ಕಾರಾಗೃಹಗಳ ಇಲಾಖೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಜೈಲರ್, ಎರಡನೇ ದರ್ಜೆ ಬೋಧಕರು ಮತ್ತು ವಾರ್ಡರ್ ಹುದ್ದೆಗಳ ನೇಮಕಾತಿಗಾಗಿ ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ ಕಾರಾಗೃಹಗಳ ಇಲಾಖೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಜೈಲರ್, ಎರಡನೇ ದರ್ಜೆ ಬೋಧಕರು ಮತ್ತು ವಾರ್ಡರ್ ಹುದ್ದೆಗಳ ನೇಮಕಾತಿಗಾಗಿ ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ ಕಾರಾಗೃಹಗಳ ಇಲಾಖೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಜೈಲರ್, ಎರಡನೇ ದರ್ಜೆ ಬೋಧಕರು ಮತ್ತು ವಾರ್ಡರ್ ಹುದ್ದೆಗಳ ನೇಮಕಾತಿಗಾಗಿ ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ ುಕಾತಿ) ನಿಯಮಗಳು 2002 ರ ಮತ್ತು ಅದರ ತಿದ್ದುಪಡಿ ನಿಯಮಗಳು 2007, 2010 ಹಾಗೂ ಮೇಲೆ ಕಾರಾಗೃಹಗಳ ಸೇವೆಗಳು (ನೇಮಕಾತಿ) ನಿಯಮಗಳು 2002 ರ ಮತ್ತು ಅದರ ತಿದ್ದುಪಡಿ ನಿಯಮಗಳು 2007, 2010 ಹಾಗೂ ಮೇಲೆ ುಕಾತಿ) ನಿಯಮಗಳು 2002 ರ ಮತ್ತು ಅದರ ತಿದ್ದುಪಡಿ ನಿಯಮಗಳು 2007, 2010 ಹಾಗೂ ಮೇಲೆ ತಿಳಿಯಪಡಿಸಿದ ನಿಯಮಗಳಿಗೆ ಕಾಲಕಾಲಕ್ಕೆ ಆಗುವ ತಿದ್ದುಪಡಿಗಳ ಅನುಸಾರ ಅರ್ಹ ಮಹಿಳಾ ಮತ್ತು ಪುರುಷ ಅಭ್ಯರ್ಥಿಗಳಿಂದ ಆನ್‌ಲೈನ್ (On- ತಿಳಿಯಪಡಿಸಿದ ನಿಯಮಗಳಿಗೆ ಕಾಲಕಾಲಕ್ಕೆ ಆಗುವ ತಿದ್ದುಪಡಿಗಳ ಅನುಸಾರ ಅರ್ಹ ಮಹಿಳಾ ಮತ್ತು ಪುರುಷ ಅಭ್ಯರ್ಥಿಗಳಿಂದ ಆನ್‌ಲೈನ್ ( ತಿಳಿಯಪಡಿಸಿದ ನಿಯಮಗಳಿಗೆ ಕಾಲಕಾಲಕ್ಕೆ ಆಗುವ ತಿದ್ದುಪಡಿಗಳ ಅನುಸಾರ ಅರ್ಹ ಮಹಿಳಾ ಮತ್ತು ಪುರುಷ ಅಭ್ಯರ್ಥಿಗಳಿಂದ ಆನ್‌ಲೈನ್ ( line) ಮುಖಾಂತರ ಅರ್ಜಿಗಳನ್ನು ಆಹ್ವಾನಿಸಲಾಗಿದೆ.

ಅರ್ಜಿ ಪಡೆಯುವ ಮತ್ತು ಸಲ್ಲಿಸುವ ವಿಧಾನ: ಆನ್‌ಲೈನ್ (Online) ಮುಖಾಂತರ:

1. ಅರ್ಜಿ ಪಡೆಯುವ ಮತ್ತು ಸಲ್ಲಿಸುವ ವಿಧಾನ: ಆನ್‌ಲೈನ್ (1) ಅಭ್ಯರ್ಥಿಯು ಇಲಾಖೆಯ ಅದಿಕೃತ ವೆಬ್‌ಸೈಟ್

ಅಭ್ಯರ್ಥಿಯು ಇಲಾಖೆಯ ಅದಿಕೃತ ವೆಬ್‌ಸೈಟ್ www.karnatakaprisons.kar.nic.in ಗೆ ಹೋಗಿ, ಮೊದಲಿಗೆ; 'ನೇಮಕಾತಿ/

ಗೆ ಹೋಗಿ, ಮೊದಲಿಗೆ; 'ನೇಮಕಾತಿ/recruitment' ಅನ್ನುವ ಲಿಂಕ್ ಅನ್ನು ಕ್ಲಿಕ್ ಮಾಡಿ. (2) ಮುಖ್ಯ ಮೆನುನಲ್ಲಿ 'ಹೊಸ ಅರ್ಜಿ' ಲಿಂಕ್ ಅನ್ನು ಕ್ಲಿಕ್ ಮಾಡಿ ಅರ್ಜಿ ನಮೂನೆಯನ್ನು ಪಡೆದು ಅದರಲ್ಲಿ ಜೈಲರ್, 2ನೇ ದರ್ಜೆ ಬೋಧಕರು ಮುಖ್ಯ ಮೆನುನಲ್ಲಿ 'ಹೊಸ ಅರ್ಜಿ' ಲಿಂಕ್ ಅನ್ನು ಕ್ಲಿಕ್ ಮಾಡಿ ಅರ್ಜಿ ನಮೂನೆಯನ್ನು ಪಡೆದು ಅದರಲ್ಲಿ ಜೈಲರ್, 2ನೇ ದರ್ಜೆ ಬೋಧಕರು ಮುಖ್ಯ ಮೆನುನಲ್ಲಿ 'ಹೊಸ ಅರ್ಜಿ' ಲಿಂಕ್ ಅನ್ನು ಕ್ಲಿಕ್ ಮಾಡಿ ಅರ್ಜಿ ನಮೂನೆಯನ್ನು ಪಡೆದು ಅದರಲ್ಲಿ ಜೈಲರ್, 2ನೇ ದರ್ಜೆ ಬೋಧಕರು

ನಂತರ;

ಮತ್ತು ವಾರ್ಡರ್ ಹುದ್ದೆಗಳ ಪೈಕಿ ಯಾವ ಹುದ್ದೆಗೆ ಅರ್ಜಿ ಸಲ್ಲಿಸಲು ಬಯಸುವಿರೋ ಅದನ್ನು ಭರ್ತಿ ಮಾಡಬೇಕು. ನಂತರ ಮತ್ತು ವಾರ್ಡರ್ ಹುದ್ದೆಗಳ ಪೈಕಿ ಯಾವ ಹುದ್ದೆಗೆ ಅರ್ಜಿ ಸಲ್ಲಿಸಲು ಬಯಸುವಿರೋ ಅದನ್ನು ಭರ್ತಿ ಮಾಡಬೇಕು. (3) ಇಲಾಖೆಯು ಲಿಖಿತ ಪರೀಕ್ಷೆ ನಡೆಸುವ ಪರೀಕ್ಷಾ ಕೇಂದ್ರಗಳಾದ ಬೆಂಗಳೂರು, ಬೆಳಗಾವಿ, ಮೈಸೂರು, ಗುಲ್ಬರ್ಗಾ, ಬಳ್ಳಾರಿ, ಬಿಜಾಪುರ, ಇಲಾಖೆಯು ಲಿಖಿತ ಪರೀಕ್ಷೆ ನಡೆಸುವ ಪರೀಕ್ಷಾ ಕೇಂದ್ರಗಳಾದ ಬೆಂಗಳೂರು, ಬೆಳಗಾವಿ, ಮೈಸೂರು, ಗುಲ್ಬರ್ಗಾ, ಬಳ್ಳಾರಿ, ಬಿಜಾಪುರ, ಇಲಾಖೆಯು ಲಿಖಿತ ಪರೀಕ್ಷೆ ನಡೆಸುವ ಪರೀಕ್ಷಾ ಕೇಂದ್ರಗಳಾದ ಬೆಂಗಳೂರು, ಬೆಳಗಾವಿ, ಮೈಸೂರು, ಗುಲ್ಬರ್ಗಾ, ಬಳ್ಳಾರಿ, ಬಿಜಾಪುರ, ಮಂಗಳೂರು ಇವುಗಳ ಪೈಕಿ ಯಾವ ಕೇಂದ್ರದಲ್ಲಿ ಪರೀಕ್ಷೆ ಬರೆಯಲು ಬಯಸುವಿರೋ ಆ ಕೇಂದ್ರವನ್ನು ಜಾಗರೂಕತೆಯಿಂದ ಭರ್ತಿ ಮಾಡಬೇಕು. ಮಂಗಳೂರು ಇವುಗಳ ಪೈಕಿ ಯಾವ ಕೇಂದ್ರದಲ್ಲಿ ಪರೀಕ್ಷೆ ಬರೆಯಲು ಬಯಸುವಿರೋ ಆ ಕೇಂದ್ರವನ್ನು ಜಾಗರೂಕತೆಯಿಂದ ಭರ್ತಿ ಮಾಡಬ ಮಂಗಳೂರು ಇವುಗಳ ಪೈಕಿ ಯಾವ ಕೇಂದ್ರದಲ್ಲಿ ಪರೀಕ್ಷೆ ಬರೆಯಲು ಬಯಸುವಿರೋ ಆ ಕೇಂದ್ರವನ್ನು ಜಾಗರೂಕತೆಯಿಂದ ಭರ್ತಿ ಮಾಡಬ ನಂತರ; (4) ಅಭ್ಯರ್ಥಿಯ ಪೂರ್ಣ ಹೆಸರು, ವರ್ಗ, ಗುಂಪು, ಹುಟ್ಟಿದ ದಿನಾಂಕ, ಲಿಂಗ, ತಾಯಿಯ ಹೆಸರು, ತಂದೆಯ ಹೆಸರು, ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಹತೆಗಳನ್ನು ಅಭ್ಯರ್ಥಿಯ ಪೂರ್ಣ ಹೆಸರು, ವರ್ಗ, ಗುಂಪು, ಹುಟ್ಟಿದ ದಿನಾಂಕ, ಲಿಂಗ, ತಾಯಿಯ ಹೆಸರು, ತಂದೆಯ ಹೆಸರು, ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಹತೆಗಳನ್ನು ಅಭ್ಯರ್ಥಿಯ ಪೂರ್ಣ ಹೆಸರು, ವರ್ಗ, ಗುಂಪು, ಹುಟ್ಟಿದ ದಿನಾಂಕ, ಲಿಂಗ, ತಾಯಿಯ ಹೆಸರು, ತಂದೆಯ ಹೆಸರು, ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಹತೆಗಳನ್ನು ತುಂಬಬೇಕು. ಈ ಮಾಹಿತಿಗಳನ್ನು ತುಂಬಿದ ನಂತರ "ಪ್ರಿಂಟ್ ದಿ ಚಲನ್" (Print the challan) ಆಯ್ಕೆ ಮಾಡತಕ್ಕದ್ದು. ಅಭ್ಯರ್ಥಿಯು ನೀಡಿ ತುಂಬಬೇಕು. ಈ ಮಾಹಿತಿಗಳನ್ನು ತುಂಬಿದ ನಂತರ "ಪ್ರಿಂಟ್ ದಿ ಚಲನ್" (

