PART- III In exercise of the powers conferred under Sub-Section (5) of Section 28 of the Karnataka Civil Courts Act, 1964 the Vacation District Judges/Senior Civil Judges are directed to exercise the same administrative control over the staff of the Civil Courts that is being exsercised by the Prl.District and Sessions Judge, during the period of Winter Vacation of 2012, in the absence of Prl. District and Sessions Judge in the headquarters. PART- IV Wherever the Senior Civil Judges mentioned in column No.2 are designated as Vacation Senior Civil Judges, the District Judges are directed to issue a Notification as required under Sub-Section (3) of Section 10 of the Criminal Procedure Code, 1973, making provisions for the disposal of any urgent application. .By Order of The High Court, P.KRISHNA BHAT , P Registrar General. .R. 82 HIGH COURT OF KARNATAKA NOTIFICATION No. GOB (I) 38/2012, Bangalore, dated : 12th December 2012.
