಧಪಟ್ಟ ಕ್ಷೇತ್ರ ಶಿಕ್ಷಣಾಧಿಕಾರಿಗಳಿಂದ ಮೇಲು ರುಜು ಪಡೆದಿರತಕ್ಕದ್ದು.

10. ಕನ್ನಡ ಮಾಧ್ಯಮ ಅಭ್ಯರ್ಥಿ:

ಕನ್ನಡ ಮಾಧ್ಯಮದಲ್ಲಿ ವ್ಯಾಸಂಗ ಮಾಡಿದ ಅಭ್ಯರ್ಥಿಗಳಿಗೆ ಮೀಸಲಿರಿಸಿದ ಹುದ್ದೆಗಳ ಮೀಸಲಾತಿಯನ್ನು ಕೋರುವ ಅಭ್ಯರ್ಥಿಗಳು 1ನೇ ತರಗತಿಯಿಂದ 10ನೇ ತರಗತಿಯವರೆಗೆ ಕನ್ನಡ ಮಾಧ್ಯಮದಲ್ಲಿ ವ್ಯಾಸಂಗ ಮಾಡಿರುವ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ಸಂಬಂಧಪಟ್ಟ ಶಾಲೆಯ ಮುಖ್ಯೋಪಾಧ್ಯಯರ ಸಹಿ ಮತ್ತು ಮೊಹರಿನೊಂದಿಗೆ ಪ್ರಮಾಣ ಪತ್ರವನ್ನು ಪಡೆದು ಸಂಬಂಧಪಟ್ಟ ಕ್ಷೇತ್ರ ಶಿಕ್ಷಣಾಧಿಕಾರಿಗಳಿಂದ ಮೇಲುರುಜು ಪಡೆದಿರತಕ್ಕದ್ದು. (ಅನುಬಂಧ-5) 11. ಯೋಜನಾ ನಿರಾಶ್ರಿತ ಅಭ್ಯರ್ಥಿ:

ಯೋಜನೆಗಳಿಂದ ನಿರ್ವಸಿತರಾದ ಕುಟುಂಬದ ಅಭ್ಯರ್ಥಿಗಳಿಗೆ ಮೀಸಲಿರಿಸಿದ ಹುದ್ದೆಗಳನ್ನು ಕೋರುವ ಅಭ್ಯರ್ಥಿಗಳು ಸಂಬಂಧಿಸಿದ ತಹಶೀಲ್ದಾರ್‌ರವರಿಂದ ನಿಗದಿತ ನಮೂನೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಪ್ರಮಾಣ ಪತ್ರವನ್ನು ಪಡೆದುಕೊಂಡಿರತಕ್ಕದ್ದು. (ಅನುಬಂಧ-6)

12. ಅಂಗವಿಕಲರ ಮೀಸಲಾತಿ ಬಗ್ಗೆ:

ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ ನಾಗರೀಕ ಸೇವಾ (ಸಾಮಾನ್ಯ ನೇಮಕಾತಿ) ನಿಯಮಗಳು, 1977ರ ನಿಯಮ 9(1-ಎ) ರ ಅನ್ವಯ ರಾಜ್ಯ ಸಿವಿಲ್ ಸೇವೆಯಲ್ಲಿನ ಗ್ರೂಪ್ ಸಿ ಹುದ್ದೆಗಳ ನೇರ ನೇಮಕಾತಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಅಂಗವಿಕಲರಿಗೆ ಶೇಕಡಾ 5ರಷ್ಟು ಸಮತಳ ಮೀಸಲಾತಿ ಕಲ್ಪಿಸಲಾಗಿದೆ. ಸರ್ಕಾರದ ಆದೇಶ ಸಂಖ್ಯೆ:

ಸಿಆಸುಇ 128 ಸೆನೆನಿ 2006 ದಿನಾಂಕ:01.08.2009ರಂತೆ ಮೀಸಲಾತಿ ನೀಡಲಾಗುವುದು. ಸರ್ಕಾರದ ಅಧಿಸೂಚನೆ ಸಂಖ್ಯೆ: DPAR ⁵² SSR ⁹⁹ ದಿನಾಂಕ:29.11.2002 ರೀತ್ಯಾ ಗ್ರಾಮಲೆಕ್ಕಿಗರ ಹುದ್ದೆಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಅಂಗವಿಕಲರ ಮೀಸಲಾತಿಯನ್ನು ಈ ಕೆಳಕಂಡ ವರ್ಗಗಳಿಗೆ ಮಾತ್ರ ಕಲ್ಪಿಸಲಾಗಿದೆ.