) ಆಯ್ಕೆ ಮಾಡತಕ್ಕದ್ದು. ಅಭ್ಯರ್ಥಿಯು ನೀಡಿದ ಮಾಹಿತಿಯ ಆಧಾರದ ಮೇಲೆ ಅರ್ಜಿ ಸಲ್ಲಿಸಲು ಅರ್ಹರಾಗಿದ್ದಲ್ಲಿ ಮಾತ್ರ ತ್ರಿಪ್ರತಿ (Triplicate) ಚಲನ್ ತಯಾರಾಗುತ್ತದೆ ಹಾಗೂ ಅರ್ಜಿ ಸಂಖ್ಯೆಯು ) ಚಲನ್ ತಯಾರಾಗುತ್ತದೆ ಹಾಗೂ ಅರ್ಜಿ ಸಂಖ್ಯೆಯು ಮಾಹಿತಿಯ ಆಧಾರದ ಮೇಲೆ ಅರ್ಜಿ ಸಲ್ಲಿಸಲು ಅರ್ಹರಾಗಿದ್ದಲ್ಲಿ ಮಾತ್ರ ತ್ರಿಪ್ರತಿ (

ಸೃಜನೆಯಾಗುತ್ತದೆ. ಈ ಅರ್ಜಿಯ ಸಂಖ್ಯೆಯು ಮುಂದಿನ ನೇಮಕಾತಿ ಪ್ರಕ್ರಿಯೆಯ ಎಲ್ಲಾ ಹಂತಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಅವಶ್ಯಕವಾಗಿರುತ್ತದೆ. ಅರ್ಜಿಯ ಸೃಜನೆಯಾಗುತ್ತದೆ. ಈ ಅರ್ಜಿಯ ಸಂಖ್ಯೆಯು ಮುಂದಿನ ನೇಮಕಾತಿ ಪ್ರಕ್ರಿಯೆಯ ಎಲ್ಲಾ ಹಂತಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಅವಶ್ಯಕವಾಗಿರುತ್ತದೆ. ಅರ್ಜಿಯ ಸೃಜನೆಯಾಗುತ್ತದೆ. ಈ ಅರ್ಜಿಯ ಸಂಖ್ಯೆಯು ಮುಂದಿನ ನೇಮಕಾತಿ ಪ್ರಕ್ರಿಯೆಯ ಎಲ್ಲಾ ಹಂತಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಅವಶ್ಯಕವಾಗಿರುತ್ತದೆ. ಅರ್ಜಿಯ ಸಂಖ್ಯೆಯೊಂದಿಗೆ ಚಲನ್‌ನ ತ್ರಿಪ್ರತಿಯನ್ನು ಡೌನ್‌ಲೋಡ್ (

ಖ್ಯೆಯೊಂದಿಗೆ ಚಲನ್‌ನ ತ್ರಿಪ್ರತಿಯನ್ನು ಡೌನ್‌ಲೋಡ್ (Download) ಮಾಡಿಕೊಂಡು ಪ್ರಿಂಟ್ ಔಟ್ (Print out) ತೆಗೆದುಕೊಳ್ಳಬೇಕು. ಚಲನ್‌ನಲ್ಲಿ ) ತೆಗೆದುಕೊಳ್ಳಬೇಕು. ಚಲನ್‌ನಲ್ಲಿ

ನಮೂದಿಸಿರುವ ಪರೀಕ್ಷಾ ಶುಲ್ಕವನ್ನು ನಗದು ರೂಪದಲ್ಲಿ ಹತ್ತಿರವಿರುವ ಸ್ಟೇಟ್ ಬ್ಯಾಂಕ್ ಆಫ್ ಇಂಡಿಯಾ (SBI) ಬ್ಯಾಂಕ್ ಶಾಖೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಚಲನ್ ಮುಖಾಂತರ ಪಾವತಿಸಬೇಕು. ಹಣ ಪಾವತಿಸಿದ ನಂತರ ಬ್ಯಾಂಕ್‌ನವರು ಜರ್ನಲ್ ನಂಬರನ್ನು ನೀಡುವರು. ಪುನ: ಇಲಾಖೆಯ ಅದಿಕೃತ ವೆಬ್‌ಸೈಟ್ www.karnatakaprisons.kar.nic.in ನಲ್ಲಿ ಅರ್ಜಿ ಸಂಖ್ಯೆ ಮತ್ತು ಜನ್ಮ ದಿನಾಂಕ ನಮೂದಿಸಿದ ನಂತರ ಅರ್ಜಿ ನಮೂನೆ (application form) ತೆರೆಯುತ್ತದೆ. (5) ಅಭ್ಯರ್ಥಿಗಳು Online ಮುಖಾಂತರ ಕಂಪ್ಯೂಟರ್ ಪರದೆಯ ಮೇಲೆಯೇ ಪೂರ್ಣ ಅರ್ಜಿಯನ್ನು (complete) ತುಂಬಬೇಕು. ಅರ್ಜಿಯನ್ನು ಭರ್ತಿ ಮಾಡುವ ಮುನ್ನ ಅಭ್ಯರ್ಥಿಯು ಒಂದು ಬಿಳಿ ಹಾಳೆಯ ಮೇಲೆ ಪಾಸ್‌ಪೋರ್ಟ್ ಅಳತೆಯ (5 ಸೆಂಟಿ ಮೀಟರ್ x 4 ಸೆಂಟಿ ಮೀಟರ್) ಬಣ್ಣದ / ಕಪ್ಪು ಬಿಳಿ ಭಾವಚಿತ್ರವನ್ನು ಅಂಟಿಸಬೇಕು. ಮತ್ತೊಂದು ಬಿಳಿ ಹಾಳೆಯ ಮೇಲೆ ಕಪ್ಪು ಶಾಯಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಸಹಿ ಮಾಡಿ ಭಾವಚಿತ್ರ ಮತ್ತು ಸಹಿ ಎರಡೂ jpeg/gif ನಮೂನೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಪ್ರತ್ಯೇಕವಾಗಿ ಸ್ಕ್ಯಾನ್ ಮಾಡಿ ಇಟ್ಟುಕೊಂಡಿರಬೇಕು. ಸ್ಕ್ಯಾನ್ ಮಾಡಿದ ಫೈಲ್‌ನ ಗಾತ್ರ ಒಂದೊಂದೂ 100ಕೆ.ಬಿ.

