ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ ರಾಜ್ಯಪತ್ರ, ಗುರುವಾರ, ಜನವರಿ ೧೨, ೨೦೧೨ ಭಾಗ - ೫ ೩೪I. MINIMUM QUALIFICATION FOR THE POST OF STENOGRAPHER :
1) The candidates must have passed SSLC or equivalent examination.
2) The candidates must have passed Senior Typewriting and Senior Shorthand both in Kannada and English language conducted by the Department of Public Instructions of the Karnataka Secondary Examination Board or possess an Equivalent Qualification.
Scale of Pay Rs.7275-175-7800-200-8600-225-9500-250-10500-300-12300-350-13350 with admissible allowances.
II. AGE LIMIT :
The candidates must have attained the age of 18 years as on the last date fixed for filing applications and must have not attained the age of :
1) 40 years in case of persons belonging to SC/ST and Category-I.
2) 38 years in case of persons belonging to any of the category-IIA, or II-B or III-A or III-B of other Backward Classes and 3) 35 years in case of others as on last date fixed for submission of his/her application.
4) Candidates claiming the benefit of reservation Categories should furnish the certificate/s in the prescribed Form & such Certificate/s should have been issued by the competent authority. The candidates should note that, if on verification, certificate is found to be false, the candidates who made such false claim will be prosecuted in accordance with the relevant provision of Indian Penal Code and such candidates will also forfeit their claims for such selection.
III. PHYSICALLY HANDICAPPED / EX-SERVICEMEN / WIDOWS :
Eligible candidates in the Ex-Servicemen category, eligible candidates with blindness or low vision, widows and physically handicapped can apply.
If sufficient number of eligible candidates in Ex-Servicemen, Physically Handicapped and Widows, Rural Candidates are not available to the extent of percentage, the unfilled vacancy shall be filled up by such candidate belonging to same category respectively.
IV. METHOD OF RECRUITMENT :
The Selection of Candidates shall be made in accordance with the provisions contemplated in the Karnataka Sub-Ordinate Courts (Ministerial and other Posts) (Recruitment) (Amendment) Rules 2007.
The Test will be conducted for the post of Stenographers. The candidates must have to appear before the District and Sessions Judge in the premises of District Court, Chickballapur at their own costs.
V. THE QUALIFYING TEST FOR SELECTION OF THE STENOGRAPHER :
(1) A dictation at the rate of 120 words per minute shall be given for a duration of about five minutes and candidate shall transcribe the notes within forty five minutes.
(2) The number of candidates for the post of Stenographer to be included in such a list of eligible candidates shall be equal to 25 times to total number of vacancies notified.
VI. PROBATION :
Candidates will be appointed on probation for a period of two years and the provisions of KCS (Probation) Rules 1977 shall MUTATIS MUTANDIS apply to candidates so selected. During the probation the candidates shall pass the Kannada Language Examination and Departmental Examinations prescribed to the post under the K.C.S.(Kannada Language Examination) Rules 1974.
VII. APPLICANTS WHEN CALLED FOR INTERVIEWS MUST APPEAR AT THEIR OWN EXPENSES:
The Candidates should submit their Applications, complete in all aspects, together with copies of all the testimonials attested by the candidates in support of their age, qualification caste and income in the prescribed form issued by the competent authority so as to reach the District and Sessions Judge, Chickballapur on or before 30.01.2012. Envelope containing the application should be super scribed as "Application for the Selection to the Post of Stenographer."
1) The In-service candidates shall submit their applications through proper channel.
2) Defective/Incomplete/applications are liable to be rejected.
3) The candidates who attempt to obtain extraneous support for his/her candidature shall not be eligible for selection.
VIII. APPLICATION IN THE PRESCRIBED PROFORMA SHOULD BE FILLED IN BY THE CANDIDATES IN THEIR OWN
HANDWRITING AND MUST BE ACCOMPANIED BY THE FOLLOWING TESTIMONIALS:
1) Copies of Marks Cards attested by the candidates.
2) The Candidates claiming the benefit for reservations under SC/ST Category-I/II-A/II-B/III-A/III-B shall produce a certificate in the form prescribed by the Government issued by the Competent Authority.
3) The Persons claiming reservations under the quota of Rural and Kannada Medium shall produce certificates issued by the competent authority.
4) Three Certificate of good character, one from the Principal of College/Head Master/Head Mistress or Institution in which he/she had last studied and two from respectable persons unconnected with him/her testifying to his/her character.
5) Copy of SSLC/TC in support of age proof attested by the candidates.
6) Citizenship certificate (where the candidate is not a citizen of Indian by birth) issued by the DC/District Magistrate of the District in which the candidate is residing.
7) One pass port size photo of candidate shall be affixed on the application from with self-attestation.
8) Applicants to produce self addressed envelope with required prescribed postal stamps of Rs.5/- for intimation regarding interview.
9) Any application received after the due date and incomplete application will not be entertained.
10) If he or she does not get intimation for the interview it shall be presumed that he/she is not eligible for the interview. No correspondence will be entertained there after if any of the Candidate is not called for the interview.
11) The number of vacancies on the classification as noted above is subject to variation.
12) The candidates shall obtain the prescribed Application Forms in person at free of cost at the District & Sessions Court, Chickballapur during office hours.
13) The candidates shall also obtain the Application Form from this Office through post by submitting requisition along with self addressed envelope cover of 4 x 10" with necessary postal stamps.
14) The Application Forms obtained from any other source and xerox Form of the applications submitted to this Office will be rejected.