1. ಕುಷ್ಟ ರೋಗದಿಂದ ಗುಣಮುಖರಾದವರು (Leprosy cured) 2. ಶ್ರವಣ ದೋಷವುಳ್ಳವರು (Hearing impaired) 3. ಮಾನಸಿಕ ಅಸ್ವಸ್ಥತೆ (Mentally ill) ಈ ಮೇಲಿನ ಅಂಗವಿಕಲರು ಹೊರತುಪಡಿಸಿ ಇತರ ದೈಹಿಕ ಅಂಗವಿಕಲತೆಯುಳ್ಳ ಅಭ್ಯರ್ಥಿಗಳು ಗ್ರಾಮಲೆಕ್ಕಿಗರ ಹುದ್ದೆಗೆ ಅರ್ಜಿ ಸಲ್ಲಿಸಲು ಅರ್ಹರಿರುವುದಿಲ್ಲ. ಸರ್ಕಾರದ ಅಧಿಕೃತ ಜ್ಞಾಪನ ಸಂಖ್ಯೆ: ಸಿಆಸುಇ 128 ಸೆನೆನಿ 2005, ದಿನಾಂಕ:19.11.2005ರಲ್ಲಿ ನಿಗದಿಪಡಿಸಿರುವ ನಮೂನೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಅಂಗವಿಕಲತೆಯ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ಸಂಬಂಧಪಟ್ಟ ಜಿಲ್ಲಾ ಮಟ್ಟದ ವೈದ್ಯಕೀಯ ಮಂಡಳಿಯು ನೀಡುವ ಪ್ರಮಾಣ ಪತ್ರವನ್ನು ಪಡೆದುಕೊಂಡಿರತಕ್ಕದ್ದು. ಬೇರೆ ಯಾವುದೇ ನಮೂನೆಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಪಡೆಯಲಾಗಿರುವ ಪ್ರಮಾಣ ಪತ್ರಗಳನ್ನು ಪರಿಗಣಿಸಲು ಬರುವುದಿಲ್ಲ. ಈ ಪ್ರಮಾಣ ಪತ್ರದ ನಮೂನೆಯನ್ನು ಲಗತ್ತಿಸಿದೆ. (ಅನುಬಂಧ-8)

ಸೂಚನೆ: ಈ ಮೇಲಿನ ಎಲ್ಲಾ ಪ್ರಮಾಣ ಪತ್ರಗಳು ಅರ್ಜಿ ಸಲ್ಲಿಸಲು ನಿಗದಿಪಡಿಸಿರುವ ಕೊನೆಯ ದಿನಾಂಕ:10.05.02011 ರೊಳಗೆ ಅರ್ಹತೆಯನ್ನು ಪಡೆದಿರಬೇಕು. ಪ್ರಮಾಣ ಪತ್ರಗಳ ನಮೂನೆಗಳನ್ನು ಅನುಬಂಧ-1 ರಿಂದ 8ರ ವರೆಗೆ ನೋಡಬಹುದು. ತಾತ್ಕಾಲಿಕ ಪರಿಶೀಲನಾ ಪಟ್ಟಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಪ್ರಕಟಗೊಂಡ ಅಭ್ಯರ್ಥಿಗಳು ಮಾತ್ರ ನಿಗದಿತ ದಿನಾಂಕ (27.05.2011) ರಂದು ಪೂರ್ವಾಹ್ನ 9.30 ಗಂಟೆಗೆ ನೇಮಕಾತಿ ಪ್ರಾಧಿಕಾರದ ಎದುರು (ದಕ್ಷಿಣ ಕನ್ನಡ ಜಿಲ್ಲಾಧಿಕಾರಿಯವರ ಕಛೇರಿ 2ನೇ ಮಹಡಿ ಸಭಾಂಗಣ) ಮೂಲ ಪ್ರಮಾಣ ಪತ್ರಗಳನ್ನು ತಪ್ಪದೆ ಹಾಜರುಪಡಿಸತಕ್ಕದ್ದು.