ಮೀರದಂತಿರಬೇಕು (soft copy of each file size should be less than ¹⁰⁰ kb) ಸ್ಕ್ಯಾನ್ ಮಾಡಿಟ್ಟುಕೊಂಡಿರುವ ಭಾವಚಿತ್ರ ಮತ್ತು ಸಹಿಯನ್ನು ಕಂಪ್ಯೂಟರ್ ಮುಖೇನ ಮೇಲೆ ಕಾಣಿಸಿದ ವೆಬ್‌ಸೈಟ್‌ಗೆ ಅಪ್‌ಲೋಡ್ ("upload photo" ಮತ್ತು "upload signature") ಮಾಡುವುದು.

ಸೂಚನೆ:- ಫೈಲ್ ಗಾತ್ರ 100 ಕೆ.ಬಿ.ಗಿಂತ ಹೆಚ್ಚಿದ್ದಲ್ಲಿ ಫೋಟೋ ಮತ್ತು ಸಹಿ ಅಪ್‌ಲೋಡ್ ಆಗುವುದಿಲ್ಲ ಮತ್ತು ಅರ್ಜಿ ರವಾನೆಯಾಗುವುದಿಲ್ಲ. (6) ಅಭ್ಯರ್ಥಿಗಳು ಭಾವಚಿತ್ರಗಳನ್ನು ವೆಬ್ ಕ್ಯಾಮೆರಾ ಮುಖಾಂತರ ಸಹ ಅಪ್‌ಲೋಡ್ ಮಾಡಬಹುದಾಗಿದ್ದು, ಈ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ಸೂಚನೆಗಳನ್ನು ಪ್ರತ್ಯೇಕವಾಗಿ ನೀಡಲಾಗಿದೆ. (7) ಭರ್ತಿ ಮಾಡಿದ ಆನ್‌ಲೈನ್ ಅರ್ಜಿಯ ಪ್ರತಿಯನ್ನು ಪ್ರಿಂಟ್ ಔಟ್ ತೆಗೆದು ಭದ್ರವಾಗಿ ಇಟ್ಟುಕೊಳ್ಳತಕ್ಕದ್ದು. (8) ಅಭ್ಯರ್ಥಿಗಳು ದಿನಾಂಕ:22-06-2011ರಂದು ಬೆಳಿಗ್ಗೆ 10.00 ಗಂಟೆಯಿಂದ ದಿನಾಂಕ:22-07-2011 ರ ಮಧ್ಯಾಹ್ನ 14.00 ಗಂಟೆಯರೆಗೆ ಆನ್‌ಲೈನ್‌ನಲ್ಲಿ ಅರ್ಜಿ ಸಲ್ಲಿಸಬಹುದು.

2) ನೇರ ನೇಮಕಾತಿ ಮೂಲಕ ಭರ್ತಿ ಮಾಡಲು ಉದ್ದೇಶಿಸಿರುವ ಈ ಕೆಳಗೆ ನಮೂದಿಸಿರುವ ಖಾಲಿ ಹುದ್ದೆಗಳ ಸಂಖ್ಯೆಯು ತಾತ್ಕಾಲಿಕವಾಗಿದ್ದು

ಮೇಲಿನ ಹುದ್ದೆಗಳ ಸಂಖ್ಯೆಯು ತಾತ್ಕಾಲಿಕವಾಗಿದ್ದು ಅವಶ್ಯಕತೆ ಮತ್ತು ಸಂದರ್ಭಕ್ಕೆ ಅನುಗುಣವಾಗಿ ಮುನ್ಸೂಚನೆ ಇಲ್ಲದೆ ಬದಲಾವಣೆಗೊಳಪಟ್ಟಿರುತ್ತದೆ.

ಸೂಚನೆ: ಜೈಲರ್, ಎರಡನೇ ದರ್ಜೆ ಬೋಧಕರು ಮತ್ತು ವಾರ್ಡರ್ ಹುದ್ದೆಗಳಿಗೆ ಅರ್ಜಿ ಸಲ್ಲಿಸಲಿಚ್ಛಿಸುವ ಅಭ್ಯರ್ಥಿಗಳು ಪ್ರತಿ ಹುದ್ದೆಗೆ ಪ್ರತ್ಯೇಕವಾಗಿ ಅರ್ಜಿ ಸಲ್ಲಿಸತಕ್ಕದ್ದು.

3) ಜೈಲರ್, ಎರಡನೇ ದರ್ಜೆ ಬೋಧಕರು ಮತ್ತು ವಾರ್ಡರ್ ಹುದ್ದೆಗಳ ವರ್ಗೀಕರಣ ಈ ಕೆಳಕಂಡಂತಿದೆ.

4) ಕನ್ನಡ ಮಾಧ್ಯಮ, ಮಾಜಿ ಸೈನಿಕರು, ಯೋಜನೆಗಳಿಂದ ನಿರಾಶ್ರಿತಗೊಂಡ, ಗ್ರಾಮೀಣ ಅಭ್ಯರ್ಥಿಗಳು ಲಭ್ಯವಿಲ್ಲದಿದ್ದಲ್ಲಿ ಈ ಖಾಲಿ ಹುದ್ದೆಗಳನ್ನು ಮೇಲೆ ನಮೂದಿಸಿದ ಪ್ರವರ್ಗದ ಇತರ ಅಭ್ಯರ್ಥಿಗಳಿಂದ ತುಂಬಲಾಗುವುದು ಹಾಗೂ ಮಹಿಳಾ ಅಭ್ಯರ್ಥಿಗಳು ಲಭ್ಯವಾಗದಿದ್ದಲ್ಲಿ ಆ ಖಾಲಿ ಹುದ್ದೆಗಳನ್ನು ಆಯಾ ವರ್ಗಕ್ಕೆ ಸೇರಿದ ಪುರುಷ ಅಭ್ಯರ್ಥಿಗಳಿಂದ ತುಂಬಲಾಗುವುದು.

5) ಈ ಆಯ್ಕೆ ನೇಮಕಾತಿಯು ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ ಕಾರಾಗೃಹಗಳ ಸೇವೆಗಳು (ನೇಮಕಾತಿ) ನಿಯಮಗಳು 2002, ಮತ್ತು ಅದರ ತಿದ್ದುಪಡಿ ನಿಯಮ - 2007, 2010 ಹಾಗೂ ಕೆ.ಸಿ.ಎಸ್. (ಸಾಮಾನ್ಯ ನೇಮಕಾತಿ) ನಿಯಮಾವಳಿ 1977 ಹಾಗೂ ಮೇಲೆ ತಿಳಿಯಪಡಿಸಿದ ನಿಯಮಗಳಿಗೆ ಕಾಲಕಾಲಕ್ಕೆ ಆಗುವ ತಿದ್ದುಪಡಿಗಳ ಮೇರೆಗೆ ಆಯಾ ಹುದ್ದೆಗೆ ಅನುಗುಣವಾಗಿ ಅನುಸರಿಸಲಾಗುವುದು.

6) ವಯೋಮಿತಿ: ಜೈಲರ್, ಎರಡನೇ ದರ್ಜೆ ಬೋಧಕರು ಮತ್ತು ವಾರ್ಡರ್ ಹುದ್ದೆಗೆ:

ಅರ್ಜಿ ಸಲ್ಲಿಸಲು ನಿಗದಿಪಡಿಸಲಾದ ಕೊನೆಯ ದಿನಾಂಕದಂದು (ಅಂದರೆ ದಿನಾಂಕ 22-07-2011 ಕ್ಕೆ) ಅಭ್ಯರ್ಥಿಗೆ ಕನಿಷ್ಠ 20 ವರ್ಷ ಎಫ್) ಲಿಖಿತ ಪರೀಕ್ಷೆಯ ಕರೆಪತ್ರವನ್ನು ಅಭ್ಯರ್ಥಿಗಳು ಈ ಇಲಾಖೆಯ ಅದಿಕೃತ ವೆಬ್‌ಸೈಟ್ www.karnatakaprisons.kar.nic.in ನಿಂದಭಾಗ - ೫ ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ ರಾಜ್ಯಪತ್ರ, ಗುರುವಾರ, ಜೂನ್ ೨೩, ೨೦೧೧ ೧೦೭೭

9) ದೇಹದಾಡರ್್ಯತೆ:

ಜೈಲರ್, ಎರಡನೇ ದರ್ಜೆ ಬೋಧಕರು ಮತ್ತು ವಾರ್ಡರ್ ಹುದ್ದೆಗಳಿಗೆ ಸಂಬಂದಿಸಿದಂತೆ ಈ ಕೆಳಗಿನ ದೇಹದಾಡರ್್ಯತೆ ಹೊಂದಿದವರು

ಕೆಳಕಂಡವುಗಳು ದೈಹಿಕ ಅನರ್ಹತೆಗಳಾಗಿರುತ್ತವೆ:

1) ತಾಗುಮಂಡಿ (Knock-Knees), (2) ಬಾಗಿದ ಕಾಲುಗಳು (Bow legs), 3) ಚಪ್ಪಟೆ ಪಾದ (flat feet),

4) ಅಪಧಮನಿ ಊತ (Varicose veins), 5) ಮಾತಿನಲ್ಲಿ ಅಡಚಣೆ (ಗುಕ್ಕಿಸುವುದು) (Speech impediment).

