ಮೇಲ್ಕಂಡ ಅಭ್ಯರ್ಥಿಯು ಈ ಕಛೇರಿಯ ದಿನಾಂಕ:27.12.2010ರ ಉಲ್ಲೇಖ (3)ರ ನೇಮಕಾತಿ ಆದೇಶವನ್ನು ದಿನಾಂಕ:17.01.2011ರಂದು ಸ್ವೀಕರಿಸಿದ್ದರೂ ಸಹಾ ಸದರಿಯವರು ಅವರನ್ನು ನೇಮಕ ಮಾಡಿದ ಮೇಲ್ಕಂಡ ಕಛೇರಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಈ ತಹಲ್‌ವರೆವಿಗೂ ಕೆಲಸಕ್ಕೆ ಹಾಜರಾಗಿರುವುದಿಲ್ಲ.

ಕೆಲಸಕ್ಕೆ ಹಾಜರಾಗಲು ಇವರಿಗೆ ನೀಡಿದ 15 ದಿನಗಳ ಕಾಲಾವಕಾಶವು ಈಗಾಗಲೇ ಮುಕ್ತಾಯವಾಗಿರುತ್ತದೆ. ಉಲ್ಲೇಖ (3)ರ ಈ ಕಛೇರಿ ನೇಮಕಾತಿ ಆದೇಶವನ್ನು ಸ್ವೀಕರಿಸಿದ ನಂತರವೂ ಕೆಲಸಕ್ಕೆ ಹಾಜರಾಗಲು ನೀಡಿದ 15 ದಿನಗಳ ಕಾಲಾವಕಾಶಕ್ಕಿಂತ ಇನ್ನೂ ಹೆಚ್ಚಿನ ಕಾಲಾವಕಾಶ ನೀಡಬೇಕೆಂದು ಈ ಅಭ್ಯರ್ಥಿಯು ಯಾವುದೇ ರೀತಿಯ ಕೋರಿಕೆಯನ್ನು ಈ ಕಛೇರಿಗೆ ಸಲ್ಲಿಸಿರುವುದಿಲ್ಲ. ಆದ್ದರಿಂದ ಮೇಲ್ಕಂಡ ಅಭ್ಯರ್ಥಿಯ ನೇಮಕಾತಿಯನ್ನು ರದ್ದುಪಡಿಸುವುದು ಸೂಕ್ತವೆಂದು ಮನಗಂಡು ಕೆಳಕಂಡಂತೆ ಆದೇಶ ಹೊರಡಿಸಲಾಗಿದೆ.

(ಸಾಮಾನ್ಯ ನೇಮಕಾತಿ) ನಿಯಮಗಳಲ್ಲಿನ 18(3)ನೇ ನಿಯಮದನ್ವಯ ಪ್ರದತ್ತವಾದ ಅಧಿಕಾರದ ಮೇರೆಗೆ ಮೇಲ್ಕಂಡ ಅಭ್ಯರ್ಥಿಯಾದ ಶ್ರೀ ಸೋಮಸುಂದರ್ ಪಿ.ಎನ್. S/o ನರಸಿಂಹಯ್ಯ ನಂ.47-1, ಹೇರೋಹಳ್ಳಿ, ವಿಶ್ವನೀಡಂ ಅಂಚೆ, ಬೆಂಗಳೂರು-91 ಇವರನ್ನು ಈ ಇಲಾಖೆಯಲ್ಲಿನ ಈ ಜಿಲ್ಲೆಯ ಬ್ಯಾಕ್‌ಲಾಗ್ ಹುದ್ದೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ದ್ವಿತೀಯ ದರ್ಜೆ ಸಹಾಯಕರೆಂದು ನೇಮಕ ಮಾಡಿದ ಈ ಕಛೇರಿಯ ಉಲ್ಲೇಖ (3)ರ ನೇಮಕಾತಿ ಆದೇಶವನ್ನು ಈ ತಕ್ಷಣದಿಂದ ಜಾರಿಗೆ ಬರುವಂತೆ ರದ್ದುಪಡಿಸಲಾಗಿದೆ.

