ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ ಅಧೀನ ನ್ಯಾಯಾಲಯಗಳು (ಮಿನಿಸ್ಟ್ರಿಯಲ್ ಮತ್ತು ಇತರೆ ಹುದ್ದೆಗಳು) (ನೇಮಕಾತಿ) (ತಿದ್ದುಪಡಿ) ನಿಯಮಗಳು 2007ರ ಅನ್ವಯ ನೇರ ನೇಮಕಾತಿಯ ಮೂಲಕ ಆಯ್ಕೆ ಮಾಡಲಾಗುವುದು.
ಆದೇಶ ಜಾರಿಗಾರರು
ಅರ್ಹತಾ ಪರೀಕ್ಷೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಗಳಿಸಿರುವ ಒಟ್ಟು ಶೇಕಡಾವಾರು ಅಂಕಗಳ ಆಧಾರದ ಮೇಲೆ ಅರ್ಹ ಅಭ್ಯರ್ಥಿಗಳ ಪಟ್ಟಿಯನ್ನು ತಯಾರಿಸಿ 1ಃ25ರ ಅನುಪಾತದಲ್ಲಿ 1 ಹುದ್ದೆಗೆ 25 ಅಬ್ಯರ್ಥಿಗಳನ್ನು ಸಂದರ್ಶನಕ್ಕೆ ಕರೆಯಲಾಗುವುದು.
ಜವಾನರುಃ
ಅರ್ಹತಾ ಪರೀಕ್ಷೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಗಳಿಸಿರುವ ಒಟ್ಟು ಶೇಕಡಾವಾರು ಅಂಕಗಳ ಆಧಾರದ ಮೇಲೆ ಅರ್ಹ ಅಭ್ಯರ್ಥಿಗಳ ಪಟ್ಟಿಯನ್ನು ತಯಾರಿಸಿ 1ಃ10ರ ಅನುಪಾತದಲ್ಲಿ 1 ಹುದ್ದೆಗೆ 10 ಅಬ್ಯರ್ಥಿಗಳನ್ನು ಸಂದರ್ಶನಕ್ಕೆ ಕರೆಯಲಾಗುವುದು.
ಆಯ್ಕೆ ಆದ ಅಬ್ಯರ್ಥಿಗಳನ್ನು 2 ವರ್ಷಗಳ ಕಾಲ ಪರೀಕ್ಷಣಾ ಅವಧಿಯಲ್ಲಿಡಲಾಗುವುದು.
ಲಗತ್ತಿಸಬೇಕಾದ ದಾಖಲಾತಿಗಳುಃ
ಅಬ್ಯರ್ಥಿಗಳು ಈ ಕೆಳಕಂಡ ಪ್ರಮಾಣಪತ್ರಗಳ ಒಂದೊಂದು ಫೋಟೋ ಪ್ರತಿಗಳನ್ನು (Xerox Copy) ಸ್ವಯಂ ದೃಡೀಕರಿಸಿ ಅರ್ಜಿಯೊಂದಿಗೆ ಲಗತ್ತಿಸಬೇಕು.
