1. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS :

a) Must have passed the S.S.L.C. Examination or equivalent qualification.

b) Must have passed Senior Typewriting and Senior Shorthand examinations both in Kannada Language and Eglish Language conducted by the Department of Public Instructions or possess equivalent qualification.

2. AGE LIMIT :

a) On the last date fixed for receipt of applications, Must have attained the age of 18 years and must not have attained the age of :

i) 40 years in the case of SC/ST and Category No.I.

ii) 38 years in the case of IIA/IIB/IIIA and IIIB.

iii) 35 years in the case of others.

b) Relaxation of age is permissible as per KCS (General Recruitment) Rules, 1977.

3. SCALES OF PAY :

4. METHOD OF RECRUITMENT :

ಶ್ರೀ ರಮೇಶ್ ಎಂ ಪವಾರ್, ಇವರು ಸಲ್ಲಿಸಿರುವ ದೂರಿನ ಹಿನ್ನೆಲೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಶ್ರೀಮತಿ ಶಾಂತವ್ವ ಯಮನಪ್ಪ ಲಮಾಣಿರವರ ಅರ್ಜಿಯನ್ನು ಪರಿಶೀಲಿಸಲಾಗಿ, ಅಭ್ಯರ್ಥಿಯು ಗೆಜೆóಟೆಡ್ ಪ್ರೊಬೇಷನರ್ಸ್ 2010ರ ಪೂರ್ವಭಾವಿ ಮತ್ತು ಮುಖ್ಯ ಪರೀಕ್ಷೆಯ ಅರ್ಜಿಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಹಾಗೂ ಸಂದರ್ಶನ ಸಮಯದಲ್ಲಿ ಅಭ್ಯರ್ಥಿಗಳು ಸಲ್ಲಿಸುವ Attestation ನಮೂನೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಎಲ್ಲಿಯೂ ತಾವು ಸರ್ಕಾರಿ ನೌಕರಿಯಲ್ಲಿರುವರೆಂದು ನಮೂದಿಸಿರುವುದಿಲ್ಲ. ಈ ಹಿನ್ನೆಲೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಆಯುಕ್ತರು, ಸಾರ್ವಜನಿಕ ಶಿಕ್ಷಣ ಇಲಾಖೆ ಇವರಿಗೆ ದಿನಾಂಕ:01-03-2012ರಂದು ಆಯೋಗವು ಪತ್ರ ಬರೆದು ಈ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ಮಾಹಿತಿ ಕೋರಲಾಗಿ ಶ್ರೀಮತಿ ಶಾಂತವ್ವ ಯಮನಪ್ಪ ಲಮಾಣಿರವರು ದಿನಾಂಕ:13-06-2003ರಂದು ಪ್ರಾಥಮಿಕ ಶಾಲಾ ಶಿಕ್ಷಕಿಯಾಗಿ ನೇಮಕಾತಿ ಹೊಂದಿದ್ದು, ದಿನಾಂಕ:07-02-2012ರಂದು ರಾಜೀನಾಮೆಯನ್ನು ಸಲ್ಲಿಸಿರುತ್ತಾರೆ ಮತ್ತು ಇವರ ರಾಜೀನಾಮೆಯನ್ನು ದಿನಾಂಕ:05-03-2012ರಂದು ಅಂಗೀಕರಿಸಲಾಗಿದೆ ಎಂಬುದಾಗಿ ತಮ್ಮ ದಿನಾಂಕ: 02-04-2012ರ ಪತ್ರದಲ್ಲಿ ತಿಳಿಸಿರುತ್ತಾರೆ.

