WHEREAS The Deputy Commissioner, Chitradurga District-Chitradurga is satisfied 1) That the area the situation survey number / asst no extent and boundaries and other details of which are specified in Schedule below situated within the limits of Chitradurga City Municipality, Chitradurga District are a source of danger to the Health, safety and convenience of the public of the area and its neighborhood by reason of the said area being insanitary squalid and overcrowded. 2) The building in the said area used or intended to be used for human habitation area, overcrowded and unfit for human habitation for want of repair, stability, freedom from damp natural light and air, water supply, drainage and sanitary conveniences, 3) It is hereby notified for the information of all persons intended on the said that in exercise of the powers delegated in Government Notification No.HUD 49 MCS 85 dated 17th April 86 to the Deputy Commissioner, under section 3 of the (೪೪೯)

ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ ರಾಜ್ಯಪತ ್ರ, ಗುರುವಾರ, ಮಾರ್ಚ್ ೨೮, ೨೦೧೩ ಬ ಾಗ ೬ ೪೯೨ ಬ ೂಮಿಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಹಿತಾಸಕ್ತಿ ಹೊಂದಿರುವ ಯಾವನೇ ವ್ಯಕ್ತಿಯು ತನ್ನ ಆಕೆ ್ಷ ೕಪಣೆಗಳು ಯಾವುದಾದರೂ ಇದ್ದರೆ ಅವುಗಳನ್ನು ಈ ಅಧಿಸೂಚನೆ ಪ್ರಕಟಣೆಗೊಂಡ ದಿನಾಂಕದಿಂದ 30 ದಿನಸಗಳೊಳಗಾಗಿ ಅಥವಾ ಇದಕ್ಕೆ ಮುಂಚೆ ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ ಅಧಿನಿಯಮ 1991ರ 33ರ ಮೂಲಕ ತಿದ್ದುಪಡಿಯಾದ ಭೂ ಅರ್ಜನೆ ಅಧಿನಿಯಮ 1894 