Whereas the draft of the Karnataka Motor Vehicles (Amendment) Rules, 2014, was published as required by sub-section (1) of section 212 of the Motor Vehicles Act, 1988 (Central Act 59 of 1988) in Notification No. SARIE 60 SAEPA 2014, dated : 24-03-2014 in part IVA of the Karnataka Gazette Extra-ordinary (No. 238) dated : 25-03-2014 inviting objections/suggestions from all the persons likely to be affected thereby, within thirty days from the date of its publication in the Official Gazette.

Whereas, the said Gazette was made available to the public on 25th March 2014.

And whereas, no objections/suggestions have been received by the State Government in respect of the said draft notification :

Now, therefore in exercise of the powers conferred by clause (XXXiii) of sub-section (2) of section 96, read with section 83 of the Motor Vehicles Act, 1988 (Central Act 59 of 1988) the Government of Karnataka, hereby makes the following rules, namely :-

RULES

1. Title and Commencement : - (1) These rules may be called the "Karnataka Motor Vehicles Amendment Rules, 2014".

(2) They shall come into force from the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.

2. Insertion of Rule 46 AA :- After Rule-46A of the KMV Rules 1989 following shall be inserted, namely :-

"46-AA" : In case where more than one application is received for the same number on any day under Rule 46(A)(1) then the number shall be allotted by auction.

Provided that for numbers like 1, 123, 1234, 10, 11, 111, 1111, 100, 1000, 22, 222, 234, 2222, 2727, 33, 36, 333, 3636, 45, 444, 4444, 4545, 5, 55, 555, 5454, 5555, 63, 666, 6055, 6363, 7, 77, 777, 786, 7777, 8, 88, 888, 8055, 8888, 9, 90, 99, 900, 909, 999, 9000, 9090, 9999 and such other number as may be notified by commissioner from time to time, the numbers shall be allotted by auction after due publicity.

Provided that the fee received through auction shall be amount received through auction or the fee in Rule 46(A)(1) whichever is higher.

The Commissioner may prescribe the method of auction.

ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ ದಿನಗೂಲಿ ನೌಕರರ ಕ್ಷೇಮಾಭಿವೃದ್ಧಿ ಅಧಿನಿಯಮ, 2012ರನ್ವಯ ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ ರೇಷ್ಮೆ ಸಂಶೋಧನೆ ಮತ್ತು ಅಭಿವೃದ್ಧಿ ಸಂಸ್ಥೆ ಇಲ್ಲಿ ದಿನಾಂಕ : 10-04-2006 ರಂದು 10 ವರ್ಷಗಳ ನಿರಂತರ ಸೇವೆ ಸಲ್ಲಿಸಿದ ಹಾಗೂ ಈ ಅಧಿನಿಯಮವು ಜಾರಿಗೆ ಬಂದ ದಿನಾಂಕದಂದು ಕಾರ್ಯ ನಿರತರಾಗಿರುವ ಅರ್ಹ ದಿನಗೂಲಿ ನೌಕರರ ವಿವರಗಳನ್ನು ಈ ಅಧಿಸೂಚನೆಯ ಅನುಬಂಧದಲ್ಲಿ ಅಧಿಸೂಚಿಸಲಾಗಿದೆ. ಅದರಂತೆ ಅನುಬಂಧದಲ್ಲಿರುವ ಅರ್ಹ ದಿನಗೂಲಿ ನೌಕರರು ಅಧಿಸೂಚನೆ ಸಂಖ್ಯೆ : ಸಂವ್ಯಶಾಇ 77 ಶಾಸನ 2012, ದಿನಾಂಕ : 15-02-2013 ರ ಅಧಿನಿಯಂದ ಪ್ರಕಾರ ಬದ್ಧರಾಗಿರತಕ್ಕದ್ದು.

