Sub: Correction of entries in respect of Khabrasthan (Old) Sunni, Nagarle belonging to Masjid-e-Ahle- Hadees, Nagarle, Nanjangud Taluk, Mysore District.

Ref: Letter No.DWAC/77/MYS/93-94, dated:12-11-2014 received from the Waqf Officer, DWAC, Mysore District.

PREAMBLE:

The Waqf Officer, DWAC, Mysore District vide his letter dated:12-11-2014 has reported that the Khabrastan (Old) Sunni situated in Sy.No.319, measuring 1A-32G in Nagarle Village, Nanjangud Taluk, is a Waqf property notified at Sl.No.238 of the Gazette of Mysore District and it is under the management of Masjid-e-Ahle Hadees, Nagarle Village, Nanjangud Taluk. The said Khabrastan land was acquired by the Asst. Commissioner, Mysore Sub-Division during the year 1936-37, L.A Case No.120/36 under the Mysore Land Acquisition Regulation Act, 1894 on payment of Rs.690/- towards acquisition charges by the institution.

The Sub-Registrar, Nanjangud vide Document No.30555/36-37, has registered the Khabrasthan land on 09-04-1936.

Whereas in the official Gazette of Mysore bearing notification No.MBW/19(2)/1965, dated:01-04-1965 at Sl.No.238 the extent & Sy.No. of Khabrasthan land was left out.

The Tahsildar, Nanjangud Taluk vide his letter No.LND (1) GL 898/07-08, dated:17-11-2007 has informed that the RTC stands in the name of Muslim Khabrasthan to the extent of 1A-32G in Sy.No.238 of Nagarle Village, Belgere Hobli, Nanjangud Taluk, Mysore District.

The report of the Waqf officer and the records have been examined, there is a need for inclusion of the missing items.

ವಿಷಯ: ನೋಂದಣಿ ಮತ್ತು ಮುದ್ರಾಂಕ ಇಲಾಖೆಯ ಉಡುಪಿ ಜಿಲ್ಲೆಯ ದ್ವಿತೀಯ ದರ್ಜೆ ಸಹಾಯಕರ ಬ್ಯಾಕ್‌ಲಾಗ್ ಹುದ್ದೆಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಅಭ್ಯರ್ಥಿಗಳನ್ನು ನೇಮಕ ಮಾಡಿಕೊಳ್ಳುವ ಬಗ್ಗೆ.

ಪ್ರಸ್ತಾವನೆ:-

ಈ ಇಲಾಖೆಯ ಕೆಳಕಂಡ ಜಿಲ್ಲೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ದ್ವಿತೀಯ ದರ್ಜೆ ಸಹಾಯಕರ ವೃಂದದಲ್ಲಿ ಕೆಳಕಂಡಂತೆ ಬ್ಯಾಕ್‌ಲಾಗ್ ಹುದ್ದೆಗಳು ಇರುತ್ತವೆಂದು ಗುರುತಿಸಿ

ತದನಂತರ ಮೇಲ್ಕಂಡಂತೆ ಗುರುತಿಸಲ್ಪಟ್ಟ ಪರಿಶಿಷ್ಟ ಪಂಗಡದ ಈ ಒಂದು ಬ್ಯಾಕ್‌ಲಾಗ್ ಹುದ್ದೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಪರಿಶಿಷ್ಟ ಪಂಗಡದ ಒಬ್ಬ ಬ್ಯಾಕ್‌ಲಾಗ್ ಅಭ್ಯರ್ಥಿಯನ್ನು ಮತ್ತು ಮೇಲ್ಕಂಡಂತೆ ಗುರುತಿಸಲ್ಪಟ್ಟ ಪರಿಶಿಷ್ಟ ಜಾತಿಯ ಎರಡು ಬ್ಯಾಕ್‌ಲಾಗ್ ಹುದ್ದೆಗಳ ಪೈಕಿ ಒಂದು ಬ್ಯಾಕ್‌ಲಾಗ್ ಹುದ್ದೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಪರಿಶಿಷ್ಟ ಜಾತಿಯ ಒಬ್ಬ ಬ್ಯಾಕ್‌ಲಾಗ್ ಅಭ್ಯರ್ಥಿಯನ್ನು ದ್ವಿತೀಯ ದರ್ಜೆ ಸಹಾಯಕರೆಂದು ಈಗಾಗಲೇ ನೇಮಕಮಾಡಿಕೊಳ್ಳಲಾಗಿದೆ.

