ಬೆಂಗಳೂರು ಗ್ರಾಮಾಂತರ ಜಿಲ್ಲಾ ನ್ಯಾಯಾಲಯ ಪಟಕದ ನ್ಯಾಯಾಲಯಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಖಾಲಿ ಇರುವ 36 (ಮೂವತ್ತಾರು) ಶೀಘ್ರಲಿಪಿಗಾರರ (Stenographer) ಹುದ್ದೆಗೆ ಅರ್ಹ ಅಬ್ಯರ್ಥಿಗಳಿಂದ ಅರ್ಜಿಗಳನ್ನು ಆಹ್ವಾನಿಸಿದೆ. ನಿಗದಿಪಡಿಸಿದ ಅರ್ಜಿ ನಮೂನೆಯ ಬೆರಳಚ್ಚು ಪ್ರತಿ ಃ ಗಣಕೀಕೃತ ಪ್ರತಿಯಲ್ಲಿಯೇ ಅಬ್ಯರ್ಥಿಗಳು ತಮ್ಮ ಸ್ವಂತ ಕೈಬರಹದಿಂದ ಎಲ್ಲಾ ಅಂಕಣಗಳನ್ನು ಜಾಗರೂಕತೆಯಿಂದ ಬರ್ತಿ ಮಾಡಿ ಸಲ್ಲಿಸತಕ್ಕದ್ದು.

1. ಅರ್ಜಿಗಳನ್ನು ಸಲ್ಲಿಸಲು ನಿಗದಿಪಡಿಸಿದ ಕೊನೆಯ ದಿನಾಂಕ 28.09.2013 ಸಂಜೆ 5.30 ಗಂಟೆ.

2. ಅರ್ಜಿಗಳನ್ನು ಈ ಕೆಳಕಂಡ ವಿಳಾಸಕ್ಕೆ ಸಲ್ಲಿಸತಕ್ಕದ್ದು ಃ

ಸೂಚನೆಃ * ಸರ್ಕಾರಿ ಆದೇಶ ಸಂಖ್ಯೆ ಸಿಆಸುಇ 128 ಸೆನೆನಿ 2006 ದಿನಾಂಕ 01.08.2009 ರಂತೆ ಈ ಹುದ್ದೆಯು ದೃಷ್ಟಿಮಾಂದ್ಯತೆಯುಳ್ಳ ಅಬ್ಯರ್ಥಿಗೆ ಮೀಸಲಿರಿಸಲಾಗಿದೆ ಮತ್ತು ಅಂತಹ ಸೂಕ್ತ ಅಬ್ಯರ್ಥಿ ಲಬ್ಯವಾಗದಿದ್ದಲ್ಲಿ ಬೇರೆ ಅಂಗವಿಕಲತೆ ಇರುವವರನ್ನು ಆಯ್ಕೆಗೆ ಪರಿಗಣôಸಲಾಗುವುದು.

ಹುದ್ದೆಗಳ ಸಂಖ್ಯೆ ಮತ್ತು ವರ್ಗೀಕರಣವು ಯಾವುದೇ ಮುನ್ಸೂಚನೆ ಇಲ್ಲದೆ ಬದಲಾವಣೆಗೆ ಒಳಪಟ್ಟಿರುತ್ತದೆ.

¹. ಎಸ್.ಎಸ್.ಎಲ್.ಸಿ. ಪರೀಕ್ಷೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಉತ್ತೀರ್ಣ ಅಥವಾ ತತ್ಸಮಾನ ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಹತೆ ಹೊಂದಿರಬೇಕು

². ಕನ್ನಡ ಮತ್ತು ಇಂಗ್ಲಿಷ್ ಪ್ರೌಡದರ್ಜೆಯ ಶೀಘ್ರಲಿಪಿ ಪರೀಕ್ಷೆಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಉತ್ತೀರ್ಣರಾಗಿರಬೇಕು ಅಥವಾ ತತ್ಸಮಾನ ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಹತೆ ಹೊಂದಿರಬೇಕು ³. ಕನ್ನಡ ಮತ್ತು ಇಂಗ್ಲಿಷ್ ಪ್ರೌಡದರ್ಜೆಯ ಬೆರಳಚ್ಚು ಪರೀಕ್ಷೆಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಉತ್ತೀರ್ಣರಾಗಿರಬೇಕು ಅಥವಾ ತತ್ಸಮಾನ ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಹತೆ ಹೊಂದಿರಬೇಕು ⁴. ಗಣಕಯಂತ್ರದ ಸಾಮಾನ್ಯ ಮೂಲ ಜ್ಞಾನ ಇರುವವರಿಗೆ ಆದ್ಯತೆ ನೀಡಲಾಗುವುದು