ರ 3(ಸಿ) ಪ್ರಕರಣದ ಮೇರೆಗೆ ಜಿ8್ಲಾಧಿಕಾರಿಯವರ ಪ್ರಕಾರ್ಯಗಳನ್ನು ನಿರ್ವಹಿಸಲು ನೇಮಕವಾದ ವಿಶೇಈ ಬ ೂಸ್ವಾಧೀನಾಧಿಕಾರಿಗಳು ತುಂಗಾ ಮೇಲ್ದಂಡೆ ಯೋಜನೆ ಶಿವಮೊಗ್ಗ ಇವರಿಗೆ ಲಿಖಿತದಲ್ಲಿ ಸಲ್ಲಿಸಬಹುದು. ಸದರಿ ಅರ್ಜನೆಯ ಉದ್ದೇಶಕ್ಕಾಗಿ ಸದರಿ ಭೂಮಿಗಳ ಮೇ8ೆ ನಿಯೋಜಿಸಲ್ಪಟ್ಟ ಯಾವೊಬ್ಬ ಮೋಜಣಿದಾರ ಅಥವಾ ಇತರ ವ್ಯಕ್ತಿಗಳಿಗೆ ಅಡ್ಡಿಯನ್ನು ಉಂಟು ಮಾಡಬಾರದೆಂದು ಸದರಿ ಭೂಮಿಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಹಿತಾಸಕ್ತಿ ಹೊಂದಿರುವ ಎ8್ಲಾ ವ್ಯಕ್ತಿಗಳಿಗೆ ಈ ಮೂಲಕ ಎಚ್ಚರಿಕೆ ನೀಡ8ಾಗಿದೆ. ಈ ಅಧಿಸೂಚನೆಯು ಪ್ರಕಟವಾದ ದಿನಾಂಕದ ನಂತರ ದಾವಣಗೆರೆ ಜಿ8್ಲಾಧಿಕಾರಿಯವರ ಅನುಮತಿ ಇಲ್ಲದೇ ಮಾರಾಟ, ಗುತ್ತಿಗೆ ಅಡಮಾನ, ವಿನಿಮಯದ ಮೂಲಕ ಅಥವಾ ಬೇರೆ ರೀತಿಯ ಮೂಲಕ ಸದರಿ ಭ ೂಮಿಗಳ ವಿ8ೆಗಾಗಿ ಮಾಡಿಕೊಂಡ ಯಾವುದೇ ಕರಾರುಗಳನ್ನು ಅಥವಾ ಅದರಲ್ಲಿ ಮಾಡ8ಾದ ವೆಚ್ಚ ಅಥವಾ ಅಭಿವೃದ್ಧಿಗಳನ್ನು ಅಂತಿಮವಾಗಿ ಅರ್ಜನೆ ಮಾಡಿಕೊಳ್ಳ8ಾಗುವ ಸದರಿ ಭೂಮಿಗಳ ಅಂತಹ ಬ ಾಗಗಳಿಗೆ ಪರಿಹಾರವನ್ನು ನಿರ್ಧರಣೆ ಮಾಡುವ ಅಧಿಕಾರಿಯು ಸದರಿ ಅಧಿನಿಯಮದ 24ನೇ ಪ್ರಕರಣದ 7ನೇ ಖಂಡದ (ಉಪ ಪ್ರಕರಣದ) ಮೇರೆಗೆ ಗಣನೆಗೆ ತೆಗೆದುಕೊಳ್ಳಬಾರದು. ವಿಶೇಈ ಭ ೂ ಸ್ವಾಧೀನಾಧಿಕಾರಿಗಳು, ತುಂಗಾ ಮೇಲ್ದಂಡೆ ಯೋಜನೆ ಶಿವಮೊಗ್ಗ ಇವರ ಕಾರ್ಯಾಲಯದಲ್ಲಿ ಭೂಮಿಗಳ ಸ್ಥೂಲ ನಕಾಶೆಯನ್ನು ಪರಿಶೀಲನೆಗೆ ಇಡ8ಾಗಿದೆ. ಅನುಸೂಚಿ ಜಿಲ್ಲೆ : ದಾವಣಗೆರೆ ತಾಲ್ಲೂಕು : ಹೊನ್ನಾಳಿ ಹ ೋಬಳಿ : ಗೋವಿನಕೋವಿ ಗ್ರಾಮ : ದೊಡ್ಡೇರಿ ವಿಸ್ತೀರ್ಣ ಮೂವತ್ತೈದುವರೆ ಗುಂಟೆ ಮಾತ ್ರ PR. 78 ಜಿ8್ಲಾಧಿಕಾರಿಗಳು, ದಾವಣಗೆರೆ ಜಿ8್ಲೆ. ಜಿಲ್ಲಾಧಿಕಾರಿಗಳ ಕಾರ್ಯಾಲಯ, ದಾವಣಗೆರೆ ಜಿಲ್ಲೆ, ದಾವಣಗೆರೆ ಬ ೂಅರ್ಜನೆ ಅಧಿನಿಯಮದ 4(1)ನೇ ಪ ್ರಕರಣದ ಮೇರೆಗಿನ ಅಧಿಸೂಚನೆ ಸಂಖ್ಯೆ : ಭ ೂ.