10) ದೈಹಿಕ ಸಾಮರ್ಥ್ಯ ಪರೀಕ್ಷೆ:-

ಈ ಕೆಳಕಂಡ ಸಾಮರ್ಥ್ಯ ಪರೀಕ್ಷೆಯನ್ನು ನಡೆಸಲಾಗುವುದು.

ಅಭ್ಯರ್ಥಿಗಳು ಮೇಲಿನ 5 ದೈಹಿಕ ಸಾಮರ್ಥ್ಯ ಪರೀಕ್ಷೆಗಳ ಪೈಕಿ ಕನಿಷ್ಠ 3 ರಲ್ಲಿ ಉತ್ತೀರ್ಣರಾಗಬೇಕು. ದೈಹಿಕ ಸಾಮರ್ಥ್ಯ ಪರೀಕ್ಷೆಗೆ ಅಂಕಗಳನ್ನು ನೀಡಲಾಗುವುದಿಲ್ಲ. ಇವು ಕೇವಲ ಅರ್ಹತೆಗೆ ಮಾತ್ರ ಸೀಮಿತವಾಗಿರುತ್ತದೆ. ದೈಹಿಕ ಸಾಮರ್ಥ್ಯ ಪರೀಕ್ಷೆ ಮುಗಿದ ನಂತರ ದೇಹದಾಡರ್್ಯತೆ ಮತ್ತು ದೈಹಿಕ ಅರ್ಹತೆ ಪರೀಕ್ಷೆಗಳನ್ನು ನಡೆಸಲಾಗುವುದು.

ಟಿಪ್ಪಣಿ : ದೈಹಿಕ ಸಾಮರ್ಥ್ಯ, ದೇಹದಾಡರ್್ಯತೆ ಹಾಗೂ ದೈಹಿಕ ಅರ್ಹತೆ ಪರೀಕ್ಷೆಯನ್ನು ಒಂದು ಸಮಿತಿಯು ನಡೆಸುವುದು. ಅಭ್ಯರ್ಥಿಗಳು ಸದರಿ ಪರೀಕ್ಷೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಉತ್ತೀರ್ಣ / ಅನುತ್ತೀರ್ಣದ ತೀರ್ಮಾನವು ಸಮಿತಿಯ ಅಂತಿಮ ನಿರ್ಧಾರಕ್ಕೆ ಒಳಪಟ್ಟಿರುತ್ತದೆ. ಅರ್ಹತೆಯನ್ನು ಯಾವುದೇ ವೈದ್ಯಕೀಯಕರ್ನಾಟಕ ರಾಜ್ಯಪತ್ರ, ಗುರುವಾರ, ಜೂನ್ ೨೩, ೨೦೧೧ ಭಾಗ - ೫ ೧೦೭೮ ಪ್ರಮಾಣ ಪತ್ರದ ಆಧಾರದ ಮೇಲೆ ಪರಿಗಣಿಸಲಾಗುವುದಿಲ್ಲ. ದೈಹಿಕ ಸಾಮರ್ಥ್ಯ, ದೇಹದಾಡರ್್ಯತೆ ಹಾಗೂ ದೈಹಿಕ ಅರ್ಹತೆ ಪರೀಕ್ಷೆ ಪೂರ್ಣಗೊಂಡ ನಂತರ ಸಂಬಂಧಪಟ್ಟ ದಾಖಲೆಗೆ ಅಭ್ಯರ್ಥಿಗಳು ತಮ್ಮ ಸಹಿ ಹಾಕಬೇಕು.

11) ಮೌಖಿಕ ಪರೀಕ್ಷೆ:

ದೇಹದಾಡರ್್ಯತೆ, ದೈಹಿಕ ಸಾಮರ್ಥ್ಯ ಮತ್ತು ದೈಹಿಕ ಅರ್ಹತೆ ಪರೀಕ್ಷೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ತೇರ್ಗಡೆಯಾದ ಜೈಲರ್ ಹುದ್ದೆಯ ಅಭ್ಯರ್ಥಿಗಳಿಗೆ 1:3 ಪ್ರಮಾಣದಲ್ಲಿ 5 ಅಂಕಗಳ ಮೌಖಿಕ ಸಂದರ್ಶನ ನಡೆಸಲಾಗುವುದು. ಅರ್ಹ ಅಭ್ಯರ್ಥಿಗಳು ನೇಮಕಾತಿ ಸಮಿತಿಯ ಮುಂದೆ ಸಂದರ್ಶನಕ್ಕೆ ಹಾಜರಾಗಬೇಕಾಗುವುದು. ಈ ಮೌಖಿಕ ಪರೀಕ್ಷೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಕನಿಷ್ಠ ಅಂಕಗಳು ಇರುವುದಿಲ್ಲ. ಅಭ್ಯರ್ಥಿಗಳು ಎಲ್ಲಾ ಮೂಲ ದಾಖಲಾತಿಗಳನ್ನು ಮೌಖಿಕ ಪರೀಕ್ಷೆ ಪ್ರಾರಂಭವಾಗುವ ಮುನ್ನ ಹಾಜರುಪಡಿಸಬೇಕು.

12) ಪ್ರಮಾಣ ಪತ್ರಗಳು

ಅಭ್ಯರ್ಥಿಗಳು ಈ ಕೆಳಕಂಡ ಪ್ರಮಾಣ ಪತ್ರಗಳನ್ನು ತಮ್ಮಲ್ಲಿ ಇಟ್ಟುಕೊಂಡಿದ್ದು, ಮೂಲ ದಾಖಲಾತಿಗಳ ಪರಿಶೀಲನೆಯ ಸಂದರ್ಭದಲ್ಲಿ ಸಮಿತಿಯ ಮುಂದೆ ಹಾಜರುಪಡಿಸತಕ್ಕದ್ದು.

1) ಜನ್ಮ ದಿನಾಂಕವನ್ನೊಳಗೊಂಡ ಎಸ್.ಎಸ್.ಎಲ್.ಸಿ. ಅಥವಾ ತತ್ಸಮಾನ ಪರೀಕ್ಷೆಯ ಅಂಕಪಟ್ಟಿ/ ವರ್ಗಾವಣೆ ಪತ್ರ.

2) ಪದವಿ ಪರೀಕ್ಷೆಯ ಅಂಕಪಟ್ಟಿ / ಪದವಿ ಪ್ರಮಾಣ ಪತ್ರ (ಜೈಲರ್ ಹುದ್ದೆಗೆ)

3) ವಾಹನ ಚಾಲನೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಹೆವಿ ಡ್ಯೂಟಿ ಪರವಾನಗಿ ಇದ್ದರೆ ಅದರ ಮೂಲ ಪ್ರತಿ.

4) ಡಿಪ್ಲೋಮಾ ಪರೀಕ್ಷೆಯ ಅಂಕಪಟ್ಟಿ / ಸರ್ಕಾರದ ಅಂಗೀಕೃತ ಸಂಸ್ಥೆಯಿಂದ ನಡತೆ ಪ್ರಮಾಣ ಪತ್ರ/ಅಂಕಪಟ್ಟಿ (2ನೇ ದರ್ಜೆ ಬೋಧಕರ ಹುದ್ದೆಗೆ)

5) ಸರ್ಕಾರಿ ಇಲಾಖೆಯಲ್ಲಿ / ರಾಜ್ಯ ಸರ್ಕಾರದ / ಕೇಂದ್ರ ಸರ್ಕಾರದ / ಸರ್ಕಾರದ ಯಾವುದೇ ಪ್ರಾದಿಕಾರದಲ್ಲಿ / ರಾಜ್ಯ ಅಥವಾ ಕೇಂದ್ರ ಸರ್ಕಾರದ ಸಾರ್ವಜನಿಕ ಸ್ವಾಮ್ಯದ ಕಂಪನಿಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಪ್ರಸ್ತುತ ಉದ್ಯೋಗಿಯಾಗಿದ್ದಲ್ಲಿ ಅಂತಹವರು ಇಲಾಖಾ ವತಿಯಿಂದ ಕರ್ತವ್ಯದಿಂದ ಬಿಡುಗಡೆ ಮಾಡುವ ಬಗೆ ಇಚ್ಛಾ ಅನುಮತಿ ಪತ್ರ.