6. ವಯೋಮಿತಿಃ

ಅರ್ಜಿ ಸಲ್ಲಿಸಲು ನಿಗದಿಪಡಿಸಿದ ಕೊನೆಯ ದಿನಾಂಕದಂತೆಃ

ಕನಿಷ್ಠ ವಯೋಮಿತಿ ಃ 18 ವರ್ಷ

ಗರಿಷ್ಠ ವಯೋಮಿತಿ ಃ ಸಾಮಾನ್ಯ ವರ್ಗ - 35 ವರ್ಷ

ಪ್ರವರ್ಗ 2ಎ ಃ 2 ಬಿ ಃ 3ಎ ಃ 3ಬಿ- 38 ವರ್ಷ

ಪ.ಜಾ ಃ ಪ.ಪಂ. ಃ ಪ್ರವರ್ಗ-1 - 40 ವರ್ಷ

ಸರ್ಕಾರಿ ಸೇವೆಯಲ್ಲಿರುವವರಿಗೆ, ವಿದವೆಯರಿಗೆ, ಮಾಜಿ ಸೈನಿಕರಿಗೆ ಹಾಗೂ ಅಂಗವಿಕಲರಿಗೆ ನಿಯಮಾನುಸಾರ ವಯೆಾೕಮಿತಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಸಡಿಲಿಕೆ ನೀಡಲಾಗುವುದು.

7. ಆಯ್ಕೆ ವಿಧಾನ ಃ

ಈ ಕೆಳಕಂಡ ನಿಯಮಗಳ ಅನ್ವಯ ನೇರ ನೇಮಕಾತಿಯ ಮೂಲಕ ಆಯ್ಕೆ ಮಾಡಲಾಗುವುದು.

(ಎ) ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ ಸಿವಿಲ್ ಸೇವೆಗಳು (ಸಾಮಾನ್ಯ ನೇಮಕಾತಿ) ನಿಯಮಾವಳಿ, 1977

(ಬಿ) ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ ಅಧೀನ ನ್ಯಾಯಾಲಯಗಳು (ಲಿಪಿಕ ಮತ್ತು ಇತರೆ ಹುದ್ದೆಗಳು) (ನೇಮಕಾತಿ) ನಿಯಮಗಳು, 1982.

(ಸಿ) ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ ಅಧೀನ ನ್ಯಾಯಾಲಯಗಳು (ಲಿಪಿಕ ಮತ್ತು ಇತರೆ ಹುದ್ದೆಗಳು) (ನೇಮಕಾತಿ) (ತಿದ್ದುಪಡಿ) ನಿಯಮಗಳು 2007

ಆಯ್ಕೆಗೆ ಅರ್ಹತಾ ಪರೀಕ್ಷೆ ಮತ್ತು ಸಂದರ್ಶನ ಈ ಕೆಳಕಂಡಂತೆ ನಡೆಸಲಾಗುವುದು.

a) ನೇಮಕಾತಿ ಪ್ರಾಧಿಕಾರದಿಂದ ನೇಮಿಸಲಾದ ಪರೀಕ್ಷಕರು ಒಂದು ನಿಮಿಷಕ್ಕೆ 120 ಪದಗಳ ವೇಗದಲ್ಲಿ 05 ನಿಮಿಷಗಳ ಅವಧಿ ಉಕ್ತಲೇಖನವನ್ನು ನೀಡುವರು ಮತ್ತು ಅಬ್ಯರ್ಥಿಯು ಆ ಉಕ್ತಲೇಖನದ ಟಿಪ್ಪಣôಯನ್ನು 45 ನಿಮಿಷಗಳ ಅವಧಿಯೊಳಗೆ ಲಿಪ್ಯಂತರ ಮಾಡಿ ಬೆರಳಚ್ಚು ಮಾಡಬೇಕು.