ದಿನಾಂಕ:01-03-2012ರಂದು ಆಯೋಗದಿಂದ ಶ್ರೀಮತಿ ಶಾಂತವ್ವ ಯಮನಪ್ಪ ಲಮಾಣಿರವರಿಗೆ ಹಿಂಬರಹವನ್ನು ಜಾರಿ ಮಾಡಿ ನೀವು ಸರ್ಕಾರಿ ಸೇವೆಯಲ್ಲಿರುವುದು ಆಯೋಗಕ್ಕೆ ತಿಳಿದು ಬಂದಿರುವ ಕಾರಣ ಮತ್ತು ನೀವು 2010ನೇ ಸಾಲಿನ ಗೆಜೆóಟೆಡ್ ಪ್ರೊಬೇಷನರ್ಸ್ ಹುದ್ದೆಗಳ ನೇಮಕಾತಿಗೆ ಸಲ್ಲಿಸಿರುವ ಅರ್ಜಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಸೇವೆಯಲ್ಲಿರುವ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ಯಾವುದೇ ರೀತಿಂiು ನಮೂದುಗಳು ಸಲ್ಲಿಸದಿರುವ ಕಾರಣ, ನೀವು ಸರ್ಕಾರಿ ಸೇವೆಯಲ್ಲಿದ್ದಲ್ಲಿ ಅದರ ವಿವರವನ್ನು ಆಯೋಗಕ್ಕೆ ಸಲ್ಲಿಸುವಂತೆ ಸೂಚಿಸಲಾಗಿತ್ತು. ಅದಕ್ಕುತ್ತರವಾಗಿ ಸದರಿಯವರು ದಿನಾಂಕ:30-03-2012ರಂದು ಸಲ್ಲಿಸಿರುವ ಮನವಿ ಅರ್ಜಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ದಿನಾಂಕ:13-06-2003 ರಿಂದ ಬಿಜಾಪುರ ಜಿಲ್ಲೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಸಹ ಶಿಕ್ಷಕರಾಗಿ ಸೇವೆಸಲ್ಲಿಸುತ್ತಿದ್ದು, ತೀರಾ ಹಿಂದುಳಿದ ಪ್ರದೇಶದ ಕುಗ್ರಾಮದಿಂದ ಬಂದಿದ್ದಲ್ಲದೇ ಪರಿಶಿಷ್ಟ ಜಾತಿ ಜನಾಂಗಕ್ಕೆ ಸೇರಿದವಳಾಗಿರುತ್ತೇನೆ. ಸೇವೆಯಲ್ಲಿರುವ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ಇಲಾಖಾ ಪೂರ್ವಾನುಮತಿ ಪಡೆಯುವ ವಿಷಯ ನನಗೆ ತಿಳಿಯದಾಯಿತು ಎಂದು ತಿಳಿಸುತ್ತಾ, ಮೇಲ್ಕಂಡ ಅಂಶಗಳನ್ನು ಪರಿಗಣಿಸಿ ತಮ್ಮ ಆಯ್ಕೆಯನ್ನು ಊರ್ಜಿತಗೊಳಿಸಬೇಕೆಂದು ಕೋರಿರುತ್ತಾರೆ.

ವಿರುದ್ಧ ಏಕೆ ಕ್ರಮ ಕೈಗೊಳ್ಳಬಾರದು ಎಂಬ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ಈ ನೋಟೀಸ್ ತಲುಪಿದ 10 ದಿನಗಳೊಳಗಾಗಿ ಉತ್ತರ ನೀಡುವಂತೆ ಸೂಚಿಸಲಾಗಿತ್ತು.

ಇದಕ್ಕುತ್ತರವಾಗಿ ಇವರು ಕಾರ್ಯನಿರ್ವಹಿಸುತ್ತಿರುವ ಶಾಲೆಯು ಮನೆಯಿಂದ ದೂರ ಇರುವುದರಿಂದ ನನ್ನ ಭವಿಷ್ಯದ ಓದಿಗೆ ತೊಂದರೆಯಾಗುತ್ತಿತ್ತು.