13. ಆಯ್ಕೆ ವಿಧಾನ:

ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ ಜನರಲ್ ಸರ್ವೀಸಸ್ (Revenue Subordinate Branch) (Cadre & Recruitment) (ತಿದ್ದುಪಡಿ) ನಿಯಮಗಳು 2008 ಮತ್ತು 2009 ಹಾಗೂ ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ ನಾಗರೀಕ ಸೇವಾ (ಸಾಮಾನ್ಯ ನೇಮಕಾತಿ) ನಿಯಮಗಳು 1977ರ ಪ್ರಕಾರ ಅಭ್ಯರ್ಥಿಯನ್ನು ಅವರು ಪಿ.ಯು.ಸಿ.

ಪರೀಕ್ಷೆ ಅಥವಾ CBSE ಅಥವಾ ICSE ನಡೆಸುವ 12ನೇ ತರಗತಿ ಪರೀಕ್ಷೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಪಡೆದ ಅಂಕಗಳ (on merit) ಆಧಾರದ ಮೇಲೆ ಆಯಾಯ ಮೀಸಲಾತಿ ಪ್ರವರ್ಗಕ್ಕೆ ಸಂಬಂಧಿಸಿದಂತೆ ಆಯ್ಕೆ ಮಾಡಲಾಗುವುದು. ನಿಯಮಾವಳಿಯಂತೆ ತಾತ್ಕಾಲಿಕ ಪರಿಶೀಲನಾ ಪಟ್ಟಿಯನ್ನು ದಿನಾಂಕ 20.05.2011 ರಂದು ಪ್ರಕಟಿಸಲಾಗುವುದು.

14. ಪ್ರಮುಖ ಸೂಚನೆಗಳು:

ಈ ಕೆಳಕಂಡ ಮೂಲ ಪ್ರಮಾಣ ಪತ್ರಗಳನ್ನು ನಿಗದಿಪಡಿಸಿದ ದಿನಾಂಕ:(27.05.2011)ರಂದು ಪರಿಶೀಲನೆಗೆ ಹಾಜರುಪಡಿಸತಕ್ಕದ್ದು.

• ಪಿ.ಯು.ಸಿ. ಪರೀಕ್ಷೆ ಅಥವಾ CBSE ಅಥವಾ ICSE ನಡೆಸುವ 12ನೇ ತರಗತಿ ಪರೀಕ್ಷೆಯ ಪ್ರಮಾಣಪತ್ರ. • ಹುಟ್ಟಿದ ದಿನಾಂಕದ ಪ್ರಮಾಣ ಪತ್ರ (ಎಸ್.ಎಸ್.ಎಲ್.ಸಿ.) ಅಥವಾ ಕ್ಯುಮುಲೇಟಿವ್ ದಾಖಲೆ) • ಸೇವೆಯಲ್ಲಿರುವ ಅಭ್ಯರ್ಥಿಗಳು ಅವರು ಸೇವೆಯಲ್ಲಿರುವ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ಸೇವಾ ಪ್ರಮಾಣ ಪತ್ರ ಮತ್ತು ಸದರಿ ಹುದ್ದೆಗೆ ಅರ್ಜಿ ಸಲ್ಲಿಸುವ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ನಿರಾಕ್ಷೇಪಣಾ ಪ್ರಮಾಣ ಪತ್ರವನ್ನು (No Objection Certificate) ಸಂಬಂಧಿಸಿದ ನೇಮಕಾತಿ ಪ್ರಾಧಿಕಾರದಿಂದ ಪಡೆದಿಟ್ಟುಕೊಂಡಿರಬೇಕು.

• ಪರಿಶಿಷ್ಟ ಜಾತಿ-ಪರಿಶಿಷ್ಟ ಪಂಗಡ (ಅನುಬಂಧ-1, ನಮೂನೆ-ಡಿ) ಮತ್ತು ಪ್ರವರ್ಗ-1 (ಅನುಬಂಧ-2, ನಮೂನೆ-ಇ) ಹಾಗೂ 2ಎ, 2ಬಿ, 3ಎ, 3ಬಿ (ಅನುಬಂಧ-3, ನಮೂನೆ-ಎಫ್) ಮೀಸಲಾತಿ ಅಭ್ಯರ್ಥಿಗಳು ಕ್ರಮವಾಗಿ ನಮೂನೆ ಡಿ/ಇ/ಎಫ್ ನಲ್ಲಿ ತಹಶೀಲ್ದಾರ್‌ರವರಿಂದ ಪಡೆದ ಪ್ರಮಾಣ ಪತ್ರಗಳನ್ನು ಪಡೆದಿಟ್ಟು ಕೊಂಡಿರತಕ್ಕದ್ದು.