b) ಅರ್ಹತಾ ಪರೀಕ್ಷೆಯು ಗರಿಷ್ಠ 100 ಅಂಕಗಳನ್ನು ಹೊಂದಿದ್ದು, ಉತ್ತೀರ್ಣರಾಗಲು ಕನಿಷ್ಠ 50 ಅಂಕಗಳನ್ನು ನಿಗದಿಪಡಿಸಿರುತ್ತದೆೆ.

c) ನಿಗದಿಪಡಿಸಲಾದ ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಹತೆಯ ಪರೀಕ್ಷೆಗಳಲ್ಲಿನ ಮತ್ತು ಅರ್ಹತಾ ಪರೀಕ್ಷೆಯ ಒಟ್ಟು ಅಂಕಗಳ ಶೇಕಡವಾರುವಿನ ಮೊತ್ತದ ಆಧಾರದ ಮೇಲೆ 01 (ಒಂದು) ಖಾಲಿ ಹುದ್ದೆಗೆ 05 (ಐದು) ಅಬ್ಯರ್ಥಿಗಳ ಪ್ರಮಾಣದಲ್ಲಿ ಅಧಿಸೂಚನೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಪ್ರಕಟಪಡಿಸಲಾದ ಹುದ್ದೆಗಳ ಸಂಖ್ಯೆಗೆ ಅನುಗುಣವಾಗಿ ಅರ್ಹ ಅಬ್ಯರ್ಥಿಗಳನ್ನು ಸಂದರ್ಶನಕ್ಕೆ ಕರೆಯಲಾಗುವುದು.

8. ಪರಿವೀಕ್ಷಣಾ ಅವಧಿ

ಆಯ್ಕೆಯಾದ ಅಬ್ಯರ್ಥಿಗಳನ್ನು ನೇಮಕಾತಿ ನಿಯಮಗಳಂತೆ 2 ವರ್ಷಗಳ ಕಾಲ ಪರಿವೀಕ್ಷಣಾ ಅವಧಿಯಲ್ಲಿಡಲಾಗುವುದು.

9. ಅರ್ಜಿಯೊಡನೆ ಸಲ್ಲಿಸಬೇಕಾದ ದಾಖಲಾತಿಗಳುಃ

ಅಬ್ಯರ್ಥಿಗಳು ಕೆಳಕಂಡ ಪ್ರಮಾಣ ಪತ್ರಗಳ ಒಂದೊಂದು ಛಾಯಾ ಪ್ರತಿ (ಪೋಟೋಕಾಪಿ ಃ ಜೆರಾಕ್ಸ್) ಗಳನ್ನು ಸ್ವಯಂ ದೃಡೀಕರಿಸಿ ಅರ್ಜಿಯೊಂದಿಗೆ ಲಗತ್ತಿಸಬೇಕು. ಅರ್ಜಿಯೊಂದಿಗೆ ಮೂಲ ದಾಖಲಾತಿಗಳಗಳನ್ನು ಲಗತ್ತಿಸಬಾರದು.

a) ಜನ್ಮ ದಿನಾಂಕವನ್ನು ನಮೂದಿಸಿರುವ ದಾಖಲಾತಿ (ಎಸ್.ಎಸ್.ಎಲ್.ಸಿ. ಅಥವಾ ತತ್ಸಮಾನ ಪರೀಕ್ಷೆಯ ಪ್ರಮಾಣಪತ್ರ)

b) ಹುದ್ದೆಗೆ ನಿಗದಿಪಡಿಸಲಾದ ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಹತೆಯ ಎಲ್ಲಾ ವರ್ಷಗಳ ಅಂಕಪಟ್ಟಿಗಳು ಹಾಗೂ ಪ್ರಮಾಣ ಪತ್ರಗಳು.