ಈ ಅಧಿಸೂಚನೆಯ ಅನುಬಂಧದಲ್ಲಿರುವ ದಿನಗೂಲಿ ನೌಕರರು ದಿನಗೂಲಿ ನೌಕರರಾಗಿ ಸೇವೆಗೆ ಸೇರುವಾಗ ದಿನಗೂಲಿ ನೌಕರರ ಕ್ಷೇಮಾಭಿವೃದ್ಧಿ ಅಧಿನಿಯಮ 2012 ರಂತೆ ಅರ್ಹತೆ ಹೊಂದದೆ ಇದ್ದಲ್ಲಿ ಹಾಗೂ ಸಲ್ಲಿಸಿರುವ ಮಾಹಿತಿ ಹಾಗೂ ದಾಖಲೆ ಸುಳ್ಳು/ಫೋರ್ಜರಿಯಾಗಿದ್ದಲ್ಲಿ ಅವರುಗಳ ಹೆಸರುಗಳು ಈ ಅಧಿಸೂಚನೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಸ್ವಯಂಚಾಲಿತವಾಗಿ ರದ್ದಾಗುವ ಷರತ್ತಿಗೊಳಪಟ್ಟಿರುತ್ತದೆ.

ಸಂಖ್ಯೆ: ಆಇ 14 ಮುಭನಿ 2012, ಬೆಂಗಳೂರು, ದಿನಾಂಕ:23.05.2014 ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ ಸಾಮಾನ್ಯ ಭವಿಷ್ಯ ನಿಧಿ ನಿಯಮಗಳು, 1957ನ್ನು ಇನ್ನಷ್ಟು ತಿದ್ದುಪಡಿ ಮಾಡುವ ಈ ಮುಂದಿನ ನಿಯಮದ ಕರಡನ್ನು ಅದರಿಂದ ತೊಂದರೆಗೊಳಗಾಗಬಹುದಾದ ಸಂಭವವಿರುವ ಎಲ್ಲಾ ವ್ಯಕ್ತಿಗಳಿಂದ ಅಧಿಕೃತ ರಾಜ್ಯಪತ್ರದಲ್ಲಿ ಕರಡು ಪ್ರಕಟವಾದ ದಿನಾಂಕದಿಂದ 15 ದಿನಗಳೊಳಗಾಗಿ ಆಕ್ಷೇಪಣೆಗಳು ಮತ್ತು ಸಲಹೆಗಳನ್ನು ಆಹ್ವಾನಿಸಲು ದಿನಾಂಕ:10.04.2014ರಂದು ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ ರಾಜ್ಯಪತ್ರದ ವಿಶೇಷ ಸಂಚಿಕೆ ಭಾಗ-4ಎರಲ್ಲಿ ಅಧಿಸೂಚನೆ ಸಂಖ್ಯೆ:ಆಇ 14 ಮುಭನಿ 2012, ದಿನಾಂಕ:18.03.2014ನ್ನು ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ ರಾಜ್ಯ ನಾಗರೀಕ ಸೇವಾ ಅಧಿನಿಯಮ, 1978ರ (1990ರ ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ ಅಧಿನಿಯಮ 14) 8ನೇ ಪ್ರಕರಣ ಜೊತೆ ಓದಲಾದ 3ನೇ ಪ್ರಕರಣದ (2)ನೇ ಉಪ ಪ್ರಕರಣ (ಎ)ರ ಮೂಲಕ ಅಗತ್ಯಪಡಿಸಲಾದಂತೆ ಪ್ರಕಟಿಸಲಾಗಿದೆ.

ಸದರಿ ರಾಜ್ಯ ಪತ್ರವನ್ನು ದಿನಾಂಕ:10.04.2014ರಂದು ಸಾರ್ವಜನಿಕರಿಗೆ ದೊರೆಯುವಂತೆ ಮಾಡಲಾಗಿದೆ.

ಮತ್ತು ಈ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ರಾಜ್ಯ ಸರ್ಕಾರವು ಯಾವುದೇ ಆಕ್ಷೇಪಣೆಗಳು ಮತ್ತು ಸಲಹೆಗಳನ್ನು ಸ್ವೀಕರಿಸಿರುವುದಿಲ್ಲ.

