ಸದರಿಯವರನ್ನು ಅಪರ ಆಯುಕ್ತರು (ಆಡಳಿತ), ಸಾರ್ವಜನಿಕ ಶಿಕ್ಷಣ ಇಲಾಖೆ, ಬೆಂಗಳೂರು ಇವರ ಜ್ಞಾಪನ ಪತ್ರ ಸಂಖ್ಯೆ ಸಿ2(5) ದೂರು-18/2003-04, ದಿನಾಂಕ 07-12-2009 ರಲ್ಲಿ ಸದರಿ ಅಧಿಕಾರಿಯ ಮೇಲೆ ಇದ್ದ ಶಿಸ್ತು ಪ್ರಕರಣ ಇತ್ಯರ್ಥ ಪಡಿಸಿದ್ದು ಆಪಾದನೆಗಳಿಂದ ದೋಷಮುಕ್ತಗೊಳಿಸಲಾಗಿದೆ.
ಮೇಲ್ಕಂಡ ಅಂಶಗಳ ಹಿನ್ನೆಲೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಶ್ರೀಮತಿ ಎಸ್. ಗೀತಾ, ಹಿರಿಯ ಸಹಾಯಕ ನಿರ್ದೇಶಕರು, ಡಿ.ಎಸ್.ಇ.ಆರ್.ಟಿ. ಬೆಂಗಳೂರು ಇವರಿಗೆ ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ ನಾಗರೀಕ ಸೇವಾ (ವೇತನ, ಪದೋನ್ನತಿ ಮತ್ತು ವಿಶ್ರಾಂತಿ ವೇತನಗಳ ಪರಿಷ್ಕರಣೆ) ನಿಯಮಗಳು 1978ರ ನಿಯಮ 2(1)(ಎ) ನಿಯಮದನ್ವಯ ಗ್ರೂಪ್-`ಎ' ಕಿರಿಯ ವೇತನ ಶ್ರೇಣಿ ರೂ. 7400-13120 ರಲ್ಲಿ ದಿನಾಂಕ 03-07-2007 ರಿಂದ ಪೂರ್ವನ್ವಯವಾಗಿ ಜಾರಿಗೆ ಬರುವಂತೆ ಸ್ಥಾನಪನ್ನ ಬಡ್ತಿ ನೀಡಿ ಅವರು ಪ್ರಸ್ತುತ ಕಾರ್ಯನಿರ್ವಹಿಸುತ್ತಿರುವ ಹುದ್ದೆ ಮತ್ತು ಸ್ಥಳದಲ್ಲಿಯೇ ಮುಂದುವರೆಸಿ ಆದೇಶಿಸಲಾಗಿದೆ.