c) ಪರಿಶಿಷ್ಟ ಜಾತಿ, ಪರಿಶಿಷ್ಟ ಪಂಗಡಗಳ ಹಾಗೂ ಇತರೆ ಪ್ರವರ್ಗಗಳ ಜಾತಿ ಪ್ರಮಾಣ ಪತ್ರಗಳು ಪ್ರಸi್ತತ ಚಾಲ್ತಿಯಲ್ಲಿರುವ ನಮೂನೆಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಇರತಕ್ಕದ್ದು (ಮೀಸಲಾತಿ ಅಥವಾ ವಯೋಮಿತಿ ಸಡಿಲಿಕೆ ಕೋರಿದ್ದಲ್ಲಿ)

d) ಇತರ ಯಾವುದೇ ನಿಯಮಗಳ ಅನ್ವಯ ವಯೆಾೕಮಿತಿ ಸಡಿಲಿಕೆ ಕೋರಿದ್ದಲ್ಲಿ ಸಂಬಂಧಿತ ಪ್ರಮಾಣ ಪತ್ರ ಸಲ್ಲಿಸತಕ್ಕದ್ದು.

e) ಕನ್ನಡ ಮಾದ್ಯಮಃ ಗ್ರಾಮೀಣ ಅಬ್ಯರ್ಥಿಯಾಗಿದ್ದು ಮೀಸಲಾತಿ ಕೋರಿದ್ದಲ್ಲಿ, ಮೀಸಲಾತಿ ಪ್ರಮಾಣ ಪತ್ರ ನಿಗದಿತ ನಮೂನೆಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಇರತಕ್ಕದ್ದು (ಕ್ಷೇತ್ರ ಶಿಕ್ಷಣಾಧಿಕಾರಿಗಳ ಮೇಲು ಸಹಿ ಹೊಂದಿರತಕ್ಕದ್ದು)

f) ಯೋಜನಾ ನಿರಾಶ್ರಿತಃ ಮಾಜಿ ಸೈನಿಕ ಅಬ್ಯರ್ಥಿಯಾಗಿದ್ದು ಮೀಸಲಾತಿ ಕೋರಿದ್ದಲ್ಲಿ, ಮೀಸಲಾತಿ ಪ್ರಮಾಣ ಪತ್ರ ನಿಗದಿತ ನಮೂನೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಇರತಕ್ಕದ್ದು

g) ಅಂಗವಿಕಲ ಅಬ್ಯರ್ಥಿಗಳು ಸರ್ಕಾರದ ಅಧಿಕೃತ ಜ್ಞಾಪನಸಂಖ್ಯೆ ಸಿಆಸುಇ 115 ಸೆನೆನಿ 2005 ದಿನಾಂಕ 19.11.2005ರಲ್ಲಿ ನಿಗದಿಪಡಿಸಿರುವ ವೈದ್ಯಕೀಯ ಪ್ರಮಾಣ ಪತ್ರದ ನಮೂನೆಯಲ್ಲಿಯೇ ಪ್ರಮಾಣ ಪತ್ರವನ್ನು ಸಲ್ಲಿಸತಕ್ಕದ್ದು.

h) ಸರ್ಕಾರಿ ಸೇವೆಯಲ್ಲಿರುವ ಅಬ್ಯರ್ಥಿಗಳು ಸಂಬಂಧಿತ ನೇಮಕಾತಿ ಪ್ರಾಧಿಕಾರದಿಂದ ಪಡೆದ ಸೇವಾ ಮತ್ತು ನಿರಾಕ್ಷೇಪಣಾ ಪ್ರಮಾಣ ಪತ್ರ ಸಲ್ಲಿಸತಕ್ಕದ್ದು.

i) ಅಬ್ಯರ್ಥಿಯು ವಿದ್ಯಾಭ್ಯಾಸ ಮಾಡಿದ ಶಾಲಾ ಮುಖ್ಯೋಪಾಧ್ಯಾಯರಿಂದ ಪಡೆದ ಒಂದು ನಡತೆ ಪ್ರಮಾಣ ಪತ್ರ ಸಲ್ಲಿಸತಕ್ಕದ್ದು .

j) ಅಬ್ಯರ್ಥಿಯ ನಡತೆಯನ್ನು ದೃಡಿಕರಿಸುವ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ಅವನು ಓದಿರುವ ವಿದ್ಯಾಸಂಸ್ಥೆಗಳಿಗೆ ಸಂಬಂದಪಡದ ಹಾಗೂ ಅಬ್ಯರ್ಥಿಯ ಸಂಬಂಧಿಗಳಲ್ಲದ ಇಬ್ಬರು ಸ್ಥಳೀಯ ಗಣ್ಯವ್ಯಕ್ತಿಗಳಿಂದ ಪಡೆದ 6 (ಆರು) ತಿಂಗಳ ಈಚೆಗಿನ ಎರಡು ನಡತೆ ಪ್ರಮಾಣ ಪತ್ರಗಳನ್ನು ಸಲ್ಲಿಸತಕ್ಕದ್ದು.

