PREAMBLE:

1. Consequent upon the retirement of Smt. C. Chandraprabha, Section Officer, One Post of Section Officer has fallen vacant and it needs to be filled up by way of promotion from the feeding cadre of First Division Assistants.

2. The Government vide its Order No. DPAR 75 SayNayNe 2010 dated 19-5-2010 has constituted the concerned Head of the Department as the Authority to promote the Officials to Group B Posts under the State Civil Services. Thus, the Advocate General being the Head of the Department of Advocate General, is the competent Authority to effect promotion to the one existing post of Section Officer, which is a Group B Post under the State Civil Services.

3. In the above circumstances, the learned Advocate General has first considered the case of Shri. L. Shivanaik, F.D.A., who is Senior most in the cadre of First Division Assistants. Since the said one Post is unreserved and that Shri. L. Shivanaik has the required eligibility, qualifications and necessary merit, the learned Advocate General after considering all the necessary materials on record, has passed orders on 10-10-2012 to promote Shri. L. Shivanaik as Section Officer against the one existing Post of Section Officer.

ನಿಯಮಾವಳಿಯ ನಿಯಮ 32ರಡಿ ಸ್ವತಂತ್ರ ಪ್ರಭಾರದ ಮೇಲೆ ನೇಮಿಸಲು ಸಿಬ್ಬಂದಿ ಮತ್ತು ಆಡಳಿತ ಸುಧಾರಣೆ ಇಲಾಖೆಯ ವಶಕ್ಕೆ ನೀಡಿರುವುದರಿಂದ ಇವರನ್ನು ತಕ್ಷಣದಿಂದ ಜಾರಿಗೆ ಬರುವಂತೆ ಹಾಗೂ ಮುಂದಿನ ಆದೇಶದವರೆಗೆ ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ ಲೋಕಾಯುಕ್ತ, ಬೆಂಗಳೂರು, ಇಲ್ಲಿ ಖಾಲಿ ಇರುವ ಕಾರ್ಯಪಾಲಕ ಅಭಿಯಂತರರ ಹುದ್ದೆಗೆ ಮರುಸ್ಥಳನಿಯುಕ್ತಿಗೊಳಿಸಲಾಗಿದೆ.