ವಿಷಯ: ಆಯೋಗವು ನಡೆಸಿರುವ 2010ನೇ ಸಾಲಿನ ಗೆಜೆóಟೆಡ್ ಪ್ರೊಬೇಷನರ್ಸ್ ನೇಮಕಾತಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಇಲಾಖಾ ಪೂರ್ವಾನುಮತಿ ಪಡೆಯದೆ ತಪ್ಪು ಮಾಹಿತಿಯನ್ನು ನೀಡಿ ದುರ್ನಡತೆ ಎಸಗಿರುವ ವರದಿಯ ಬಗ್ಗೆ.

ಆಯೋಗವು ನಡೆಸಿದ 2010ನೇ ಸಾಲಿನ ಗೆಜೆóಟೆಡ್ ಪ್ರೊಬೇಷನರ್ಸ್ ನೇಮಕಾತಿಗೆ ಸಂಬಂಧಿಸಿದಂತೆ ದಿನಾಂಕ: 01-08-2011ರಂದು ಶ್ರೀ ಗಂಗಯ್ಯ, ಇವರು ಮನವಿ ಸಲ್ಲಿಸಿದ್ದು, ಸದರಿ ಮನವಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಶ್ರೀಮತಿ ಪ್ರತಿಭಾ.ಆರ್.ರವರು ಸದರಿ ಪರೀಕ್ಷೆಯನ್ನು ತೆಗೆದುಕೊಂಡಿದ್ದು, ಸದರಿಯವರು ಶಾಲಾ ಶಿಕ್ಷಕಿಯಾಗಿ ಹುಲಿಕಟ್ಟೆ ಗ್ರಾಮ, ಚೌಡನಕುಪ್ಪ ಕ್ಲಸ್ಟರ್, ಕುಣಿಗಲ್ ತಾಲ್ಲೂಕು, ತುಮಕೂರು ಜಿಲ್ಲೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಕಾರ್ಯನಿರ್ವಹಿಸುತ್ತಿದ್ದರೂ ಸಾರ್ವಜನಿಕ ಶಿಕ್ಷಣ ಇಲಾಖೆಯ ಪೂರ್ವಾನುಮತಿಯನ್ನು ಪಡೆಯದೆ ಅರ್ಜಿ ಸಲ್ಲಿಸಿ ಪೂರ್ವಭಾವಿ ಹಾಗೂ ಮುಖ್ಯ ಪರೀಕ್ಷೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಉತ್ತೀರ್ಣತೆ ಹೊಂದಿ ಸಂದರ್ಶನಕ್ಕೂ ಹಾಜರಾಗಿದ್ದು, ಆಯೋಗಕ್ಕೆ ಸುಳ್ಳು ಮಾಹಿತಿಯನ್ನು ನೀಡಿರುತ್ತಾರೆ ಎಂದು ಹಾಗೂ ಈ ರೀತಿ ಆದರೆ ನಿರುದ್ಯೋಗಿ ಯುವಕರಿಗೆ ಅನ್ಯಾಯವಾಗುತ್ತದೆ ಎಂದು ತಿಳಿಸುತ್ತಾ, ಸುಳ್ಳು ಮಾಹಿತಿ ನೀಡಿರುವುದರಿಂದ ಕೂಲಂಕಷವಾಗಿ ಪರಿಶೀಲಿಸಿ ಶ್ರೀಮತಿ ಪ್ರತಿಭಾ.ಆರ್ ರವರ ಅರ್ಜಿಯನ್ನು ವಜಾ ಮಾಡಬೇಕೆಂದು ಕೋರಿರುತ್ತಾರೆ.

ದಿನಾಂಕ: 27-01-2011ರ ಆಯೋಗದ ಅಧಿಸೂಚನೆಯ ಕ್ರಮಸಂಖ್ಯೆ 11ರ ಉಪಸಂಖ್ಯೆ 11ರಲ್ಲಿ ಈ ಕೆಳಕಂಡಂತೆ ಹೇಳಲಾಗಿದೆ.

Karnataka Civil Services (General Recruitment Rules) 1977 ಇದರ ನಿಯಮ 5ರ Disqualification for Appointment ಶೀರ್ಷಿಕೆಯಡಿ ಉಪನಿಯಮ 4ರಲ್ಲಿ ಹಾಗೂ ಉಪನಿಯಮ 20ರಲ್ಲಿ ಈ ಕೆಳಕಂಡಂತೆ ಹೇಳಲಾಗಿದೆ.
4. No applicant for appointment to a post in any department of Government shall be eligible for appointment if he is, at the time of his application, in permanent or temporary employment in any other department of Government or any other State Government or Central Government or any other authority specified by the Government in this behalf and has made the application without the consent of the Head of the Department or of the Government or of the Authority, as the case may be, under whom he is employed.
20. Misconduct :
A candidate found guilty of impersonation or submitting fabricated documents or documents which have been tampered with or making statements which are incorrect or false or of suppressing material information or of using or attempting to use unfair means in an examination conducted for purpose of recruitment or otherwise resorting to any other irregular or improper means in connection with his recruitment may, in addition to rendering himself liable to a criminal prosecution and to disciplinary action, be debarred either permanently or a specific period-
a. By the Commission or other recruiting or examining authority from admission to any examination or appearing for any interview for selection of candidates and
b. By the Government for employment under it.
ಶ್ರೀಮತಿ ಪ್ರತಿಭಾ.ಆರ್ ರವರು ಆಯೋಗವು ನೀಡಿರುವ ಸ್ಪಷ್ಟ ಸೂಚನೆಗಳನ್ನು ಕಡೆಗಣಿಸಿ, ತಾವು ಸರ್ಕಾರಿ ನೌಕರಿಯಲ್ಲಿದ್ದರೂ ಸಹ ನೌಕರಿಯಲ್ಲಿರುವುದಿಲ್ಲವೆಂದು ತಪ್ಪು ಮಾಹಿತಿ ನೀಡುವುದರ ಮೂಲಕ ದುರ್ನಡತೆಯನ್ನು ಎಸಗಿರುವ ಕಾರಣ 2010ನೇ ಸಾಲಿನ ಗೆಜೆóಟೆಡ್ ಪ್ರೊಬೇಷನರ್ಸ್ ಪರೀಕ್ಷೆಗೆ ಸದರಿ ಅಭ್ಯರ್ಥಿಯನ್ನು ಡಿಬಾರ್ ಮಾಡಲು ತೀರ್ಮಾನಿಸಿ ಈ ಕೆಳಕಂಡಂತೆ ಆದೇಶ ಮಾಡಿರುತ್ತದೆ.

