ಈ ಕೆಳಗೆ ನಮೂದಿಸಿದ ಕಾಮಗಾರಿಗೆ ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ ಲೋಕೋಪಯೋಗಿ ಇಲಾಖೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಒಂದನೇ ದರ್ಜೆ ಹಾಗೂ ಮೇಲ್ಪಟ್ಟ ನೋಂದಾಯಿತ ಗುತ್ತಿಗೆದಾರರಿಂದ ಅಥವಾ ನುರಿತ ಸಂಸ್ಥೆಗಳಿಂದ ನಿರ್ದಿಷ್ಟ ಫಾರಂನಲ್ಲಿ ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ ಟ್ರಾನ್ಸ್‌ಪರೆನ್ಸಿ ಇನ್ ಪಬ್ಲಿಕ್ ಪ್ರೋಕ್ಯೂರ್‌ಮೆಂಟ್ ಆ್ಯಕ್ಟ್ 2000ರ ಪ್ರಕಾರ ದ್ವಿಲಕೋಟೆ ಪದ್ಧತಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಮೊಹರಾದ ಐಟಂವಾರು ಟೆಂಡರುಗಳನ್ನು ಆಹ್ವಾನಿಸಲಾಗಿದೆ. ಟೆಂಡರಿನ ದ್ವಿಲಕೋಟೆಯ ಬಿಡ್ ಪದ್ಧತಿ, ತಾಂತ್ರಿಕ ಬಿಡ್ ಹಾಗೂ ವಿತ್ತೀಯ (ಫೈನಾನ್ಸಿಯಲ್) ಬಿಡ್ಡನ್ನು ಒಳಗೊಂಡಿದೆ. ಬಿಡ್‌ಗಳನ್ನು ತಾಂತ್ರಿಕ ಬಿಡ್ ಹಾಗೂ ವಿತ್ತೀಯ ಬಿಡ್ ಎಂದು ಗುರುತು ಹಾಕಿದ ಎರಡು ಪ್ರತ್ಯೇಕ ಮೊಹರಾದ ಲಕೋಟೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಎರಡು ಭಾಗಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಸ್ವೀಕರಿಸಲಾಗುವುದು. ಈ ಎರಡು ಲಕೋಟೆಗಳಿಗೆ ಮೊಹರು ಮಾಡಿ ಕೆಲಸದ ಶಿರೋನಾಮೆ ನಮೂದಿಸಿ ಇನ್ನೊಂದು ಮೊಹರಾದ ಲಕೋಟೆಯಲ್ಲಿಡಬೇಕು ಮತ್ತು ಬಿಡ್ಡುದಾರರ ಹೆಸರು ಹಾಗೂ ಪೂರ್ತಿ ಅಂಚೆ ವಿಳಾಸದೊಂದಿಗೆ ಕೆಳ ಸಹಿದಾರರಿಗೆ ಕಳುಹಿಸಬೇಕು. ಪೂರ್ತಿಗೊಳಿಸಿದ ಬಿಡ್ಡನ್ನು ಶೆಡ್ಯೂಲ್‌ನಲ್ಲಿ ಒಳಗೊಂಡ ವಿಶೇಷ ನಿಯಮಗಳ ಕೆಪಿಡಬ್ಲ್ಯೂಡಿ ಕೋಡ್ ವಾಲ್ಯೂಂ-2ರ ಫಾರಂನಲ್ಲಿ ಹಾಗೂ ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ ಟ್ರಾನ್ಸ್‌ಪರೆನ್ಸಿ ಇನ್ ಪಬ್ಲಿಕ್ ಪ್ಯೋಕ್ಯೂರ್‌ಮೆಂಟ್ ಆ್ಯಕ್ಟ್ 2000ರಲ್ಲಿ ನಿರೂಪಿತ ಶರ್ತಗಳಿಗೊಳಪಟ್ಟು ಕಾರ್ಯಕಾರಿ ಅಭಿಯಂತರರು, ವಿಶ್ವವಿದ್ಯಾನಿಲಯ ಇಂಜಿನಿಯರಿಂಗ್ ವಿಭಾಗ, ಮಂಗಳಗಂಗೋತ್ರಿ ಇವರು ಸ್ವೀಕರಿಸುವರು. ಈ ಕೆಳಗೆ ಸೂಚಿತ ದಿನಾಂಕದಂದು ತಾಂತ್ರಿಕ ಬಿಡ್ಡನ್ನು ತೆರೆಯಲಾಗುವುದು. ತಾಂತ್ರಿಕ ಬಿಡ್‌ನಲ್ಲಿ ಅರ್ಹರಾಗಿರುವ ಬಿಡ್‌ದಾರರ ವಿತ್ತೀಯ ಬಿಡ್‌ಗಳನ್ನು ಮಾತ್ರ ತೆರೆಯಲಾಗುವುದು. ಈ