ಆದರೆ ಮೇಲ್ಕಂಡಂತೆ ಗುರುತಿಸಲ್ಪಟ್ಟು ಭರ್ತಿಯಾಗದೇ ಉಳಿದ ಪರಿಶಿಷ್ಟ ಜಾತಿಯ ಇನ್ನೊಂದು ಬ್ಯಾಕ್‌ಲಾಗ್ ಹುದ್ದೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ದ್ವಿತೀಯ ದರ್ಜೆ ಸಹಾಯಕರೆಂದು ನೇಮಕಗೊಂಡ ಪರಿಶಿಷ್ಟ ಜಾತಿಯ ಬ್ಯಾಕ್‌ಲಾಗ್ ಅಭ್ಯರ್ಥಿಗಳು ಯಾರೂ ಈ ಜಿಲ್ಲೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಕೆಲಸಕ್ಕೆ ಹಾಜರಾಗದ ಕಾರಣ ಇವರುಗಳಿಗೆ ನೀಡಿದ ನೇಮಕಾತಿ ಆದೇಶಗಳನ್ನು ಕಾನೂನು ರೀತ್ಯಾ ರದ್ದುಪಡಿಸಿ ಈ ವಿಷಯವನ್ನು ನೋಂದಣಿ ಮಹಾಪರಿವೀಕ್ಷಕರು ಮತ್ತು ಮುದ್ರಾಂಕಗಳ ಆಯುಕ್ತರು, ಬೆಂಗಳೂರು ಇವರಿಗೆ ತಿಳಿಸಲಾಯಿತು.

ಈಗ ಮೇಲ್ಕಂಡಂತೆ ಗುರುತಿಸಲ್ಪಟ್ಟು ಭರ್ತಿಯಾಗದೇ ಉಳಿದ ಪರಿಶಿಷ್ಟ ಜಾತಿಯ ಈ ಇನ್ನೊಂದು ಬ್ಯಾಕ್‌ಲಾಗ್ ಹುದ್ದೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ನೇಮಕಾತಿ ಮಾಡಿಕೊಳ್ಳುವುದಕ್ಕಾಗಿ ಕೆಳಕಂಡ ಬ್ಯಾಕ್‌ಲಾಗ್ ಅಭ್ಯರ್ಥಿಯನ್ನು ನೋಂದಣಿ ಮಹಾಪರಿವೀಕ್ಷಕರು ಮತ್ತು ಮುದ್ರಾಂಕಗಳ ಆಯುಕ್ತರು, ಬೆಂಗಳೂರು ಇವರು ಉಲ್ಲೇಖ (2)ರ ಅವರ ರೀ-ಅಲಾಟ್‌ಮೆಂಟ್ ಆದೇಶದಲ್ಲಿ ಈ ಜಿಲ್ಲೆಗೆ ನೇಮಕಾತಿಗಾಗಿ ಅಲಾಟ್ ಮಾಡಿ ಈ ಕೆಳಕಂಡ ಬ್ಯಾಕ್‌ಲಾಗ್ ಅಭ್ಯರ್ಥಿಯನ್ನು ಈ ಜಿಲ್ಲೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ದ್ವಿತೀಯ ದರ್ಜೆ ಸಹಾಯಕರೆಂದು ನೇಮಕ ಮಾಡಿಕೊಳ್ಳುವಂತೆ ನಿರ್ದೇಶಿಸಿದ್ದರ ಮೇರೆ ಕೆಳಕಂಡಂತೆ ಆದೇಶ ಹೊರಡಿಸಲಾಗಿದೆ.