• ಯೋಜನಾ ನಿರಾಶ್ರಿತ ಅಭ್ಯರ್ಥಿಗಳು, ವಿಧವೆಯರು, ಜೀತ ಕಾರ್ಮಿಕರು, ಗ್ರಾಮ ಸಮೂಹ ಪರಿಶೀಲಕರು ಮತ್ತು ಕ್ಯಾಡೆಟ್ ಪರಿವೀಕ್ಷಕರು ಇವರುಗಳು ಸಕ್ಷಮ ಪ್ರಾಧಿಕಾರದಿಂದ ಪಡೆದ ಪ್ರಮಾಣ ಪತ್ರ.

• ಗ್ರಾಮೀಣ ಮೀಸಲಾತಿ ಪ್ರಮಾಣ ಪತ್ರ • ಕನ್ನಡ ಮಾಧ್ಯಮದಲ್ಲಿ ವ್ಯಾಸಂಗ ಮಾಡಿದ ಪ್ರಮಾಣ ಪತ್ರ. • ಸೈನಿಕ ಸೇವೆಯಿಂದ ಬಿಡುಗಡೆಯಾದ/ ಮುಕ್ತಿಹೊಂದಿದ ಬಗೆಗಿನ ಪ್ರಮಾಣ ಪತ್ರ.

15. ಸಾಮಾನ್ಯ ಸೂಚನೆಗಳು:

1. ನೈತಿಕ ದುರ್ನಡತೆಯಿಂದಾಗಿ/ ನೀತಿ ಬಾಹಿರ ಚಟುವಟಿಕೆಗಳಿಂದಾಗಿ ನ್ಯಾಯಾಲಯದಿಂದ ಶಿಕ್ಷೆಗೊಳಪಟ್ಟಿರುವ ವ್ಯಕ್ತಿ ಅಥವಾ ರಾಜ್ಯ/ ಕೇಂದ್ರ/ ಸ್ಥಳೀಯ ಸಂಸ್ಥೆ ಕಛೇರಿಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ನೈತಿಕ ದುರ್ನಡತೆಯಿಂದಾಗಿ ಅಥವಾ ನೀತಿ ಬಾಹಿರ ಚಟುವಟಿಕೆಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಒಳಗಾಗಿ ಅಥವಾ ಆಯ್ಕೆಯಾದ ಅಭ್ಯರ್ಥಿಯು ಬದಲಿಯಾಗಿ ಕಾರ್ಯ ನಿರ್ವಹಿಸುತ್ತಿದ್ದ ಸಂದರ್ಭದಲ್ಲಿ ಕಾನೂನು ಬಾಹಿರ/ ನೀತಿ ಬಾಹಿರ ಚಟುವಟಿಕೆಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ತೊಡಗಿ ಸೇವೆಯಿಂದ ತೆಗೆದು ಹಾಕಿದ್ದಲ್ಲಿ/ ವಜಾ ಮಾಡಲ್ಪಟ್ಟಿದ್ದು ಕಂಡು ಬಂದಲ್ಲಿ ನೇಮಕಾತಿಗೆ ಅನರ್ಹರಾಗಿರುತ್ತಾರೆ.

2. ಅರ್ಜಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ತಪ್ಪು/ ಸುಳ್ಳು ಮಾಹಿತಿ ನೀಡಿ ಉದ್ಯೋಗ ಪಡೆಯುವ ಅಭ್ಯರ್ಥಿಗಳನ್ನು ಯಾವುದೇ ಸಮಯದಲ್ಲಾದರೂ ವಜಾ ಮಾಡಲಾಗುತ್ತದೆ ಹಾಗೂ ಕ್ರಿಮಿನಲ್ ಮೊಕದ್ದಮೆ ದಾಖಲಿಸಲಾಗುವುದು.

