ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ ರಾಜ್ಯ ಸರ್ಕಾರವು ಉಚ್ಚಂಗಿದುರ್ಗ ಗಾಮ ದಾವಣಗೆರೆ ಜಿಲ್ಲೆ, ಹರಪನಹಳ್ಳಿ ತಾಲ್ಲೂಕಿನ ಗ್ರಾಮದ ಜನಸಂಖ್ಯೆ ಭೌಗೋಳಿಕ ಕ್ಷೇತ್ರ ಭೂಕಂದಾಯ ಹಾಗೂ ಸರಕಾರದ ಇತರೆ ಬೇಡಿಕೆಗಳನ್ನು ಪರಿಗಣಿಸಿ ಹಾಗೂ ಆಡಳಿತ ಅನುಕೂಲತೆಗೋಸ್ಕರ ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ ಭೂ ಕಂದಾಯ ಅಧಿನಿಯಮ 1964 (1964 ರ ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ ಕಾಯ್ದೆ 12)ರ ಕಲಂ 5 ರ ಪ್ರಕಾರ ಹರಪನಹಳ್ಳಿ ತಾಲ್ಲೂಕಿನ ಉಚ್ಚಂಗಿದುರ್ಗ ಗ್ರಾಮದ ಸರಹದ್ದುಗಳನ್ನು ತಿದ್ದುಪಡಿ ಮಾಡಿ ಹೊಸದಾಗಿ ಶ್ರೀಗುರುನಗರ ಕಂದಾಯ ಗ್ರಾಮವನ್ನಾಗಿ ರಚಿಸಲು ಉದ್ದೇಶಿಸಲಾಗಿದೆ.

ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ ಭೂಕಂದಾಯ ಕಾಯ್ದೆ 1964 (1964 ರ ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ ಕಾಯ್ದೆ 12)ರ ಕಲಂ 6ರನ್ವಯ ಪ್ರದತ್ತವಾದ ಅಧಿಕಾರದ ಮೇರೆಗೆ ಈ ಕೆಳಗಿನ ಅನುಬಂಧದಲ್ಲಿ ತೋರಿಸಿದ ಪ್ರಸ್ತಾವನೆಯಿಂದ ಅನಾನೂಕೂಲತೆಗೊಳಗಾಗುವ ಸಾರ್ವಜನಿಕರ ಅವಗಾಹನೆಗೆ ಈ ಮೂಲಕ ತಿಳಿಸುವುದೇನೆಂದರೆ, ಈ ಪ್ರಸ್ತಾವನೆಯನ್ನು ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ ರಾಜ್ಯಪತ್ರದಲ್ಲಿ ಪ್ರಕಟಿಸಿದ 30 ದಿನಗಳ ನಂತರ ಪರಿಶೀಲನೆಗೆ ಕೈಗೆತ್ತಿಕೊಳ್ಳಲಾಗುವುದು

ಈ ಪ್ರಸ್ತಾವನೆ ವಿರುದ್ಧ ಯಾವುದೇ ವ್ಯಕ್ತಿಯಿಂದ ತಕರಾರುಗಳು ಬಂದಲ್ಲಿ, ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ ರಾಜ್ಯ ಸರ್ಕಾರವು ಈ ತಕರಾರುಗಳನ್ನು ಪರಿಶೀಲನೆ ಮಾಡುವುದು ತಕರಾರುಗಳನ್ನು ಜಿಲ್ಲಾಧಿಕಾರಿಗಳು ದಾವಣಗೆರೆ ಇವರಿಗೆ ಸಲ್ಲಿಸಬಹುದಾಗಿದೆ.

ಹರಪನಹಳ್ಳಿ ತಾಲ್ಲೂಕಿನ ಉಚ್ಚಂಗಿದುರ್ಗ ಗ್ರಾಮದ ಸರಹದ್ದಿನಿಂದ ಬೇರ್ಪಡಿಸಲಾದ ಜಮೀನುಗಳ ಸ.ನಂಬರುಗಳನ್ನು ಒಳಗೊಂಡ ಶ್ರೀಗುರುನಗರ ಎಂಬ ಹೊಸ ಗ್ರಾಮವನ್ನು ರಚಿಸುತ್ತಿದ್ದು, ಹೀಗೆ ರಚಿಸುವ ಗ್ರಾಮದಲ್ಲಿ ಈ ಕೆಳಗೆ ಕಾಣಿಸಿದ ಸರ್ವೇ ನಂಬರುಗಳು ಸಮಾವೇಶವಾಗತಕ್ಕದ್ದು.

ರಾಜ್ಯ ಸರ್ಕಾರದ ಭೂಕಂದಾಯ ಕಾಯ್ದೆ 1964ನೇ ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ ಕಾಯ್ದೆ 12ರ ಕಲಂ 5ರ ಮೇರೆಗೆ ಹೊಂದಿಸಬಹುದಾದ ಆಧಿನಿಯಮದಲ್ಲಿ ಪ್ರಕಟಿಸಿರುವ ದಿನಾಂಕದಿಂದ ಮೇಲೆ ಉಲ್ಲೇಖಿಸಿದ ಪ್ರಸ್ತಾವನೆ ಜಾರಿಗೆ ಬರತಕ್ಕದ್ದು.

Now, therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred by section 6 of the said Act, notice is hereby given for the information of all the persons likely to be affected thereby that the proposal will be taken into consideration after thirty days from the date of publication of the notification in the official Gazette.

In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 5 of the Karnataka Land Revenue Act, 1964 (Karnataka Act 12 of 1964) and taking into consideration the factors specified in clauses (i) to (iv) of rule 3 of the Karnataka Land Revenue Rules 1966 such as the population, area under land revenue and having regard to the administrative convenience, the Government of Karnataka proposes to issue a notification to alter the limits of village of Gudal with its hamlets of Myasarhalli Davanagere Taluk Davanagere District and to constitute a new village called Myasarahalli as specified in the schedule.

In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 5 of the Karnataka Land Revenue Act, 1964 (Karnataka Act 12 of 1964) and taking into consideration the factors specified in clauses (i) to (iv) of rule 3 of the Karnataka Land Revenue Rules 1966 such as the population, area under land revenue and having regard to the administrative convenience, the Government of Karnataka proposes to issue a notification to alter the limits of village of Kodagnuru Village, Mayakonda Hobli, Davanagere Taluk Davanagere District and to constitute a new village called Bommenahalli as specified in the schedule.

Any objection or suggestion which may be received by the State Government from any persons with respect to the said proposal before he date, specified above will be considered by the state Government Objections or suggestions may be addressed to the Deputy Commissioner, Davanagere District,.
