ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ ಸಹಕಾರ ಸಂಘಗಳ ಅಧಿನಿಯಮ 1959 (1959ರ ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ ಅಧಿನಿಯಮ ಸಂಖ್ಯೆ 11)ರ ಪ್ರಕರಣ 29ರ ಉಪ ಪ್ರಕರಣ (1)ರ ಮೇರೆಗೆ ದತ್ತವಾದ ಅಧಿಕಾರಗಳನ್ನು ಚಲಾಯಿಸಿ, ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ ಸರ್ಕಾರವು ಈ ಕೆಳಕಂಡ ವ್ಯಕ್ತಿಗಳನ್ನು ಶ್ರೀ ಸೋಮೇಶ್ವರ ರೈತರ ಸಹಕಾರ ನೂಲಿನ ಗಿರಣಿ(ನಿ) ಲಕ್ಷ್ಮೇಶ್ವರ ತಾ: ಶಿರಹಟ್ಟಿ ಜಿಲ್ಲೆ ಗದಗ. ಇದರ ಆಡಳಿತ ಮಂಡಳಿಗೆ ಸದಸ್ಯರನ್ನಾಗಿ ಈ ಕೂಡಲೇ ಜಾರಿಗೆ ಬರುವಂತೆ ಹಾಗೂ ಮುಂದಿನ ಆದೇಶದವರೆವಿಗೂ ನಾಮ ನಿರ್ದೇಶನ ಮಾಡುತ್ತದೆ.

ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ ರಾಜ್ಯ ವಿದ್ಯುನ್ಮಾನ ಅಭಿವೃದ್ಧಿ ನಿಗಮ ನಿಯಮಿತದ ಸಂಘ ನಿಯಮಾವಳಿ (Article of Association) ಗಳ ನಿಯಮ 18ರಲ್ಲಿ ಪ್ರದತ್ತವಾದ ಅಧಿಕಾರವನ್ನು ಚಲಾಯಿಸಿ, ಸರ್ಕಾರವು ಈ ಕೆಳಕಂಡ ಸದಸ್ಯರನ್ನು ಕಿಯೋನಿಕ್ಸ್ ಸಂಸ್ಥೆಯ ನಿರ್ದೇಶಕ ಮಂಡಳಿಯ ನಿರ್ದೇಶಕರನ್ನಾಗಿ ನಾಮನಿರ್ದೇಶನ ಮಾಡಿ ತಕ್ಷಣದಿಂದ ಜಾರಿಗೆ ಬರುವಂತೆ ಹಾಗೂ ಮುಂದಿನ ಆದೇಶದವರೆಗೆ ನೇಮಿಸಿದೆ.

In exercise of the powers conferred under Section 29 (3)(g) of the Karnataka State Law University Act, 2009, His Excellency the Governor and Chancellor had constituted the Syndicate of Karnataka State Law University, Hubli and appointed Sri T. Rama Nayak as Syndicate Member of Karnataka State Law University, Hubli, vide Notification No. GS 4 LUM 2009 dated 4th July, 2009 under general category. Now, Sri T. Rama Nayak has resigned as Syndicate Member of the Karnataka State Law University w.e.f. 31-01-2011.

WHEREAS, the State Government has nominated Sri Mattar Rathnakar Hegde, Udupi, as Member on Syndicate of Karnataka State Law University, Hubli, for the residual period of Sri T. Rama Nayak, as per the provisions of Section 29(3)(g) of Karnataka State Law University Act, 2009.

Whereas, the draft of the Karnataka Municipalities (Recruitment of Officers and Employees) (Amendment) Rules which the Government of Karnataka proposes to make in exercise of the powers conferred by clause(g) of sub-section(2) of Section 323 of the Karnataka Municipalities Act, 1964 (Karnataka Act No.22 of 1964) is hereby published as required by sub-section(1) of Section 323 of the Act for the information of all the persons likely to be affected thereby and notice is hereby given that the said draft will be taken into consideration after fifteen days from the date of its publication in the official gazette;

And whereas, the said Gazette was made available to the public on 25-8-2011.

And whereas, the objections and suggestions received in respect of the said draft has been considered by the State Government;

Now, therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred by Section 323 of the Karnataka Municipalities Act, 1964 (Karnataka Act 22 of 1964) the Government of Karnataka hereby makes the following rules, namely:-

1. Title, Commencement and Application.- (1) These rules may be called the Karnataka Municipalities (Recruitment of Officers and Employees) (Amendment) Rules, 2011.

(2) They shall come into force from the date of their publication in the official Gazette.

2011, in serial number 33 in column (5) for the entries "(1) and (2)" the entry "Must have knowledge of spoken Kannada" shall be substituted.

ಹಕ್ಕು ಮತ್ತು ಸವಲತ್ತುಗಳು

1) ಗ್ರಾಮ ವಾಸಿಗಳ ಜಾನುವಾರುಗಳಿಗೆ ಬರಗಾಲವಿದ್ದಾಗ ಅಂತಹ ಸಂದರ್ಭದಲ್ಲಿ ಉಚಿತ ಮೇವು ಒದಗಿಸುವುದು.

2) ರೈತರು ತಮ್ಮ ವಾಸ್ತವಿಕ ಉಪಯೋಗಕ್ಕಾಗಿ ಎಂ.ಎಫ್.ಪಿ., ಗುತ್ತಿಗೆದಾರರ ಕಡೆಯಿಂದ ಹಸಿರು ಗೊಬ್ಬರಕ್ಕಾಗಿ ಸೊಪ್ಪನ್ನು ಪಡೆಯುವುದು.

3) ಗ್ರಾಮಸ್ಥರು ವಾಸ್ತವಿಕ ಉಪಯೋಗಕ್ಕಾಗಿ ಅರಣ್ಯದಲ್ಲಿದ್ದ ಪ್ರತಾಪಿ ಕಟ್ಟಿಗೆ (ರಿಜರ್ವ್ ಮುಳ್ಳಿನ ಗಿಡಗಳು) ಉಚಿತವಾಗಿ ಪಡೆಯುವುದು.

4) ರೈತರು ತಮ್ಮ ವಾಸ್ತವಿಕ ಉಪಯೋಗಕ್ಕಾಗಿ ಹುಲ್ಲನ್ನು ದನಕರುಗಳಿಗೆ ಮಾತ್ರ ಮೇಯಲು ಉಚಿತವಾಗಿ ಅನುಮತಿ ನೀಡುವುದು.

5) ಮೀಸಲು ಅರಣ್ಯ ಕ್ಷೇತ್ರದ ಒಳಗೆ ದಾರಿ ಹಾದು ಹೋಗುವುದಿದ್ದು ಗ್ರಾಮಸ್ಥರಿಗೆ ಅನುಮತಿ ನೀಡುವುದು.