3. ಅರ್ಜಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ನೀಡುವ ವಿಳಾಸವೇ ಅಂತಿಮವಾಗಿದ್ದು ಎಲ್ಲಾ ಪತ್ರ ವ್ಯವಹಾರಗಳನ್ನು ಅದೇ ವಿಳಾಸಕ್ಕೆ ಕಳುಹಿಸಿ ಕೊಡಲಾಗುವುದು.

ನಂತರದಲ್ಲಿ ವಿಳಾಸ ಬದಲಾವಣೆ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ಯಾವುದೇ ಪತ್ರ ವ್ಯವಹಾರವನ್ನು ಪರಿಗಣಿಸಲಾಗುವುದಿಲ್ಲ.

4. ಅರ್ಹ ಅಭ್ಯರ್ಥಿಗಳು ಅರ್ಜಿಯನ್ನು ಭರ್ತಿ ಮಾಡುವ ಮುನ್ನ ಆನ್‌ಲೈನ್ ಮುಖಾಂತರ ವೆಬ್‌ಸೈಟ್‌ನಲ್ಲಿ ಲಭ್ಯವಿರುವ ಸೂಚನೆಗಳನ್ನು ಪಾಲಿಸಬೇಕು.

5. ಅಭ್ಯರ್ಥಿಗಳ ಅರ್ಹತೆಯ ವಿಷಯದಲ್ಲಿ ಆಯ್ಕೆ ಪ್ರಾಧಿಕಾರದ ನಿರ್ಧಾರವೇ ಅಂತಿಮವಾಗಿರುತ್ತದೆ.

6. ಅಭ್ಯರ್ಥಿಯ ಹೆಸರು ಅಂತಿಮ ಆಯ್ಕೆಪಟ್ಟಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಬಂದಿದೆ ಎಂಬುದರ ಆಧಾರದ ಮೇಲೆ ಅಭ್ಯರ್ಥಿಗೆ ನೇಮಕಾತಿಯ ಯಾವುದೇ ಹಕ್ಕು ದೊರೆಯುವುದಿಲ್ಲ.

Sub: Assumption of Hazrath Syed Ahmed Khadri @ Gujrathi Basha Dargah, Azad Road, Hassan Town, Hassan District, under the direct management of the Board as per section 65 of the Wakf Act, 1995.

PREAMBLE:

Hazrath Syed Ahmed Khadri @ Gujrathi Basha Dargah, Azad Road, Hassan Town, Hassan District, is a Wakf institution notified in the Gazette of Hassan District at Sl.No.161. The said institution is managed by a managing committee constituted by the Board vide Order No.KBW/MUZ/61/HSN/05-06 Dated:23.06.2006 to function for a period of three (3) years.

The Administrator, DWAC, Hassan, vide his letter Dated:15.07.2010 has reported that the term of managing committee has expired on 22.06.2009. The DWAC Hassan and the Board issued notices to the management to furnish proposal for the constitution of managing committee to the said Wakf. Whereas the management has not submitted the proposal for the constitution of managing committee for the management to the said Wakf, which is prejudiced and to the interest of Wakf. Hence requested to take the institution under the direct management of the Board, and to appoint Mr. Syed Murshad Peer Hussaini, FDA, KPTCL, Alur Town, Hassan, as its Administrator for a period of one (1) year with a condition that the Administrator shall frame the Bye-laws and submit the same to the Board for approval.

The subject was placed before the Administrator of the Board. The Administrator has accorded its approval on 06.12.2010 for taking the institution under the direct management of the Board and for appointment of Administrator to the above said Wakf as proposed. Hence this Order.

In view of the facts mentioned in the Preamble and in exercise of the powers conferred under section 65 of the Wakf Act 1995, the Karnataka State Board of Wakfs, hereby take the institution viz., Hazrath Syed Ahmed Khadri @ Gujrathi Basha Dargah, Azad Road, Hassan Town, Hassan District, under the direct management of the Board and appoints Mr. Syed Murshad Peer Hussaini, FDA, KPTCL, Alur Town, Hassan, in the existing vacancy as its Administrator for a period of one (1) year with a direction that the Administrator shall frame the Bye-laws and submit the same to the Board for approval.

The Administrator shall function in accordance with the Wakf Act, 1995 and Karnataka Wakf rules, 1997 and the direction issued by the Karnataka State Board of Wakfs, Bangalore, from time to time.