ಈಗ ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ ರಾಜ್ಯ ನಾಗರೀಕ ಸೇವಾ ಅಧಿನಿಯಮ, 1978ರ (1990ರ ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ ಅಧಿನಿಯಮ 14) ಪ್ರಕರಣ 8ರೊಂದಿಗೆ ಓದಿಕೊಳ್ಳಲಾದ 3ನೇ ಪ್ರಕರಣದ (1)ನೇ ಉಪ ಪ್ರಕರಣದಲ್ಲಿ ಪ್ರದತ್ತವಾದ ಅಧಿಕಾರವನ್ನು ಚಲಾಯಿಸಿ, ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ ಸರ್ಕಾರವು ಈ ಕೆಳಗಿನ ನಿಯಮಗಳನ್ನು ಈ ಮೂಲಕ ಮಾಡುತ್ತದೆ. ಎಂದರೆ:-

ನಿಯಮಗಳು

1. ಹೆಸರು ಮತ್ತು ಪ್ರಾರಂಭ: (1) ಈ ನಿಯಮಗಳನ್ನು ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ ಸಾಮಾನ್ಯ ಭವಿಷ್ಯ ನಿಧಿ (ತಿದ್ದುಪಡಿ) ನಿಯಮಗಳು, 2012 ಎಂದು ಕರೆಯತಕ್ಕದ್ದು.

(2) ಈ ನಿಯಮಗಳು 1ನೇ ಏಪ್ರಿಲ್ 2014ರಿಂದ ಜಾರಿಗೆ ಬರತಕ್ಕದ್ದು.

2. 11ನೇ ನಿಯಮದ ತಿದ್ದುಪಡಿ:- ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ ಸಾಮಾನ್ಯ ಭವಿಷ್ಯ ನಿಧಿ ನಿಯಮಗಳು, 1957ರ ನಿಯಮ 11ರ ಉಪನಿಯಮ (1)ಕ್ಕೆ ಈ ಮುಂದಿನಂತೆ ಪ್ರತಿಯೋಜಿಸತಕ್ಕದ್ದು. ಅಂದರೆ:-

"(1) ವಂತಿಗೆದಾರನು ಸಂದಾಯ ಮಾಡಬೇಕಾಗಿರುವ ಮಾಸಿಕ ವಂತಿಗೆಯ ಕನಿಷ್ಠ ದರವನ್ನು ಕೆಳಗಿನ ಕೋಷ್ಠಕದಲ್ಲಿ ಸೂಚಿಸಿರುವಂತೆ ಅವನು ಅಥವಾ ಅವಳು ಧಾರಣ ಮಾಡಿದ ಹುದ್ದೆಯ ಕಾಲಿಕ ವೇತನ ಶ್ರೇಣಿಯ ಸರಾಸರಿ ವೇತನದ ಶೇಕಡಾ ನಾಲ್ಕಕ್ಕೆ ಸಮನಾಗುವಂತೆ ನಿರ್ಧಿಷ್ಟಪಡಿಸತಕ್ಕದ್ದು.

Whereas the draft of the following rules further to amend the Karnataka General Provident Fund Rules, 1957 was published as required by clause (a) of sub-section (2) of Section 3 read with section (8) of the Karnataka State Civil Services Act, 1978 (Karnataka Act 14 of 1990) in Notification No.FD 14 Mubani 2012, dated:18.03.2014 in part IV-A of the Karnataka Gazette dated 10th April 2014 inviting objections and suggestions from all the persons likely to be affected thereby, within fifteen days from the date of its publication in the Official Gazette.

Whereas the said Gazette was made available to the public on 10th April 2014.

Whereas no objections and suggestions have been received by the State Government.

Now, therefore in exercise of the powers conferred by sub section (1) of section 3 read with section 8 of the Karnataka State Civil Services Act, 1978 (Karnataka Act 14 of 1990) the Government of Karnataka hereby makes the following rules, namely :-

RULES

1. Title and commencement.- (1) These rules may be called the Karnataka General Provident Fund (Amendment) Rules, 2012.

(2) They shall come into force with effect from 1st April 2014.

2. Amendment of Rule 11.- In rule 11 of the Karnataka General Provident Fund Rules, 1957, for sub-rule (1), the following shall be substituted, namely:-

"(1) The minimum rate of monthly subscription payable by a subscriber shall be fixed at the rate of 4 percent of the mean of the Time Scale of Pay of the post held by him or her as indicated in the table below.

ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ ರಾಜ್ಯ ನಾಗರೀಕ ಸೇವಾ ಅಧಿನಿಯಮ 1978ರ (1990ರ ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ ಅಧಿನಿಯಮ 14) 8ನೇ ಪ್ರಕರಣವನ್ನು 3ನೇ ಪ್ರಕರಣದ (1)ನೇ ಉಪ ಪ್ರಕರಣದೊಂದಿಗೆ ಓದಿಕೊಂಡು ಆ ಮೇರೆಗೆ ಪ್ರದತ್ತವಾದ ಅಧಿಕಾರವನ್ನು ಚಲಾಯಿಸಿ, ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ ಸರ್ಕಾರಿ ನೌಕರರ (ಕಡ್ಡಾಯ ಜೀವ ವಿಮೆ) ನಿಯಮಗಳು, 1958ನ್ನು ಮತ್ತಷ್ಟು ತಿದ್ದುಪಡಿ ಮಾಡುವ ಈ ಮುಂದಿನ ನಿಯಮದ ಕರಡನ್ನು, ಅಂತಹ ತಿದ್ದುಪಡಿಯಿಂದ ತೊಂದರೆಗೊಳಗಾಗುವ ಸಂಭವವಿರುವ ವ್ಯಕ್ತಿಗಳ ಮಾಹಿತಿಗಾಗಿ, ಸದರಿ ಅಧಿನಿಯಮದ 3ನೇ ಪ್ರಕರಣದ (2)ನೇ ಉಪ ಪ್ರಕರಣದ (ಎ) ಖಂಡದಲ್ಲಿ ಅಗತ್ಯಪಡಿಸಲಾದಂತೆ ಈ ಮೂಲಕ ಪ್ರಕಟಿಸಲಾಗಿದ್ದು ಹಾಗೂ ಸದರಿ ಕರಡು ನಿಯಮಗಳು ಸರ್ಕಾರಿ ರಾಜ್ಯ ಪತ್ರದಲ್ಲಿ ಪ್ರಕಟಿಸಿದ ದಿನಾಂಕದಿಂದ ಹದಿನೈದು ದಿನಗಳು ಮುಕ್ತಾಯವಾದ ತರುವಾಯ ಪರಿಶೀಲನೆಗೆ ತೆಗೆದುಕೊಳ್ಳಲಾಗುವುದೆಂದು ಈ ಮೂಲಕ ಸೂಚನೆ ನೀಡಲಾಗಿದೆ.

ಈ ಮೇಲೆ ನಿರ್ದಿಷ್ಟಪಡಿಸಲಾದ ಅವಧಿಗೆ ಮುನ್ನ ಸದರಿ ಕರಡು ನಿಯಮಗಳಿಗೆ ಸಂಬಂಧಪಟ್ಟಂತೆ ಯಾವುದೇ ವ್ಯಕ್ತಿಯು ಯಾವುದೇ ಆಕ್ಷೇಪಣೆ ಅಥವಾ ಸಲಹೆಯನ್ನು ಸರ್ಕಾರಕ್ಕೆ ನೀಡಿದರೆ, ಸರ್ಕಾರವು ಅದನ್ನು ಪರಿಶೀಲಿಸುವುದು. ಆಕ್ಷೇಪಣೆಗಳು ಅಥವಾ ಸಲಹೆಗಳನ್ನು ಸರ್ಕಾರದ ಪ್ರಧಾನ ಕಾರ್ಯದರ್ಶಿಗಳು, ಆರ್ಥಿಕ ಇಲಾಖೆ, 2ನೇ ಮಹಡಿ, ವಿಧಾನ ಸೌಧ, ಬೆಂಗಳೂರು-560001, ಇವರ ವಿಳಾಸಕ್ಕೆ ಕಳುಹಿಸಿಕೊಡಬಹುದು.

ಕರಡು ನಿಯಮಗಳು

1. ಹೆಸರು ಮತ್ತು ಪ್ರಾರಂಭ:- (1) ಈ ನಿಯಮವನ್ನು ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ ಸರ್ಕಾರಿ ನೌಕರರ (ಕಡ್ಡಾಯ ಜೀವವಿಮೆ) (ತಿದ್ದುಪಡಿ) ನಿಯಮಗಳು, 2014 ಎಂದು ಕರೆಯತಕ್ಕದ್ದು.

(2) ಈ ನಿಯಮ ಸರ್ಕಾರಿ ರಾಜ್ಯ ಪತ್ರದಲ್ಲಿ ಪ್ರಕಟಿಸಿದ ದಿನಾಂಕದಿಂದ ಜಾರಿಗೆ ಬರತಕ್ಕದ್ದು.