6) ಕಂಪ್ಯೂಟರ್ ಪರಿಣತಿಯನ್ನು ಹೊಂದಿದವರಾಗಿದ್ದರೆ ಆ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ಪ್ರಮಾಣ ಪತ್ರ

7) ಜಾತಿ ಪ್ರಮಾಣ ಪತ್ರವನ್ನು ಈ ಕೆಳಕಂಡ ನಮೂನೆಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಪಡೆದಿರತಕ್ಕದ್ದು (ಅನ್ವಯಿಸಿದಲ್ಲಿ ಮಾತ್ರ)

ಎ) ಪರಿಶಿಷ್ಟ ಜಾತಿ / ಪರಿಶಿಷ್ಟ ಪಂಗಡದ ಅಭ್ಯರ್ಥಿಗಳು ಸಂಬಂಧಪಟ್ಟ ತಹಶೀಲ್ದಾರ್ ರಿಂದ ವಿತರಿಸಿದ ನಮೂನೆ "ಡಿ" ನಲ್ಲಿ ಬಿ) ವರ್ಗ-1ರ ಅಭ್ಯರ್ಥಿಗಳು ಸಂಬಂಧಪಟ್ಟ ತಹಶೀಲ್ದಾರ್ ರಿಂದ ವಿತರಿಸಿದ ನಮೂನೆ - "ಇ" ರಲ್ಲಿ.

8) ಯೋಜನೆಗಳಿಂದ ನಿರಾಶ್ರಿತಗೊಂಡ ಅಭ್ಯರ್ಥಿ ಮೀಸಲಾತಿ ಅಡಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಆಯ್ಕೆಗೆ ಬಯಸಿದರೆ ಸರ್ಕಾರಿ ಅದಿಸೂಚನೆ ಸಂಖ್ಯೆಯ ಡಿಪಿಎಆರ್ 23 ಎಸ್ಆರ್ಆರ್ 99, ದಿನಾಂಕ:23-11-2000 ರನ್ವಯ ಸರ್ಕಾರದ ಸುತ್ತೋಲೆ ಸಂಖ್ಯೆ: ಸಿಆಸುಇ 44 ಸೇನೆನಿ 2001, ದಿನಾಂಕ:

27-07-2001ರಲ್ಲಿ ನಿಗದಿಪಡಿಸಿರುವ ನಮೂನೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಯೋಜನಾ ನಿರಾಶ್ರಿತ ಪ್ರಮಾಣ ಪತ್ರವನ್ನು ಸಕ್ಷಮ ಪ್ರಾದಿಕಾರದಿಂದ ಅರ್ಜಿಯನ್ನು ಸಲ್ಲಿಸಲು ನಿಗದಿಪಡಿಸಿದ ಕೊನೆಯ ದಿನಾಂಕದೊಳಗೆ ಪಡೆದಿರತಕ್ಕದ್ದು.

9) ಮಾಜಿ ಸೈನಿಕರಾಗಿದ್ದಲ್ಲಿ ಸಂಬಂಧಪಟ್ಟ ಘಟಕದಿಂದ ಡಿಸ್‌ಚಾರ್ಜ್ ಪ್ರಮಾಣ ಪತ್ರ (ಅನ್ವಯಿಸಿದಲ್ಲಿ ಮಾತ್ರ)

10) ಗ್ರಾಮೀಣ ಮೀಸಲಾತಿಯನ್ನು ಕೋರುವ ಅಭ್ಯರ್ಥಿಯು ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ ಅದಿಸೂಚನೆ ಸಂಖ್ಯೆ: ಸಿಆಸುಇ /08/ ಸೇನೆ/ 2001, ದಿನಾಂಕ:

13-02-2001, ರ ಪ್ರಕಾರ ತರಗತಿ 1 ರಿಂದ 10 ನೇ ತರಗತಿಯವರೆಗೆ ಗ್ರಾಮೀಣ ಪ್ರದೇಶದಲ್ಲಿ ವಿದ್ಯಾಭ್ಯಾಸ ಹೊಂದಿರುವವರು ಸರ್ಕಾರಿ ಆದೇಶ ಸಂಖ್ಯೆ: ಸಿಆಸುಇ /96 ಸೇನೆನಿ /2005, ದಿನಾಂಕ:10-08-2005 ರಲ್ಲಿ ನಿಗದಿಪಡಿಸಿದ ನಮೂನೆ 2ರ ಪ್ರಮಾಣ ಪತ್ರವನ್ನು ಕಡ್ಡಾಯವಾಗಿ ಶಾಲಾ ಮುಖ್ಯೋಪಾಧ್ಯಾಯರಿಂದ ಸಹಿ ಮಾಡಿಸಿ ಮತ್ತು ವ್ಯಾಪ್ತಿಯ ಕ್ಷೇತ್ರ ಶಿಕ್ಷಣಾದಿಕಾರಿಗಳಿಂದ ಮೇಲು ರುಜು ಮಾಡಿಸಿದ ಪ್ರಮಾಣ ಪತ್ರವನ್ನು ಅರ್ಜಿ ಸಲ್ಲಿಸಲು ನಿಗದಿಪಡಿಸಿದ ಕೊನೆಯ ದಿನಾಂಕದೊಳಗೆ ಪಡೆದಿರತಕ್ಕದ್ದು. (ನಮೂನೆ - 1) (ನಾನ್ ಕ್ರೀಮಿ ಲೇಯರ್) ಮತ್ತು ನಮೂನೆ- 2 ಇವುಗಳು ಗ್ರಾಮೀಣ ಮೀಸಲಾತಿ ಕೋರುವ ಸಾಮಾನ್ಯ ಅಭ್ಯರ್ಥಿಗಳಿಗೆ ಕಡ್ಡಾಯವಾಗಿರುತ್ತದೆ.)

ಅಂತೆಯೇ ಗ್ರಾಮೀಣ ಮೀಸಲಾತಿ ಕೋರುವ ಪರಿಶಿಷ್ಟ ಜಾತಿ, ಪರಿಶಿಷ್ಟ ಪಂಗಡ, ಪ್ರವರ್ಗ-1, ಪ್ರವರ್ಗ-2ಎ, 2ಬಿ, 3ಎ, 3ಬಿ ಸೇರಿದ ಅಭ್ಯರ್ಥಿಗಳು ನಮೂನೆ-2ರಲ್ಲಿ ಪ್ರಮಾಣ ಪತ್ರವನ್ನು ಸಂಬಂಧಪಟ್ಟ ಪ್ರಾದಿಕಾರದಿಂದ ಪಡೆದಿರತಕ್ಕದ್ದು.

11) ಕನ್ನಡ ಮಾಧ್ಯಮ ಅಭ್ಯರ್ಥಿಯು ಒಂದನೇ ತರಗತಿಯಿಂದ ಹತ್ತನೇ ತರಗತಿಯವರೆಗೆ ಕನ್ನಡ ಮಾಧ್ಯಮದಲ್ಲಿ ವ್ಯಾಸಂಗ ಮಾಡಿದ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ಶಾಲಾ ಮುಖ್ಯೋಪಾಧ್ಯಾಯರಿಂದ ಮತ್ತು ಕ್ಷೇತ್ರ ಶಿಕ್ಷಣಾದಿಕಾರಿಗಳಿಂದ ಮೇಲು ರುಜು ಮಾಡಿಸಿ ಮೊಹರಿನೊಂದಿಗೆ ಪ್ರಮಾಣ ಪತ್ರವನ್ನು ಪಡೆದಿರತಕ್ಕದ್ದು. (ಅನ್ವಯಿಸಿದಲ್ಲಿಮಾತ್ರ)ಭಾಗ - ೫ ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ ರಾಜ್ಯಪತ್ರ, ಗುರುವಾರ, ಜೂನ್ ೨೩, ೨೦೧೧ ೧೦೭೯

13) ಶುಲ್ಕ:

ಪ.ಜಾ/ಪ.ಪಂ./ಪ್ರವರ್ಗ-1ರ ಅಭ್ಯರ್ಥಿಗಳಿಗೆ ಮತ್ತು ಸಾಮಾನ್ಯ ವರ್ಗ, ಪ್ರವರ್ಗ 2ಎ, 2ಬಿ, 3ಎ, 3ಬಿ ಅಭ್ಯರ್ಥಿಗಳಿಗೆ, ಬ್ಯಾಂಕ್ ಸೇವಾ ಶುಲ್ಕವನ್ನು ಒಳಗೊಂಡಂತೆ ಜೈಲರ್, 2ನೇ ದರ್ಜೆ ಬೋಧಕರು ಮತ್ತು ವಾರ್ಡರ್ ಹುದ್ದೆಗಳಿಗೆ ಶುಲ್ಕ ಈ ಕೆಳಕಂಡಂತೆ ಇರುತ್ತದೆ.