ಪ್ರಸ್ತಾವನೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ವಿವರಿಸಿರುವ ಕಾರಣಗಳ ಹಿನ್ನೆಲೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಹಾಗೂ ಉಲ್ಲೇಖ (1) ರ ಬ್ಯಾಕ್‌ಲಾಗ್ ನಿಯಮಗಳನ್ವಯ ಪ್ರದತ್ತವಾದ ಅಧಿಕಾರದ ಮೇರೆಗೆ ಉಲ್ಲೇಖ (2) ರಲ್ಲಿನ ರೀ-ಆಲಾಟ್‌ಮೆಂಟ್ ಆದೇಶದಲ್ಲಿ ಕಂಡು ಬಂದ ಕೆಳಕಂಡ ಬ್ಯಾಕ್‌ಲಾಗ್ ಅಭ್ಯರ್ಥಿಯನ್ನು ಈ ತಕ್ಷಣದಿಂದ ಜಾರಿಗೆ ಬರುವಂತೆ ಮತ್ತು ಮುಂದಿನ ಆದೇಶದವರೆಗೆ ಈ ಜಿಲ್ಲೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಖಾಲಿ ಇರುವ ದ್ವಿತೀಯ ದರ್ಜೆ ಸಹಾಯಕರ ಹುದ್ದೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಕೆಳಕಂಡ ಷರತ್ತುಗಳಿಗೆ ಒಳಪಡಿಸಿ `11600-200-12000-250-13000-300-14200-350-15600-400-17200-450-19000-500-21000ರ ವೇತನ ಶ್ರೇಣಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಇತರೆ ಭತ್ಯೆಗಳು ಸೇರಿದಂತೆ ತಾತ್ಕಾಲಿಕವಾಗಿ ದ್ವಿತೀಯ ದರ್ಜೆ ಸಹಾಯಕರೆಂದು ನೇಮಕ ಮಾಡಲಾಗಿದೆ. ಹಾಗೂ ಕೆಳಕಂಡ ಅಭ್ಯರ್ಥಿಯನ್ನು ಅವರ ಹೆಸರಿನ ಮುಂದೆ ಸೂಚಿಸಿರುವ ಕಛೇರಿಗೆ ದ್ವಿತೀಯ ದರ್ಜೆ ಸಹಾಯಕರೆಂದು ಸ್ಥಳ ನಿಯುಕ್ತಿಗೊಳಿಸಿದೆ.

ಈ ನೇಮಕಾತಿ ಆದೇಶವು ಕೆಳಕಂಡ ಷರತ್ತುಗಳಿಗೆ ಒಳಪಟ್ಟಿರುತ್ತದೆ ಮತ್ತು ಅಭ್ಯರ್ಥಿಗಳು ಈ ಕೆಳಕಂಡ ಷರತ್ತುಗಳಿಗೆ ಬದ್ಧರಾಗಿರತ್ಕದ್ದು.

ಷರತ್ತುಗಳು:-

1. ಈ ನೇಮಕಾತಿಯು ತಾತ್ಕಾಲಿಕವಾಗಿದ್ದು, ಸದರಿ ಅಭ್ಯರ್ಥಿಯನ್ನು ಯಾವುದೇ ನೋಟೀಸ್ ಅಥವಾ ಕಾರಣ ನೀಡದೇ ಯಾವುದೇ ಘಳಿಗೆಯಲ್ಲಾದರೂ ಕೆಲಸದಿಂದ ತೆಗೆದು ಹಾಕುವ ಷರತ್ತಿಗೆ ಒಳಪಟ್ಟು ನೇಮಕಾತಿ ಮಾಡಲಾಗಿದೆ.

2. ಈ ನೇಮಕಾತಿ ಆದೇಶವು ಯಾವುದೇ ಸಂದರ್ಭದಲ್ಲಾದರೂ ತಿದ್ದೋಲೆ ಮತ್ತು ಮಾರ್ಪಾಡಿಗೆ ಒಳಪಟ್ಟಿರುತ್ತದೆ.

3. ಸದರಿ ಅಭ್ಯರ್ಥಿಯನ್ನು ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ ನಾಗರೀಕ ಸೇವಾ (ಸಾಮಾನ್ಯ ನೇಮಕಾತಿ) ನಿಯಮಗಳು 1977 ರಲ್ಲಿನ ನಿಬಂಧನೆಗಳಿಗೆ ಒಳಪಡಿಸಿ ಮತ್ತು ಕರ್ತವ್ಯಕ್ಕೆ ಹಾಜರಾದ ದಿನಾಂಕದಿಂದ ಎರಡು ವರ್ಷದ ಪರೀಕ್ಷಾರ್ಥ ಅವಧಿಗೆ ಒಳಪಡಿಸಿ ತಾತ್ಕಾಲಿಕವಾಗಿ ನೇಮಕ ಮಾಡಲಾಗಿದೆ.