ಸಾಮಾನ್ಯ ಷರತ್ತುಗಳು:

1. ಖಾಲಿ ಟೆಂಡರು ಫಾರಂಗಳಿಗೆ ಅರ್ಜಿಗಳನ್ನು ನಿಗದಿ ಪಡಿಸಿದ ಬೆಲೆಯೊಂದಿಗೆ (ಹಿಂದಿರುಗಿಸಲಾಗುವುದಿಲ್ಲ) ಮತ್ತು ನಿಗದಿಪಡಿಸಿದ ಇ.ಎಂ.ಡಿಯೊಂದಿಗೆ, ಕೆಲಸದ ಎಲ್ಲಾ ದಿನಗಳಂದು ಕಛೇರಿ ವೇಳೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಸ್ವೀಕರಿಸಲಾಗುವುದು. ಅರ್ಜಿ ಜೊತೆಗೆ ಗುತ್ತಿಗೆದಾರರು/ಕಂಪೆನಿಗಳು ಅವರ ರಿಜಿಸ್ಟ್ರೇಷನ್ ಸರ್ಟಿಫೈಡ್ ಪ್ರತಿಯನ್ನು ಸಲ್ಲಿಸತಕ್ಕದ್ದು. ಕೆಲಸದ ಬಿಡ್ಡಿಂಗ್‌ನಲ್ಲಿ ಆಸಕ್ತಿಯುಳ್ಳ ಗುತ್ತಿಗೆದಾರರು/ಕಂಪೆನಿಗಳು ಟೆಂಡರ್ ಫಾರಂನ ಬೆಲೆಯನ್ನು ಮಂಗಳೂರು ವಿಶ್ವವಿದ್ಯಾನಿಲಯದ ಆವರಣದಲ್ಲಿರುವ ಸ್ಟೇಟ್ ಬ್ಯಾಂಕ್ ಆಫ್ ಇಂಡಿಯಾ ಅಥವಾ ವಿಜಯಾ ಬ್ಯಾಂಕ್ ಕೊಣಾಜೆ ಶಾಖೆಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಕೋಡ್ ನಂಬ್ರ 006/15ಕ್ಕೆ ಚಲನ್ ಮೂಲಕ ಪಾವತಿಸಿ ಮೂಲ ಚಲನನ್ನು ಟೆಂಡರು ನಮೂನೆಯನ್ನು ಕೋರಿ ಸಲ್ಲಿಸುವ ಅರ್ಜಿಗೆ ಲಗತ್ತಿಸಿ ಕೆಳ ಸಹಿದಾರರಿಗೆ ಸಲ್ಲಿಸಬೇಕು. ಅರ್ಜಿ ಜೊತೆ ಗುತ್ತಿಗೆದಾರರು ರಿಜಿಸ್ಟ್ರೇಷನ್ ಸರ್ಟಿಫೈಡ್ ಪ್ರತಿಯನ್ನು ಸಲ್ಲಿಸತಕ್ಕದ್ದು. ಇ.ಎಂ.ಡಿಯನ್ನು ರಾಷ್ಟ್ರೀಕೃತ ಅಥವಾ ಶೆಡ್ಯೂಲ್ ಬ್ಯಾಂಕಿನಿಂದ ಹಣಕಾಸು ಅಧಿಕಾರಿ, ಮಂಗಳೂರು ವಿಶ್ವವಿದ್ಯಾನಿಲಯ ಇವರ ಹೆಸರಿನಲ್ಲಿ ವಿಶ್ವವಿದ್ಯಾನಿಲಯಕ್ಕೆ ಪಾವತಿಯಾಗುವಂತೆ ಡಿ.ಡಿ. ಮುಖಾಂತರ ಮಾತ್ರ ಸಲ್ಲಿಸಬೇಕು. ನಿಗದಿಪಡಿಸಿದ ಇಡುಗಂಟು ಮೊತ್ತದೊಂದಿಗೆ ಸಲ್ಲಿಸದಿರುವ ಅರ್ಜಿಯನ್ನು ಪರಿಗಣಿಸಲಾಗುವುದಿಲ್ಲ.