ಆದುದರಿಂದ ನನ್ನ ಹುದ್ದೆಗೆ ರಾಜೀನಾಮೆ ಸಲ್ಲಿಸಿ ಗೆಜೆóಟೆಡ್ ಪ್ರೊಬೇಷನರ್ಸ್ ಪರೀಕ್ಷೆಗೆ ಓದುತ್ತಿದ್ದೆ. ರಾಜೀನಾಮೆ ಅರ್ಜಿ ಸಲ್ಲಿಸಿರುವುದರಿಂದ ಅರ್ಜಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ನೌಕರಿ ಇಲ್ಲ ಎಂದು ನಮೂದಿಸಿದ್ದೆ ಮತ್ತು ನಂತರ ಸರಿಪಡಿಸಲು ಯಾವುದೇ ವಿಧಾನ ತಿಳಿಯದೇ ಇರುವುದರಿಂದ ಸುಮ್ಮನೆ ಇರಬೇಕಾಯಿತು. ನನ್ನ ಸೇವಾ ಅವಧಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಯಾವುದೇ ದೋಷಗಳು ಇರುವುದಿಲ್ಲವೆಂದು ತಿಳಿಸುತ್ತಾ, ಷ್ರಸ್ತುತ ಪ್ರಸಂಗದಲ್ಲಿ ಯಾವುದೇ ಉದ್ದೇಶ ಪೂರಿತ ಪ್ರಮಾದ ಆಗದೇ ಇರುವುದರಿಂದ ತಮ್ಮ ಕಾರಣ ಕೇಳುವ ನೋಟೀಸಿನ ಮುಂದಿನ ಕ್ರಮ ಕೈಬಿಡಬೇಕಾಗಿ ಕೋರಿರುತ್ತಾರೆ.

11. ಸೇವೆಯಲ್ಲಿರುವ ಅಭ್ಯರ್ಥಿಗಳು ಸೇವಾ ಪ್ರ್ರಮಾಣ ಪತ್ರವನ್ನು ಕಡ್ಡಾಯವಾಗಿ ಅವರುಗಳ ನೇಮಕಾತಿ ಪ್ರಾಧಿಕಾರಿಗಳಿಂದ ಪೂರ್ವಭಾವಿ ಪರೀಕ್ಷೆಗೆ ಅರ್ಜಿಗಳನ್ನು ಸಲ್ಲಿಸಲು ನಿಗದಿಪಡಿಸಿದ ಕೊನೆಯ ದಿನಾಂಕದೊಳಗೆ ಪಡೆದಿಟ್ಟುಕೊಂಡಿರತಕ್ಕದ್ದು.

1. ಅರ್ಹ ಅಭ್ಯರ್ಥಿಗಳು ONLINE ಮೂಲಕ ಮಾತ್ರ ಅರ್ಜಿ ಸಲ್ಲಿಸುವುದು. ಕಂಪ್ಯೂಟರ್ ವೆಬ್ ಸೈಟ್‌ನಲ್ಲಿ ಲಭ್ಯವಿರುವ ಅರ್ಜಿಯನ್ನು ಭರ್ತಿ ಮಾಡಿದ ತರುವಾಯ ಅಭ್ಯರ್ಥಿಯು ಚಲನ್ ಅನ್ನು ಪಡೆದು ಸಂಬಂಧಿಸಿದ ಬ್ಯಾಂಕಿನಲ್ಲಿ ಪಾವತಿಸಿ ಚಲನ್ ಸಂಖ್ಯೆ ಹಾಗೂ ದಿನಾಂಕವನ್ನು ನಮೂದಿಸಿದ ನಂತರವೇ ಅರ್ಜಿಯು ಸ್ವೀಕೃತವಾಗುವುದು.

2. ಅಭ್ಯರ್ಥಿಯು ಎಲ್ಲಾ ಪ್ರಮಾಣಪತ್ರಗಳನ್ನು ಮತ್ತು ಅಂಕಪಟ್ಟಿಗಳನ್ನು ಅರ್ಜಿ ಸಲ್ಲಿಸಲು ನಿಗದಿಪಡಿಸಿರುವ ಕೊನೆಯ ದಿನಾಂಕಕ್ಕೆ ಮುಂಚಿತವಾಗಿ ಹೊಂದಿರತಕ್ಕದ್ದು.

