NOTIFICATION
In exercise of the powers conferred by the provision to the Article 309 of the Constitution of India and in supersession of all previous rules on the subject, the Governor of Karnataka hereby makes the following rules, namely:
Title and commencement: (1) These rules may be called the Karnataka Factories and Boilers Inspection Services (Cadre and Recruitment) Rules, 2013.
(2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.
1. Method of recruitment and minimum qualification: In supersession of Notification No. SWL 369 LET 80, dated 03-11-82 the establishment of the Karnataka Factories and Boilers Inspection Service shall consist of each category of posts and scale of pay specified in column (2) of the Schedule below, the number of posts, method of recruitment and the minimum qualifications, if any shall be as specified in the corresponding entries in columns (3), (4), (5) and (6) thereof.
2. Repeal and savings: The Karnataka Factories and Boilers Inspection services (Cadre and Recruitment) Rules, 1982 are hereby repealed.
Provided that the said repeal shall not affect the previous operation of the said rules or anything duly done or suffered there under or affect any right, liability or obligation acquired, accrued or incurred under the said rules.

ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ ರಾಜ್ಯದಲ್ಲಿ ಅರ್ಹ ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಹತೆ ಇಲ್ಲದೆ ಮತ್ತು ಅಧಿಕೃತ ನೋಂದಾವಣಿ ಹೊಂದದೆ ವೈದ್ಯವೃತ್ತಿ ನಡೆಸುತ್ತಿರುವ ನಕಲಿ ವೈದ್ಯರ ವಿರುದ್ಧ ಕಾರ್ಯಾಚರಣೆ ನಡೆಸಲು ಕಾರ್ಯವ್ಯಾಪ್ತಿ ಹೊಂದಿರುವ ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ ಆಯುರ್ವೇದ ಮತ್ತು ಯುನಾನಿ ವೈದ್ಯ ಮಂಡಳಿಯು ಪರಿಣಾಮಕಾರಿಯಾಗಿ ನಕಲಿ ವೈದ್ಯರನ್ನು ನಿಗ್ರಹ ಮಾಡುವ ಉದ್ದೇಶದಿಂದ ಜಿಲ್ಲಾವಾರು ಕಾರ್ಯಪಡೆ (ಟಾಸ್ಕ್‌ಫೋರ್ಸ್) ರಚಿಸಿದ್ದು, ಈ ಸಂಬಂಧವಾಗಿ ಸರ್ಕಾರದ ದಿನಾಂಕ : 13-12-2007 ರ ಅಧಿಸೂಚನೆ ಸಂಖ್ಯೆ : ಆಕುಕ 215 ಪಿಐಎಂ 2007 ರಂತೆ ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ ಆಕ್ಟ್ 9 ಆಫ್ 1962, ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ ಆಯುರ್ವೇದಿಕ್, ನ್ಯಾಚುರೋಪತಿ, ಸಿದ್ಧ, ಯುನಾನಿ ಮತ್ತು ಯೋಗ ಪ್ರಾಕ್ಟಿಷನರ್ಸ್ ರಿಜಿಸ್ಟ್ರೇಷನ್ ಅಂಡ್ ಮೆಡಿಕಲ್ ಪ್ರಾಕ್ಟಿಷನರ್ಸ್ ಮಿಸಲೇನಿಯಸ್ ಪ್ರಾವಿಷನ್ಸ್ ಆಕ್ಟ್ 1961ರ ಸೆಕ್ಷನ್ 40ರ ಸಬ್ ಸೆಕ್ಷನ್ (2) ರಂತೆ ಜಿಲ್ಲಾ ಆಯುಷ್ ಅಧಿಕಾರಿಗಳನ್ನು ಸಹ ಸದರಿ ಕಾರ್ಯವ್ಯಾಪ್ತಿಗೆ ಒಳಪಡಿಸಿರುವುದರಿಂದ ರಾಜ್ಯದ ಎಲ್ಲಾ ಜಿಲ್ಲೆಗಳ ಜಿಲ್ಲಾ ಆಯುಷ್ ಅಧಿಕಾರಿಗಳು ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ ಆಯುರ್ವೇದ ಮತ್ತು ಯುನಾನಿ ವೈದ್ಯ ಮಂಡಳಿಯ ಸಹಯೋಗದೊಂದಿಗೆ ಈ ಕಾರ್ಯಪಡೆಯ ಕಾರ್ಯ ನಿರ್ವಹಣೆಯನ್ನು ಜಿಲ್ಲಾ ಮಟ್ಟದಲ್ಲಿ ಪರಿಣಾಮಕಾರಿಯಾಗಿ ಅನುಷ್ಠಾನಗೊಳಿಸಿ ಪ್ರತಿ ತಿಂಗಳು ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ ಆಯುರ್ವೇದ ಮತ್ತು ಯುನಾನಿ ವೈದ್ಯ ಮಂಡಳಿಗೆ ವರದಿ ನೀಡುವಂತೆ ಈ ಮೂಲಕ ತಿಳಿಸಲಾಗಿದೆ.