ಅಬ್ಯರ್ಥಿಗಳ ಆ್ಕುೆುಂಯು ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ ಅಧೀನ ನ್ಯಾಯಾಲಯಗಳ (ಲಿಪಿಕ ಮತ್ತು ಇತರೆ ಹುದ್ದೆಗಳ) (ನೇಮಕಾತಿ) (ತಿದ್ದುಪಡಿ) ನಿಯಮ 2007ರ ಪ್ರಕಾರ.
ಶೀಘ್ರಲಿಪಿಗಾರರ ಹುದ್ಮ್ದೆಗೆ ಃ-
(1) ಪ್ರತಿ ನಿಮಿಷಕ್ಕೆ 120 ಪದಗಳ ವೇಗದಂತೆ 5 ನಿಮಿಷಗಳ ಉಕ್ತಲೇಖನವನ್ನು 45 ನಿಮಿಷಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಲಿಪ್ಯಂತರಿಸತಕ್ಕದ್ದು
(2) ಸಂದರ್ಶನ
ಬೆರಳಚ್ಚು ನಕಲುಗಾರರ ಹುದ್ಮ್ದೆಗೆ ಃ-
(1) 15 ನಿಮಿಷಗಳ ಉಕ್ತಲೇಖನವನ್ನು ಬೆರಳಚ್ಚುಪಡಿಸತಕ್ಕದ್ದು

9. ಅರ್ಜಿಗಳನ್ನು ಶಿವಮೊಗ್ಗ ಜಿಲ್ಲಾ ಮತ್ತು ಸೆಷನ್ಸ್ ನ್ಯಾಯಾಲಯ ಕಛೇರಿಗೆ ದಿನಾಂಕ ಃ 09.02.2012 ರಂದು ಸಂಜೆ 5.00 ಘಂಟೆಯ ಒಳಗಾಗಿ ಸಲ್ಲಿಸತಕ್ಕದ್ದು ಹಾಗೂ ಒಂದು ವೇಳೆ ಅರ್ಜಿಗಳನ್ನು ಸಲ್ಲಿಸಲು ನಿಗದಿಪಡಿಸಿದ ದಿನಾಂಕವು ಸಾರ್ವತ್ರಿಕ ರಜಾ ದಿನವಾಗಿ ಘೋಷಿಸಲ್ಪಟ್ಟರೆ ಆ ದಿನಾಂಕದ ಮಾರನೆಯ ಕೆಲಸದ ದಿನವು ಅರ್ಜಿಗಳನ್ನು ಸ್ವೀಕರಿಸಲು ಕೊನೆಯ ದಿನಾಂಕವಾಗುವುದು.
10. ಮಹಿಳಾ ಅಬ್ಯರ್ಥಿಗಳಿಗೆ ವಿೂಸಲಿರಿಸಿದ ರಿಕ್ತ ಸ್ಥಾನಗಳಿಗೆ ಅರ್ಹ ಅಬ್ಯರ್ಥಿಗಳು ಲಬ್ಯವಿಲ್ಲದಿದ್ದ ಪಕ್ಷದಲ್ಲಿ ಆಯಾ ವರ್ಗಕ್ಕೆ ಸೇರಿದ ಇತರೆ ಅರ್ಹ ಅಬ್ಯರ್ಥಿಗಳಿಂದ ಬರ್ತಿ ಮಾಡಿಕೊಳ್ಳಲಾಗುವುದು.
11. ಅಬ್ಯರ್ಥಿಗಳಿಗೆ ಸೂಚನೆ ಃ-
(1) ಅಪೂರ್ಣವಾಗಿರುವ, ಸಹಿ ಮಾಡದ ಮತ್ತು ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಹತೆ ಹಾಗೂ ಮೀಸಲಾತಿ ಹಾಗೂ ವಯೋ ರಿಯಾಯಿತಿ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ಸಂಬಂದಪಟ್ಟ ದಾಖಲೆಗಳನ್ನು ನೀಡದ ಅರ್ಜಿಗಳನ್ನು ಯಾವುದೇ ಸೂಚನೆಯಿಲ್ಲದೇ ತಿರಸ್ಕರಿಸಲಾಗುವುದು.
(2) ಸರ್ಕಾರಿ ಹಾಗೂ ಅರೆಸರ್ಕಾರಿ ಸೇವೆಯಲ್ಲಿರುವ ಅಬ್ಯರ್ಥಿಗಳು ತಮ್ಮ ಅರ್ಜಿಗಳನ್ನು ಸಮುಚಿತ ಮಾರ್ಗದ ಮುಖಾಂತರ ಸಲ್ಲಿಸಬೇಕು.

ಈ ನೇಮಕಾತಿ ಆದೇಶವು ಕೆಳಕಂಡ ಷರತ್ತುಗಳಿಗೆ ಒಳಪಟ್ಟಿರುತ್ತದೆ ಮತ್ತು ಅಭ್ಯರ್ಥಿಗಳು ಈ ಕೆಳಕಂಡ ಷರತ್ತುಗಳಿಗೆ ಬದ್ದರಾಗಿರತಕ್ಕದ್ದು.