3. ನೇಮಕಾತಿ ಹೊಂದಿದ ಅಭ್ಯರ್ಥಿಗಳು, ಎರಡು (02) ವರ್ಷಗಳ ಪರಿವೀಕ್ಷಣಾವಧಿ ಪೂರೈಸುವುದು ಕಡ್ಡಾಯವಾಗಿರುತ್ತದೆ.

4. ಸೇವೆೆಯಲ್ಲಿರುವ ಅಭ್ಯರ್ಥಿಗಳು ತಮ್ಮ ಇಲಾಖಾ ಮುಖ್ಯಸ್ಥರ ನಿರಾಕ್ಷೇಪಣಾ ಪತ್ರವನ್ನು ಹೊಂದಿರತಕ್ಕದ್ದು.

5. ಜನ್ಮ ದಿನಾಂಕವನ್ನು ಎಸ್.ಎಸ್.ಎಲ್.ಸಿ. ಅಂಕಪಟ್ಟಿಯ ಆಧಾರದ ಮೇಲೆಯೇ ಸಲ್ಲಿಸತಕ್ಕದ್ದು.

6. ಮಾಜಿ ಸೈನಿಕ ಮೀಸಲಾತಿ ಹುದ್ದೆಗೆ ಸಂಬಂಧಿಸಿದಂತೆ, ಸೈನಿಕ ಸೇವೆಯಿಂದ ಬಿಡುಗಡೆ ಹೊಂದಿರುವ ಪ್ರಮಾಣಪತ್ರವನ್ನು ಹೊಂದಿರತಕ್ಕದ್ದು.

7. ಅಂಗವಿಕಲ ಮೀಸಲಾತಿ ಪಡೆಯಲಿಚ್ಛಿಸುವ ಅಭ್ಯರ್ಥಿಗಳು ಸರ್ಕಾರದ ಆದೇಶ ಸಂ: ಸಿಆಸುಇ.115 ನೇನನಿ.2005 ದಿ: 19-11-2005ರಲ್ಲಿ ನಿಗದಿಪಡಿಸಿರುವ ನಮೂನೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಅಂಗವಿಕಲತೆಯ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ಸಂಬಂಧಪಟ್ಟ ಜಿಲ್ಲಾ ಮಟ್ಟದ ವೈದ್ಯಕೀಯ ಮಂಡಳಿಯು ನೀಡುವ ಪ್ರಮಾಣ ಪತ್ರವನ್ನು ಹೊಂದಿರತಕ್ಕದ್ದು.

7ಎ ಸರ್ಕಾರದ ಅಧಿಸೂಚನೆ ಸಂ. ಡಿ.ಪಿ.ಎ.ಆರ್. 52 ಎಸ್.ಆರ್.ಆರ್.99 ದಿನಾಂಕ 29-11-2002 ರಲ್ಲಿ ಗ್ರಾಮಲೆಕ್ಕಿಗರ ಹುದ್ದೆಗೆ ಆಯ್ಕೆ ಮಾಡಲು ಗುರುತಿಸಿರುವ ಅಂಗವಿಕಲತೆಯಾದ (1) ಕುಷ್ಠರೋಗದಿಂದ ನಿವಾರಣೆಯಾದವರು (2) ಶ್ರವಣದೋಷ (3) ಮೆಂಟಲಿ ಇಲ್ – ಅಂಗವಿಕಲತೆಗೆ ಮಾತ್ರ ಕಾಯ್ದಿರಿಸಲಾದ ಹುದ್ದೆಗಳಾಗಿರುತ್ತವೆ.