k) ಅರ್ಜಿಯೊಂದಿಗೆ 25.00 ರೂಪಾಯಿಯ ಅಂಚೆ ಚೀಟಿ ( Postal Stamp) ಯನ್ನು ಹೊಂದಿರುವ ಸ್ವವಿಳಾಸದ ಲಕೋಟೆಯನ್ನು ಸಲ್ಲಿಸತಕ್ಕದ್ದು 10. ಇತರೆ ಸೂಚನೆಗಳು ಃ

a) ಅರ್ಜಿಗಳನ್ನು ಸ್ವೀಕರಿಸಲು ನಿಗದಿಪಡಿಸಿದ ಕೊನೆಯ ದಿನಾಂಕವು ಸಾರ್ವತ್ರಿಕ ರಜಾ ದಿನವಾಗಿ ಘೋಷಿಸಲ್ಪಟ್ಟರೆ ಆ ದಿನಾಂಕದ ಮಾರನೆಯ ಕೆಲಸದ ದಿನವು ಅರ್ಜಿಗಳನ್ನು ಸ್ವೀಕರಿಸಲು ಕೊನೆಯ ದಿನಾಂಕವಾಗುವುದು.

b) ನಿಗದಿತ ಅರ್ಜಿ ನಮೂನೆಯ ಬೆರಳಚ್ಚು ಪ್ರತಿ ಃ ಗಣಕೀಕೃತ ಪ್ರತಿಯ ಎಲ್ಲಾ ಅಂಕಣಗಳನ್ನು ನಿಗದಿತ ಉತ್ತರಗಳಿಂದ ಬರ್ತಿ ಮಾಡಿರತಕ್ಕದ್ದು.

ಅಬ್ಯರ್ಥಿಗಳು ಅರ್ಜಿಯ ಎಲ್ಲಾ ಕಾಲಂಗಳನ್ನು ಸ್ವಂತ ಕೈಬರಹದಿಂದ ಕಡ್ಡಾಯವಾಗಿ ಬರ್ತಿ ಮಾಡತಕ್ಕದ್ದು.

c) ಅಬ್ಯರ್ಥಿಯು ಅರ್ಜಿಯ ನಿಗದಿತ ಜಾಗದಲ್ಲಿ ತನ್ನ ಇತ್ತೀಚಿನ ಒಂದು ಪಾಸ್‌ಪೋರ್ಟ್ ಅಳತೆಯ ಭಾವಚಿತ್ರವನ್ನು ಲಗತ್ತಿಸತಕ್ಕದ್ದು ಹಾಗೂ ಅರ್ಜಿ ಮತ್ತು ಭಾವಚಿತ್ರ ಎರಡಕ್ಕೂ ಸೇರುವಂತೆ ಸಹಿಯನ್ನು ಮಾಡತಕ್ಕದ್ದು.

d) ಅಬ್ಯರ್ಥಿಯು ಕೇವಲ ಒಂದು ಅರ್ಜಿಯನ್ನು ಮಾತ್ರ ಸಲ್ಲಿಸತಕ್ಕದ್ದು. ಒಂದಕ್ಕಿಂತ ಹೆಚ್ಚಿನ ಅರ್ಜಿಗಳನ್ನು ಸಲ್ಲಿಸಲಾಗಿದ್ದಲ್ಲಿ ಯಾವುದಾದರೂ ಒಂದು ಅರ್ಜಿಯನ್ನು ಮಾತ್ರ ಪರಿಗಣôಸಲಾಗುವುದು.

