ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ ಸಾರ್ವಜನಿಕ ಉದ್ಯೋಗ (ಹೈದ್ರಾಬಾದ್-ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ ಪ್ರದೇಶಕ್ಕೆ ನೇಮಕಾತಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಮೀಸಲಾತಿ) ಆದೇಶ, 2013ರ ಕಂಡಿಕೆ 3 ಮತ್ತು ಕಂಡಿಕೆ 13ರಡಿ ಮತ್ತು ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ ಸಾರ್ವಜನಿಕ ಉದ್ಯೋಗ (ಹೈದ್ರಾಬಾದ್-ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ ಪ್ರದೇಶಕ್ಕೆ ನೇಮಕಾತಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಮೀಸಲಾತಿ) (ಸ್ಥಳೀಯ ವೃಂದಗಳ ರಚನೆ, ಹಂಚಿಕೆ ಮತ್ತು ವ್ಯಕ್ತಿಗಳ ವರ್ಗಾವಣೆ) ನಿಯಮಗಳು, 2013ಗಳ ನಿಯಮ 5ರಡಿ ಪ್ರದತ್ತವಾದ ಅಧಿಕಾರವನ್ನು ಚಲಾಯಿಸಿ ಖಜಾನೆ ಇಲಾಖೆಯ ವ್ಯಾಪ್ತಿಯಡಿ ಬರುವ ಗ್ರೂಪ್-ಎ (ಕಿರಿಯ ಶ್ರೇಣಿ) ವೃಂದದಲ್ಲಿ ಈ ಕೆಳಗಿನಂತೆ ಸ್ಥಳೀಯ ವೃಂದವನ್ನು ರಚಿಸಿ, ಸದರಿ ವೃಂದದಲ್ಲಿನ ಹುದ್ದೆಗಳ ಸಂಖ್ಯೆಯನ್ನು ಹಾಗೂ ರೋಸ್ಟರ್ ಬಿಂದುವನ್ನು ಗುರುತಿಸಿ, ಅನುಸೂಚಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ವಿವರಿಸಿರುವಂತೆ ಅಧಿಸೂಚಿಸಲಾಗಿದೆ.

Whereas the Government of Karnataka are satisfied that the place specified in the Schedule below are being used for the purpose of a public character (Power Grid Corporation Of India Ltd, Askihal Village, Raichur Taluk, Raichur District) and the information with respect thereto or the destruction or obstruction thereof, or interference therewith, would be useful to an enemy.
Now, therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-clause (d) of clause (8) of Section 2 of the Official Secrets Act, 1923, (Central Act XIX of 1923) read with Notification No. 21/20/62 Poll (1) dated 4th May 1963 of the Government of India, Ministry of Home Affairs, New Delhi, the Government of Karnataka hereby declare that the place specified in the schedule below, shall be prohibited place for the purpose of the said Act.

2014ರ ಲೋಕಸಭಾ ಚುನಾವಣೆಗೆ ಸಂಬಂಧಿಸಿದಂತೆ, ಅನುಬಂಧದಲ್ಲಿ ಲಗತ್ತಿಸಿರುವ ಸೆಕ್ಟರ್ ಅಧಿಕಾರಿಗಳ ತಂಡಗಳಿಗೆ ವಿಶೇಷ ಕಾರ್ಯನಿರ್ವಾಹಕ ದಂಡಾಧಿಕಾರಿ ಅಧಿಕಾರವನ್ನು ನಿರಂತರವಾಗಿ ಚುನಾವಣಾ ಅವಧಿಯು ಮುಕ್ತಾಯವಾಗುವವರೆಗೆ ನಿಗಾವಹಿಸಿ ಪರಿಶೀಲಿಸಲು ಮತ್ತು ನಿಯಮಗಳನ್ನು ಅನುಸರಿಸಿ ಕ್ರಮ ಕೈಗೊಳ್ಳಲು ದಂಡ ಪ್ರಕ್ರಿಯಾ ಸಂಹಿತೆ 1973 (ಕೇಂದ್ರ ಕಾಯ್ದೆ ಸಂಖ್ಯೆ: 2: 1974)ರ ಕಲಂ 21ರ ಅಡಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ತಕ್ಷಣದಿಂದ ಜಾರಿಗೆ ಬರುವಂತೆ ನೇಮಕ ಮಾಡಲಾಗಿದೆ.

The draft of the following rules further to amend the Karnataka General Service Scheduled Caste/Scheduled Tribes Welfare Branch (Recruitment) Rules, 1985 which the Government of Karnataka proposes to make in exercise of the powers conferred by sub- section(1) of section 3 read with section 8 of the Karnataka State Civil Services Act, 1978 (Karnataka Act 14 of 1990) is hereby published as required by clause (a) of sub-section(2) of section 3 of the said Act, for the information of all persons likely to be affected thereby and notice is hereby given that the said draft will be taken into consideration after thirty days from the date of its publication in the Official Gazette.
Any objection or suggestion which may be received by the State Government from any person with respect to the said draft before the expiry of the period specified above, will be considered by the State Government. Objections and suggestions may be addressed to the Principal Secretary to Government, Social Welfare Department, Vikasa Soudha, Bangalore- 560 001.
DRAFT RULES
1. Title and Commencement :- (1) These rules may be called the Karnataka General Service Scheduled Caste/Scheduled Tribes Welfare Branch (Recruitment) (Amendment) Rules, 2013.
(2) They shall come into force from the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.
2. Amendment of Schedule:- In the Karnataka General Service Scheduled Caste/Scheduled tribes Welfare Branch (Recruitment) Rules, 1985 in the schedule.

Where the draft of the Department of Sainik Welfare and Resettlement (Cadre & Recruitment) Rules, 2012, was published as required by sub-section (1) of section 3 read with section 8 of the Karnataka State Civil Services Act, 1978 (Karnataka Act 14 of 1990),in Notification No. HD 146 KSS 2011, Dated: 04-03-2013 in the Karnataka Gazette inviting Objections and Suggestions from all the persons likely to be affected thereby within fifteen days from the date of its publication in the Official Gazette;
And Whereas, the said Gazette was made available to public on 09-05-2013;
And whereas the objections and suggestions received in this behalf have been considered by the State Government.
Now, therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 3 read with section 8 of the Karnataka State Civil Services Act, 1978 (Karnataka Act 14 of 1990), the Government of Karnataka hereby makes the following rules, namely:-
RULES
1. Title and Commencement.- (1) These rules may be called the Karnataka Sainik Welfare and Resettlement (Cadre & Recruitment) Rules, 2012.
(2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the official Gazette.
2. Method of recruitment and Minimum qualification.- The Department of Sainik Welfare and Resettlement consist of each category of posts and scale of pay specified in column(3 ) of the schedule below, the number of posts, method of recruitment and minimum qualification, shall be as specified in the corresponding entries in column (4),(5), (6) and (7) thereof.
3. Repeal and Savings.- The Karnataka Sainik Welfare and Resettlement (Cadre & Recruitment) Rules, 1984 are hereby repealed:
Provided that such repeal shall not affect.-
(a) the previous operation of the said rules or anything duly done or any action taken under, or (b) any right, privilege, obligation or liability acquired, accrued or incurred under the said rules.
Not with standing anything contained in there rules action already initiated if any for disciplinary proceedings or recruitment under the repealed rules before the commencement of these rules shall be continued and completed under the repealed rules as it they are not repealed.