ಷರತ್ತುಗಳು:
1. ಈ ನೇಮಕಾತಿಯು ತಾತ್ಕಾಲಿಕವಾಗಿದ್ದು, ಸದರಿ ಅಭ್ಯರ್ಥಿಯನ್ನು ಯಾವುದೇ ನೋಟೀಸ್ ಅಥವಾ ಕಾರಣ ನೀಡದೇ ಯಾವುದೇ ಘಳಿಗೆಯಲ್ಲಾದರು ಕೆಲಸದಿಂದ ತೆಗೆದು ಹಾಕುವ ಷರತ್ತಿಗೆ ಒಳಪಟ್ಟು ನೇಮಕಾತಿ ಮಾಡಲಾಗಿದೆ.
2. ಈ ನೇಮಕಾತಿ ಆದೇಶವು ಯಾವುದೇ ಸಂದರ್ಭದಲ್ಲಾದರೂ ತಿದ್ದೋಲೆ ಮತ್ತು ಮಾರ್ಪಾಡಿಗೆ ಒಳಪಟ್ಟಿರುತ್ತದೆ.
3. ಸದರಿ ಅಭ್ಯರ್ಥಿಯನ್ನು ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ ನಾಗರೀಕ ಸೇವಾ (ಸಾಮಾನ್ಯ ನೇಮಕಾತಿ) ನಿಯಮಗಳು 1977 ರಲ್ಲಿನ ನಿಬಂಧನೆಗಳಿಗೆ ಒಳಪಡಿಸಿ ಮತ್ತು ಕರ್ತವ್ಯಕ್ಕೆ ಹಾಜರಾದ ದಿನಾಂಕದಿಂದ ಎರಡು ವರ್ಷದ ಪರೀಕ್ಷಾರ್ಥ ಅವಧಿಗೆ ಒಳಪಡಿಸಿ ತಾತ್ಕಾಲಿಕವಾಗಿ ನೇಮಕ ಮಾಡಲಾಗಿದೆ.
4. ಎರಡು ವರ್ಷದ ಪರೀಕ್ಷಾರ್ಥ ಅವಧಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಅಭ್ಯರ್ಥಿಗಳು ತಮ್ಮ ವರ್ಗಾವಣೆಗಾಗಿ ರಾಜಕೀಯ ಅಥವಾ ಇನ್ಯಾವುದೇ ರೀತಿಯ ಒತ್ತಡ ತಂದಲ್ಲಿ ಅಂತಹವರ ವಿರುದ್ದ ಕಾನೂನು ರೀತ್ಯಾ ಶಿಸ್ತು ಕ್ರಮ ಜರುಗಿಸಲಾಗುವುದು.
5. ನೇಮಕಾತಿ ಮಾಡಿರುವ ಸ್ಥಳದ ಅಥವಾ ಕಛೇರಿಯ ಮಾರ್ಪಾಡಿಗಾಗಿ ಯಾವುದೇ ಮನವಿಗಳನ್ನು ಯಾವುದೇ ಕಾರಣಕ್ಕಾಗಲೀ ಪುರಸ್ಕರಿಸಲಾಗುವುದಿಲ್ಲ.
6. ಈ ನೇಮಕಾತಿಯು ಆಗಿಂದಾಗ್ಗೆ ಜಾರಿಯಲ್ಲಿರುವ ಸೇವಾ ಷರತ್ತುಗಳು, ನಿಯಮ ಮತ್ತು ಆದೇಶಗಳಿಗೆ ಒಳಪಡುತ್ತದೆ. ಹಾಗೂ ಸದರಿ ಅಭ್ಯರ್ಥಿಗಳು ಕೆ.ಸಿ.ಎಸ್.ಆರ್ ಮತ್ತು ಕೆ.ಸಿ.ಎಸ್ (ನಡೆತೆ) ನಿಯಮಗಳು 1966 ರಲ್ಲಿನ ಮತ್ತು ಕೆ.ಸಿ.ಎಸ್ (ಸಿ.ಸಿ.ಎ) ನಿಯಮಗಳು 1957 ರಲ್ಲಿನ ಹಾಗೂ ಆಗಿಂದಾಗ್ಗೆ ಜಾರಿಗೆ ಬರುವ ಹಾಗೂ ಜಾರಿಯಲ್ಲಿರುವ ಇತರೆ ಸೇವಾ ಷರತ್ತುಗಳಿಗೆ ಮತ್ತು ನಿಬಂಧನೆಗಳಿಗೆ ಒಳಪಡುತ್ತಾರೆ.
7. ಈ ಆದೇಶ ಮುಟ್ಟಿದ 15 (ಹದಿನೈದು) ದಿನಗಳ ಅವಧಿಯೊಳಗೆ ಅಭ್ಯಥಿಯು ಕೆಲಸಕ್ಕೆ ಹಾಜರಾಗತಕ್ಕದ್ದು. ಒಂದು ವೇಳೆ ನಿಗಧಿತ ಅವಧಿಯೊಳಗೆ ಕೆಲಸಕ್ಕೆ ಹಾಜರಾಗದಿದ್ದಲ್ಲಿ ಈ ನೇಮಕಾತಿ ರದ್ದಾಗುವುುದು ಹಾಗೂ ನೇಮಕಾತಿ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ಅಭ್ಯರ್ಥಿಯು ಯಾವ ಹಕ್ಕನ್ನೂ ಹೊಂದಿರುವುದಿಲ್ಲವೆಂದು ತಿಳಿಯತಕ್ಕದ್ದು.
8. ಅಭ್ಯರ್ಥಿಗಳು ಅವರ ಕಾರ್ಯ, ಕರ್ತವ್ಯ ಮತ್ತು ಪ್ರಕಾರ್ಯಗಳನ್ನು ಶ್ರದ್ದೆ, ಭಕ್ತಿ ಮತ್ತು ಆಸಕ್ತಿಯಿಂದ ತೃಪ್ತಿಕರವಾಗಿ ಮಾಡತಕ್ಕದ್ದು.
