The services of Sri Subir Hari Singh, IAS,Chairman, Bangalore Development Authority, Bangalore are withdrawn from Urban Development w.e.f. 30-09-2011 (afternoon) and posted until further orders as Additional Chief Secretary to Government-cum-Development Commissioner vice Smt. Meera C. Saxena, IAS retiring on superannuation on 30-09-2011 (afternoon).

Sri Subir Hari Singh, IAS, is continued in additional charge of the post of Chairman, Karnataka Urban Infrastructure Development & Finance Corporation, Bangalore until further orders.

Sri Subir Hari Singh, IAS, is also placed in additional charge of the post of Chairman, Bangalore Development Authority, Bangalore until further orders.

Sri K. M. Shivakumar, IAS, Additional Chief Secretary to Government, Urban Development Department is placed in

additional charge of the post of Chairman, Bangalore Metropolitan Regional Development Authority, Bangalore until further orders relieving Sri Subir Hari Singh, IAS of the additional charge.

Sri Kaushik Mukherjee, IAS (KN-78), Principal Secretary to Government, Forest, Ecology & Environment

Department is promoted to officiate in the Apex Scale of IAS carrying the pay scale of Rs. 80,000/- (fixed) w.e.f. 30-09-2011 (afternoon) and posted until further orders as Additional Chief Secretary to Government, Forest, Ecology & Environment Department.

Government hereby declare u/r 9 of IAS (Pay) Rules, 2007 that the post of Additional Chief Secretary to Government, Forest, Ecology & Environment Department in the Apex Scale of IAS i.e. Rs. 80,000/- (fixed), is equivalent in status and responsibilities to the Cadre post of Additional Chief Secretary to Government included in the Schedule II to the said Rules.

District and Sessions Judge, during the period of Dasara Vacation of 2011, in the absence of Prl. District and Sessions Judge in the headquarters.

PART-IV

Wherever the Senior Civil Judges mentioned in column No.2 are designated as Vacation Senior Civil Judges, the District Judges are directed to issue a Notification as required under Sub-Section (3) of Section 10 of the Criminal Procedure Code, 1973, making provisions for the disposal of any urgent application.

ಶ್ರೀ ರಾಜೇಂದ್ರ ಚೋಳನ್, ಐ.ಎ.ಎಸ್., ರವರಿಗೆ ಮೇಲ್ಕಂಡ ರಜೆ ಅವಧಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಅವರ ಕುಟುಂಬದ ಈ ಕೆಳಕಾಣಿಸಿದ ಸದಸ್ಯರೊಂದಿಗೆ 2010-11ನೇ ಬ್ಲಾಕ್ ಅವಧಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಸ್ವಗ್ರಾಮ ಪ್ರಯಾಣ ರಿಯಾಯಿತಿ ಸೌಲಭ್ಯವನ್ನು ಉಪಯೋಗಿಸಿಕೊಂಡು ಮದುರೈಗೆ ಹೋಗಿಬರಲು ಅನುಮತಿ ನೀಡಲಾಗಿದೆ.

ಸದರಿ ಉದ್ದೇಶಕ್ಕಾಗಿ ತಗಲುವ ವಾಸ್ತವಿಕ ಪ್ರಯಾಣ ವೆಚ್ಚದ ಶೇಕಡ 90ರಷ್ಟು ಹಣವನ್ನು ಅಂತಿಮ ಪ್ರಯಾಣಭತ್ಯೆ ಬಿಲ್ಲಿನಲ್ಲಿ ಹೊಂದಾಣಿಕೆ ಮಾಡುವ ಷರತ್ತಿಗೆ ಒಳಪಟ್ಟು ಮುಂಗಡ ಪ್ರಯಾಣಭತ್ಯೆಯನ್ನು ಪಡೆಯಲು ಮಂಜೂರಾತಿ ನೀಡಲಾಗಿದೆ.

ಶ್ರೀ ಡಿ. ಎಸ್. ವಿಶ್ವನಾಥ್, ಭಾ.ಆ.ಸೇ., ರವರಿಗೆ ಮೇಲ್ಕಂಡ ರಜೆ ಅವಧಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಅವರ ಕುಟುಂಬದ ಈ ಕೆಳಕಾಣಿಸಿದ ಸದಸ್ಯರೊಂದಿಗೆ 2010-13ನೇ ಬ್ಲಾಕ್ ಅವಧಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ರಜಾ ಪ್ರಯಾಣ ರಿಯಾಯಿತಿ ಸೌಲಭ್ಯವನ್ನು ಉಪಯೋಗಿಸಿಕೊಂಡು ಜಮ್ಮು-ಕಾಶ್ಮೀರ್‌ಗೆ ಹೋಗಿಬರಲು ಅನುಮತಿ ನೀಡಲಾಗಿದೆ.