2. ದಿನಾಂಕದ ವಿವರಗಳು ಈ ಕೆಳಕಂಡಂತಿದೆ:

ಅ) ಇಡುಗಂಟು ಮೊತ್ತ (ಇ.ಎಂ.ಡಿ.)ದ ಡಿ.ಡಿ.ಯೊಂದಿಗೆ ಅರ್ಜಿಗಳನ್ನು ಸ್ವೀಕರಿಸುವ ನಿಗದಿತ ದಿನಾಂಕ: 12.09.2011 ಕಛೇರಿ ವೇಳೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಆ) ಖಾಲಿ ಟೆಂಡರು ಫಾರಂಗಳನ್ನು ವಿತರಿಸುವ ದಿನಾಂಕ: 15.09.2011ರ ನಂತರ ಕಛೇರಿ ವೇಳೆಯಲ್ಲಿ

ಇ) ಟೆಂಡರು ಸಲ್ಲಿಸುವ ದಿನಾಂಕ: 19.09.2011ರ ಅಪರಾಹ್ನ 4.00ರ ವರೆಗೆ

ಈ) ತಾಂತ್ರಿಕ ಬಿಡ್‌ನ್ನು ತೆರೆಯುವ ದಿನಾಂಕ: 21.09.2011ರ ಪೂರ್ವಾಹ್ನ 11.00ಕ್ಕೆ ಅಥವಾ ಮುಂದೆ ತಿಳಿಸಲಾಗುವ ಸಮಯ ಮತ್ತು ದಿನಾಂಕದಂದು.

3. ಕಾಮಗಾರಿ ಪೂರ್ತಿಗೊಳಿಸಿದ ಬಳಿಕ ಒಂದು ವರ್ಷದ ಕಾಲ ಯಾವುದೇ ದುರಸ್ತಿ ಕಾರ್ಯ ಬರಬಾರದು. ಈ ಅವಧಿಯಲ್ಲಿ (ಡಿಪೆಕ್ಟ್ ಲಯಬಿಲಿಟಿ ಅವಧಿ) ಯಾವುದಾದರೂ ದುರಸ್ತಿಬೇಕಾದರೆ ಗುತ್ತಿಗೆದಾರ/ ವಾಣಿಜ್ಯ ಸಂಸ್ಥೆ ಅದನ್ನು ತಮ್ಮ ಸ್ವಂತ ಖರ್ಚಿನಲ್ಲಿ ಪುನರ್ ನಿರ್ಮಿಸಿ ಕೊಡಬೇಕು.

4. ಪ್ರತಿ ಟೆಂಡರುದಾರರು ಮೇಲೆ ತಿಳಿಸಿದ ಮೊದಲ ಕಾಮಗಾರಿಗೆ ಈ ಕೆಳಗೆ ನೀಡಲಾದ ಯಂತ್ರೋಪಕರಣಗಳನ್ನು ಸ್ವಂತ ನೆಲೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಶೇ. 50 ಮತ್ತು ಉಳಿದ ಭಾಗವನ್ನು ಬಾಡಿಗೆಗೆ ಹೊಂದಿದ್ದು, ಅವುಗಳ ಮಾಲಿಕತ್ವದ ಪುರಾವೆ ಲಗ್ತೀಕರಿಸಬೇಕು. ಪುರಾವೆ ರಹಿತವಾಗಿ ಸಲ್ಲಿಸಿದ