2. ನಿಯಮ 27ಅ ಗೆ ತಿದ್ದುಪಡಿ:- ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ ಸರ್ಕಾರಿ ನೌಕರರ (ಕಡ್ಡಾಯ ಜೀವವಿಮೆ) ನಿಯಮಗಳು, 1958ರ ನಿಯಮ 27ಅ ದ ಉಪನಿಯಮ (1)ರಲ್ಲಿ ನಮೂದಿಸಲಾದ 'ರೂ.510/- (ಐದು ನೂರ ಹತ್ತು ರೂಪಾಯಿಗಳು)' ಎಂಬ ಅಕ್ಷರಗಳು, ಅಂಕಿಗಳು, ಆವರಣಗಳು ಹಾಗೂ ಪದಗಳ ಬದಲಾಗಿ 'ರೂ.1,000/- (ಒಂದು ಸಾವಿರ ರೂಪಾಯಿಗಳು)' ಎಂದು ಪ್ರತಿಷ್ಠಾಪಿಸತಕ್ಕದ್ದು.

The draft of the following rules further to amend the Karnataka Government Servants (Compulsory Life Insurance) Rules, 1958, which the Government of Karnataka proposes to make in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of Section 3, read with section 8 of the Karnataka State Civil Services Act, 1978 (Karnataka Act 14 of 1990) is hereby published as required by clause (a) of sub-section (2) of Section 3 of the said Act, for the information of all the persons likely to be affected thereby and notice is hereby given that the said draft will be taken into consideration after fifteen days from the date of its publication in the Official Gazette.

Any objection or suggestion which may be received by the State Government from any person with respect to the said draft before the expiry of the period specified above will be considered by the State Government. 2.Amendment of rule 4.- In the Karnataka Pre-University Education (Academic, Registration, Administration and Grant-in-aid etc.,) Rules, 2006 (hereinafter referred to as the said rules), in rule 4, in sub-rule (8), after clause (ii), the following shall be inserted, namely:-

"(ii)(a) One Physical Education Teacher."

2.Amendment of rule 14.- In rule 14 of the said rules, in sub-rule (1) after clause (d), the following shall be inserted, namely:-

"(e) There shall not be less than 100 students together in I year and II year PUC classes for the post of physical education teacher."

The draft of the following rules further to amend the Karnataka State Police including ministerial services (Recruitment) Rules, 2004, which the Government of Karnataka proposes to make in exercise of the powers conferred by the sub-section (1) of the section 3 read with section 8 of the Karnataka State Civil Services Act, 1978 (Karnataka Act 14 of 1990) is hereby published as required by clause (a) of sub-section (2) of section 3 of the said Act, for the information of all persons likely to be affected thereby and notice is hereby given that the said draft will be taken into consideration after fifteen days from the date of its publication in the Official Gazette.

Any objection and suggestion, which may be received by the State Government from any person with respect to the said draft before the expiry of the period specified above, will be considered by the State Government. Objections and suggestions may be addressed to the Additional Chief Secretary to Government, Home Department, Vidhana Soudha, Bangalore-560 001.

DRAFT RULES

1. Title and commencement:- (1) These rules may be called the Karnataka State Police including Ministerial Services (Recruitment) (Amendment) Rules, 2014.

(2) They shall come into force from the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.

(3) These rules shall apply to the recruitment of two hundred and thirty three vacant posts of Sub-Inspector of Police (Civil) as a one time measure only.

2. Amendment of schedule:- In the Karnataka State Police Including Ministerial Services (Recruitment) Rules 2004, in the schedule,

(1) in the entries relating to the category of posts of Sub-Inspector of Police (Civil) at serial number 10, for the entries in column (6), under the heading "(a) age limit" the following shall be substituted, namely:-

"Notwithstanding anything contained in rule 6(2-A) of the Karnataka Civil Services (General Recruitment) Rules 1977, the candidate as on the last date of the receipt of application for appointment to the post must have attained the age of 21 years but not have attained the age of,

(1) 30 years in the case of persons belonging to the Scheduled Castes, the Scheduled Tribes and other Backward Classes; and (2) 28 years in the case of other candidates:

Provided that in the case of the candidate who is an ex-serviceman discharged from serviced by reason of demobilization, retrenchment or retirement, age limit shall be relaxed by the number of years of military service rendered by him plus additional three years. However, ex-servicemen who have previously availed benefit of ex-servicemen reservation for any Government service shall not be eligible to avail the benefit again under these rules."