4. ಅರ್ಹತಾ ಪರೀಕ್ಷೆ ಅವಧಿಯು ಎರಡು ವರ್ಷಗಳೆಂದು ನಿಗಧಿಪಡಿಸಿದೆ. ಈ ಅವಧಿಯೊಳಗೆ 1974ರ ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ ನಾಗರೀಕ ಸೇವಾ (ಸೇವಾ ಮತ್ತು ಕನ್ನಡ ಭಾಷಾ ಪರೀಕ್ಷೆಗಳು) ನಿಯಮಾವಳಿಯಲ್ಲಿನ ಈ ಇಲಾಖೆಯ ದ್ವಿತೀಯ ದರ್ಜೆ ಸಹಾಯಕರ ಹುದ್ದೆಗಳಿಗೆ ನಿಗಧಿ ಪಡಿಸಿದ ಇಲಾಖಾ ಪರೀಕ್ಷೆಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಅಭ್ಯರ್ಥಿಯು ಕಡ್ಡಾಯವಾಗಿ ತೇರ್ಗಡೆ ಹೊಂದತಕ್ಕದ್ದು. ಇದಕ್ಕೆ ತಪ್ಪಿದಲ್ಲಿ ಕೆ.ಸಿ.ಎಸ್ (ಪ್ರೊಬೇಷನ್) ರೂಲ್ಸ್ 1977ರ ಅಡಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಕಟ್ಟುನಿಟ್ಟಿನ ಕ್ರಮ ಜರುಗಿಸಲಾಗುವುದು.

5. ನೇಮಕಾತಿ ಮಾಡಿರುವ ಸ್ಥಳದ ಅಥವಾ ಕಛೇರಿಯ ಮಾರ್ಪಾಡಿಗಾಗಿ ಯಾವುದೇ ಮನವಿಗಳನ್ನು ಯಾವುದೇ ಕಾರಣಕ್ಕಾಗಲೀ ಪುರಸ್ಕರಿಸಲಾಗುವುದಿಲ್ಲ.

6. ಈ ನೇಮಕಾತಿಯು ಆಗಿಂದಾಗ್ಗೆ ಜಾರಿಯಲ್ಲಿರುವ ಸೇವಾ ಷರತ್ತುಗಳು, ನಿಯಮ ಮತ್ತು ಆದೇಶಗಳಿಗೆ ಒಳಪಡುತ್ತದೆ. ಹಾಗೂ ಸದರಿ ಅಭ್ಯರ್ಥಿಗಳು ಕೆ.ಸಿ.ಎಸ್.ಆರ್. ಮತ್ತು ಕೆ.ಸಿ.ಎಸ್. (ನಡತೆ) ನಿಯಮಗಳು 1966 ರಲ್ಲಿನ ಕೆ.ಸಿ.ಎಸ್. (ಸಿ.ಸಿ.ಎ) ನಿಯಮಗಳು 1957 ರಲ್ಲಿನ ಹಾಗೂ ಆಗಿಂದಾಗ್ಗೆ ಜಾರಿಗೆ ಬರುವ ಹಾಗೂ ಜಾರಿಯಲ್ಲಿರುವ ಇತರೆ ಸೇವಾ ಷರತ್ತುಗಳಿಗೆ ಮತ್ತು ನಿಬಂಧನೆಗಳಿಗೆ ಒಳಪಡುತ್ತಾರೆ.

7. ಈ ಆದೇಶ ಮುಟ್ಟಿದ 15 (ಹದಿನೈದು)ದಿನಗಳ ಅವಧಿಯೊಳಗೆ ಕೆಲಸಕ್ಕೆ ಹಾಜರಾಗತಕ್ಕದ್ದು. ಒಂದು ವೇಳೆ ನಿಗಧಿತ ಅವಧಿಯೊಳಗೆ ಕೆಲಸಕ್ಕೆ ಹಾಜರಾಗದಿದ್ದಲ್ಲಿ ಈ ನೇಮಕಾತಿ ರದ್ದಾಗುವುದು ಹಾಗೂ ನೇಮಕಾತಿ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ಅಭ್ಯರ್ಥಿಯು ಯಾವ ಹಕ್ಕನ್ನೂ ಹೊಂದಿರುವುದಿಲ್ಲವೆಂದು ತಿಳಿಯತಕ್ಕದ್ದು.

8. ಅಭ್ಯರ್ಥಿಯು ತಮಗೆ ವಹಿಸಿದ ಕೆಲಸ ಕಾರ್ಯಗಳನ್ನು ತೃಪ್ತಿಕರವಾಗಿ ಮಾಡತಕ್ಕದ್ದು.

9. ಎರಡು ವರ್ಷದ ಪರೀಕ್ಷಾರ್ಥ ಅವಧಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಅಭ್ಯರ್ಥಿಗಳು ತಮ್ಮ ವರ್ಗಾವಣೆಗಾಗಿ ರಾಜಕೀಯ ಅಥವಾ ಇನ್ಯಾವುದೇ ರೀತಿಯ ಒತ್ತಡ ತಂದಲ್ಲಿ ಅಂತಹವರ ವಿರುದ್ಧ ಕಾನೂನು ರೀತ್ಯಾ ಶಿಸ್ತು ಕ್ರಮ ಜರುಗಿಸಲಾಗುವುದು.