5. ಟೆಂಡರಿನಲ್ಲಿ ಭಾಗವಹಿಸಲಿಚ್ಫಿಸುವ ಗುತ್ತಿಗೆದಾರರು/ಕಂಪೆನಿಗಳು ಉದ್ದೇಶಿಸಿರುವ ಕಾಮಗಾರಿಯ ಶೇ. 50ರಷ್ಟು ಮೊತ್ತದ ಇದೇ ತರಹದ ಕಾಮಗಾರಿಯನ್ನು ಐಟಂ ನಂ. 2 ಮತ್ತು 3ರ ಕಾಮಗಾರಿಗೆ ಹಾಗೂ ಶೇ. 80 ರಷ್ಟು ಮೊತ್ತದ ಇದೇ ತರಹದ ಕಾಮಗಾರಿಯನ್ನು ಐಟಂ ಸಂ. 1ಕ್ಕೆ ಕಳೆದ ಐದು ವರ್ಷಗಳ ಅವಧಿಯ ಒಂದು ಆರ್ಥಿಕ ವರ್ಷದಲ್ಲಿ ಪೂರೈಸಿರತಕ್ಕದ್ದು. ಈ ಕುರಿತ ಪ್ರಮಾಣ ಪತ್ರವನ್ನು ಸಕ್ಷಮ ಅಧಿಕಾರಿಯವರಿಂದ ಪಡೆದು ಅರ್ಜಿಯೊಂದಿಗೆ ಸಲ್ಲಿಸತಕ್ಕದ್ದು.

6. ಕಾಮಗಾರಿ ನಿರ್ವಹಿಸುವುದಕ್ಕಾಗಿ, ಬೇಕಾದ ಆರ್ಥಿಕ ಸಾಮರ್ಥ್ಯವನ್ನು ಹೊಂದಿರುವ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ಟೆಂಡರ್ ಮೊಬಲಗಿನ ಶೇ.30ಕ್ಕೆ ಸಮನಾದ ಮೊಬಲಗಿನ (ಯಾವುದೇ ರಾಷ್ಟ್ರೀಕೃತ ಬ್ಯಾಂಕಿನ) ಲೈನ್ ಆಫ್ ಕ್ರೆಡಿಟ್‌ನ್ನು ತಪ್ಪದೆ ನೀಡಬೇಕು.

7. ತಾಂತ್ರಿಕ ಬಿಡ್‌ಗಳ ಪುರಾವೆಯಾಗಿ ಲಗ್ತೀಕರಿಸಿದ ಎಲ್ಲಾ ದಾಖಲೆಗಳನ್ನು ಜಿಲ್ಲಾ ಮಟ್ಟದ ಅಧಿಕಾರಿಗಿಂತ ಕೆಳಗಿಲ್ಲದ ಶ್ರೇಣಿಯ ಗಜೆಟೆಡ್ ಅಧಿಕಾರಿಯವರಿಂದ ದೃಡೀಕರಿಸಿ ಸಲ್ಲಿಸಬೇಕು. ತಪ್ಪಿದರೆ ಬಿಡ್‌ಗಳನ್ನು ಅನರ್ಹಗೊಳಿಸಲಾಗುತ್ತದೆ.

8. ತಾಂತ್ರಿಕ ಬಿಡ್‌ನೊಂದಿಗೆ ಸಮಂಜಸವಾದ (ರಿಲೆವೆಂಟ್) ಪ್ರಮಾಣ ಪತ್ರಗಳು ಹಾಗೂ ವಿವರಗಳನ್ನು ಮಾತ್ರ ಲಗ್ತೀಕರಿಸಬೇಕು. ಕಂಪೆನಿ:

ಏಜನ್ಸಿಗಳು/ವಾಣಿಜ್ಯ ಸಂಸ್ಥೆಗಳು: ಪ್ರೊಪೈಲ್ ವಿವರಗಳನ್ನು ಲಗ್ತೀಕರಿಸಬೇಕು.