ಒಮ್ಮೆ ಪರೀಕ್ಷಾ ಶುಲ್ಕವನ್ನು ಪಾವತಿಸಿದ ನಂತರ ಅದನ್ನು ಯಾವುದೇ ಸಂದರ್ಭದಲ್ಲಿಯೂ ಹಿಂದಿರುಗಿಸಲಾಗುವುದಿಲ್ಲ ಅಥವಾ ಅದನ್ನು ನೇಮಕಾತಿ ಸಮಿತಿಯು ನಡೆಸುವ ಇತರೆ ಯಾವುದೇ ಪರೀಕ್ಷೆ ಅಥವಾ ನೇಮಕಾತಿಗಳಿಗೆ ಹೊಂದಿಸಿಕೊಳ್ಳಲಾಗುವುದಿಲ್ಲ. ಮೇಲಿನ ಕಾಲಂಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ನಮೂದಿಸಿದಂತೆ ಅಭ್ಯರ್ಥಿಗೆ ಅನ್ವಯಿಸುವ ಶುಲ್ಕ ಮಾತ್ರ ಪಾವತಿಸತಕ್ಕದ್ದು.

14) ನೇಮಕಾತಿಗೆ ಅನರ್ಹತೆಗಳು:

1) ಈ ಕೆಳಗೆ ಕಾಣಿಸಿದವರಲ್ಲದ ಯಾವ ವ್ಯಕ್ತಿಯೂ ಈ ಅದಿಸೂಚನೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ವಿವರಿಸಿದ ಹುದ್ದೆಗಳಿಗೆ ಅರ್ಹನಾಗಿರುವುದಿಲ್ಲ

(ಎ) ಭಾರತದ ಪೌರ ಅಥವಾ

(ಬಿ) ನೇಪಾಳದ ಪ್ರಜೆ ಅಥವಾ

(ಸಿ) ಭೂತಾನದ ಪ್ರಜೆ ಅಥವಾ

(ಡಿ) ಭಾರತದಲ್ಲಿ ಖಾಯಂ ಆಗಿ ನೆಲೆಸುವ ಉದ್ದೇಶದಿಂದ 1962 ಜನವರಿ 1ನೇ ದಿನಾಂಕಕ್ಕೆ ಮೊದಲು ಭಾರತಕ್ಕೆ ಬಂದಿರುವ ಟಿಬೆಟಿಯನ್ ನಿರಾಶ್ರಿತರ ಅಥವಾ

(ಇ) ಪಾಕಿಸ್ತಾನ, ಮ್ಯಾನ್ಮಾರ (ಬರ್ಮಾ), ಶ್ರೀಲಂಕಾ ಅಥವಾ ಆಪಿ್ರಕಾದ ರಾಷ್ಟ್ರಗಳಾದ ಕೀನ್ಯಾ, ಉಗಾಂಡಾ, ತಾಂಚಾನಿಯಾ ಸಂಯುಕ್ತ ಗಣರಾಜ್ಯ (ಹಿಂದಿನ ಟಾಂಗೋನಿಕಾ ಅಂರಿhುೕಬಾರ), ರhiಾಂಬಿಯಾ ಮಾಲ್ವಿ, ರೆhುೖರ್, ಇಥಿಯೋಪಿಯಾ ಅಥವಾ ವಿಯಟ್ನಾಂಗಳಿಗೆ ವಲಸೆ ಹೋದ ಭಾರತೀಯ ಮೂಲದ ವ್ಯಕ್ತಿ.

2) ಒಬ್ಬರಿಗಿಂತ ಹೆಚ್ಚು ಜೀವಂತ ಪತ್ನಿಯರನ್ನು ಹೊಂದಿದ ಪುರುಷ ಅಭ್ಯರ್ಥಿಗಳು ಸರ್ಕಾರದ ಪೂರ್ವಾನುಮತಿ ಇಲ್ಲದೇ ನೇಮಕಾತಿಗೆ ಅರ್ಹರಾಗಿರುವುದಿಲ್ಲ.

3) ಯಾವುದೇ ಅಭ್ಯರ್ಥಿಯು ಅದಿಕೃತ ಅಥವಾ ಅನದಿಕೃತ ಒತ್ತಡ ಅಥವಾ ಪ್ರಭಾವ ತರಲು ಪ್ರಯತ್ನಿಸಿದಲ್ಲಿ ಅವರು ನೇಮಕಾತಿಗೆ ಅರ್ಹರಾಗುವುದಿಲ್ಲ.

4) ಯಾವುದೇ ಅಭ್ಯರ್ಥಿಯು ಅರ್ಜಿ ಹಾಕುವ ಸಮಯದಲ್ಲಿ ಯಾವುದೇ ಸರ್ಕಾರಿ ಇಲಾಖೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಅಥವಾ ರಾಜ್ಯ ಸರ್ಕಾರದ ಅಥವಾ ಕೇಂದ್ರ ಸರ್ಕಾರದ ಅಥವಾ ಪ್ರಾದಿಕಾರದಲ್ಲಿ ಖಾಯಂ ಅಥವಾ ತಾತ್ಕಾಲಿಕ ನೌಕರಿಯಲ್ಲಿದ್ದಲ್ಲಿ ಅಂತಹವರು ಸಂದರ್ಭಾನುಸಾರ ಎಲ್ಲಿ ಸೇವೆ ಸಲ್ಲಿಸುತ್ತಿದ್ದರೋ ಆಯಾ ಇಲಾಖಾ ಮುಖ್ಯಸ್ಥರು ಅಥವಾ ಸರ್ಕಾರದ ಅಥವಾ ಪ್ರಾದಿಕಾರದ ಪೂರ್ವಾನುಮತಿ ಇಲ್ಲದೇ ಅರ್ಜಿ ಸಲ್ಲಿಸಿದ್ದಲ್ಲಿ ಅವರು ನೇಮಕಾತಿಗೆ ಅರ್ಹರಾಗುವುದಿಲ್ಲ. ಆದರೆ ಇದು ಸರ್ಕಾರದ ಯಾವುದೇ ಇಲಾಖೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಸ್ಥಳೀಯ ಅಭ್ಯರ್ಥಿಯಾಗಿ ನೇಮಕ ಹೊಂದಿದ್ದಲ್ಲಿ ಅವರನ್ನು ಅಂತೆಯೇ ಪರಿಗಣಿಸುವವರೆಗೆ ಅನ್ವಯಿಸುವುದಿಲ್ಲ.

5) ಕೆಳಕಾಣಿಸಿದ ಯಾವುದೇ ವ್ಯಕ್ತಿ ಹುದ್ದೆಗೆ ನೇಮಕಾತಿಯಾಗಲು ಅರ್ಹರಲ್ಲ.

ಎ) ಕಾನೂನು ಬಾಹಿರ ಸಂಸ್ಥೆಯೆಂದು ಅಥವಾ ಸಂಘವೆಂದು ಘೋಷಿಸಲಾದಂತಹ ಯಾವುದೇ ಸಂಸ್ಥೆಯ ಅಥವಾ ಸಂಘದ ಸದಸ್ಯರಾಗಿದ್ದರೆ ಅಥವಾ ಸ್ವಂತ ಅಥವಾ ಬೇರೆಯವರ ಸಂಬಂಧ ಹೊಂದಿದ್ದಲ್ಲಿ ಅಥವಾ ಸಂಪರ್ಕ ಹೊಂದಿದ್ದಲ್ಲಿ ಅಥವಾ

ಬಿ) ಈ ಕೆಳಕಂಡ ಯಾವುದೇ ಚಟುವಟಿಕೆ ಅಥವಾ ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮದಲ್ಲಿ ಭಾಗವಹಿಸಿದ್ದರೆ ಅಥವಾ ಸಂಪರ್ಕವಿಟ್ಟುಕೊಂಡಿದ್ದರೆ ;

I. ಭಾರತ ಸಂವಿಧಾನವನ್ನು ಬುಡಮೇಲು ಮಾಡುವ ಉದ್ದೇಶವನ್ನು ಹೊಂದಿರುವ

II. ಹಿಂಸಾತ್ಮಕ ಕೃತ್ಯವು ಒಳಗೊಂಡ ಸಂಘಟಿತನ ಕಾನೂನು ಉಲ್ಲಂಘನೆ ಅಥವಾ ಪ್ರತಿಭಟನೆಯ ಉದ್ದೇಶ ಹೊಂದಿರುವ III. ಭಾರತದ ಪರಮಾದಿಕಾರದ ಮತ್ತು ಸಮಗ್ರತೆಯ ಹಿತಾಸಕ್ತಿಗಳಿಗೆ ಅಥವಾ ರಾಜ್ಯ ಭದ್ರತೆಗೆ ಪ್ರತಿಕೂಲವಾದ ಉದ್ದೇಶವನ್ನು ಹೊಂದಿರುವ ಅಥವಾಕರ್ನಾಟಕ ರಾಜ್ಯಪತ್ರ, ಗುರುವಾರ, ಜೂನ್ ೨೩, ೨೦೧೧ ಭಾಗ - ೫ ೧೦೮೦ IV. ಧರ್ಮ, ಕುಲ, ಭಾಷೆ, ಜಾತಿ ಅಥವಾ ಕೋಮುಗಳ ಆಧಾರದ ಮೇಲೆ ವಿವಿಧ ವರ್ಗಗಳ ಜನರ ನಡುವೆ ದ್ವೇಷ ಅಥವಾ ಹಗೆತನದ ಭಾವನೆಗಳನ್ನು ಪ್ರಚೋದಿಸುವ ಅಥವಾ

ಸಿ) ಭಾರತ ಸರ್ಕಾರದ ಅಥವಾ ಯಾವುದೇ ರಾಜ್ಯ ಸರ್ಕಾರದ ಸೇವೆಯಿಂದ ವಜಾ ಆಗಿರುವವರು.