1. ಹುದ್ದೆಗಳಿಗೆ ನಿಗದಿಪಡಿಸಲಾದ ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಹತೆಯ ಅಂಕಪಟ್ಟಿಗಳು ಹಾಗೂ ಪ್ರಮಾಣಪತ್ರಗಳು. 2. ಜನ್ಮದಿನಾಂಕವನ್ನು ನಮೂದಿಸಿರುವ ಏಳನೇ ತರಗತಿ, ಎಸ್.ಎಸ್.ಎಲ್.ಸಿ, ಅಥವಾ ತತ್ಸಮಾನ ಪರೀಕ್ಷೆಯ ಪ್ರಮಾಣ ಪತ್ರ, ವರ್ಗಾವಣೆ ಪ್ರಮಾಣ ಪತ್ರ /ಜನನ ದಿನಾಂಕವನ್ನು ತೋರಿಸುವ ಸಂಚಿತ ದಾಖಲೆಯ ಉದೃತ ಭಾಗ
3. ಸೈನಿಕ ಸೇವೆಯಿಂದ ಬಿಡುಗಡೆಯಾದ / ವಿಮುಕ್ತಿಹೊಂದಿದ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ಪ್ರಮಾಣ ಪತ್ರ (ಮಾಜಿ ಸೈನಿಕ ಮೀಸಲಾತಿ ಕೋರಿದ್ದಲ್ಲಿ) 4. ಪರಿಶಿಷ್ಟ ಜಾತಿ/ ಪರಿಶಿಷ್ಟ ಪಂಗಡ ನಮೂನೆ –ಡಿ ಯಲ್ಲಿ , ಪ್ರವರ್ಗ-1 ಅಬ್ಯರ್ಥಿಗಳು ನಮೂನೆ-ಇ ಯಲ್ಲಿ ಮತ್ತು 2-ಎ, 2-ಬಿ, 3-ಎ, 3-ಬಿ ಅಬ್ಯರ್ಥಿಗಳು ನಮೂನೆ ಎಫ್ ರಲ್ಲಿ ಸಂಬಂಧಿಸಿದ ತಹಸೀಲ್ದಾರರಿಂದ ಜಾತಿ ಮತ್ತು ಆದಾಯ ಪ್ರಮಾಣ ಪತ್ರಗಳನ್ನು ಪಡೆದು ಲಗತ್ತಿಸಬೇಕು.

6. ಗ್ರಾಮೀಣ ಮೀಸಲಾತಿಯನ್ನು ಕೋರುವ ಅಬ್ಯರ್ಥಿಗಳು ಸರ್ಕಾರಿ ಆದೇಶ ಸಂಖ್ಯೆಃ ಸಿಆಸುಇ/96/ಸೇನನಿ/2005 ದ ದಿನಾಂಕ 10.8.2005ರ ಪ್ರಕಾರ ನಿಗದಿತ ನಮೂನೆ-2 ರಲ್ಲಿ ಅಧಿಕೃತ ಅಧಿಕಾರಿಗಳಿಂದ ಪಡೆದು ಅದನ್ನು ಸಂಬಂಧಿಸಿದ ಕ್ಷೇತ್ರ ಶಿಕ್ಷಣಾಧಿಕಾರಿಗಳಿಂದ ಮೇಲು ಸಹಿ ಮಾಡಿಸಿ ಸಲ್ಲಿಸಬೇಕು. ಗ್ರಾಮೀಣ ಮೀಸಲಾತಿ ಕೋರುವ ಪರಿಶಿಷ್ಟ ಜಾತಿ, ಪರಿಶಿಷ್ಟ ಪಂಗಡ ಹಾಗೂ ಹಿಂದುಳಿದ ವರ್ಗಗಳಿಗೆ ಸೇರಿದ ಅಬ್ಯರ್ಥಿಗಳ ಮೀಸಲಾತಿ ಪ್ರಮಾಣ ಪತ್ರಗಳು ತಿರಸ್ಕøತಗೊಂಡಲ್ಲಿ ಅವರು ಗ್ರಾಮೀಣ ಮೀಸಲಾತಿಗೂ ಅನರ್ಹರಾಗುತ್ತಾರೆ.
ಭಾಗ ೫ ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ ರಾಜ್ಯಪತ್ರ, ಗುರುವಾರ, ಅಕ್ಟೋಬರ್ ೨೪, ೨೦೧೩ ೮೨೯7. ಗ್ರಾಮೀಣ ಮೀಸಲಾತಿಯನ್ನು ಕೋರುವ ಸಾಮಾನ್ಯ ವರ್ಗದ ಅಬ್ಯರ್ಥಿಗಳು ಪ್ರಮಾಣ ಪತ್ರ ನಮೂನೆ-2 ರ ಜೊತೆ ನಮೂನೆ-1 ರಲ್ಲೂ ದೃಡೀಕರಣ ಪತ್ರವನ್ನು ಸಲ್ಲಿಸುವುದು.