e) ಕೊನೆಯ ದಿನಾಂಕದ ನಂತರ ಸ್ವೀಕೃತಗೊಂಡ ಅರ್ಜಿಗಳನ್ನು, ಅಬ್ಯರ್ಥಿಯ ಸಹಿ ಇಲ್ಲದ ಅರ್ಜಿಗಳನ್ನು, ಸಂಪೂರ್ಣ ಸರಿಯಾಗಿ ವಿವರಗಳನ್ನು ಸ್ವಂತ ಕೈಬರಹದಿಂದ ತುಂಬಿರದ ಃ ನಮೂದಿಸಿಲ್ಲದ ಅರ್ಜಿಗಳನ್ನು, ಅಗತ್ಯವಾದ ದಾಖಲಾತಿಗಳನ್ನು ಸಲ್ಲಿಸಿರದ ಅರ್ಜಿಗಳನ್ನು ಯಾವುದೇ ಸೂಚನೆ ಕೊಡದೆ ತಿರಸ್ಕರಿಸಲಾಗುವುದು. ಈ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ಯಾವುದೇ ಪತ್ರ ವ್ಯವಹಾರಕ್ಕೆ ಅಸ್ಪದವಿರುವುದಿಲ್ಲ.

f) ಅರ್ಹತಾ ಪರೀಕ್ಷೆಗೆ ಮತ್ತು ಸಂದರ್ಶನಕ್ಕೆ ಆಯ್ಕೆಯಾದ ಅಬ್ಯರ್ಥಿಗಳು ತಮ್ಮ ಸ್ವಂತ ಖರ್ಚಿನಲ್ಲಿಯೇ ಸಂದರ್ಶನಕ್ಕೆ ಹಾಜರಾಗಬೇಕು ಹಾಗೂ ಈ ಸಂಬಂದ ಪತ್ರ ಬಾರದ ಅಬ್ಯರ್ಥಿಗಳು ಅರ್ಹತಾ ಪರೀಕ್ಷೆಗೆ /ಸಂದರ್ಶನಕ್ಕೆ ಅರ್ಹರಲ್ಲವೆಂದು ಭಾವಿಸಕೊಳ್ಳತಕ್ಕದ್ದು.

g) ಆಯ್ಕೆಯ ಸಂಬಂದವಾಗಿ ಅರ್ಹತಾ ಪರೀಕ್ಷೆಗೆ /ಸಂದರ್ಶನಕ್ಕೆ ಅನರ್ಹರಾದ ಅಬ್ಯರ್ಥಿಗಳು ಈ ಕಛೇರಿಂiೊಂದಿಗೆ ಯಾವುದೇ ಪತ್ರ ವ್ಯವಹಾರವನ್ನು ನಡೆಸಲು ಅಸ್ಪದವಿರುವುದಿಲ್ಲ.

h) ಅಬ್ಯರ್ಥಿಯ ಹುದ್ದೆಗೆ ಅಗತ್ಯವಾದ ದೈಹಿಕ ಸಾಮರ್ಥ್ಯ ಹೊಂದಿರುವ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ನೇಮಕಾತಿ ಪ್ರಾಧಿಕಾರದ ತೃಪ್ತಿಗೆ ಅನುಗುಣವಾಗಿ ಸಮಾಧಾನ ಹೊಂದದಿದ್ದಲ್ಲಿ ಅಂತಹ ಅಬ್ಯರ್ಥಿಯು ನೇಮಕಾತಿಗೆ ಅರ್ಹರಾಗುವುದಿಲ್ಲ.

i) ಯಾವುದೇ ಅಬ್ಯರ್ಥಿಯು ನೇಮಕಾತಿ ಃ ಆಯ್ಕೆ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ಯಾರಿಂದಲಾದರೂ ಯಾವುದೇ ತರಹದ ಶಿಫಾರಸು ತಂದಲ್ಲಿ ಅಂತಹ ಅಬ್ಯರ್ಥಿಯು ನೇಮಕಾತಿಗೆ ಅನರ್ಹರಾಗುತ್ತಾರೆ.

LAST DATE FOR RECEIPT OF APPLICATIONS IS 05.10.2013.

The applications in prescribed Proforma are invited from the eligible candidates, who are qualified as on the last date fixed for receipt of the applications for appointment to the 09 Posts of Stenographers in the Unit of Prl.District and Sessions Court,

1) The candidates must have passed SSLC or equivalent examination.

2) The candidates must have passed Senior Typewriting and Senior Shorthand both in Kannada and English language conducted by the Department of Public Instructions of the Karnataka Secondary Examination Board or possess an Equivalent Qualification.

3) The computer knowledge is a must for the candidates and they have to pass Computer Literacy Test within their probationary period vide Order No.DPAR 59/SCR/2012 dated:07.07.12 w.e.f.22.03.12.