ಮೇಲ್ಕಂಡ ಅಭ್ಯರ್ಥಿಯು ಈ ತಕ್ಷಣದಿಂದ ಈ ಇಲಾಖೆಯಲ್ಲಿನ ಈ ಜಿಲ್ಲೆಯ ದ್ವಿತೀಯ ದರ್ಜೆ ಸಹಾಯಕ ಹುದ್ದೆಯ ನೇಮಕಾತಿ ಹಕ್ಕನ್ನು ಕಳೆದುಕೊಂಡಿರುವರೆಂದು ಹಾಗೂ ದ್ವಿತೀಯ ದರ್ಜೆ ಸಹಾಯಕರ ಹುದ್ದೆಯ ಮೇಲೆ ಯಾವುದೇ ಹಕ್ಕನ್ನು ಹೊಂದಿರತಕ್ಕದ್ದಲ್ಲವೆಂದು ಹಾಗೂ ಸದರಿಯವರು ದ್ವಿತೀಯ ದರ್ಜೆ ಸಹಾಯಕರ ಹುದ್ದೆಯ ಮೇಲೆ ಯಾವುದೇ ಹಕ್ಕನ್ನು ಸಾಧಿಸತಕ್ಕದ್ದಲ್ಲವೆಂದು ಈ ಮೂಲಕ ಆದೇಶಿಸಿದೆ.

Sub: Correction of entries to Notification No.KTW/45/ASR/78, Dated:18.05.1979 in respect of Wakf property belonging to Dargah Hazrath Hatti Asad Khan, Camp, Belgaum.

Whereas, the Dargah Hazrath Hatti Asad Khan, Camp, Belgaum and its landed properties is a Wakf Institution notified in the official Gazette at Sl.No.124 of Belgaum Taluka vide Notification No.KTW/45/ASR/78, Dated:18th May 1979.

Whereas, the President, Hazrath Peer Hatti Asad Khan Dargah, Camp, Belgaum vide in his letter Dated:25.07.2011 has reported that the Survey No.824 and 925 have mentioned in the Notification as 9, 24 and T.25 instead of Sy.No.924 and 925.

Further, he has also furnished the copies of the original Survey report of the said Wakf institution and requested to correct the same.

It is verified from the records of this office that the error is due to typographical reason since the Wakf Survey Commissioner in his report Dated:31.03.1969 has clearly indicates the numbers as 924 and 925. On persuing the record it is felt necessary to correct the said Notification. In view of the above and in exercise of the powers conferred under Section 5 of the Wakf Act, 1995, the following

Sub: Appointment of Muthawalli of Hazrath Maqdhoom Jahani Dargah, Bellary.

PREAMBLE:

Whereas, Sri M. Ansar Baig, S/o M. Usman Baig has been appointed as Muthawalli of Hazrath Maqdhoom Jahani Dargah, Bellary vide this office order No.KBW/MSC/APPT/INQ/171/BLY/2010-11 Dated:22.02.2011. Subject to the outcome of the order of the enquiry pending before the Addl.Chief Executive Officer, of the Board.

The Addl. Chief Executive Officer has conducted the enquiry on 12.05.2011. Where in it is ordered to dismiss the complaint received in Board office on 27.01.2010 as it is not pressed.

And whereas, the matter was placed before the Administrator, Karnataka State Board of Wakfs, Bangalore. The Administrator accorded approval on 08.06.2011, and confirmed the enquiry report of the Addl. Chief Exective Officer.

In view of the dismissal of complaint, the appointment of Muthawalli M. Ansar Baig S/o M. Usman Baig has to be confirmed. Hence this order.

In view of the facts explained in the preamble, the appointment of Sri S. Ansar Baig S/o M. Usman Baig, as Muthawalli of Dargah Hazrath Maqdoom Jahani near Sangum Talkies, Bellary, is hereby confirmed.

The Muthawalli shall function in accordance with the Wakf Act, 1995 and the Karnataka Wakf Rule 1997 and as per the directions of the Karnataka State Board of Wakfs, Bangalore issued from time to time.
