PD-27 ಮುಖ್ಯಾಧಿಕಾರಿ SC - 100 ಪುರಸಭೆ, ಚಿಕ್ಕನಾಯಕನಹಳ್ಳಿ ಕಂದಾಯ ಸಚಿವಾಲಯ ಭೂಸ್ವಾಧೀನ ಅಧಿನಿಯಮದ 6(1)ನೇ ಪ್ರಕರಣದ ಮೇರೆಗೆ ಘೋಷಣೆ ಕ್ರಮಾಂಕ : RD 4 AQK 2013 ದಿನಾಂಕ: 16/12/2013 ಇದರ ಅನುಸೂಚಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ನಿರ್ದಿಷ್ಠಪಡಿಸಿರುವ ಜಮೀನುಗಳು ಒಂದು ಸಾರ್ವಜನಿಕ ಉದ್ದೇಶಕ್ಕಾಗಿ ಅಂದರೆಬಂಗಾರಪೇಟೆ ತಾ|| ಪಂತನಹಳ್ಳಿ ಗ್ರಾಮದ ಸ.ನಂ.263/1 ಮತ್ತು ಇತರೆ ಸವೆ್ ನಂಬರ್ ಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಒಟ್ಟು 4-09 ಹಿಡುವಳಿ ಜಮೀನನ್ನು ಭೂ ಸ್ವಾದೀನ ಪಡಿಸಿಕೊಳ್ಳುವ ಬಗ್ಗೆ. ಉದ್ದೇಶಕ್ಕಾಗಿ ಅಗತ್ಯವಾಗಿದೆ ಎಂದು Kolar ಜಿಲ್ಲೆಯ ಜಿಲ್ಲಾಧಿಕಾರಿಯವರು ಭೂಸ್ವಾಧೀನ ಕಾಯ್ದೆ 1894 ರ ಕಲಂ 4(1) ರ ಮೇರೆಗೆ ಅಧಿಸೂಚನೆ ಕ್ರಮಾಂಕ:LAQ/SR/02/10-11 ,ದಿನಾಂಕ :16/10/2012 ರ ಅಧಿಸೂಚನೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಅಧಿಸೂಚಿಸಲಾಗಿದ್ದುದರಿಂದ, ಮತ್ತು ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ ಕಾಯ್ದೆ 33/1991 ರನ್ವಯ ತಿದ್ದುಪಡಿಯಾದ ಭೂ ಅರ್ಜನೆ ಅಧಿನಿಯಮ 1894ರ (ಕೇಂದ್ರ ಅಧಿನಿಯಮ 1894)(1)5ಎ ಪ್ರಕರಣದ (2)ನೇ ಉಪಪ್ರಕರಣದ ಮತ್ತು 6(1ಎ) ಪ್ರಕರಣದ ಮೇರೆಗೆ ಜಿಲ್ಲಾಧಿಕಾರಿಯವರು ನೀಡಿರುವ ವರದಿಯನ್ನು ಪರಿಶೀಲಿಸಿದ ನಂತರ ಮೇಲೆ ನಿರ್ದಿಷ್ಟ ಪಡಿಸಿದ ಉದ್ದೇಶಕ್ಕಾಗಿ ಸದರಿ ಭೂಮಿಗಳನ್ನು ಅರ್ಜನೆ ಮಾಡಿಕೊಳ್ಳುವ ಅಗತ್ಯವಿದೆ ಎಂದು ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ ಸರ್ಕಾರಕ್ಕೆ ಮನದಟ್ಟಾಗಿರುವುದರಿಂದ, ಮೇಲೆ ತಿಳಿಸಿದ ಉದ್ದೇಶಕ್ಕಾಗಿ ಭೂಮಿಗಳು ಅಗತ್ಯವಾಗಿವೆ ಎಂದು ಸದರಿ ಅಧಿನಿಯಮ 6(1) ನೇ ಪ್ರಕರಣದ ಮೇರೆಗೆ ಈ ಮೂಲಕ ಘೋಷಿಸಲಾಗಿದೆ. ಸಹಾಯಕ ಆಯುಕ್ತರ ಕಛೇರಿ, ಕೋಲಾರ ಉಪ-ವಿಭಾಗ, Kolar ಇವರನ್ನು ಸದರಿ ಭೂಮಿಗಳಿಗೆ ಸಂಬಂಧಿಸಿದಂತೆ ಇನ್ನು ಮುಂದೆ ಕೈಗೊಳ್ಳುವ ಎಲ್ಲಾ ವ್ಯವಹಾರಗಳ ಕುರಿತಂತೆ ಜಿಲ್ಲಾಧಿಕಾರಿಯವರ ಪ್ರಕಾರ್ಯಗಳನ್ನು ನಿರ್ವಹಿಸುವ ಸಲುವಾಗಿ ಸದರಿ ಭೂಅರ್ಜನೆ ಅಧಿನಿಯಮದ 3ನೇ ಪ್ರಕರಣದ (ಸಿ) ಖಂಡದ ಮೇರೆಗೆ ಈ ಮೂಲಕ ನೇಮಕ ಮಾಡಲಾಗಿದೆ ಹಾಗೂ ಸದರಿ ಭೂಮಿಯ ಅರ್ಜನೆಗೆ ಸಂಬಂಧಿಸಿದ ಆದೇಶವನ್ನು ಪಡೆದುಕೊಳ್ಳಲು ಸದರಿ ಅಧಿನಿಯಮದ 7ನೇ ಪ್ರಕರಣದ ಮೇರೆಗೆ ನಿರ್ದೇಶನ ನೀಡಲಾಗಿದೆ. ಸದರಿ ಭೂಮಿಗಳ ನಕಾಶೆಯನ್ನು ಪರಿವೀಕ್ಷಣೆಗಾಗಿ ಸಹಾಯಕ ಆಯುಕ್ತರ ಕಛೇರಿ, ಕೋಲಾರ ಉಪ-ವಿಭಾಗ, Kolar ಇವರ ಕಛೇರಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಇಡಲಾಗಿದೆ. | |||||||||||||