8. ಅಭ್ಯರ್ಥಿಯು ಜಾತಿ ಪ್ರಮಾಣ ಪತ್ರವನ್ನು ಸರ್ಕಾರದ ಅದೇಶ ಸಂ:ಸಕಇ/132/ಎಸ್ಎಡಿ/97 ದಿನಾಂಕ 8-2-2000 ರಲ್ಲಿ ನಿಗದಿಪಡಿಸಿರುವಂತೆ ನಮೂನೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ತಾಲ್ಲೂಕು ತಹಸೀಲ್ದಾರರಿಂದ ಪಡೆದಿರತಕ್ಕದ್ದು.

9. ಗ್ರಾಮೀಣ ಮೀಸಲಾತಿಯಡಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಅರ್ಜಿ ಸಲ್ಲಿಸುವ ಅಭ್ಯರ್ಥಿಗಳು ದಿನಾಂಕ 13-2-2001ರ ಸರ್ಕಾರದ ಆದೇಶ ಸಂ:

ಸಿ.ಆ.ಸು.ಇ.8/ಸೇನನಿ/2001 ರಲ್ಲಿ ನಿಗದಿಪಡಿಸಿರುವ ನಮೂನೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಶಾಲೆಯ ಮುಖ್ಯೋಪಾಧ್ಯಾಯರ ಸಹಿ ಹಾಗೂ ಕ್ಷೇತ್ರ ಶಿಕ್ಷಣಾಧಿಕಾರಿಗಳ ಮೇಲುರುಜುವನ್ನು ಪಡೆದ ಪ್ರಮಾಣಪತ್ರಗಳನ್ನು ಹೊಂದಿರತಕ್ಕದ್ದು.

10. ಇಬ್ಬರು ಗಣ್ಯ ವ್ಯಕ್ತಿಗಳಿಂದ ಅಥವಾ ಪತ್ರಾಂಕಿತ ಅಧಿಕಾರಿಗಳಿಂದ ಪಡೆದ ನಡತೆ ಪ್ರಮಾಣಪತ್ರ ಹೊಂದಿರತಕ್ಕದ್ದು.

11. ಹುದ್ದೆಗೆ ನಿಗದಿಪಡಿಸಿರುವ ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಹತೆಯನ್ನು ಅಧಿಸೂಚನೆ ಹೊರಡಿಸುವ ದಿನಾಂಕಕ್ಕೆ ಮುಂಚಿತವಾಗಿ ಅಭ್ಯರ್ಥಿಯು ಹೊಂದಿರಬೇಕು ಹಾಗೂ ಅಭ್ಯರ್ಥಿಯು ಗಣಕ ಯಂತ್ರಗಳ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ತಿಳುವಳಿಕೆ ಇದ್ದು ಬೇಸಿಕ್ ಕಂಪ್ಯೂಟರ್ ಜ್ಞಾನ ಹೊಂದಿರತಕ್ಕದ್ದು.

12. ಪ್ರಕಟಿಸಿರುವ ಹುದ್ದೆಗಳನ್ನು ಹೆಚ್ಚು ಮಾಡುವ ಅಥವಾ ಕಡಿಮೆ ಮಾಡುವ ಹಕ್ಕು ನೇಮಕಾತಿ ಪ್ರಾಧಿಕಾರಕ್ಕೆ ದತ್ತವಾಗಿರುತ್ತದೆ. 12ಎ ಅಧಿಸೂಚನೆ ಪ್ರಕಟಿಸಿದ ದಿನಾಂಕದಿಂದ ಮಾರ್ಚ್ 2013ರವರೆಗೆ ಗ್ರಾಮಲೆಕ್ಕಿಗರ ಪದೋನ್ನತಿಯಿಂದ, ಸ್ವಯಂ ನಿವೃತ್ತಿಯಿಂದ ಅಥವಾ ಇನ್ಯಾವುದೇ ವಿಧದಲ್ಲಿ ಖಾಲಿಯಾಗುವ ಹುದ್ದೆಗಳನ್ನು ಮೆರಿಟ್ ಆಧಾರದಲ್ಲಿ ಮೀಸಲಾತಿಗನುಗುಣವಾಗಿ ಸದರಿ ಪಟ್ಟಿಯಿಂದ ನೇಮಕಾತಿ ಮಾಡುವ ಷರತ್ತಿಗೊಳಪಟ್ಟಿರುತ್ತದೆ.