9. ಅಭ್ಯರ್ಥಿಗಳು ಅವರ ದುರ್ವರ್ತನೆಯಿಂದ ದುರ್ನಡತೆಯಿಂದ ಹಾಗೂ ಉದಾಸೀನತೆಯಿಂದ ನಿರ್ಲಕ್ಷತೆಯ ನಿಮಿತ್ತ ಸರ್ಕಾರಕ್ಕೆ ಸಂಬಂಧಿಸಿದಂತೆ ಉಂಟುಮಾಡುವ ಎಲ್ಲಾ ರೀತಿಯ ಆರ್ಥಿಕ ನಷ್ಟಗಳನ್ನು ಸರ್ಕಾರಕ್ಕೆ ಸದರಿ ಅಭ್ಯರ್ಥಿಗಳು ಭರಿಸಿಕೊಡಲು ಬದ್ದರಾಗಿರುತ್ತಾರೆ ಹಾಗೂ ಹೊಣೆಗಾರರಾಗಿರುತ್ತಾರೆಂದು ತಿಳಿಯತಕ್ಕದ್ದು.
10. ಅಭ್ಯರ್ಥಿಗಳು ಅವರ ಕರ್ತವ್ಯಗಳನ್ನು ಪಾಲಿಸುತ್ತಿರುವಾಗ ಅಥವಾ ನೆರವೇರಿಸುತ್ತಿರುವಾಗ ಅವರಿಗೆ ಲಭ್ಯವಾಗಬಹುದಾದ ಅಥವಾ ದೊರಕಬಹುದಾದ ಅಧಿಕೃತ ಮಾಹಿತಿಗಳನ್ನು ಗುಪ್ತವಾಗಿಟ್ಟು ಅದರ ಗೌಪ್ಯತೆಯನ್ನು ಕಟ್ಟುನಿಟ್ಟಾಗಿ ಕಾಪಾಡತಕ್ಕದ್ದು.
11. ಅಭ್ಯರ್ಥಿಗಳು ಸಲ್ಲಿಸಿರುವ ಅಂಕಪಟ್ಟಿಗಳು ಮತ್ತು ಮೀಸಲಾತಿ ಪ್ರಮಾಣ ಪತ್ರಗಳು ಹಾಗೂ ಜಾತಿ ಪ್ರಮಾಣ ಪತ್ರಗಳು ಸಕ್ಷಮ ಪ್ರಾಧಿಕಾರದಿಂದ ಸತ್ಯಾಪನೆಗೆ ಒಳಪಡುತ್ತವೆ.
೪೬ ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ ರಾಜ್ಯಪತ್ರ, ಗುರುವಾರ, ಜನವರಿ ೧೨, ೨೦೧೨ ಭಾಗ - ೫12. ಅಭ್ಯರ್ಥಿಯು ತಮ್ಮ ಜಾತಿ, ಜನ್ಮ ದಿನಾಂಕ, ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಹತೆ ಇತ್ಯಾದಿಯಾಗಿ ಯಾವುದೇ ವಿಚಾರದಲ್ಲಿ ಅಭ್ಯರ್ಥಿಯು ನೀಡಿರುವ ವಿವರಗಳು ಸುಳ್ಳೆಂದಾಗಲೀ ಅಥವಾ ತಪ್ಪೆಂದಾಗಲೀ ತಿಳಿದು ಬಂದಲ್ಲಿ ಅಂತಹ ಅಭ್ಯರ್ಥಿಯ ವಿರುದ್ದ ಭಾರತೀಯ ದಂಡ ಸಂಹಿತೆಯಲ್ಲಿನ ಸೂಕ್ತ ಕಲಂಗಳ ಅಡಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಕ್ರಮ ಕೈಗೊಳ್ಳಲಾಗುವುದು. ಹಾಗೂ ಕೆ.ಸಿ.ಎಸ್ (ಸಿ.ಸಿ.ಎ) ನಿಯಮಗಳು 1957 ರ ಅಡಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಶಿಸ್ತು ಕ್ರಮ ಕೈಗೊಳ್ಳಲಾಗುವುದು.
13. ಅಭ್ಯರ್ಥಿಗಳು ಸಲ್ಲಿಸಿರುವ ಆಯಾಯ ಮೀಸಲಾತಿ ಪ್ರಮಾಣ ಪತ್ರಗಳ ಆಧಾರದ ಮೇಲೆ ಅಭ್ಯರ್ಥಿಗಳನ್ನು ಆಯಾಯ ಮೀಸಲಾತಿ Category ಯಲ್ಲಿ ನೇಮಕ ಮಾಡಿರುವುದರಿಂದ ಸದರಿ ಅಭ್ಯರ್ಥಿಗಳು ಆಯಾಯ ಮೀಸಲಾತಿ Category ಗೆ ಸೇರಿದವರೆಲ್ಲವೆಂದು ದೃಡಪಟ್ಟಲ್ಲಿ ಅಂತಹ ಅಭ್ಯರ್ಥಿಗಳ ನೇಮಕಾತಿಯನ್ನು ಶಾಶ್ವತವಾಗಿ ಯಾವುದೇ ಸೂಚನೆ ಇಲ್ಲದೇ ರದ್ದುಪಡಿಸಲಾಗುವುದು.