ಸದರಿ ಉದ್ದೇಶಕ್ಕಾಗಿ ತಗಲುವ ವಾಸ್ತವಿಕ ಪ್ರಯಾಣ ವೆಚ್ಚದ ಶೇಕಡ 90ರಷ್ಟು ಹಣವನ್ನು ಅಂತಿಮ ಪ್ರಯಾಣಭತ್ಯೆ ಬಿಲ್ಲಿನಲ್ಲಿ ಹೊಂದಾಣಿಕೆ ಮಾಡುವ ಷರತ್ತಿಗೆ ಒಳಪಟ್ಟು ಮುಂಗಡ ಪ್ರಯಾಣಭತ್ಯೆಯನ್ನು ಪಡೆಯಲು ಮಂಜೂರಾತಿ ನೀಡಲಾಗಿದೆ.

ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ ರಾಜ್ಯದ ಗಣನೀಯ ಪ್ರಮಾಣದ ಜನಸಂಖ್ಯೆಯು ಗ್ರಾಮೀಣ ಪ್ರದೇಶಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ವಾಸಿಸುತ್ತಿದ್ದು ಇವರೆಲ್ಲರ ಜೀವನ ಗುಣಮಟ್ಟವನ್ನು ಹೆಚ್ಚಿಸುವುದೇ ಗ್ರಾಮೀಣಾಭಿವೃದ್ಧಿ ಮತ್ತು ಪಂಚಾಯತ್ ರಾಜ್ ಇಲಾಖೆಯ ಪ್ರಮುಖ ಧ್ಯೇಯವಾಗಿದೆ. ಇದನ್ನು ಸಾಧಿಸುವ ನಿಟ್ಟಿನಲ್ಲಿ ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ ಪಂಚಾಯತ್ ರಾಜ್ ಅಧಿನಿಯಮ 1993ನ್ನು ಜಾರಿಗೆ ತರಲಾಗಿದ್ದು, ಸದರಿ ಅಧಿನಿಯಮದನ್ವಯ ರಾಜ್ಯದ ಗ್ರಾಮೀಣ ಪ್ರದೇಶದ ಆಡಳಿತದಲ್ಲಿ ಪ್ರಜಾಪ್ರಭುತ್ವದ ವಿಕೇಂದ್ರೀಕರಣ ಅಂದರೆ ಜಿಲ್ಲಾ, ತಾಲ್ಲೂಕು ಹಾಗು ಗ್ರಾಮ ಮಟ್ಟದಲ್ಲಿ ಸ್ಥಳೀಯ ಸ್ವಯಂ ಆಡಳಿತ ವ್ಯವಸ್ಥೆಯನ್ನು ಅನುಷ್ಠಾನಗೊಳಿಸುವ ನಿಟ್ಟಿನಲ್ಲಿ ಕ್ರಮವಹಿಸಲಾಗಿದೆ. ಈ ಇಲಾಖೆಯ ವತಿಯಿಂದ ಅನುಷ್ಠಾನಗೊಳಿಸಲಾಗುತ್ತಿರುವ ಯೋಜನೆಗಳ ಹಾಗು ಈ ಸಂಬಂಧ ಸಂಪರ್ಕಿಸಬೇಕಾದ ಅಧಿಕಾರಿಗಳ ವಿವರಗಳು ಈ ಕೆಳಕಂಡಂತಿವೆ :_

ಮೇಲಿನ ವಿವಿಧ ಗ್ರಾಮೀಣಾಭಿವೃದ್ಧಿ ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮಗಳ ಕುರಿತಂತೆ ಜಿಲ್ಲಾ, ತಾಲ್ಲೂಕು ಹಾಗು ಗ್ರಾಮ ಮಟ್ಟಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಕ್ರಮವಾಗಿ ಆಯಾ ಜಿಲ್ಲಾ ಪಂಚಾಯತಿಗಳ ಮುಖ್ಯ ಕಾರ್ಯನಿರ್ವಾಹಕ ಅಧಿಕಾರಿಗಳು, ತಾಲ್ಲೂಕು ಪಂಚಾಯತಿಯ ಕಾರ್ಯನಿರ್ವಾಹಕ ಅಧಿಕಾರಿಗಳು ಮತ್ತು ಗ್ರಾಮ ಪಂಚಾಯತಿಯ ಪಂಚಾಯತಿ ಅಭಿವೃದ್ಧಿ ಅಧಿಕಾರಿಗಳನ್ನು ಸಂಪರ್ಕಿಸಬಹುದು.
