ಶ್ರೀ ಪಿ.ಶಿವಕುಮಾರ್, ಪೊಲೀಸ್ ಇನ್ಸ್‌ಪೆಕ್ಟರ್ (ಸಿವಿಲ್), ಕೋಲಾರ ವೃತ್ತ, ಕೋಲಾರ ಇವರಿಗೆ ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ ನಾಗರೀಕ ಸೇವಾ ನಿಯಮಗಳ ನಿಯಮ 32ರಡಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ವೇತನ ಶ್ರೇಣಿ ರೂ.28100-50100ರ ಡೆಪ್ಯೂಟಿ ಸೂಪರಿಟೆಂಡೆಂಟ್ ಆಫ್ ಪೊಲೀಸ್(ಸಿವಿಲ್)ಹುದ್ದೆಯ ಸ್ವತಂತ್ರ ಪ್ರಭಾರದಲ್ಲಿರಸಿ, ಬೆಂಗಳೂರು ಮಹಾನಗರ ಕಾರ್ಯಾಚರಣೆ ಪಡೆ (BMTF) ಇಲ್ಲಿ ಖಾಲಿ ಇರುವ ಡಿವೈಎಸ್‌ಪಿ ಹುದ್ದೆಗೆ ತಕ್ಷಣದಿಂದ ಜಾರಿಗೆ ಬರುವಂತೆ ಹಾಗೂ ಮುಂದಿನ ಆದೇಶದವರೆಗೆ, ಸ್ಥಳ ನಿಯುಕ್ತಿಗೊಳಿಸಲಾಗಿದೆ.

ಮೇಲ್ಕಂಡ ಸ್ವತಂತ್ರ ಪ್ರಭಾರದ ನೇಮಕಾತಿಯು ಕೇವಲ ತಾತ್ಕಾಲಿಕ ವ್ಯವಸ್ಥೆಯಾಗಿದ್ದು, ಮುಂಬಡ್ತಿಯಾಗಿರುವುದಿಲ್ಲ. ಸ್ವತಂತ್ರ ಪ್ರಭಾರ ನೇಮಕಾತಿಯು ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ ಆಡಳಿತ ನ್ಯಾಯ ಮಂಡಳಿಯ ಅರ್ಜಿ ಸಂಖ್ಯೆ: 6773-6779/2010ರಲ್ಲಿ ನೀಡುವ ಅಂತಿಮ ತೀರ್ಪಿಗೆ ಒಳಪಟ್ಟಿರುತ್ತದೆ.
