ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ ಭೂ ಕಂದಾಯ ಅಧಿನಿಯಮ 1964ರ 68ನೇ ಪ್ರಕರಣದ (5)ನೇ ಉಪ - ಪ್ರಕರಣದಿಂದ ಪ್ರದತ್ತವಾದ ಅಧಿಕಾರವನ್ನು ಚಲಾಯಿಸಿ, ಸದರಿ ಪ್ರಕರಣದ (1)ನೇ ಉಪಪ್ರಕರಣದ ಮೇರೆಗೆ ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ ರಾಜ್ಯ ಪತ್ರದಲ್ಲಿ ಅಧಿಸೂಚನೆ ಸಂಖ್ಯೆ: ಎಲ್ಎನ್‌ಡಿಸಿಆರ್:1454/11-12 ದಿನಾಂಕ 22/03/2012 ರ ಮೂಲಕ ಪ್ರಕಟಿಸಲಾದ ಈ ಕೆಳಕಂಡ ಬಿ-ಖರಾಬು ಜಮೀನು ಸಾರ್ವಜನಿಕರ ಉಪಯೋಗಕ್ಕೆ ಅಗತ್ಯವಿಲ್ಲವೆಂಬ ಕುರಿತಂತೆ ಜಿಲ್ಲಾಧಿಕಾರಿ, ಬೆಂಗಳೂರು ಜಿಲ್ಲೆ ರವರ ವರದಿ ಪರಿಶೀಲಿಸಿದ ತರುವಾಯ, ಸ.ನಂ.56/1 ಮತ್ತು 56/2 ರಲ್ಲಿ 0-10 ಗುಂಟೆ ವಿಸ್ತೀರ್ಣದಲ್ಲಿ ಪರ್ಯಾಯ ಕಾಲುವೆ ಮಾಡಬೇಕೆಂಬ ಷರತ್ತಿಗೊಳಪಟ್ಟು, ಸರ್ಕಾರಿ ಬಿ-ಖರಾಬು ಜಮೀನಿನ ಮೇಲಣ ಸಾರ್ವಜನಿಕರ ಹಾಗೂ ವ್ಯಕ್ತಿಗಳ ಎಲ್ಲಾ ಹಕ್ಕುಗಳು ಕೊನೆಗೊಳ್ಳತಕ್ಕದೆಂದು ಸರ್ಕಾರ ಈ ಮೂಲಕ ಘೋಷಿಸಿದೆ.