ಸ್ವಾ/ವಿವ-165/2011-12, ಬೆಂಗಳೂರು, ದಿನಾಂಕ : 21-04-2012 ಇದರ ಅನುಸೂಚಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ನಿರ್ದಿಈ್ಟ ಪಡಿಸಿದ ಭೂಮಿಗಳು ಸಾರ್ವಜನಿಕ ಉದ್ದೇಶಕ್ಕಾಗಿ ಅಂದರೆ ತುಂಗಾ ಮೇಲ್ದಂಡೆ ಯೋಜನೆ ಮೈನರ್ ಕಾಲುವೆ ನಿರ್ಮಿಸಲು ಅಗತ್ಯವಾಗಲಿದೆ ಎಂದು ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ ಸರ್ಕಾರಕ್ಕೆ ಕಂಡು ಬಂದಿರುವುದರಿಂದ, ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ ಅಧಿನಿಯಮ 1991 ರ 33ರ ಮೂಲಕ ತಿದ್ದುಪಡಿಯಾದ ಭೂ ಅರ್ಜನೆ ಅಧಿನಿಯಮ 1894 (ಕೇಂದ್ರ ಅಧಿನಿಯಮ ಸಂಖ್ಯೆ 1894ರ (1) ರ 4ನೇ ಪ್ರಕರಣದ (1)ನೇ ಪ್ರಕರಣದ (1)ನೇ ಉಪ ಪ್ರಕರಣದ ಉಪ ಬಂಧಗಳ ಅನುಸಾರವಾಗಿ ಅದಕ್ಕೆ ಸಂಬಂಧ ಪಟ್ಟ ಎಲ್ಲರಿಗೂ ಆ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ಈ ಮೂಲಕ ನೋಟೀಸನ್ನು ಕೊಡ8ಾಗಿದೆ ಹಾಗೂ ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ ಸರ್ಕಾರವು ಆ ಅಧಿನಿಯಮದ 4(2)ನೇ ಪ್ರಕರಣದ ಮೂಲಕ ಪ್ರದತ್ತವಾದ ಅಧಿಕಾರಗಳನ್ನು ಚ8ಾಯಿಸಲು ವಿಶೇಈ ಭೂ ಅರ್ಜನೆ ಅಧಿಕಾರಿ ಸಿಬ್ಬಂದಿ ಹಾಗೂ ಕೆಲಸಗಾರರಿಗೆ ಈ ಮೂಲಕ ಅಧಿಕಾರ ನೀಡುತ್ತದೆ. ಸದರಿ ಅಧಿನಿಯಮದ 3(ಸಿ) ಪ್ರಕರಣದ ಮೇರೆಗೆ ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ ಸರ್ಕಾರವು ಅಧಿನಿಯಮ 5ಗಎ ಪ್ರಕರಣದ ಮೇರೆಗೆ ಜಿ8್ಲಾಧಿಕಾರಿಯವರ ಪ್ರಕಾರ್ಯಗಳನ್ನು ನಿರ್ವಹಿಸಲು ವಿಶೇಈ ಭೂಸ್ವಾಧೀನಾಧಿಕಾರಿಗಳು ತುಂಗಾ ಮೇಲ್ದಂಡೆ ಯೋಜನೆ ಶಿವಮೊಗ್ಗ ಇವರನ್ನು ನೇಮಕ ಮಾಡಿದೆ. ಬ ೂಮಿಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಹಿತಾಸಕ್ತಿ ಹೊಂದಿರುವ ಯಾವನೇ ವ್ಯಕ್ತಿಯು ತನ್ನ ಆಕ್ಷೇಪಣೆಗಳು ಯಾವುದಾದರೂ ಇದ್ದರೆ ಅವುಗಳನ್ನು ಈ ಅಧಿಸೂಚನೆ ಪ್ರಕಟಣೆಗೊಂಡ ದಿನಾಂಕದಿಂದ 30 ದಿನಸಗಳೊಳಗಾಗಿ ಅಥವಾ ಇದಕ್ಕೆ ಮುಂಚೆ ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ ಅಧಿನಿಯಮ 1991ರ 33ರ ಮೂಲಕ ತಿದ್ದುಪಡಿಯಾದ ಭೂ ಅರ್ಜನೆ ಅಧಿನಿಯಮ 1894 ರ 3(ಸಿ) ಪ್ರಕರಣದ ಮೇರೆಗೆ ಜಿ8್ಲಾಧಿಕಾರಿಯವರ ಪ್ರಕಾರ್ಯಗಳನ್ನು ನಿರ್ವಹಿಸಲು ನೇಮಕವಾದ ವಿಶೇಈ ಭ ೂಸ್ವಾಧೀನಾಧಿಕಾರಿಗಳು ತುಂಗಾ ಮೇಲ್ದಂಡೆ ಯೋಜನೆ ಶಿವಮೊಗ್ಗ ಇವರಿಗೆ ಲಿಖಿತದಲ್ಲಿ ಸಲ್ಲಿಸಬಹುದು.
