Be it known that no caveat has been entered and the said petition is posted for hearing on 27/1/2015 at 11:00 a.m. in the Hon'ble Court of the IV Additional City Civil & Sessions Judge, Mayo Hall, Bangalore (CCH-21). Any person(s) claiming to have any interest may appear before the court on the above mentioned day either in person or through a pleader before grant of a succession certificate in favour of the petitioners.