14. ಅಭ್ಯರ್ಥಿಗಳು ಪರಿಶಿಷ್ಟ ಜಾತಿ ಮತ್ತು ಪರಿಶಿಷ್ಟ ಪಂಗಡದ ಅಭ್ಯರ್ಥಿಗಳಲ್ಲವೆಂದು ಸತ್ಯಾಪನೆಯಿಂದ ದೃಡಪಟ್ಟಲ್ಲಿ ಅಂತಹ ಅಭ್ಯರ್ಥಿಗಳ ನೇಮಕಾತಿಯನ್ನು ಶಾಶ್ವತವಾಗಿ ಯಾವುದೇ ಸೂಚನೆ ಇಲ್ಲದೇ ರದ್ದು ಪಡಿಸಲಾಗುವುದು.
15. ಅಭ್ಯರ್ಥಿಯು KGID ಯಲ್ಲಿ ಸರ್ಕಾರಿ ವಿಮೆಯನ್ನು ಕಡ್ಡಾಯವಾಗಿ ಕೆಲಸಕ್ಕೆ ಹಾಜರಾದ ಕೂಡಲೇ ಮಾಡತಕ್ಕದ್ದು.
16. ಅಭ್ಯರ್ಥಿಯು ಕೆಳಕಂಡ ದಾಖಲೆಗಳನ್ನು ತಾವು ಕೆಲಸಕ್ಕೆ ಹಾಜರಾಗುವ ಕಛೇರಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಆ ಕಛೇರಿಯ ಮುಖ್ಯಸ್ಥರ ಮುಂದೆ ತಪ್ಪದೇ ಹಾಜರುಪಡಿಸತಕ್ಕದ್ದು.
1) ಅಭ್ಯರ್ಥಿಯು ತಮ್ಮ Passport Size ನ ಎರಡು ಇತ್ತೀಚಿನ ಪೋಟೋ
2) ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಹತೆಯ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ಏಳನೇ ತರಗತಿ ಮೂಲ ಅಂಕಪಟ್ಟ (Original)
3) ಜನ್ಮ ದಿನಾಂಕದ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ಮೂಲ T.C (Original)
4) ಸಂಬಂಧಪಟ್ಟ ಸರ್ಕಾರಿ ಜಿಲ್ಲಾ ಸರ್ಜನ್‌ನಿಂದ ನಿಗದಿತ ನಮೂನೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಪಡೆದ ವೈದ್ಯಕೀಯ, ದೈಹಿಕ ಪ್ರಮಾಣ ಪತ್ರ (Original) (Physical Fitness Certificate)
5) ಅಭ್ಯರ್ಥಿಯು ಕಡೆಯದಾಗಿ ಹಾಜರಾಗಿದ್ದ ಶಾಲೆಯ ಮುಖ್ಯೋಪಾಧ್ಯಾಯರು ನೀಡಿರುವ ನಡತೆ ಪ್ರಮಾಣ ಪತ್ರ (Original).
ಅಭ್ಯರ್ಥಿಗಳು ಕೆಳಕಂಡ ನಮೂನೆಗಳನ್ನು ಮತ್ತು ಮುಚ್ಚಳಿಕೆಗಳನ್ನು ಕೆಲಸಕ್ಕೆ ಹಾಜರಾಗುವ ಮುನ್ನ ತಪ್ಪದೇ ಬರೆದು ಕೊಡತಕ್ಕದ್ದು.
17. ಅಭ್ಯರ್ಥಿಯು ಭಾರತದ ಸಂವಿಧಾನಕ್ಕೆ ಬದ್ದರಾಗಿರುವ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ಪ್ರತಿಜ್ಞಾ ವಿಧಿಯನ್ನು ಇದಕ್ಕೆ ಲಗತ್ತಿಸಿರುವ ನಮೂನೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಕೆಲಸಕ್ಕೆ ಹಾಜರಾಗುವ ಕಛೇರಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಆ ಕಛೇರಿಯ ಮುಖ್ಯಸ್ಥರಿಗೆ ಬರೆದು ಕೊಡತಕ್ಕದ್ದು.
18. ಅಭ್ಯರ್ಥಿಯು ಮದುವೆಯಾಗಿದ್ದಲ್ಲಿ ಒಬ್ಬರೇ ಪತಿ ಅಥವಾ ಪತ್ನಿ ಹೊಂದಿರುವ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ಕೆ.ಸಿ.ಎಸ್ (ನಡತೆ) ನಿಯಮಗಳು 1966 ರಲ್ಲಿನ ನಿಯಮ 28 ರ ರೀತ್ಯ ಇದಕ್ಕೆ ಲಗತ್ತಿಸಿರುವ ನಮೂನೆಯಲ್ಲಿರುವ ಘೋಷಣಾ ಪತ್ರವನ್ನು ಕೆಲಸಕ್ಕೆ ಹಾಜರಾಗುವ ಕಛೇರಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಆ ಕಛೇರಿಯ ಮುಖ್ಯಸ್ಥರಿಗೆ ಬರೆದುಕೊಡತಕ್ಕದ್ದು.