8. ಯೋಜನಾ ನಿರಾಶ್ರಿತರು ರಿಯಾಯಿತಿ ಕೋರಲು ಸಕ್ಷಮ ಪ್ರಾಧಿಕಾರದಿಂದ ಪಡೆದ ಪ್ರಮಾಣಪತ್ರವನ್ನು ಸಲ್ಲಿಸುವುದು. ಸೂಚನೆಗಳುಃ 1. ಅರ್ಹತಾ ಪರೀಕ್ಷೆಗೆ ಹಾಜರಾಗುವ ಅಬ್ಯರ್ಥಿಗಳು ತಮ್ಮ ಸ್ವಂತ ಖರ್ಚಿನಲ್ಲಿ ಹಾಜರಾಗುವುದು. 2. ಅರ್ಜಿಗಳನ್ನು ಸ್ವೀಕರಿಸಲು ನಿಗದಿಪಡಿಸಿದ ಕೊನೆಯ ದಿನಾಂಕವು ಸಾರ್ವತ್ರಿಕ ರಜಾ ದಿನವಾಗಿ ಫೋಷಿಸಲ್ಪಟ್ಟರೆ, ಆ ದಿನಾಂಕದ ಮಾರನೆಯ ಕೆಲಸದ ದಿನವು ಅರ್ಜಿಗಳನ್ನು ಸ್ವೀಕರಿಸಲು ಕೊನೆಯ ದಿನಾಂಕವಾಗುವುದು.
3. ಒಂದಕ್ಕಿಂತ ಹೆಚ್ಚು ಹುದ್ದೆಗೆ ಅರ್ಜಿ ಸಲ್ಲಿಸುವವರು ಪ್ರತಿ ಹುದ್ದೆಗೂ ಪ್ರತ್ಯೇಕವಾಗಿ ಅರ್ಜಿಗಳನ್ನು ಸಲ್ಲಿಸತಕ್ಕದ್ದು ಹಾಗೂ ಆ ಅರ್ಜಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಕಡ್ಡಾಯವಾಗಿ ಯಾವ ವರ್ಗ/ಮೀಸಲಾತಿಯಡಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಅರ್ಜಿ ಸಲ್ಲಿಸುತ್ತಿರುವಿರಿ ಎಂಬುದನ್ನು ಸ್ಪಷ್ಠವಾಗಿ ನಮೂದಿಸತಕ್ಕದ್ದು.
4. ಅರ್ಜಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಮತ್ತು ಲಕೋಟೆಯ ಮೇಲೆ ಹುದ್ದೆಯ ಹೆಸರನ್ನು ಕಡ್ಡಾಯವಾಗಿ ನಮೂದಿಸತಕ್ಕದ್ದು. 5. ಅರ್ಜಿಯೊಂದಿಗೆ 5 ರೂಪಾಯಿ ಅಂಚೆ ಚೀಟಿ (Postal Stamp) ವನ್ನು ಹೊಂದಿರುವ ಸ್ವ-ವಿಳಾಸದ ಲಕೋಟೆಯನ್ನು ಸಲ್ಲಿಸತಕ್ಕದ್ದು. 6. ಅರ್ಜಿಯೊಂದಿಗೆ ಅಬ್ಯರ್ಥಿಗಳು ತಮ್ಮ ಇತ್ತೀಚಿನ ಒಂದು ಭಾವಚಿತ್ರವನ್ನು ಸ್ವದೃಡೀಕರಿಸಿ ಲಗತ್ತಿಸಬೇಕು. 7. ಸಂದರ್ಶನ ಪತ್ರ ಬರದಿರುವ ಅಬ್ಯರ್ಥಿಗಳು ಸಂದರ್ಶನಕ್ಕೆ ಅರ್ಹರಲ್ಲವೆಂದು ಭಾವಿಸಿಕೊಳ್ಳತಕ್ಕದ್ದು. 8. ಆಯ್ಕೆಯ ಸಂಬಂದವಾಗಿ ಸಂದರ್ಶನಕ್ಕೆ ಅನರ್ಹರಾದ ಅಬ್ಯರ್ಥಿಗಳು ಈ ಕಛೇರಿಯೊಂದಿಗೆ ಯಾವುದೇ ಪತ್ರ ವ್ಯವಹಾರವನ್ನು ನಡೆಸಲು ಆಸ್ವದವಿರುವುದಿಲ್ಲ.