6) ಯಾವುದೇ ವ್ಯಕ್ತಿ ಕ್ರಿಮಿನಲ್ ಮೊಕದ್ದಮೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಶಿಕ್ಷೆಗೆ ಗುರಿಯಾಗಿರಬಾರದು ಹಾಗೂ ಕೇಂದ್ರ ಅಥವಾ ಯಾವುದೇ ರಾಜ್ಯ ಲೋಕಸೇವಾ ಆಯೋಗದವರು ನಡೆಸುವ ಯಾವುದೇ ಪರೀಕ್ಷೆಗಳಿಗೆ ಅಥವಾ ಆಯ್ಕೆಗಳಿಗೆ ಹಾಜರಾಗುವುದರಿಂದ ತಾತ್ಕಾಲಿಕವಾಗಿ ಬಹಿಷ್ಕರಿಸಿದ್ದರೆ ಅಥವಾ ಖಾಯಂ ಪರಿಗಣಿಸುವವರೆಗೆ ಸಾಧಾರಣವಾಗಿ ನೇಮಕಾತಿಗೆ ಅರ್ಹರಾಗಿರುವುದಿಲ್ಲ.

7) ಕ್ರಿಮಿನಲ್ ಅಪರಾಧ ಮೊಕದ್ದಮೆಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಒಳಗೊಂಡ ಅಭ್ಯರ್ಥಿಯನ್ನು ಅನರ್ಹರೆಂದು ಪರಿಗಣಿಸಲಾಗುವುದು.

8) ಸುಳ್ಳು ಮಾಹಿತಿಯನ್ನೊಳಗೊಂಡ ಅರ್ಜಿಗಳು ಅನರ್ಹಗೊಳ್ಳುತ್ತವೆ.

9) ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ ರಾಜ್ಯದ ಯಾವುದೇ ಸರ್ಕಾರಿ ಹಾಗೂ ಅರೆ ಸರ್ಕಾರಿ ಸಂಸ್ಥೆಯ ಸೇವೆಯಿಂದ ವಜಾಗೊಂಡಿರುವ ನೌಕರರು ನೇಮಕಾತಿಗೆ ಅರ್ಹರಲ್ಲ.

10) ಸೇವಾ ನಿರತ ಅಭ್ಯರ್ಥಿಗಳ ವಾರ್ಷಿಕ ಪ್ರತಿಕೂಲ ನಮೂದುಗಳಿದ್ದರೆ ಅಥವಾ ಅವರ ವಿರುದ್ಧ ಇಲಾಖಾ ವಿಚಾರಣೆ ಇದ್ದರೆ ಅಂತಹ ಅಭ್ಯರ್ಥಿಗಳು ಅನರ್ಹರಾಗುವರು.

15) ಷರತ್ತುಗಳು:-

1) ಅಭ್ಯರ್ಥಿಗಳು ಪ್ರತಿ ಹುದ್ದೆಗೆ ಪ್ರತ್ಯೇಕವಾಗಿ ಆನ್‌ಲೈನ್ (Online) ಮುಖೇನ ಅರ್ಜಿ ಸಲ್ಲಿಸತಕ್ಕದ್ದು.

2) ಅಭ್ಯರ್ಥಿಗಳು ಅರ್ಜಿ ಸಲ್ಲಿಸಲು ನಿಗದಿಪಡಿಸಿರುವ ಕೊನೆಯ ದಿನಾಂಕದವರೆಗೆ ಕಾಯದೆ ಆದಷ್ಟು ಶೀಘ್ರವಾಗಿ ಆನ್‌ಲೈನ್ (Online)

ಮೂಲಕ ಅರ್ಜಿ ಸಲ್ಲಿಸತಕ್ಕದ್ದು.

3) ಅಭ್ಯರ್ಥಿಯು ಅರ್ಜಿ ಹಾಕುವ ಸಮಯದಲ್ಲಿ ಯಾವುದೇ ಕೇಂದ್ರ / ರಾಜ್ಯ ಸರ್ಕಾರದ ಯಾವುದೇ ಪ್ರಾದಿಕಾರ ಅಥವಾ ಕೇಂದ್ರ ಅಥವಾ ರಾಜ್ಯ ಸಾರ್ವಜನಿಕ ಸ್ವಾಮ್ಯಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ನೌಕರಿಯಲ್ಲಿದ್ದಲ್ಲಿ ಅಂತಹವರು ಇಲಾಖಾ ಮುಖ್ಯಸ್ಥರ ಅಥವಾ ನೇಮಕಾತಿ ಪ್ರಾದಿಕಾರಿಯಿಂದ ಸೂಕ್ತ ದೃಡೀಕರಣದ ಪತ್ರದೊಂದಿಗೆ ಸಮುಚಿತ ಮಾರ್ಗದಲ್ಲಿ ಅರ್ಜಿಯನ್ನು ಸಲ್ಲಿಸಬೇಕು ಹಾಗೂ ಕಾರಾಗೃಹ ಇಲಾಖೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ನೇಮಕಗೊಂಡಲ್ಲಿ ಕಾರಾಗೃಹ ಇಲಾಖಾ ಸೇವೆಗೆ ಕರ್ತವ್ಯದಿಂದ ಬಿಡುಗಡೆ ಮಾಡಲು ಅನುಮತಿ ಪತ್ರವಿರಬೇಕು.

4) ಅಭ್ಯರ್ಥಿಯು ನಿಗದಿಗೊಳಿಸಿದ ದೇಹದಾಡರ್್ಯತೆ ಮತ್ತು ದೈಹಿಕ ಸಾಮರ್ಥ್ಯ ಪರೀಕ್ಷೆಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಅನುತ್ತೀರ್ಣರಾದರೆ ಮೌಖಿಕ ಸಂದರ್ಶನಕ್ಕೆ ಅರ್ಹತೆ ಹೊಂದುವುದಿಲ್ಲ.

5) ಅಭ್ಯರ್ಥಿಯು ಒಂದು ಸಲ ಆಯ್ಕೆ ಮಾಡಿದ ಪರೀಕ್ಷಾ ಕೇಂದ್ರವನ್ನು ಬದಲಾಯಿಸುವಂತಿಲ್ಲ.

6) ಅಂತಿಮವಾಗಿ ಆಯ್ಕೆಯಾದ ಅಭ್ಯರ್ಥಿಯು ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ ರಾಜ್ಯದ ಯಾವುದೇ ಭಾಗದಲ್ಲಿ ಸೇವೆ ಸಲ್ಲಿಸಲು ಸಿದ್ದನಾಗಿರಬೇಕು.

7) ಅಭ್ಯರ್ಥಿಯು ಮಾನಸಿಕವಾಗಿ ಮತ್ತು ದೈಹಿಕವಾಗಿ ಆರೋಗ್ಯವಂತರಾಗಿರಬೇಕು ಮತ್ತು ನೇಮಕಾತಿಯ ಕರ್ತವ್ಯಗಳ ದಕ್ಷ ನಿರ್ವಹಣೆಗೆ ಆತಂಕವನ್ನುಂಟು ಮಾಡುವ ಸಂಭವ ಇರುವ ಯಾವುದೇ ದೈಹಿಕ ನ್ಯೂನತೆಯಿಂದ ಮುಕ್ತರಾಗಿರಬೇಕು.

8) ನೇಮಕಾತಿ ಪ್ರಕ್ರಿಯೆಯ ಯಾವುದೇ ಹಂತದಲ್ಲಿ ಅಭ್ಯರ್ಥಿಯ ಅನರ್ಹತೆಯ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ಪತ್ತೆಯಾದಲ್ಲಿ ಅಂತಹ ಅಭ್ಯರ್ಥಿಗಳನ್ನು ಅನರ್ಹರೆಂದು ಪರಿಗಣಿಸಲಾಗುವುದು.