9. ಜಂಟಿ ಸಹಭಾಗಿತ್ವದ ಟೆಂಡರುಗಳನ್ನು ಸ್ವೀಕರಿಸಲಾಗುವುದಿಲ್ಲ.

10. ಯಾವುದೇ ಟೆಂಡರನ್ನು ಅಥವಾ ಎಲ್ಲಾ ಟೆಂಡರನ್ನು ಯಾವುದೇ ಕಾರಣ ನೀಡದೇ ತಿರಸ್ಕರಿಸುವ ಅಥವಾ ಅಂಗೀಕರಿಸುವ ಹಕ್ಕನ್ನು ಸಂಬಂಧಪಟ್ಟ ಇಲಾಖಾ ಅಧಿಕಾರಿಯವರು ಹೊಂದಿರುತ್ತಾರೆ.

11. ಶರ್ತಬದ್ಧ ಟೆಂಡರುಗಳನ್ನು ಪರಿಗಣಿಸಲಾಗುವುದಿಲ್ಲ.

12. ಕಾಮಗಾರಿಯನ್ನು ನಿಗದಿತ ಅವಧಿಯೊಳಗೆ ಮುಗಿಸಬೇಕು. ತಪ್ಪಿದಲ್ಲಿ ನಿಯಮ ರೀತ್ಯಾ ದಂಡನಾ ಶುಲ್ಕ ತೆರಬೇಕಾಗುತ್ತದೆ.

13. ಗುತ್ತಿಗೆದಾರರು/ಕಂಪೆನಿಗಳು ಸಿಮೆಂಟ್, ಉಕ್ಕು ಹಾಗೂ ಕಾಮಗಾರಿಗಳಿಗೆ ಬೇಕಾದ ಎಲ್ಲಾ ಸಾಮಾಗ್ರಿಗಳ ಸಂಗ್ರಹಕ್ಕೆ ತಮ್ಮ ಸ್ವಂತ ವ್ಯವಸ್ಥೆ ಮಾಡಿಕೊಳ್ಳಬೇಕು. ಇದನ್ನು ಕೆಲಸಕ್ಕೆ ಉಪಯೋಗಿಸುವ ಮೊದಲು ಗುಣ ನಿಯಂತ್ರಣ ಪರೀಕ್ಷೆಗೆ ಒಳಪಡಿಸಿ, ಫಲಿತಾಂಶವು ಐ.ಎಸ್.ಎಸ್.

ಗುಣಮಟ್ಟಕ್ಕೆ ಸರಿಹೊಂದುವಂತಿರಬೇಕು. ಇದನ್ನು ಕೆಲಸದ ಎಲ್ಲಾ ಹಂತಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಒದಗಿಸಬೇಕು.

1) Application for blank tender forms will be received on the date mentioned below during office hours with (non refundable) cost of tender application and EMD. The certified copy of the registration should be enclosed with application. Interested contractors/firms who qualify for the work should remit the cost of tender form amount through challan either to State Bank of India, Mangalagangotri Branch or Vijaya Bank, Konaje Branch with Code No. 006/15 and enclosed the original challan and certified copy of registration while applying for the work. E.M.D. should be in the form of D.D. only from any nationalized or scheduled bank payable to Finance Officer, Mangalore University. The application without EMD in prescribed form (i.e. D.D.) will not be considered and will be rejected in total.

2) Dates of Tender are as follows:

i) Date fixed for applying of Tender form with E.M.D. (in the form of D.D.) is on: 12.09.2011 during office hours.

ii) Issue of blank tender form: 15.09.2011 onwards during office hours.

iii) Submission of filled up tender in sealed cover: 19.09.2011 upto 4.00 p.m.

iv) Opening of Technical bid: 21.09.2011 at 11.00 a.m. or any other day which will be intimated.

3. After completion of work, there should not be any repairs upto one year. However, if any defects noted during this period (Defect liability period) the contractor should rectify it at his own cost.

