Khabrsthan, Vemgal village, Kolar Taluk & District.
Ref: Letter dated: 3-11-2011 received from the President/Secretary and Members of
the above said institution.
PREAMBLE :
Whereas Makan (Sunni) Vemgal Village, Kolar Taluk & District, is a Wakf Institution vide Notification No.MWB (19) 11, 1964, dated 21st July 1965 at Sl.No.981 of Kolar Taluk and District. Thae President / Secretary and Members vide letter cited above has suggested that there are discrepancies and requested to issue Corrigendum. Accordingly a Public Notice dated 15-12-2011 was issued for calling Objections / Suggestions. Where as the Walf Officer, DWAC, Kolar vide his letter dated 23-01-2012, has reported that no Objections / Suggestions were received in this behalf. This office has also not received any Objections / Suggestions.
In view of the above facts stated in the prea mble. Hence this Corrigendum.