9. ಅಬ್ಯರ್ಥಿಗಳು ಅರ್ಜಿಯ 6ನೇ ಕಾಲಂ ಬರ್ತಿ ಮಾಡುವ ಸಮಯದಲ್ಲಿ ದೂರವಾಣಿ/ ಮೊಬೈಲ್ ಸಂಖ್ಯೆಯನ್ನು ನಮೂದಿಸುವುದು.

Qualification:
i) The candidate must have passed S.S.L.C., Examination conducted by the Department of Public Instruction of Karnataka Secondary Education Examination Board or equivalent qualification.
ii) A pass in Senior Typewriting and Senior Shorthand both in English and Kannada conducted by the Department of Public Instructions or holder of Diploma in Secretarial Practice with Kannada and English Shorthand and Typewriting as optional subjects (Elective subjects) granted by the Board of Technical Examination In Karnataka OR possesses equivalent qualifications.
II. Separate application shall be made for each category of post.
III. Applications must be in the proforma appended to this Notification.
IV The above classification has been made as per the following
Government Orders:
i) Govt. Order No. DPAR 08 SRS 95 dated 20-6-1995.
ii) Govt. Order No. DPAR 97 SEN 2002 dated 22-11-2002.
iii) Govt. Order No. DPAR 53 SEN 2007 dated 4-1-2008.
iv) Govt. Order No. ಸಿಅಸುಇ 128 ಸೆನೆನಿ, dated 1-8-2009.
V Age limit:-
The candidate must have attained the age of 18 years and must not have attained the below mentioned age as on the last date fixed for receipt of applications.
1) Forty Years in case of a persons belonging to any of the Scheduled Caste / Scheduled Tribe and Category-I.
2) Thirty Eight years in case of a persons belonging to Category II (a), II(b), III (a) and III(b) classified under other Backward classes, and
3) Thirty-five years in case of General Merit Candidates.
Note: 1. Ten years relaxation for physically handicapped persons and Widows.
2. In case of Ex-Military person, maximum age limit plus three years plus the number of years of service rendered by the candidates in the Armed Force of the Union.
If sufficient number of eligible candidates in Rural candidates are not available to the extent of the percentage, the unfilled vacancies shall be filled up by such categories by men candidates and other candidates belonging to the same category, respectively.
VI. Mode of Selection:- Selection of Candidates will be made in accordance with the provisions contemplated in the Karnataka Subordinate Courts (Ministerial and other Posts) (Recruitment) (Amendment) Rules, 2007 published vide Govt. Notification No. LAW 01 LAC 2005 dated 13-2-2008.
Qualifying test or competitive examination:
(1) A dictation at the rate of 120 words per minute for a duration of about five minutes and the candidates shall transcribe the notes within forty five minute.
(2) Interview.
VII. No person who attempts to obtain extraneous support by any means for his / her candidature from officials or non-officials shall be eligible for appointment.
VIII. Candidates should submit their applications with required informations and the copies of certificates supporting their age, qualification duly attested and certificate claiming relaxation of age and the benefit of reservation issued by the competent authority, so as to reach the undersigned before 5-00 p.m. on 06.11.2013, which is the last date fixed for receipt of applications. If the last date fixed for the receipt of applications happens to be a general holiday, the next working day shall be the last date fixed for receipt of applications.