(2) in the category of posts of "Police Constable (Civil), (Men and Women)" at serial number 14, in column (6),

(i) under the heading "(2) Age Limit" after item (2), the following shall be inserted, namely:-

"(3) thirty years in the case of Tribals staying in the Forest areas of Karnataka.

(ii) in serial number (3), in sub-item (ii), the following proviso shall be inserted, namely:-

"Provided that in case of Tribals staying in the Forest areas of Karnataka, the Physical Standard shall be as follows:-

For Men:

Height - 155 Cms

Chest - 75 Cms (Fully expanded with a minimum expansion of 5 cms)"

For Women:

Height - 150 Cms

Explanation:- For the purpose of said rules, tribal means "Candidates belonging to any of the tribal communities of Siddis, Jenukuruba, Kadukuruba, Yerava, Soliga, Kudiya, Gowdlu, Hasalaru, Malaikudiya and Koraga in the forests of Uttara Kannada-Karwar, Dakshina Kannada-Mangalore, Udupi, Chickmagalur, Shimoga, Kodagu, Chamarajanagara and Mysore".

(3) in the category of post of Chief Administrative Officer at serial number 85, in column (6), the following proviso shall be inserted, at the end, namely:-

"Provided that for a period of three years from the date of commencement of the Karnataka State Police including Ministerial Service (Recruitment) (Amendment) Rules 2014, if persons who has put in a service of not less than three years in the cadre of Administrative Officer is not available, persons who has put in service of not less than one year may be considered for promotion."

(2) They shall come into force from the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.

2. Amendment of schedule:- In the Karnataka State Reserve Police (Recruitment and Conditions of Service) Rules, 2009, in the schedule:-

(i) in the entries relating to the category of posts of Assistant Commandant at serial number 7, for column (6) and the entries relating thereto, the following shall be substituted, namely:-

"Thirty three one third percent by direct recruitment; and Sixty six two third percent by promotion from the cadre of Reserve Police Inspector.

Method of selection by Direct Recruitment:- The Direct Recruitment shall be made in accordance with the procedure in the Karnataka Recruitment of Gazetted Probationers (Appointment by Competitive Examination) Rules, 1997.

Candidates who are selected by the K.P.S.C. for the post of Assistant Commandant under the above rules shall appear for Physical Standard Test.

Only those who are qualified in Physical Standards Test shall be eligible to appear for the viva voce.

Candidates who remain absent for Physical Standards Test shall be disqualified.

The Physical Standards Test shall be conducted by a committee constituted for the said purpose. The committee shall consist of the following namely:-

(i) An Inspector General of Police, KSRP as Chairman

(ii) A Deputy Inspector General of Police, KSRP as Member

(iii) A Commandant of KSRP as Member Secretary nominated by Director General

and Inspector General of Police

The committee shall conduct Physical Standard Test and submit the results to the KPSC

The Committee shall notify the date, time and place of holding the Physical Standard Test."

(ii) in the entries relating to category of posts of Special Reserve Police Inspector (Men) and Special Reserve Police Inspector (Women) at serial number 8, for the entries in column (7), the following shall be substituted, namely:-

"Must have put in a service of not less than eight years in the cadre of Special Reserve Police Sub-Inspectors (Men), Special Reserve Police Sub-Inspectors (Women) as the case may be, in the Karnataka State Reserve Police;

Provided that, if no officers who have put in a service of not less than eight years are available, officers who have put in a service of not less than five years may be considered for promotion."

(iii) in the entries relating to the category of post of Special Reserve Police Constable (Men) at serial number 15, in the column (6), under the heading "Physical Standard Test" for the words, letters and brackets "The Endurance Test and Physical Standard Test for each district conducted by a committee consisting of an Deputy Inspector General of Police, K.S.R.P. (Chairman) and two members (Commandants to be nominated by D.G. & I.G.P.)" the following shall be substituted, namely:-