4. Every contractor should possess atleast 50% of the following machinery and able to procure balance on hire for first works

5. Interested contractors or firms who want to quote for the tender should complete atleast one similar nature of work of costing not less than 50% of the above work No. 2 and 3 and 80% for works No. 1, in any one financial year during last Five years.

For this purpose they should enclose necessary certificate from the competent authority.

6. They should give line of credit from any Nationalized Bank for 30% of the above tender amount.

7. For the Technical bid contractor should enclose all the certified copy (certified by not less than District level Gazetted Officer) for the proof of bid. Original documents should be produced for verification at any stages of scrutiny. It he fails to produce the original documents the technical bid is liable to be rejected.

8. The contractor or firms should enclose relevant certificate and details only with technical bid. The companies/firms etc., should enclose profile details.

9. Joint venture tenders will not be accepted.

10. The concerned University Officer has got the right to reject or accept any tender or all tenders without assigning any reasons.

11. Conditional tenders will not be considered.

12. The work should be completed with-in the prescribed time. Otherwise fine will be levied as per the rules.

13. Contractor/firms should make his own arrangements for procuring and storing of cement, steel, sand, stone and other materials required for the work. The materials should be got tested at every stages and only after confirming the test results to ISS standards, then only the materials should be used on work.

14. As per the G.O. No. ULD-3/GL ED/2006 dated 18.01.2007 the contractor is bound to pay 1% of bill amount as labour cess.

ಆಯೋಗವು ತೋಟಗಾರಿಕೆ ಇಲಾಖೆಯಲ್ಲಿನ ತೋಟಗಾರಿಕೆ ಸಹಾಯಕರ ಹುದ್ದೆಗಳ ನೇಮಕಾತಿಗೆ ಸಂಬಂಧಿಸಿದಂತೆ ದಿನಾಂಕ:30.01.2011 ರಂದು ಸ್ಪರ್ಧಾತ್ಮಕ ಪರೀಕ್ಷೆಯನ್ನು ನಡೆಸಿತು. ಶ್ರೀ ಶೇಖರ್ ಜಿ.ಎಸ್. ಇವರು ಹುದ್ದೆಗೆ ಅರ್ಜಿ ಸಲ್ಲಿಸಿದ್ದು, ನೋಂದಣಿ ಸಂಖ್ಯೆ:402820ರಡಿ ಸ್ಪರ್ಧಾತ್ಮಕ ಪರೀಕ್ಷೆ ಬರೆಯಬೇಕಾಗಿದ್ದ ಪರೀಕ್ಷಾ ಕೇಂದ್ರದ ಬದಲು, ಮತ್ತೊಂದು ಪರೀಕ್ಷಾ ಕೇಂದ್ರದಲ್ಲಿ ಪರೀಕ್ಷೆ ಬರೆಯುವ ಮೂಲಕ ಪ್ರವೇಶ ಪತ್ರದಲ್ಲಿನ ಸೂಚನೆಗಳನ್ನು ಉಲ್ಲಂಘಿಸುವ ಲೋಪವೆಸಗಿರುತ್ತಾರೆ.

ಈ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ದಿನಾಂಕ:10.05.2011ರಂದು ಜಾರಿ ಮಾಡಿದ, ಕಾರಣ ಕೇಳುವ ನೋಟೀಸ್ ಸಂಖ್ಯೆ: ಆರ್(4) 2059ಕ್ಕೆ ಸಂಬಂಧಿಸಿದಂತೆ ಶ್ರೀ ಶೇಖರ್ ಜಿ.ಎಸ್. ರವರು ನೀಡಿರುವ ಸಮಜಾಯಿಷಿಯು ಸಮಂಜಸವಾಗಿಲ್ಲದ ಪ್ರಯುಕ್ತ ಇವರ ನಡತೆಯನ್ನು ದುರ್ನಡತೆಯೆಂದು ಪರಿಗಣಿಸಿ,ಭಾಗ - ೫ ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ ರಾಜ್ಯಪತ್ರ, ಗುರುವಾರ, ಜುಲೈ ೨೮, ೨೦೧೧ ೧೨೯೫ ಅಭ್ಯರ್ಥಿಯು ಪ್ರಸ್ತುತ ಅರ್ಜಿ ಸಲ್ಲಿಸಿರುವ ನೇಮಕಾತಿಯ ಅಭ್ಯರ್ಥಿತ್ವವನ್ನು ರದ್ದುಪಡಿಸಲು ಮತ್ತು ಮುಂದಿನ ಒಂದು ನೇಮಕಾತಿಗೆ ನಡೆಸಲಾಗುವ ಪರೀಕ್ಷೆಯಿಂದ ಡಿಬಾರ್ ಮಾಡಲು ನಿರ್ಧರಿಸಿ ಈ ಕೆಳಕಂಡಂತೆ ಆದೇಶ ಮಾಡಿರುತ್ತದೆ.

