ವಿಷಯ : 2011ನೇ ಸಾಲಿನ ದ್ವಿತೀಯ ಅಧಿವೇಶನದ ಇಲಾಖಾ ಪರೀಕ್ಷೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಮೊಹಮ್ಮದ್ ಫಾರೂಕ್ ಎ. ಖತೀಬ್, ದ್ವಿತೀಯ ದರ್ಜೆ ಸಹಾಯಕರು ಮತ್ತು ಶ್ರೀಮತಿ ಸಾಜಿದಾಬೇಗಂ ಮಹಮ್ಮದ್ ಇಬ್ರಾಹಿಂ, ದ್ವಿತೀಯ ದರ್ಜೆ ಸಹಾಯಕಿ, ಇವರುಗಳು ಕನ್ನಡ ಭಾಷಾ ವಿಷಯದ ಪರೀಕ್ಷೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ದುರಾಚಾರ ಎಸಗಿರುವ ಪ್ರಕರಣಕ್ಕೆ ದಂಡನೆ ವಿಧಿಸುವ ಕುರಿತು

ಪ್ರಸ್ತಾವನೆ :

ಆಯೋಗವು ನಡೆಸಿದ 2011ನೇ ಸಾಲಿನ ದ್ವಿತೀಯ ಅಧಿವೇಶನದ ಇಲಾಖಾ ಪರೀಕ್ಷೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ದಿನಾಂಕ : 07-01-2011ರಂದು ನಡೆಸಲಾದ ಕನ್ನಡಭಾಷಾ ವಿಷಯದ ಪತ್ರಿಕೆ-1ರ ಉತ್ತರಪತ್ರಿಕೆಗಳನ್ನು ಮೌಲ್ಯಮಾಪನ ಮಾಡುವ ಸಂದರ್ಭದಲ್ಲಿ ನೋ.ಸಂ. 33475ರ ಅಭ್ಯರ್ಥಿ ಶ್ರೀಮತಿ ಸಾಜಿದಾಬೇಗಂ ಎಂ. ಇಬ್ರಾಹಿಂ, ದ್ವಿತೀಯ ದರ್ಜೆ ಸಹಾಯಕಿ, ಉಪನಿರ್ದೇಶಕರ ಕಛೇರಿ, ಪಶುಪಾಲನಾ ಮತ್ತು ಪಶುವೈದ್ಯಕೀಯ ಸೇವೆಗಳು, ವಿಜಾಪುರ-586104 ಇವರ ಉತ್ತರ ಪತ್ರಿಕೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಎರಡು ರೀತಿಯ ಕೈಬರಹಗಳಿರುವುದಾಗಿ ಮೌಲ್ಯಮಾಪಕರು ದಿನಾಂಕ: 27-01-2012ರ ತಮ್ಮ ವರದಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಆರೋಪ ಮಾಡಿರುತ್ತಾರೆ. ಈ ಆರೋಪದ ಹಿನ್ನೆಲೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಪರಿಶೀಲಿಸಲಾಗಿ ಇವರ ಬದಲಾದ ಕೈ ಬರವಣಿಗೆಯು ಇದೇ ವಿಷಯದ ಪರೀಕ್ಷಾರ್ಥಿಯಾಗಿದ್ದ ನೋ.ಸಂ. 33462ರ ಅಭ್ಯರ್ಥಿ ಶ್ರೀ ಮೊಹಮ್ಮದ್ ಫಾರೂಕ್ ಎ. ಖತೀಬ್, ದ್ವಿತೀಯ ದರ್ಜೆ ಸಹಾಯಕ, ಪಶು ಆಸ್ಪತ್ರೆ, ತಿಕೋಟಾ, ವಿಜಾಪುರ ತಾಲ್ಲೂಕು ಮತ್ತು ಜಿಲ್ಲೆ-586101 ಅವರ ಉತ್ತರಪತ್ರಿಕೆಯಲ್ಲಿನ ಕೈ ಬರವಣಿಗೆಗೆ ತಾಳೆಯಾಗುತ್ತಿದ್ದುದರಿಂದ ದುರಾಚಾರ ಆರೋಪದ ಮೇಲೆ ಇವರುಗಳ ಫಲಿತಾಂಶವನ್ನು ತಡೆಹಿಡಿಯಲಾಗಿರುತ್ತದೆ.

ನಂತರ ಉಲ್ಲೇಖ (1)ರಲ್ಲಿ ಓದಲಾದ ದಿನಾಂಕ: 15-03-2012ರ ಕಾರಣ ಕೇಳುವ ನೋಟೀಸುಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಆಪಾದಿತ ಅಭ್ಯರ್ಥಿಗಳಿಂದ ಸೂಕ್ತ 24-03-2012ರ ಸಮಜಾಯಿಷಿಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಅಭ್ಯರ್ಥಿಗಳು ತಮ್ಮ ಮೇಲಿನ ಆರೋಪವನ್ನು ಒಪ್ಪಿಕೊಂಡಿರುತ್ತಾರೆ. ಆದುದರಿಂದ ಇವರ ವಿರುದ್ಧ ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ ಲೋಕಸೇವಾ ಆಯೋಗ (ಸೇವಾ ಪರೀಕ್ಷೆಗಳ ನಿರ್ವಹಣೆ) ನಿಯಮಗಳು, 1965ರನ್ವಯ ಹಾಗೂ ತತ್ಸಂಬಂಧದಲ್ಲಿ ಜಾರಿಗೊಳಿಸಲಾದ ಆಯೋಗದ ಅಧಿಕೃತ ಜ್ಞಾಪನ ಸಂಖ್ಯೆ ಆಡಳಿತ.398/1993-94/ಪಿಎಸ್‌ಸಿ, ದಿನಾಂಕ: 14-07-1993ರನ್ವಯ ಪ್ರದತ್ತವಾದ ಅಧಿಕಾರದ ಮೇರೆಗೆ ಶ್ರೀ ಮೊಹಮ್ಮದ್ ಫಾರೂಕ್ ಎ. ಖತೀಬ್ (ನೋ.ಸಂ. 33462) ಮತ್ತು ಶ್ರೀಮತಿ ಸಾಜಿದಾಬೇಗಂ ಎಂ. ಇಬ್ರಾಹಿಂ (ನೋ.ಸಂ. 33475) ಇವರುಗಳಿಗೆ 2011ನೇ ಸಾಲಿನ