13. ತಪ್ಪು ಮಾಹಿತಿ ಒದಗಿಸಿದ ಅಭ್ಯರ್ಥಿಗಳನ್ನು ಆಯ್ಕೆಗೆ ಪರಿಗಣಿಸಲಾಗುವುದಿಲ್ಲ ಹಾಗೂ ಅಂತಹ ಅರ್ಜಿಗಳನ್ನು ಮುನ್ಸೂಚನೆ ನೀಡದೇ ತಿರಸ್ಕರಿಸಲಾಗುವುದು

14. ಅರ್ಜಿಯನ್ನು ಸ್ವೀಕರಿಸಲು ನಿಗದಿಪಡಿಸಿರುವ ದಿನಾಂಕವು ಸಾರ್ವಜನಿಕ ರಜಾ ದಿನವಾಗಿ ಘೋಷಿಸಲ್ಪಟ್ಟರೆ ಆ ದಿನಾಂಕದ ಮಾರನೆ ದಿನವನ್ನು ಅರ್ಜಿ ಸ್ವೀಕರಿಸಲು ಕೊನೆ ದಿನಾಂಕವಾಗಿರುತ್ತದೆ.

15. ಈ ಅಧಿಸೂಚನೆ ಅನ್ವಯ ನೇಮಕಾತಿ ಹೊಂದುವ ಅಭ್ಯರ್ಥಿಗಳು ಜಿಲ್ಲೆಯ ಯಾವುದೇ ತಾಲ್ಲೂಕುಗಳಲ್ಲಾದರೂ ಸೇವೆ ಸಲ್ಲಿಸಲು ಬದ್ಧರಾಗಿರಬೇಕು.

16. ಅರ್ಜಿಯನ್ನು ONLINE

ಮೂಲಕ ಸಲ್ಲಿಸತಕ್ಕದ್ದು. ಆನ್‌ಲೈನ್ ವಿಳಾಸ http://mysore-va.kar.nic.in or www.mysore.nic.in (Click on Recruitment)ಆನ್‌ಲೈನ್ ಅರ್ಜಿ ದಿನಾಂಕ 9-7-2012 ರಿಂದ ಲಭ್ಯವಿರುತ್ತದೆ ಹಾಗೂ ದಿನಾಂಕ 07-08-2012 ರ ಸಂಜೆ 5-30 ರವರೆಗೆ ಮಾತ್ರ ಲಭ್ಯವಾಗುವುದು. ONLINE ಹೊರತುಪಡಿಸಿ ಇತರೆ ಯಾವುದೇ ವಿಧದಲ್ಲಿ ಸಲ್ಲಿಸುವ ಅರ್ಜಿಗಳನ್ನು ಪರಿಗಣಿಸಲಾಗುವುದಿಲ್ಲ.

17. ಅಭ್ಯರ್ಥಿಯು ಅರ್ಜಿ ಶುಲ್ಕವನ್ನು ಬ್ಯಾಂಕಿನಲ್ಲಿ ಚಲನ್ ಮೂಲಕ ಪಾವತಿಸಿ ಚಲನ್ ಸಂಖ್ಯೆ ಹಾಗೂ ದಿನಾಂಕವನ್ನು ವೆಬ್‌ಸೈಟ್‌ನಲ್ಲಿ ನಮೂದಿಸದಿದ್ದಲ್ಲಿ ಅರ್ಜಿಯು ತಿರಸ್ಕøತಗೊಳ್ಳುತ್ತದೆ.