Scale of Pay: Rs.14550-350-15600-400-17200-450-19000-500-21000-600-24600-700-26700 with admissible allowances.

II. AGE LIMIT :

The candidates must have attained the age of 18 years as on the last date fixed for filing applications and must have not attained the age of :

1) 40 years in case of persons belonging to SC/ST and Category-I.

2) 38 years in case of persons belonging to any of the category-IIA, or II-B or III-A or III-B of other Backward Classes and 3) 35 years in case of others as on last date fixed for submission of his/her application.

4) Candidates claiming the benefit of reservation Categories should furnish the certificate/s in the prescribed Form & such Certificate/s should have been issued by the competent authority. The candidates should note that, if on verification, certificate is found to be false, the candidates who made such false claim will be prosecuted in accordance with the relevant provision of Indian Penal Code and such candidates will also forfeit their claims for such selection.

III. EX-SERVICEMEN:-

Eligible candidates in the Ex-Servicemen category can apply if sufficient number of eligible candidates in Ex-Servicemen are not available to the extent of percentage, the unfilled vacancy shall be filled up by such candidate belonging to same category respectively.

IV. METHOD OF RECRUITMENT :

The Selection of Candidates shall be made in accordance with the provisions contemplated in the Karnataka Sub-Ordinate Courts (Ministerial and other Posts) (Recruitment) (Amendment) Rules 2007.

The Test will be conducted for the post of Stenographers. The candidates must have to appear before the Prl.District and Sessions Judge in the premises of District Court, Chickballapur at their own costs.

V. The Qualifying test for selection of the Stenographer.

1) A dictation at the rate of 120 words per minute shall be given for a duration of about five minutes and candidate shall transcribe the notes within forty five minutes.

2) The number of candidates for the post of Stenographer to be included in the eligible list of candidates for interview shall be equivalent to 05 times to total number of vacancies notified.

VI. PROBATION :

Candidates will be appointed on probation for a period of two years and the provisions of KCS (Probation) Rules 1977 shall MUTATIS MUTANDIS apply to candidates so selected. During the probation the candidates shall pass the Kannada Language Examination and Departmental Examinations prescribed to the post under the K.C.S.(Kannada Language Examination) Rules 1974.

VII. APPLICANTS WHEN CALLED FOR INTERVIEWS MUST APPEAR AT THEIR OWN EXPENSES.

The Candidates should submit their Applications, complete in all aspects, together with copies of all the testimonials attested by the candidates in support of their age, qualification caste and income in the prescribed form issued by the competent authority so as to reach the Prl.District and Sessions Judge, Chickballapur on or before 05.10.2013. Envelope containing the application should be super scribed as "Application for the Post of Stenographer."

1) The In-service candidates shall submit their applications through proper channel.

2) Defective/Incomplete/applications are liable to be rejected.

3) The candidates who attempt to obtain extraneous support for his/her candidature shall not be eligible for selection.

VIII. APPLICATION IN THE PRESCRIBED PROFORMA SHOULD BE FILLED IN BY THE CANDIDATES IN THEIR OWN

HANDWRITING AND MUST BE ACCOMPANIED BY THE FOLLOWING TESTIMONIALS:

1) Copies of Marks Cards attested by the candidates.

2) Three Certificate of good character, one from the Principal of College/Head Master/Head Mistress or Institution in which he/she had last studied and two from respectable persons unconnected with him/her testifying to his/her character.

3) Copy of SSLC/TC in support of age proof attested by the candidates.

4) Citizenship certificate (where the candidate is not a citizen of Indian by birth) issued by the DC/District Magistrate of the District in which the candidate is residing.

5) One pass port size photo of candidate shall be affixed on the application from with self-attestation.

6) Applicants to produce self addressed envelope with required prescribed postal stamps of Rs.5/- for intimation regarding interview.

7) Any application received after the due date and incomplete application will not be entertained.

8) If he or she does not get intimation for the interview it shall be presumed that he/she is not be eligible for the interview. No correspondence will be entertained there after if any of the Candidate is not called for the interview.

9) The number of vacancies on the classification as noted above is subject to variation.

10) The candidates should submit their requisitions in the application proforma enclosed to this Notification either typed, or computerized or xerox of the proforma and should compulsorily filled the Col.No.5 with landline or mobile number.