(೮೮೧)೮೮೨ ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ ರಾಜ್ಯಪತ್ರ, ಗುರುವಾರ, ಜೂನ್ ೨೧, ೨೦೧೨ ಭಾಗ - ೫ ದ್ವಿತೀಯ ಅಧಿವೇಶನದ ಇಲಾಖಾ ಪರೀಕ್ಷೆಯ ಅಭ್ಯರ್ಥಿತ್ವವನ್ನು ರದ್ದುಪಡಿಸುವ ಜೊತೆಗೆ ಆಯೋಗವು ನಡೆಸುವ ಮುಂದಿನ ಎರಡು ಅಧಿವೇಶನಗಳ 27-04-2012ರ ಆಯೋಗದ ನಡಾವಳಿಗಳ ಪ್ರಕಾರ ನಿರ್ಣಯಿಸಿರುವ ಹಿನ್ನೆಲೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಈ ಕೆಳಕಂಡ ಆದೇಶ.

The total procurement value put to tender is as against the each item and which may be provisional and may fluctuate. The procedure of calling, scrutinizing and finalizing this tender is as per the provisions stipulated in Karnataka Transparency in Public Procurement Acts, 1999 and all other relevant procedure laid by the government of Karnataka from time to time The details of each items in approximate quantity corresponding with approximate cost, EMD and tender processing fee is as explained in the schedule below

SCHEDULE

The reputed firms/registered contractors are required to produce the scan copy of the contractor registration in Bannerghatta Biological Park along with the application to be eligible to get access to e-Tender. The process of Tender is taken online as per above mentioned schedule of events. Each unit should be in a separate schedule-A form accompanied by prescribed EMD. The amount of the EMD is given against the concerned unit number in the Schedule accompanying the tender.

The accepting authority (Zoo Authority of Karnataka) reserves the right to accept or reject any or all the tenders without www.eproc.karnataka.gov.in The tenderers need to be registered in e-procurement cell, Room No. 141, Gate No. 2, 1st floor, M.S. examinations, both in English and Kannada conducted by the Karnataka

Secondary Education Examination Board or must be a holder of Diploma in

Secretarial Practice with Kannada and English Typewriting and Shorthand as

optional subjects [Elective subjects] granted by the Board of Technical

Examination in Karnataka or possess equivalent qualification.

MODE OF SELECTION:

[1] A dictation at the rate of 120 words per minute will be given for a duration of

about 05 minutes and the candidates shall transcribe the notes within 45 minutes.

[2] This test will carry maximum of 100 marks and minimum marks required for a

pass shall be 50.

AGE LIMIT:

Must have attained the age of 18 years and must not have crossed the age of:

[a] 35 years in case of others.

[b] 38 years in case of other categories of Backward classes.

[c] 40 years in case of persons belong to SC/ST and Category No.I as on the last date fixed for submission of applications.

[d] The upper age limit shall be relaxed by 10 years in case of candidate who is physically handicapped or Widow.

[e] In case of Ex. Military Personnel, maximum age limit plus three years plus the number of years of service rendered by him/her, in the Armed Forces of the Union.

[f] Candidates claiming the benefit of reservation under the reservation categories should furnish the certificate/s in the prescribed form. Such certificate/s should have been issued by the competent authority. The candidates should note that, if on verification the certificate is found to be false, the candidates who concocted and produced such false certificate will be prosecuted in accordance with the relevant provision of IPC and such candidates will also forfeit their claims for such selection.

1. PROBATION:

Candidate will be appointed on probation for a period of two years and the provision of K.C.S. [Probation] Rules 1977 shall MUTATIS MUTANDIS apply to candidates so selected. During the period of probation the candidates shall pass the Kannada Language Examination and Other Departmental Examinations prescribed to the post.

2. Applicants when called for interview are required to appear at their own expenses.

[b] Two certificates of character issued by two respectable persons of his / her locality unconnected with him/her testifying to his/her character. These character certificates of two respectable persons should not have been issued prior to 6 months from the last date fixed for receipt of applications.

[c] Copies of marks cards and other documents shall be self attested.

[d] Certificate in the prescribed form issued by the competent authority by the candidates who claim benefit of reservation.

[e] Copy of self attested SSLC Marks Card / Transfer Certificate shall be enclosed in support of age.

[f] One recent passport size photo of candidate shall be affixed on the application form with self-attestation.

6. Intimation for the interview will be sent in the ratio of 1:5 for the post of Stenographers from amongst the list of candidates prepared on the basis of merit in the qualifying examination.
