13/50ರನ್ವಯ ಸದರಿಯವರನ್ನು ದಿನಾಂಕ: 13.09.2012ರ ಅಪರಾಹ್ನದಿಂದ ಜಾರಿಗೆ ಬರುವಂತೆ ಬಿಡುಗಡೆಗೊಳಿಸಿ, ಯೋಜನಾ ನಿರ್ದೇಶಕರ ಸದರಿ ಹುದ್ದೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಕರ್ತವ್ಯಕ್ಕೆ ಹಾಜರಾಗಲು ಸೂಚಿಸಲಾಗಿದೆ. ಅಪರಾಹ್ನದಿಂದ ಜಾರಿಗೆ ಬರುವಂತೆ ಬಿಡುಗಡೆಗೊಳಿಸಿ, ಯೋಜನಾ ನಿರ್ದೇಶಕರ ಸದರಿ ಹುದ್ದೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಕರ್ತವ್ಯಕ್ಕೆ ಹಾಜರಾಗಲು ಸೂಚಿಸಲಾಗಿದೆ. ಅಪರಾಹ್ನದಿಂದ ಜಾರಿಗೆ ಬರುವಂತೆ ಬಿಡುಗಡೆಗೊಳಿಸಿ, ಯೋಜನಾ ನಿರ್ದೇಶಕರ ಸದರಿ ಹುದ್ದೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಕರ್ತವ್ಯಕ್ಕೆ ಹಾಜರಾಗಲು ಸೂಚಿಸಲಾಗಿದೆ.

ಆಡಳಿತ ಕೇಂದ್ರದ ವಶಕ್ಕೆ ಈ ತಕ್ಷಣದಿಂದ ಜಾರಿಗೆ ಬರುವಂತೆ ಮತ್ತು ಾರ್ಯನಿರ್ವಹಿಸುವ ಸಲುವಾಗಿ ಸದರಿಯವರ ಸೇವೆಯನ್ನು ಇ-ಆಡಳಿತ ಕೇಂದ್ರದ ವಶಕ್ಕೆ ಈ ತಕ್ಷಣದಿಂದ ಜಾರಿಗೆ ಬರುವಂತೆ ಮತ್ತು ಮುಂದಿನ ಆದೇಶದವರೆಗೆ ಈ ಮೂಲಕ ನೀಡಲಾಗಿದೆ. ಮುಂದಿನ ಆದೇಶದವರೆಗೆ ಈ ಮೂಲಕ ನೀಡಲಾಗಿದೆ.

ಅಧಿಸೂಚನೆ

ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ ನಾಗರೀಕರಿಗೆ ಸೇವೆಗಳ ಖಾತರಿ ಅಧಿನಿಯಮ 2011ರ (ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ ಅಧಿನಿಯಮ 01, 2012) ಸೆಕ್ಷನ್ 4 ರಲ್ಲಿ ಪ್ರದತ್ತವಾಗಿರುವ ಅಧಿಕಾರವನ್ನು ಚಲಾಯಿಸಿ ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ ಸರ್ಕಾರವು ಸದರಿ ಅಧಿನಿಯಮದ ಅನುಸೂಚಿಯವನ್ನು ಕೆಳಗಿನಂತೆ ತಿದ್ದುಪಡಿ ಮಾಡಿದೆ. ಅದು ಯಾವುದೆಂದರೆ:

ಸದರಿ ಅಧಿನಿಯಮದ ಅನುಸೂಚಿಯಲ್ಲಿನ ಶೀರ್ಷಿಕೆ "07- ಆರೋಗ್ಯ ಮತ್ತು ಕುಟುಂಬ ಕಲ್ಯಾಣ ಇಲಾಖೆಯಲ್ಲಿನ ಕ್ರಮ ಸಂಖ್ಯೆ-III ಆಯುಷ್ ಇಲಾಖೆಯ ಕ್ರಮ ಸಂಖ್ಯೆ 1ರ ನಮೂದುಗಳ ಬದಲಾಗಿ ಕೆಳಗಿನಂತೆ ಓದಿಕೊಳ್ಳತಕ್ಕದ್ದು:

NOTIFICATION

Whereas the draft of the Karnataka Pre-University Education (Academic, Registration, Administration and Grant-in-aid etc.,) (Amendment) Rules, 2012. was published as required by section 87 read with sub-section (1) of section 145 of the Karnataka Education Act, 1983 (Karnataka Act 1 of 1995) in Notification No.ED 170 TPU 2010 dated 29th March 2012 in part-4A of the Karnataka Gazette dated 5th May 2012 inviting objections and suggestions from all persons likely to be affected thereby within thirty days from the date of its publication in the official Gazette.

And whereas said Gazette was made available to the public on 5th May 2012

And whereas no objections and suggestions were received by the Government with in the specified period.

Now therefore in exercise of the powers conferred by Section 87 read with sub-section (1) of the section 145 of the Karnataka Education Act, 1983 (Karnataka Act 1 of 1995),the Government of Karnataka hereby makes the following rules, namely:-

RULES

1.Title and commencement.- (1) These rules may be called the Karnataka Pre-University Education (Academic, Registration, Administration and Grant-in-aid etc.,) (Amendment) Rules, 2012.

(2) They shall come into force from the date of their publication in the official Gazette.

2.Amendment of rule 22.- In the Karnataka Pre-University Education (Academic, Registration, Administration and Grant- in-aid etc.,) Rules, 2006, for rule 22, the following shall be substituted, namely:-

"22. Ineligibility of certain Private Pre-University Colleges to grant-in-aid.- All private Pre-University Colleges run by the private Educational Institutions established or permitted to be established on or after first day of June, 1995, but started functioning from the academic year 1995-96 onwards shall be ineligible for Grant-in-aid"

WHEREAS the Government of Karnataka having regard to the circumstances prevailing in the State is satisfied that it is necessary that all Commissioners of Police and all the District Magistrates to be empowered to exercise the powers under sub- section (2) of section 3 of the Karnataka Prevention of Dangerous Activities of Boot-leggers, Drug-Offenders, Gamblers, Goondas, Immoral Traffic Offenders and Slum-Grabbers Act, 1985 (Karnataka Act No.12 of 1985)

Now, therefore in exercise of the powers conferred by Sub-Section (2) of Section 3 of the Karnataka Prevention of Dangerous Activities of Boot Leggers, Drug-Offenders, Gamblers, Goondas, Immoral Traffic Offenders and Slum-Grabbers Act, 1985 the Government of Karnataka hereby direct that all the Commissioners of police and all the District Magistrates in the State shall exercise the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of Section 3 within the limits of their jurisdiction for a period of three months from 09.09.2012 to 08.12.2012