9) ನೇಮಕಾತಿ ಸಮಿತಿಯ ನಡೆಸುವ ಯಾವುದೇ ಪರೀಕ್ಷೆಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಅನುಚಿತವಾಗಿ ವರ್ತಿಸಿದರೆ ಅಥವಾ ನಕಲು ಮಾಡಿದ್ದು ಕಂಡು ಬಂದರೆ ಅಥವಾ ನಕಲು ಸಾಮಾಗ್ರಿಯನ್ನು ಹೊಂದಿದ್ದರೆ, ಅಂತಹ ಅಭ್ಯರ್ಥಿಗಳನ್ನು ಡಿಬಾರ್ ಮಾಡಲಾಗುವುದು.

10) ಅಭ್ಯರ್ಥಿಗಳು ಯಾವ ಪ್ರವರ್ಗದಡಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಮೀಸಲಾತಿಯನ್ನು ಬಯಸುತ್ತಾರೋ ಅದೇ ಪ್ರವರ್ಗದಡಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಆಯ್ಕೆ ಪ್ರಕ್ರಿಯೆಯನ್ನು ಮಾಡಲಾಗುವುದು. ಯಾವುದೇ ಕಾರಣಕ್ಕೆ ಅದನ್ನು ಬದಲಾಯಿಸುವಂತಿಲ್ಲ.

11) ಅರ್ಜಿಯನ್ನು ಸಲ್ಲಿಸಲು ನಿಗದಿಪಡಿಸಿರುವ ಕೊನೆಯ ದಿನಾಂಕದ ನಂತರ ಮಾಡಿಸುವ ಮೀಸಲಾತಿ ಪ್ರಮಾಣ ಪತ್ರಗಳನ್ನು ಗಣನೆಗೆ ತೆಗೆದುಕೊಳ್ಳುವುದಿಲ್ಲ.

12) ಅಭ್ಯರ್ಥಿಗಳಿಗೆ ಕೆಲಸದಲ್ಲಿ ಕನ್ನಡವನ್ನು ಉಪಯೋಗಿಸುವ ಪೂರ್ಣ ಪರಿಜ್ಞಾನವಿರಬೇಕು. ಮೇಲ್ಕಾಣಿಸಿದ ಹುದ್ದೆಗಳಿಗೆ ಆಯ್ಕೆ ಹೊಂದಿದ ಅಭ್ಯರ್ಥಿಗಳ ಪೈಕಿ ಎಸ್.ಎಸ್.ಎಲ್.ಸಿ ಅಥವಾ ಉನ್ನತ ಪರೀಕ್ಷೆಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಕನ್ನಡವನ್ನು ಪ್ರಥಮ ಅಥವಾ ದ್ವಿತೀಯ ಭಾಷೆಯಾಗಿ ತೆಗೆದುಕೊಂಡು ತೇರ್ಗಡೆಯಾಗದೆ ಇರುವ ಅಭ್ಯರ್ಥಿಗಳು 1984 ರ ಕೆ.ಸಿ.ಎಸ್. (ನೇಮಕಾತಿ) (ಕನ್ನಡ ಭಾಷಾ ಪರೀಕ್ಷೆ) ನಿಯಮಗಳನ್ವಯ ಕನ್ನಡ ಭಾಷಾ ಪರೀಕ್ಷೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಉತ್ತೀರ್ಣರಾಗದ ಹೊರತು ನೇಮಕ ಹೊಂದಲು ಅರ್ಹರಾಗುವುದಿಲ್ಲ. ಈ ಪರೀಕ್ಷೆಯನ್ನು ನೇಮಕಾತಿ ಪ್ರಾದಿಕಾರಿ ನಡೆಸುವರು.

ವೆಬ್ ಕ್ಯಾಮರಾ ಸಹಾಯದಿಂದ ಭಾವಚಿತ್ರವನ್ನು upload ಮಾಡುವ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ಸೂಚನೆಗಳು:

ವೆಬ್ ಕ್ಯಾಮರಾ ಅಳವಡಿಸಿರುವ ಗಣಕಯಂತ್ರದಲ್ಲಿ ವೆಬ್‌ಕ್ಯಾಮರಾವನ್ನು ಚಾಲನೆ ಮಾಡಿ (activate) ಭಾವಚಿತ್ರ ತೆಗೆಯುವ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ಅನುಸರಿಸಬೇಕಾದ

ವಿಧಾನ:

ಹಂತ-1 :

1. ಸ್ಟಾರ್ಟ್ ಬಟನ್ (start button) ಕ್ಲಿಕ್ ಮಾಡಿ "ಕಂಟ್ರೋಲ್ ಪ್ಯಾನೆಲ್" (control panel) ಗೆ ಹೋಗುವುದು. 2. ಕಂಟ್ರೋಲ್ ಪ್ಯಾನೆಲ್ ಒಳಗೆ "ಸ್ಕ್ಯಾನರ್ಸ್ ಮತ್ತು ಕ್ಯಾಮರಾ" (scanners & camera) ಗಮನಿಸಿ ಅದರ ಮೇಲೆ ಕ್ಲಿಕ್ ಮಾಡಿರಿ. 3. ನಂತರ ಯು.ಎಸ್.ಬಿ. (U.S.B) ಕ್ಯಾಮರಾ ಡಿವೈಸನ್ನು ಗುರುತಿಸಿ ಅದನ್ನು ಕ್ಲಿಕ್ ಮಾಡುವುದು. 4. ಈಗ ಕ್ಯಾಮರಾ ಭಾವಚಿತ್ರ ತೆಗೆಯಲು ತಯಾರಾಗಿರುತ್ತದೆ. 5. (store ಆಗುತ್ತದೆ) 6. ಅನಂತರ Next ಬಟನ್ ಅನ್ನು ಒತ್ತಿ ಗಣಕಯಂತ್ರದ ಬೇಕಾದ ಸ್ಥಳಕ್ಕೆ (location) ಭಾವಚಿತ್ರವನ್ನು ಉಳಿಸಬಹುದು (save) 7. ಕೊನೆಯದಾಗಿ ಭಾವಚಿತ್ರ ಉಳಿಸಿರುವ (save / stored) ಮಾಡಿರುವ ಡೈರೆಕ್ಟರಿಯು (Directory) ತೆರೆದುಕೊಳ್ಳುತ್ತದೆ.

ಹಂತ-2 :

ತೆಗೆಯಲಾಗಿರುವ ಭಾವಚಿತ್ರವನ್ನು ಪಾಸ್‌ಪೋರ್ಟ್ ಅಳತೆಗೆ ಪರಿವರ್ತಿಸುವ ವಿಧಾನ :

1) ಉಳಿಸಿರುವ ಭಾವಚಿತ್ರವನ್ನು ಪಿ ಬ್ರಶ್ (Paint Brush) ನಲ್ಲಿ ತೆರೆಯುವುದು. 2) ಭಾವಚಿತ್ರವನ್ನು (Image) ಆಯ್ಕೆ ಮಾಡಿ, ನಂತರ Image menu ಯಿಂದ ಸ್ಟ್ರೆಚ್ / ಸ್ಕ್ಯೂ ಆಯ್ಕೆ ಮಾಡುವುದು. 3) ಶೇಕಡಾ 30 ರಷ್ಟು ಹಾರಿಸಾಂಟಲ್ ಮತ್ತು ವರ್ಟಿಕಲ್ ಸ್ಟ್ರೆಚ್‌ಗೆ ದಾಖಲಿಸಿ ಓ.ಕೆ. ಬಟನ್ ಒತ್ತುವುದು. 4) ಸೆಲೆಕ್ಟ್ ಟೂಲ್ ಅನ್ನು ಉಪಯೋಗಿಸಿ ಭಾವಚಿತ್ರದ ಅಳತೆಗೆ ಬೇಕಾಗಿರುವ ಜಾಗವನ್ನು ಆಯ್ಕೆ ಮಾಡಿ ಮತ್ತು Delete ಕೀ ಬೋರ್ಡ್ ಉಪಯೋಗಿಸಿ, ಭಾವಚಿತ್ರಕ್ಕೆ ಅಗತ್ಯವಿದ್ದ ಜಾಗವನ್ನು ತೆಗೆದು ಹಾಕಿ. 5) ಫೈಲ್ ನ್ಯೂ (File new) ವನ್ನು ಆಯ್ಕೆ ಮಾಡಿ ಭಾವಚಿತ್ರವನ್ನು ಉಳಿಸಿಕೊಳ್ಳಿರಿ. 6) ಆಯ್ಕೆ ಮಾಡಿರುವ ಭಾವಚಿತ್ರವನ್ನು ಅಂಟಿಸಲು Ctrl + V ಅನ್ನು ಒತ್ತಿ.

ಸಹಿಯನ್ನು ಅಭ್ಯರ್ಥಿಗಳು ವೆಬ್‌ಸೈಟ್ ಮೂಲಕ ಅಪ್‌ಲೋಡ್ ಮಾಡುವ ವಿಧಾನ :

A dictation for duration of about fifteen minutes will be given and the candidates shall type the matter dictated. This test shall carry maximum of hundred marks and minimum marks for pass shall be fifty.
