ಅಧಿಸೂಚನೆ

ಸಂಖ್ಯೆ: ಡಿಸಿಎ 1 ಎಆರ್‌ಬಿ 2011, ಬೆಂಗಳೂರು, ದಿನಾಂಕ: 4ನೇ ಜುಲೈ, 2011.

ಭಾರತದ ಸಂವಿಧಾನದ 166 ನೇ ಅನುಚ್ಛೇದದ ಖಂಡ (2) ಮತ್ತು (3) ರಿಂದ ಪ್ರದತ್ತವಾದ ಅಧಿಕಾರವನ್ನು ಚಲಾಯಿಸಿ, ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ ರಾಜ್ಯಪಾಲರು, ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ ಸರ್ಕಾರ (ವ್ಯವಹಾರ ಹಂಚಿಕೆ) ನಿಯಮಗಳು, 1977, ಇದಕ್ಕೆ ಮತ್ತಷ್ಟು ತಿದ್ದುಪಡಿ ಮಾಡಲು ಕೆಳಕಂಡ ನಿಯಮಗಳನ್ನು ಈ ಮೂಲಕ ರಚಿಸಿದ್ದಾರೆ, ಎಂದರೆ :-

1. ಶೀರ್ಷಿಕೆ ಮತ್ತು ಪ್ರಾರಂಭ :- (1) ಈ ನಿಯಮಗಳನ್ನು ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ ಸರ್ಕಾರ (ವ್ಯವಹಾರ ಹಂಚಿಕೆ) (ತಿದ್ದುಪಡಿ) ನಿಯಮಗಳು, 2011 ಎಂದು ಕರೆಯತಕ್ಕದ್ದು.

(2) ಇವು ಅಧಿಕೃತ ರಾಜ್ಯಪತ್ರದಲ್ಲಿ ಪ್ರಕಟಿಸಿದ ದಿನಾಂಕದಿಂದ ಜಾರಿಗೆ ಬರುತ್ತದೆ.

2. ಅನುಸೂಚಿ XIಎ ಕ್ಕೆ ತಿದ್ದುಪಡಿ:- 1977 ರ ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ ಸರ್ಕಾರ (ವ್ಯವಹಾರ ಹಂಚಿಕೆ) ನಿಯಮಗಳ ಅನುಸೂಚಿ XI ಎರಲ್ಲಿ, " ಕಾನೂನು, ನ್ಯಾಯ ಮತ್ತು ಮಾನವ ಹಕ್ಕುಗಳ ಇಲಾಖೆ " ಶೀರ್ಷಿಕೆಯ " ಎಫ್ ಕಾನೂನಿನಲ್ಲಿ ಶಿಕ್ಷಣ " ಉಪ ಶೀರ್ಷಿಕೆಯಡಿಯಲ್ಲಿ, ಕ್ರಮ ಸಂಖ್ಯೆ 2 ರ ನಂತರ, ಈ ಕೆಳಕಂಡದದ್ದನ್ನು ಸೇರ್ಪಡೆ ಮಾಡತಕ್ಕದ್ದು, ಎಂದರೆ:-

"(3) ರಾಜ್ಯದಲ್ಲಿರುವ ಎಲ್ಲಾ ಸರ್ಕಾರಿ ಕಾನೂನು ಕಾಲೇಜು ಮತ್ತು ಖಾಸಗಿ ಕಾನೂನು ಕಾಲೇಜುಗಳಿಗೆ ಸಂಬಂಧಪಟ್ಟ ವಿಷಯಗಳು "

In exercise of the powers conferred by clauses (2) and (3) of Article 166 of the Constitution of India, the Governor of Karnataka hereby makes the following rules further to amend the Karnataka Government (Allocation of Business) Rules, 1977, namely:-

1. Title and Commencement:- (1) These rules may be called the Karnataka Government (Allocation of Business) (Amendment) Rules, 2011.

(2) They shall come into force from the date of their publication in the official Gazette.

2. Amendment of Schedule XIA:- In the Karnataka Government (Allocation of Business) Rules, 1977, in Schedule XIA, under the heading "Department of Law, Justice and Human Rights" under the sub-heading "F. Education in Law," after Serial No.2, the following shall be inserted, namely:-

"(3) matters relating to all Government Law Colleges and Private Law Colleges in the State."

NO. DPAR 53 SCR 2008, Bangalore, Dated: 27th July, 2011

The Draft of the following rules further to amend the Karnataka Civil Service (Recruitment to the Ministerial Posts) Rules, 1978, which the Government of Karnataka proposes to make in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 3 read with section 8 of the Karnataka State Civil Services Act, 1978 (Karnataka Act 14 of 1990) is hereby published as required by clause (a) of sub-section (2) of section 3 of the said Act, for the information of all the persons likely to be affected thereby and notice is hereby given that the said draft will be taken into consideration after fifteen days from the date of its publication in Official Gazette.

Any objection or suggestion which may be received by the State Government from any person with respect to the said draft before the expiry of the period specified above will be considered by the State Government. Objections and suggestions may be addressed to the Principal Secretary to Government, Department of Personnel and Administrative Reforms, Vidhana Soudha, Bangalore-560 001.

DRAFT RULES

1. Title and Commencement :- (1) These rules may be called the Karnataka Civil Services (Recruitment to the Ministerial Posts) (Amendment) Rules, 2011.

(2) They shall come into force from the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.

2. Amendment of Rule 5 :- (1) In the Karnataka Civil Services (Recruitment to the Ministerial Posts) Rules, 1978, in rule 5, for sub-rule (1), the following shall be substituted, namely :-

"(1) The Commission shall conduct competitive examination as and when it receives requisitions from various appointing authorities in bulk, in respect of each category of posts and prepare, on the basis of the marks secured in the competitive examination, a merit list of candidate suitable for appointment to the post mentioned in rule 3 with the due regard to the reservation policy of the state, and the number of candidates to be included in each list in respect of each appointing authority shall be as specified in the requisition of the appointing authority under rule 10. "

ಆದ್ದರಿಂದ, ಭೂ ಕಂದಾಯ ನಿಯಮಾವಳಿ, 1966 ನಿಯಮ 147(ಸಿ)ರೊಡನೆ ಓದಲಾದ ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ ಭೂ ಕಂದಾಯ ಅಧಿನಿಯಮ, 1964 ರ 194ನೆಯ ಪ್ರಕರಣದ (1)ನೇ ಉಪ ಪ್ರಕರಣದ (ii)ನೇ ಬಾಬ್ತಿನಿಂದ ಪ್ರದತ್ತವಾದ ಅಧಿಕಾರವನ್ನು ಚಲಾಯಿಸಿ ಪೂರ್ಣ ಭೂ ಕಂದಾಯ ಮೊತ್ತ ರೂ. 1,49,639,42 (ರೂಪಾಯಿ ಒಂದು ಲಕ್ಷದ ನಲವತ್ತೊಂಭತ್ತು ಸಾವಿರದ ಆರು ನೂರ ಮೂವತ್ತೊಂಬತ್ತು ಮತ್ತು ಪೈಸೆ ನಲವತ್ತೆರಡು