ಡಿಟಿಇ 42 ಇಎಸ್‌ಟಿ(10) 2010, ದಿನಾಂಕ:04.03.2011 ರನ್ವಯ ಶ್ರೀಯುತ ಮಲ್ಲಿಕಾರ್ಜುನ ಅರ್ಥಿ ಇವರನ್ನು ಎಐಸಿಟಿಇ ವೇತನಶ್ರೇಣಿ ರೂ.8000- 13500 ರಲ್ಲಿ ನೇಮಕಾತಿ ಮಾಡಿ ದಿನಾಂಕ:04.03.2011 ರಂದು ನಡೆದ ಕೌನ್ಸಿಲಿಂಗ್‌ನಲ್ಲಿ ಅವರು ಆಯ್ಕೆ ಮಾಡಿಕೊಂಡಂತೆ ಸರ್ಕಾರಿ ಇಂಜಿನಿಯರಿಂಗ್ ಕಾಲೇಜು, ಹಾವೇರಿಗೆ ಸ್ಥಳನಿಯುಕ್ತಿಗೊಳಿಸಿ ಆದೇಶದ ದಿನಾಂಕದಿಂದ 15 ದಿನಗಳೊಳಗಾಗಿ ಸಂಬಂಧಪಟ್ಟ ಸಂಸ್ಥೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಕಾರ್ಯವರದಿ ಮಾಡಿಕೊಳ್ಳಲು ಸೂಚಿಸಲಾಗಿತ್ತು.