10. ಅಭ್ಯರ್ಥಿಗಳು ಸಲ್ಲಿಸಿರುವ ಅಂಕಪಟ್ಟಿಗಳು ಮತ್ತು ಮೀಸಲಾತಿ ಪ್ರಮಾಣ ಪತ್ರಗಳು ಹಾಗೂ ಜಾತಿ ಪ್ರಮಾಣ ಪತ್ರಗಳು ಸಕ್ಷಮ ಪ್ರಾಧಿಕಾರದಿಂದ ಸತ್ಯಾಪನೆಗೆ ಒಳಪಡುತ್ತವೆ.

11. ಅಭ್ಯರ್ಥಿಯು ತಮ್ಮ ಜಾತಿ, ಜನ್ಮ ದಿನಾಂಕ, ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಹತೆ ಇತ್ಯಾದಿಯಾಗಿ ಯಾವುದೇ ವಿಚಾರದಲ್ಲಿ ಅಭ್ಯರ್ಥಿಯು ನೀಡಿರುವ ವಿವರಗಳು ಸುಳ್ಳೆಂದಾಗಲೀ ಅಥವಾ ತಪ್ಪೆಂದಾಗಲೀ ತಿಳಿದು ಬಂದಲ್ಲಿ ಅಂತಹ ಅಭ್ಯರ್ಥಿಯ ವಿರುದ್ಧ ಭಾರತೀಯ ದಂಡ ಸಂಹಿತೆಯಲ್ಲಿನ ಸೂಕ್ತ ಕಲಂಗಳ ಅಡಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಕ್ರಮ ಕೈಗೊಳ್ಳಲಾಗುವುದು ಹಾಗೂ ಕೆ.ಸಿ.ಎಸ್ (ಸಿ.ಸಿ.ಎ) ನಿಯಮಗಳು 1957ರ ಅಡಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಶಿಸ್ತು ಕ್ರಮ ಕೈಗೊಳ್ಳಲಾಗುವುದು.

12. ಅಭ್ಯರ್ಥಿಗಳು ಪರಿಶಿಷ್ಟ ಜಾತಿ ಮತ್ತು ಪರಿಶಿಷ್ಟ ಪಂಗಡದ ಅಭ್ಯರ್ಥಿಗಳಲ್ಲವೆಂದು ಸತ್ಯಾಪನೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ದೃಡಪಟ್ಟಲ್ಲಿ ಅಂತಹ ಅಭ್ಯರ್ಥಿಗಳ ನೇಮಕಾತಿಯನ್ನು ಶಾಶ್ವತವಾಗಿ ಯಾವುದೇ ಸೂಚನೆ ಇಲ್ಲದೇ ರದ್ದು ಪಡಿಸಲಾಗುವುದು.

13. ಗ್ರಾಮೀಣ ಮೀಸಲಾತಿ ಅಡಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಆಯ್ಕೆಗೊಂಡವರು ಗ್ರಾಮೀಣ ಅಭ್ಯರ್ಥಿಗಳಲ್ಲವೆಂದು ದೃಡಪಟ್ಟಲ್ಲಿ ಅಂತಹ ಅಭ್ಯರ್ಥಿಗಳ ನೇಮಕಾತಿಯನ್ನು ಶಾಶ್ವತವಾಗಿ ಯಾವುದೇ ಸೂಚನೆ ಇಲ್ಲದೇ ರದ್ದುಪಡಿಸಲಾಗುವುದು.

14. ಅಭ್ಯರ್ಥಿಯು KGID ಯಲ್ಲಿ ಸರ್ಕಾರಿ ವಿಮೆಯನ್ನು ಕಡ್ಡಾಯವಾಗಿ ಮಾಡತಕ್ಕದ್ದು.