19. ಒಂದು ವೇಳೆ ಅಭ್ಯರ್ಥಿಯು ಸಲ್ಲಿಸಿರುವ ಅಂಕಪಟ್ಟಿಗಳು ಮತ್ತು ಮೀಸಲಾತಿ ಪ್ರಮಾಣ ಪತ್ರಗಳು ಹಾಗೂ ಜಾತಿ ಪ್ರಮಾಣ ಪತ್ರಗಳು ಸುಳ್ಳು ಅಥವಾ ನಕಲಿ ಎಂದು ದೃಡಪಟ್ಟಲ್ಲಿ ಅಂತಹ ಅಭ್ಯರ್ಥಿಗಳ ಆಯ್ಕೆಯನ್ನು ಮತ್ತು ನೇಮಕಾತಿಯನ್ನು ಶಾಶ್ವತವಾಗಿ ರದ್ದ್ದು ಪಡಿಸಲಾಗುವುದು ಹಾಗೂ ಅಭ್ಯರ್ಥಿಯ ವಿರುದ್ದ ಭಾರತೀಯ ದಂಡ ಸಂಹಿತೆಯಲ್ಲಿನ ಸೂಕ್ತ ಕಲಂಗಳ ಅಡಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಕ್ರಮ ಕೈಗೊಳ್ಳಲಾಗುವುದು ಹಾಗೂ KCS (CCA) ನಿಯಮಗಳು 1957 ರ ಅಡಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಶಿಸ್ತು ಕ್ರಮ ಕೈಗೊಳ್ಳಲಾಗುವುದು. ಇದಕ್ಕೆ ಬದ್ದನಾಗಿರುತ್ತೇನೆ. ಎಂಬ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ಅಭ್ಯರ್ಥಿಯು 20/- ರೂಗಳ ಛಾಪಾ ಕಾಗದದಲ್ಲಿ ಇದಕ್ಕೆ ಲಗತ್ತಿಸಿರುವ ಮುಚ್ಚಳಿಕೆ ನಮೂನೆ-1 ಅನ್ನು ಕೆಲಸಕ್ಕೆ ಹಾಜರಾಗುವ ಮುನ್ನ ಈ ಕಛೇರಿಗೆ ಬರೆದುಕೊಡತಕ್ಕದ್ದು.
20. ಈ ನೇಮಕಾತಿಗಾಗಿ ಅರ್ಜಿ ಸಲ್ಲಿಸಿರುವ ಅಭ್ಯರ್ಥಿಗಳ ಪೈಕಿ ಬೇರೆ ಇನ್ಯಾವುದೇ ಅಭ್ಯಥಿಯು ಅವರ ಆಯ್ಕೆಯನ್ನು ದಾಖಲೆ ಸಹಿತ establish ಮಾಡಿದಲ್ಲಿ ಅಥವಾ ನನ್ನ ನೇಮಕಾತಿಯು ಅಸಿಂಧುವೆಂದು ದಾಖಲೆಗಳ ಸಹಿತ ಸಾಬೀತು ಪಡಿಸಿದಲ್ಲಿ ನನ್ನ ನೇಮಕಾತಿಯನ್ನು ಯಾವುದೇ ಸೂಚನೆ ಇಲ್ಲದೇ ಶಾಶ್ವತವಾಗಿ ರದ್ದುಗೊಳಿಸಿ ನನ್ನ ಬದಲಿಗೆ ಬೇರೊಬ್ಬರನ್ನು ಆಯ್ಕೆ ಮಾಡಬಹುದು ಎಂಬ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ಅಭ್ಯರ್ಥಿಯು 20/- ರೂ ಛಾಪಾ ಕಾಗದದಲ್ಲಿ ಇದಕ್ಕೆ ಲಗತ್ತಿಸಿರುವ ಮುಚ್ಚಳಿಕೆ ನಮೂನೆ-2 ಅನ್ನು ಕೆಲಸಕ್ಕೆ ಹಾಜರಾಗುವ ಮುನ್ನ ಈ ಕಛೇರಿಗೆ ಬರೆದುಕೊಡತಕ್ಕದ್ದು.
21. ಒಂದು ವೇಳೆ ನಾನು ಈ ಇಲಾಖೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಜವಾನರೆಂದು ನೇಮಕಾತಿ ಹೊಂದುವ ಮೊದಲು ಅಥವಾ ನಾನು ಜವಾನರೆಂದು ನೇಮಕಾತಿ ಹೊಂದಿ ಈ ಇಲಾಖೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಜವಾನರಾಗಿ ಸರ್ಕಾರಿ ಕೆಲಸಕ್ಕೆ ಹಾಜರಾದ ದಿನಾಂಕದ ನಂತರ ನಾನು ಸರ್ಕಾರಿ ಸೇವೆಯಿಂದ ಶಾಶ್ವತವಾಗಿ ನಿರ್ಗಮಿಸುವ ದಿನಾಂಕದವರೆಗಿನ ಅವಧಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಅಂದರೆ ನಾನು ಈ ಇಲಾಖೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಸರ್ಕಾರಿ ನೌಕರನಾಗಿರುವ ಅವಧಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಈ ನೇಮಕಾತಿಗಾಗಿ ಅರ್ಜಿ ಸಲ್ಲಿಸಿರುವ ಅಭ್ಯರ್ಥಿಗಳ ಪೈಕಿ ಬೇರೆ ಇನ್ಯಾವುದೇ ಅಭ್ಯರ್ಥಿಯಾಗಲೀ ಅಥವಾ ಬೇರೆ ಇನ್ಯಾವುದೇ ಸಾರ್ವಜನಿಕರಾಗಲೀ ದಾಖಲೆಗಳ ಸಹಿತ ಸಕಾರಣಗಳೊಂದಿಗೆ ನಾನು ಏಳನೇ ತರಗತಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ತೇರ್ಗಡೆ ಹೊಂದಿಲ್ಲವೆಂದಾಗಲೀ ಅಥವಾಭಾಗ - ೫ ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ ರಾಜ್ಯಪತ್ರ, ಗುರುವಾರ, ಜನವರಿ ೧೨, ೨೦೧೨ ೪೭ ನಾನು ಸಲ್ಲಿಸಿರುವ ಏಳನೇ ತರಗತಿ ಅಂಕಪಟ್ಟ್ಟಿಯು ನಕಲಿ (ಖೊಟ್ಟಿ) ಎಂದಾಗಲೀ ದಾಖಲೆಗಳ ಸಹಿತ ಸಾಬೀತುಪಡಿಸಿದಲ್ಲಿ ನನ್ನ ಆಯ್ಕೆಯನ್ನು ಮತ್ತು ಈ ನನ್ನ ನೇಮಕಾತಿಯನ್ನು ಯಾವುದೇ ಕಾರಣ ನೀಡದೇ ಯಾವುದೇ ಘಳಿಗೆಯಲ್ಲಾದರೂ ಶಾಶ್ವತವಾಗಿ ರದುಪಡಿಸುವುದಕ್ಕೂ ಹಾಗೂ ಯಾವುದೇ ಕಾರಣ ನೀಡದೇ ಅಥವಾ ಯಾವುದೇ ನೋಟೀಸ್ ನೀಡದೇ ನನ್ನನ್ನು ಸರ್ಕಾರಿ ಸೇವೆಯಿಂದ ಶಾಶ್ವತವಾಗಿ ವಜಾ ಮಾಡುವುದಕ್ಕೂ ನಾನು ಒಪ್ಪಿರುತ್ತೇನೆ. ಎಂಬ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ಅಭ್ಯರ್ಥಿಯು 20/- ರೂ. ಛಾಪಾ ಕಾಗದದಲ್ಲಿ ಇದಕ್ಕೆ ಲಗತ್ತಿಸಿರುವ ಮುಚ್ಚಳಿಕೆ ನಮೂನೆ-3 ಅನ್ನು ಕೆಲಸಕ್ಕೆ ಹಾಜರಾಗುವ ಮುನ್ನ ಈ ಕಛೇರಿಗೆ ಬರೆದುಕೊಡತಕ್ಕದ್ದು.