ಆದರೆ, ಸದರಿ ಮಲ್ಲಿಕಾರ್ಜುನ ಅರ್ಥಿಯವರು ದಿನಾಂಕ:22.03.2011 ರಂದು ನಿರ್ದೇಶನಾಲಯಕ್ಕೆ ಖುದ್ದು ಹಾಜರಾಗಿ ಇಲಾಖೆಯ ಆಡಳಿತಾಧಿಕಾರಿಯವರಿಗೆ ಮನವಿಯೊಂದನ್ನು ಸಲ್ಲಿಸಿ ತಮ್ಮ ವೈಯಕ್ತಿಕ ಕಾರಣಗಳ ನಿಮಿತ್ತ ಉಪನ್ಯಾಸಕರ ಹುದ್ದೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಕಾರ್ಯವರದಿ ಮಾಡಿಕೊಳ್ಳಲು 6 ತಿಂಗಳ ಕಾಲಾವಕಾಶವನ್ನು ವಿಸ್ತರಿಸುವಂತೆ ಕೋರಿದ್ದರು. ಶ್ರೀಯುತರ ಮನವಿಯನ್ನು ಉಲ್ಲೇಖಿಸಿ ಕಾಲಾವಕಾಶ ವಿಸ್ತರಣೆಯ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ಈ ಕಛೇರಿ ಪತ್ರ ಸಂಖ್ಯೆ: ಡಿಟಿಇ 49 ಇಎಸ್‌ಟಿ(10) 2010, ದಿನಾಂಕ:22.03.2011 ರಂದು ಸರ್ಕಾರಕ್ಕೆ ವಿವರವಾದ ಪ್ರಸ್ತಾವನೆಯನ್ನು ಸಲ್ಲಿಸಲಾಗಿತ್ತು. ಈ ವಿಷಯವಾಗಿ ಸೇರಿಕೆ ಅವಧಿಯನ್ನು ವಿಸ್ತರಿಸುವ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ಸಲ್ಲಿಸಲ್ಪಟ್ಟಿದ್ದ ಎಲ್ಲಾ ಮನವಿಗಳನ್ನು ಕೂಲಂಕುಷವಾಗಿ ಪರಿಶೀಲಿಸಿದ ಸರ್ಕಾರವು ಪತ್ರ ಸಂಖ್ಯೆ: ಇಡಿ 80 ಡಿಟಿಇ 2011, ದಿನಾಂಕ:13.04.2011 ಮತ್ತು ದಿನಾಂಕ:05.05.2011 (ಭಾಗ) ರಲ್ಲಿ ಕಾಲಾವಕಾಶವನ್ನು ವಿಸ್ತರಿಸುವಂತೆ ಕೋರಿ ಸಲ್ಲಿಸಿರುವ ಮನವಿಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಪರಿಗಣನೆಗೆ ಅರ್ಹವಾದ ಅಂಶಗಳು ಇಲ್ಲವಾದ್ದರಿಂದ ಹೆಚ್ಚಿನ ಕಾಲಾವಕಾಶ ನೀಡಲು ಸಾಧ್ಯವಿಲ್ಲವೆಂದು ತಿಳಿಸಿ ಇವರುಗಳ ಕೋರಿಕೆಯನ್ನು ತಿರಸ್ಕರಿಸಿ, ಕೂಡಲೇ ಕರ್ತವ್ಯಕ್ಕೆ ಹಾಜರಾಗಲು ಸೂಚಿಸಲಾಗಿತ್ತು. ಈ ಮಾಹಿತಿಯನ್ನು ಈ ಕಛೇರಿ ಹಿಂಬರಹ ಪತ್ರ ಸಂಖ್ಯೆ: ಡಿಟಿಇ 49 ಇಎಸ್‌ಟಿ (10) 2011, ದಿನಾಂಕ:18.04.2011 ಮತ್ತು 05.05.2011 ರಲ್ಲಿ ಸಂಬಂಧಪಟ್ಟ ಎಲ್ಲಾ ಅಭ್ಯರ್ಥಿಗಳು ಮತ್ತು ಪ್ರಾಂಶುಪಾಲರುಗಳಿಗೆ ಮಾಹಿತಿಯನ್ನು ನೀಡಲಾಗಿತ್ತು.

PREAMBLE:

The Board has appointed Shri Mohammed Burhanuddin Khan as Muthavalli to manage the day today affairs of Hazrath Azmathulla Shah Khadri Makhan, Kolar, for a period of two years vide Order of even No. Dated:20.02.2009 and the term was expired on 06.02.2011. The said Muthavalli of the above Wakf institution has applied for hereditary muthavalli on 10.12.2010 and the Chairman, District Wakf Advisory Committee, Kolar, vide his letter No.DWAC/5/HASKM/KLR/95/392 Dated:21.12.2010 has also recommended for the continuation of his Muthavalliship beyond 07.02.2011 as hereditary Muthavalli as he is the descendant of the said saint along with relevant documents in the interest of the said Wakf.

And whereas the matter was placed before the Administrator, Karnataka State Board of Wakfs for consideration. The Administrator after careful consideration has accorded its approval for the continuation of the said Muthavalli as hereditary Muthavalli on 22.02.2011. Hence this order.

In view of the facts narrated above and in exercise of the powers conferred under the provisions of the Wakf Act, 1995, the Karnataka State Board of Wakfs hereby continue the services of Shri Mohammed Burhanuddin Khan as hereditary Muthavalli to Hazrath Azmathulla Shah Khadri Makan, Kolar, with effect from 07.02.2011.

The hereditary Muthavalli shall function in accordance with the Wakf Act, 1995 and the Karnataka Wakf Rules, 1997 and the directions issued by the Karnataka State Board of Wakfs, from time to time.