15. ಅಭ್ಯರ್ಥಿಯು ಕೆಳಕಂಡ ದಾಖಲೆಗಳನ್ನು ತಾವು ಕೆಲಸಕ್ಕೆ ಹಾಜರಾಗುವ ಕಛೇರಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಆ ಕಛೇರಿಯ ಮುಖ್ಯಸ್ಥರ ಮುಂದೆ ಹಾಜರುಪಡಿಸತಕ್ಕದ್ದು.

a) ಅಭ್ಯರ್ಥಿಯು ತಮ್ಮ Passport Size ನ ಎರಡು ಇತ್ತೀಚಿನ ಫೋಟೋ.

b) ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಹತೆಯ ಬಗ್ಗೆ SSLC ಮೂಲ ಅಂಕಪಟ್ಟಿ (Original)

e) ಸಂಬಂಧ ಪಟ್ಟ ಸರ್ಕಾರಿ ಜಿಲ್ಲಾ ಸರ್ಜನ್‌ನಿಂದ ನಿಗಧಿತ ನಮೂನೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಪಡೆದ ವೈದ್ಯಕೀಯ ದೈಹಿಕ ಪ್ರಮಾಣ ಪತ್ರ (Original) ( Physical Fitness Certificate)

f) ಅಭ್ಯರ್ಥಿಯು ಕಡೆಯದಾಗಿ ಹಾಜರಾಗಿದ್ದ ಶಾಲೆಯ ಮುಖ್ಯೋಪಾಧ್ಯಾಯರು ನೀಡಿರುವ ನಡತೆ ಪ್ರಮಾಣ ಪತ್ರ (Original) ಅಭ್ಯರ್ಥಿಯು ಕೆಳಕಂಡ ನಮೂನೆಗಳನ್ನು ಮತ್ತು ಮುಚ್ಚಳಿಕೆಗಳನ್ನು ಕೆಲಸಕ್ಕೆ ಹಾಜರಾಗುವ ಮುನ್ನ ತಪ್ಪದೆ ಬರೆದು ಕೊಡತಕ್ಕದ್ದು.

16. ಭಾರತದ ಸಂವಿಧಾನಕ್ಕೆ ಬದ್ಧರಾಗಿರುವ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ಪ್ರತಿಜ್ಞಾ ವಿಧಿಯನ್ನು ಇದಕ್ಕೆ ಲಗತ್ತಿಸಿರುವ ನಮೂನೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಕೆಲಸಕ್ಕೆ ಹಾಜರಾಗುವ ಕಛೇರಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಈ ಕಛೇರಿಯ ಮುಖ್ಯಸ್ಥರಿಗೆ ಬರೆದು ಕೊಡತಕ್ಕದ್ದು.

17. ಅಭ್ಯರ್ಥಿಯು ಮದುವೆಯಾಗಿದ್ದಲ್ಲಿ ಒಬ್ಬರೇ ಪತಿ ಅಥವಾ ಪತ್ನಿ ಹೊಂದಿರುವ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ಕೆ.ಸಿ.ಎಸ್. (ನಡತೆ) ನಿಯಮಗಳು 1966 ರಲ್ಲಿನ ನಿಯಮ 28 ರ ರೀತ್ಯ ಇದಕ್ಕೆ ಲಗತ್ತಿಸುವ ನಮೂನೆಯಲ್ಲಿರುವ ಘೋಷಣಾ ಪತ್ರವನ್ನು ಕೆಲಸಕ್ಕೆ ಹಾಜರಾಗುವ ಕಛೇರಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಆ ಕಛೇರಿಯ ಮುಖ್ಯಸ್ಥರಿಗೆ ಬರೆದುಕೊಡತಕ್ಕದ್ದು.

18. ಒಂದು ವೇಳೆ ಅಭ್ಯರ್ಥಿಯು ಸಲ್ಲಿಸಿದ ಅಂಕಪಟ್ಟಿಗಳು ಮತ್ತು ಮೀಸಲಾತಿ ಪ್ರಮಾಣ ಪತ್ರಗಳು ಹಾಗೂ ಜಾತಿ ಪ್ರಮಾಣ ಪತ್ರಗಳು ಸುಳ್ಳು ಅಥವಾ ನಕಲಿ ಎಂದು ದೃಡಪಟ್ಟಲ್ಲಿ ಅಂತಹ ಅಭ್ಯರ್ಥಿಗಳ ಆಯ್ಕೆಯನ್ನು ಮತ್ತು ನೇಮಕಾತಿಯನ್ನು ಶಾಶ್ವತವಾಗಿ ರದ್ದು ಪಡಿಸಲಾಗುವುದು ಹಾಗೂ ಅಭ್ಯರ್ಥಿಯ ವಿರುದ್ಧ ಭಾರತೀಯ ದಂಡ ಸಂಹಿತೆಯಲ್ಲಿನ ಸೂಕ್ತ ಕಲಂಗಳ ಅಡಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಕ್ರಮ ಕೈಗೊಳ್ಳಲಾಗುವುದು ಹಾಗೂ KCS (CCA) ನಿಯಮಗಳು 1957 ರ ಅಡಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಶಿಸ್ತು ಕ್ರಮ ಕೈಗೊಳ್ಳಲಾಗುವುದು. ಇದಕ್ಕೆ ಬದ್ಧನಾಗಿರುತ್ತೇನೆ ಎಂಬ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ಅಭ್ಯರ್ಥಿಯು ` 20 ರ ಛಾಪಾ ಕಾಗದದಲ್ಲಿ ಇದಕ್ಕೆ ಲಗತ್ತಿಸಿರುವ ಮುಚ್ಚಳಿಕೆ ನಮೂನೆ-1 ಅನ್ನು ಕೆಲಸಕ್ಕೆ ಹಾಜರಾಗುವ ಮುನ್ನ ಈ ಕಛೇರಿಗೆ ಬರೆದುಕೊಡತಕ್ಕದ್ದು.