18. ಅಭ್ಯರ್ಥಿಗಳು ಅರ್ಜಿ ಶುಲ್ಕವನ್ನು ಬ್ಯಾಂಕ್‌ನಲ್ಲಿ ದಿನಾಂಕ 09-08-2012 ರಂದು (ಬ್ಯಾಂಕ್ ವೇಳೆಯಲ್ಲಿ) ಪಾವತಿಸಲು ಅಂತಿಮ ದಿನಾಂಕವಾಗಿರುತ್ತದೆ. ತದನಂತರ ಅರ್ಜಿ ಶುಲ್ಕ ಪಾವತಿಸಲು ಅವಕಾಶವಿರುವುದಿಲ್ಲ.

19. ನೇಮಕಾತಿ ಪ್ರಕ್ರಿಯೆ ಪ್ರಾರಂಭದ ದಿನಾಂಕದಿಂದ ನೇಮಕಾತಿ ಆದೇಶ ಹೊರಡಿಸುವವರೆಗೆ ಅಭ್ಯರ್ಥಿಗಳಿಗೆ ಯಾವುದೇ ಪತ್ರ ವ್ಯವಹಾರವನ್ನು ಮಾಡಲಾಗುವುದಿಲ್ಲ. ಅಭ್ಯರ್ಥಿಗಳು ಆನ್‌ಲೈನ್‌ನಲ್ಲಿ ಮಾಹಿತಿಯನ್ನು ಪಡೆದು ಮೂಲ ದಾಖಲಾತಿಗಳ ಪರಿಶೀಲನೆಗೆ ಹಾಜರಾಗತಕ್ಕದ್ದು.

20. ನಿಗದಿತ ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಹತೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಗಳಿಸಿದ ಅಂಕಗಳ ಮೆರಿಟ್ ಆಧಾರದಲ್ಲಿ ಮೀಸಲಾತಿಗನುಗುಣವಾಗಿ ಪರಿಶೀಲನಾ ಪಟ್ಟಿಯನ್ನು ವೆಬ್‌ಸೈಟ್‌ನಲ್ಲಿ ಪ್ರಕಟಿಸಲಾಗುವುದು. ಪರಿಶೀಲನಾ ಪಟ್ಟಿಯಲ್ಲಿನ ಅಭ್ಯರ್ಥಿಗಳು ನಿಗದಿತ ದಿನಾಂಕದಂದು ಮೂಲ ದಾಖಲಾತಿಗಳ ಪರಿಶೀಲನೆಗಾಗಿ ಹಾಜರಾಗಬೇಕಾಗಿರುತ್ತದೆ.

21. ನಿಗದಿತ ದಿನದಂದು ದಾಖಲಾತಿಗಳ ಪರಿಶೀಲನೆಗೆ ಹಾಜರಾಗದೇ ಇರುವ ಅಭ್ಯರ್ಥಿಗಳು ಅನರ್ಹಗೊಳ್ಳುತ್ತಾರೆ ಮತ್ತು ಪರಿಶೀಲನಾ ಪಟ್ಟಿಯ ಅಭ್ಯರ್ಥಿಗಳಿಗೆ ಯಾವುದೇ ಪ್ರತ್ಯೇಕ ಸೂಚನಾ ಪತ್ರವನ್ನು ಈ ಕಾರ್ಯಾಲಯದಿಂದ ಕಳುಹಿಸಲಾಗುವುದಿಲ್ಲ.

22. ಅರ್ಜಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಕೇಳಿರುವ ಪೂರ್ಣ ಮಾಹಿತಿಯನ್ನು ಭರ್ತಿ ಮಾಡಿಲ್ಲದೇ ಇರುವ ಅಭ್ಯರ್ಥಿಗಳ ಅರ್ಜಿಗಳನ್ನು ಯಾವುದೇ ಮುನ್ಸೂಚನೆ ನೀಡದೇ ತಿರಸ್ಕರಿಸಲಾಗುವುದು.