22. ಸರ್ಕಾರದವರು ಈ ಹಿಂದೆ ಜಾರಿಯಲ್ಲಿದ್ದ ನಿವೃತ್ತಿ ಪಿಂಚಣಿ ಸೌಲಭ್ಯ ಯೋಜನೆಗೆ ಬದಲಾಗಿ ದಿನಾಂಕ: 1-4-2006 ರಿಂದ ಜಾರಿಗೆ ಬರುವಂತೆ ಸರ್ಕಾರದ ಆದೇಶ ಸಂಖ್ಯೆ: FD (SPL)-04 PET 2005 ದಿನಾಂಕ: 31-03-2006 ರ ಆದೇಶದಲ್ಲಿ ಹೊಸದಾಗಿ New defined Contributory Pension Scheme ಎಂಬ ಹೊಸ ಪಿಂಚಣಿ ಯೋಜನೆಯನ್ನು ಜಾರಿಗೆ ತಂದಿರುತ್ತಾರೆ. ಈ ಹೊಸ ಪಿಂಚಣಿ ಯೋಜನೆಯ ದಿನಾಂಕ: 01-04-2006 ರಿಂದ ಅಥವಾ ತದನಂತರ ನೇಮಕಾತಿ ಹೊಂದಿದ ಎಲ್ಲಾ ರಾಜ್ಯ ಸರ್ಕಾರಿ ನೌಕರರಿಗೆ ಅನ್ವಯಿಸುತ್ತದೆ ಎಂದು ಆದೇಶ ಮಾಡಿರುತ್ತಾರೆ. ಆದ್ದರಿಂದ ಈ ಜಿಲ್ಲೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ನೇಮಕ ಹೊಂದಿದ ಸದರಿ ನೌಕರರು ದಿನಾಂಕ: 31-03-2006 ರ ಸದರಿ ಸರ್ಕಾರದ ಆದೇಶದನ್ವಯ ಹೊಸ ಪಿಂಚಣಿ ಯೋಜನೆಗೆ ಒಳಪಡುತ್ತಾರೆಂದು ಈ ಮೂಲಕ ಆದೇಶಿಸಿದೆ ಹಾಗೂ ದಿನಾಂಕ: 31-03-2006 ರ ಸದರಿ ಸರ್ಕಾರದ ಆದೇಶದಲ್ಲಿನ ನಿರ್ದೇಶನಕ್ಕೆ ಸದರಿ ನೌಕರರು ಬದ್ದರಾಗಿರತ್ಕಕದ್ದು.

Preamble:
There was a complaint from the residents about the establishment and management of Shahi Masjid, HAL Township, Bangalore. It was suggested that the property be registered under the provisions of the Wakfs Act, 1995. The details of the property were collected and an inquiry was ordered. The parties appeared and placed their defence. It was revealed that the property belongs to a Trust registered under the Trust Act. It was purchased out of donations from the public. It was purchased for the purpose of establishment of Masjid. The Board appointed the then Chief Executive Officer to inquire and report. The Officer after serving notice in Form 29 under Rule 38(3) of the Karnataka Wakf Rules read with Section 40 (3) of the Wakfs Act, 1995 and providing sufficient opportunity to the rival parties and hearing them in detail has submitted his report recommending registration of the entire property measuring north to south 70 feet and east to west 68.6 feet.
2. The subject together with the report of the inquiry officer was placed before the meeting of the Board at its meeting held on 29-10-2011 for consideration. The Board after considering the whole matter in all its details is satisfied that the property belonging to the Trust is wakf property it being a mosque a place of worship. It is not capable of human ownership. It is purchased out of public contributions. Therefore, the Board resolved to register the property as wakf property under Section 40 of the Act. Hence this Order:

In exercise of the powers conferred, in the Board, under Section 40 (3) of the Wakfs Act, 1995 orders that the property bearing survey number 105/A, Khata Number 213 together with the Shahi Majid constructed over the land and situated in Murugeshpalya, Kodihalli, Northern Hobli, Bangalore measuring (north to south) 70 feet and (west to east) 68.6 feet Bounded on the east by property of Rukamma; West by Road; North by property of Devappa; and south by property belonging to Shanmugam, be and is hereby registered as wakf property and order that it be entered in the Kitabul Awkaf maintained under Section 37 of the said Act.

In the order cited at reference the word "Shahi Majid" appearing in line (3) of the order is deleted, so as to read as "Masjid" instead of "Shahi Majid".