19. ಈ ನೇಮಕಾತಿಗಾಗಿ ಅರ್ಜಿ ಸಲ್ಲಿಸಿರುವ ಅಭ್ಯರ್ಥಿಗಳ ಪೈಕಿ ಬೇರೆ ಇನ್ಯಾವುದೇ ಅಭ್ಯರ್ಥಿಯು ಅವರ ಆಯ್ಕೆಯನ್ನು ದಾಖಲೆ ಸಹಿತ establish ಮಾಡಿದಲ್ಲಿ ಅಥವಾ ನನ್ನ ನೇಮಕಾತಿಯು ಅಸಿಂಧುವೆಂದು ದಾಖಲೆಗಳ ಸಹಿತ ಸಾಬೀತುಪಡಿಸಿದಲ್ಲಿ ನನ್ನ ನೇಮಕಾತಿಯನ್ನು ಯಾವುದೇ ಸೂಚನೆಯಿಲ್ಲದೇ ಶಾಶ್ವತವಾಗಿ ರದ್ದುಗೊಳಿಸಿ ನನ್ನ ಬದಲಿಗೆ ಬೇರೊಬ್ಬರನ್ನು ಆಯ್ಕೆ ಮಾಡಬಹುದು ಎಂಬ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ಅಭ್ಯರ್ಥಿಯು ` 20 ಛಾಪಾ ಕಾಗದದಲ್ಲಿ ಇದಕ್ಕೆ ಲಗತ್ತಿಸಿರುವ ಮುಚ್ಚಳಿಕೆ ನಮೂನೆ-2 ಅನ್ನು ಕೆಲಸಕ್ಕೆ ಹಾಜರಾಗುವ ಮುನ್ನ ಈ ಕಛೇರಿಗೆ ಬರೆದುಕೊಡತಕ್ಕದ್ದು.

20. ಸರ್ಕಾರದವರು ಈ ಹಿಂದೆ ಜಾರಿಯಲ್ಲಿದ್ದ ನಿವೃತ್ತಿ ಪಿಂಚಣಿ ಸೌಲಭ್ಯ ಯೋಜನೆಗೆ ಬದಲಾಗಿ ದಿ:01-04-2006 ರಿಂದ ಜಾರಿಗೆ ಬರುವಂತೆ ಸರ್ಕಾರದ ಆದೇಶ ಸಂಖ್ಯೆ: FD(SPL)-⁰⁴ PET 2005 ದಿ:31-03-2006ರ ಆದೇಶದಲ್ಲಿ ಹೊಸದಾಗಿ New Defined Contributory Pension Scheme ಎಂಬ ಹೊಸ ಪಿಂಚಣಿ ಯೋಜನೆಯನ್ನು ಜಾರಿಗೆ ತಂದಿರುತ್ತಾರೆ. ಈ ಹೊಸ ಪಿಂಚಣಿ ಯೋಜನೆಯು ದಿ:01-04-2006 ರಿಂದ ಅಥವಾ ತದನಂತರ ನೇಮಕಾತಿ ಹೊಂದಿದ ಎಲ್ಲಾ ರಾಜ್ಯ ಸರ್ಕಾರಿ ನೌಕಕರಿಗೆ ಅನ್ವಯಿಸುತ್ತದೆ ಎಂದು ಆದೇಶ ಮಾಡಿರುತ್ತಾರೆ. ಆದ್ದರಿಂದ ಈ ಜಿಲ್ಲೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ನೇಮಕ ಹೊಂದಿದ ಸದರಿ ನೌಕರರು ದಿನಾಂಕ 31-03-2006ರ ಸದರಿ ಸರ್ಕಾರದ ಆದೇಶದನ್ವಯ ಹೊಸ ಪಿಂಚಣಿ ಯೋಜನೆಗೆ ಒಳಪಡುತ್ತಾರೆಂದು ಈ ಮೂಲಕ ಆದೇಶಿಸಿದೆ ಹಾಗೂ ದಿ:31-03-2006ರ ಸದರಿ ಸರ್ಕಾರದ ಆದೇಶದಲ್ಲಿನ ನಿರ್ದೇಶನಕ್ಕೆ ಸದರಿ ನೌಕರರು ಬದ್ದರಾಗಿರತಕ್ಕದ್ದು.

