ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ ಸಾರ್ವಜನಿಕ ಸಂಗ್ರಹಣೆಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಪಾರದರ್ಶಕತೆ ಅಧಿನಿಯಮ, 1999ರ ಕಲಂ 18-ಎರ ಉಪಕಲಂ (2)ರನ್ವಯ, ಅದನ್ನು ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ ಸಾರ್ವತ್ರಿಕ ಉಪಬಂಧಗಳ ಅಧಿನಿಯಮ, 1899 (Karnataka General Clauses Act, ¹⁸⁹⁹) (1899ರ ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ ಅಧಿನಿಯಮ ಸಂಖ್ಯೆ:

III) ದೊಂದಿಗೆ ಓದಿಕೊಂಡಂತೆ, ಇವುಗಳನ್ವಯ ಪ್ರದತ್ತವಾದ ಅಧಿಕಾರವನ್ನು ಚಲಾಯಿಸಿ ಮತ್ತು ಮೈಸೂರು ನಗರಾಭಿವೃದ್ಧಿ ಪ್ರಾಧಿಕಾರ, ಮೈಸೂರು ಸಂಬಂಧಿಸಿದ ದಿನಾಂಕ: 17-09-2009ರ ಅಧಿಸೂಚನೆ ಸಂಖ್ಯೆ: ಸಿಆಸುಇ 20 ಇಜಿವಿ 2009ವನ್ನು ಈ ಮೂಲಕ ರದ್ದುಪಡಿಸುತ್ತಾ, ಮೈಸೂರು ನಗರಾಭಿವೃದ್ಧಿ ಪ್ರಾಧಿಕಾರ, ಮೈಸೂರು ` 20.00 (ಇಪ್ಪತ್ತು) ಲಕ್ಷಕ್ಕೂ ಮೀರಿದ ಎಲ್ಲಾ ಸಂಗ್ರಹಣೆಗಳನ್ನು ವಿದ್ಯುನ್ಮಾನ ಸಂಗ್ರಹಣೆ ವೇದಿಕೆ ಮೂಲಕ (through e-Procurement platform) ಈ ತಕ್ಷಣದಿಂದ ಜಾರಿಗೆ ಬರುವಂತೆ ಸಂಗ್ರಹಿಸತಕ್ಕದೆಂದು, ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ ಸರ್ಕಾರ, ಈ ಮೂಲಕ ಗೊತ್ತುಪಡಿಸುತ್ತದೆ.

Whereas, the Board of Management, University of Agricultural Sciences, Dharwad was constituted in terms of section 12(1) of the University of Agricultural Sciences Act, 2009 vide notification No. GS 2 AUD 2010 dated 20.05.2010, leaving the positions under section 12(2)(vii) vacant for want of appropriate proposals from the Government.

Whereas, the State Government has now submitted one nomination under section 12(2)(vii) against five progressive farmers from the jurisdiction of the University, of which two persons belonging to the Scheduled Caste or the Scheduled Tribes to be nominated by the State Government.

Therefore, I, H.R. BHARDWAJ, Governor of Karnataka & Chancellor, University of Agricultural Sciences, Dharwad, in exercise of the powers conferred under section 12(1) of University of Agricultural Sciences Act, 2009, hereby appoint Shri Ashok Amagounda Patil, Director, Doodhganga Krishna Sahakari Sakkare Karkhane Niyamit, Chikodi, Belgaum District as a Member on the Board of Management, University of Agricultural Sciences, Dharwad, in the category specified under Section 12(2)(vii) of the University of Agricultural Sciences Act, 2009.

ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ ಸಹಕಾರ ಸಂಘಗಳ ಅಧಿನಿಯಮ 1959 (1959ರ ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ ಅಧಿನಿಯಮ ಸಂಖ್ಯೆ 11)ರ ಪ್ರಕರಣ 29ರ ಉಪ ಪ್ರಕರಣ(1)ರ ಮೇರೆಗೆ ದತ್ತವಾದ ಅಧಿಕಾರವನ್ನು ಚಲಾಯಿಸಿ, ದಿನಾಂಕ: 07-10-2009ರಂದು ಹೊರಡಿಸಲಾದ ಆದೇಶದಲ್ಲಿ ನಾಮನಿರ್ದೇಶನಗೊಂಡ ಕ್ರಮ ಸಂಖ್ಯೆ (1)ರಲ್ಲಿರುವ ಶ್ರೀ ಆರ್.ಎನ್. ಜಯಪ್ಪ ಬಿನ್ ಶಿವಲಿಂಗಪ್ಪ ದೋಣೀಹಳ್ಳಿ ಚನ್ನಗಿರಿ ತಾಲ್ಲೂಕು ಇವರ ಸದಸ್ಯತ್ವವನ್ನು ರದ್ದುಪಡಿಸಿ ಶ್ರೀ ರೇವಣ್ಣ ತಂದೆ ದುಮ್ಮಿರುದ್ರಪ್ಪ, ವಡ್ನಾಳ್ ಗ್ರಾಮ, ಚನ್ನಗಿರಿ ತಾಲ್ಲೂಕು, ದಾವಣಗೆರೆ ಜಿಲ್ಲೆ ರವರನ್ನು ದಾವಣಗೆರೆ ಜಿಲ್ಲೆ ಚನ್ನಗಿರಿ ತಾಲ್ಲೂಕಿನ ವ್ಯವಸಾಯೋತ್ಪನ್ನ ಮಾರಾಟ ಸಹಕಾರ ಸಂಘ ನಿ., ಚನ್ನಗಿರಿ ಇದರ ಆಡಳಿತ ಮಂಡಳಿಗೆ ಸದಸ್ಯರನ್ನಾಗಿ ಈ ಕೂಡಲೇ ಜಾರಿಗೆ ಬರುವಂತೆ ನಾಮನಿರ್ದೇಶನ ಮಾಡುತ್ತದೆ. ಹೀಗೆ ನಾಮನಿರ್ದೇಶನಗೊಂಡ ಸದಸ್ಯರ ಪದಾವಧಿಯು ಚುನಾಯಿತ ಸಮಿತಿಯ ಪದಾವಧಿಯು ಮುಕ್ತಾಯವಾಗುವವರೆಗೆ ಅಥವಾ ಸರ್ಕಾರದ ಮುಂದಿನ ಆದೇಶದವರೆಗೆ ಇವುಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಯಾವುದು ಮೊದಲೋ ಅಲ್ಲಿಯವರೆಗೆ ಜಾರಿಯಲ್ಲಿರುತ್ತದೆ.

In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 13 of Karnataka Civil Courts Act, 1964 (Karnataka Act 21 of 1964) and in partial modification of the notification issued earlier in this behalf, the Government of Karnataka in consultation with the High Court of Karnataka hereby fixes with immediate effect the local limits of the territorial Jurisdiction of the court of Senior Civil Judge and Judicial Magistrate First Class, Nelamangala to be the are within the local limits of the revenue taluk of Nelamangala and Dasanapura Hobli of Bangalore North Taluk, as it existed immediately prior to the Government Notification No. RD 35 LRD 1986, dated: 21-07-1986.