21. ಒಂದು ವೇಳೆ ನಿಮಗೆ ಕೆಲಸಕ್ಕೆ ಹಾಜರಾಗಲು ಇಷ್ಟವಿಲ್ಲದಿದ್ದಲ್ಲಿ ಇಷ್ಟವಿಲ್ಲವೆಂಬ ಮಾಹಿತಿ ಇರುವ ನಿಮ್ಮ ಮನವಿಯನ್ನು ಇದಕ್ಕೆ ಲಗತ್ತಿಸಿರುವ ಮುಚ್ಚಳಿಕೆ ನಮೂನೆ-ಎ-ಯಲ್ಲಿ 20/- ರೂ. ಛಾಪಾ ಕಾಗದಲ್ಲಿ ಬರೆದು ನೋಟರಿ ಸಮಕ್ಷಮ ಸಹಿ ಮಾಡಿ ಸದರಿ ನಮೂನೆಯನ್ನು ಈ ನೇಮಕಾತಿ ಆದೇಶ ನಿಮಗೆ ತಲುಪಿದ ದಿನಾಂಕದಿಂದ ಹದಿನೈದು ದಿನಗಳೊಳಗೆ ಈ ಕಛೇರಿಗೆ ತಪ್ಪದೇ ಕಳುಹಿಸುವಂತೆ ನಿಮಗೆ ತಿಳಿಸಿದೆ ಇದರೊಂದಿಗೆ ಮುಚ್ಚಳಿಕೆ ನಮೂನೆ-ಎ-ಯನ್ನು ಲಗತ್ತಿಸಿ ಕಳುಹಿಸಲಾಗಿದೆ.

22. ಒಂದು ವೇಳೆ ನೀವು ಈ ನೇಮಕಾತಿ ಆದೇಶ ತಲುಪಿದ ದಿನಾಂಕದಿಂದ ಹದಿನೈದು ದಿನಗಳೊಳಗೆ ನಿಮ್ಮನ್ನು ನೇಮಕ ಮಾಡಿದ ಕಛೇರಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ನೀವು ಕೆಲಸಕ್ಕೆ ಹಾಜರಾಗದೇ ಇದ್ದಲ್ಲಿ ಅಥವಾ ಅದೇ ಹದಿನೈದು ದಿನಗಳೊಳಗೆ ಕೆಲಸಕ್ಕೆ ಹಾಜರಾಗಲು ತನಗೆ ಇಷ್ಟವಿಲ್ಲವೆಂಬ ಮಾಹಿತಿ ಇರುವ ನಿಮ್ಮ ಮನವಿಯನ್ನು ಇದಕ್ಕೆ ಲಗತ್ತಿಸಿರುವ ಮುಚ್ಚಳಿಕೆ ನಮೂನೆ-ಎ-ಯಲ್ಲಿ 20/- ರೂ. ಛಾಪಾ ಕಾಗದಲ್ಲಿ ಬರೆದು ಜಿಲ್ಲಾ ನೋಂದಣಾಧಿಕಾರಿಗಳು, ಉಡುಪಿ ಇವರಿಗೆ ಕಳುಹಿಸದೇ ಇದ್ದಲ್ಲಿ ನಿಮ್ಮ ಈ ನೇಮಕಾತಿಯನ್ನು ನಿಯಮಾನುಸಾರ ನಿಮಗೆ ಯಾವುದೇ ನೋಟೀಸ್ ನೀಡದೇ ರದ್ದುಪಡಿಸಲಾಗುವುದು (Cancel ಮಾಡಲಾಗುವುದು) ಇದಕ್ಕೆ ನೀವು ಬದ್ದರಾಗಿರತಕ್ಕದ್ದು.
