ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ ಸರ್ಕಾರ ಸಚಿವಾಲಯ ಸೇವೆಗೆ ಸೇರಿದ ಈ ಕೆಳಕಂಡ ಶಾಖಾಧಿಕಾರಿಗಳಿಗೆ ವೇತನ ಶ್ರೇಣಿ ರೂ. 28100-50100 ರ ಸರ್ಕಾರದ ಅಧೀನ ಕಾರ್ಯದರ್ಶಿ ವೃಂದಕ್ಕೆ ಸ್ಥಾನಪನ್ನ ಬಡ್ತಿ ನೀಡಿ ಈ ತಕ್ಷಣದಿಂದ ಜಾರಿಗೆ ಬರುವಂತೆ ಹಾಗೂ ಮುಂದಿನ ಆದೇಶದವರೆಗೆ ಅವರುಗಳ ಹೆಸರಿನ ಮುಂದೆ ಸೂಚಿಸಿರುವ ಹುದ್ದೆಗಳಿಗೆ ಸ್ಥಳ ನಿಯುಕ್ತಿಗೊಳಿಸಿ ನೇಮಿಸಲಾಗಿದೆ.

ಈ ಮುಂಬಡ್ತಿ ಅಧಿಸೂಚನೆಯು ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ ಸಾರ್ವಜನಿಕ ಉದ್ಯೋಗ (ಹೈದ್ರಾಬಾದ್-ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ ಪ್ರದೇಶಕ್ಕೆ ನೇಮಕಾತಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಮೀಸಲಾತಿ) ಆದೇಶ 2013ರ ಕಂಡಿಕೆ-13(ಎ)ಗೆ ಮಾನ್ಯ ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ ಆಡಳಿತ ನ್ಯಾಯ ಮಂಡಳಿಯು ಅರ್ಜಿ ಸಂಖ್ಯೆ 4368-72/2014ರಲ್ಲಿ ತಡೆಯಾಜ್ಞೆಯನ್ನು ನೀಡಿರುವುದರಿಂದ ಮಾನ್ಯ ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ ಆಡಳಿತ ನ್ಯಾಯ ಮಂಡಳಿಯ ಅಂತಿಮ ಆದೇಶ ಹಾಗೂ ಇತರೆ ನ್ಯಾಯಾಲಯಗಳ ಅಂತಿಮ ಆದೇಶಕ್ಕನುಗುಣವಾಗಿ ಪರಿಶೀಲನೆ ಮತ್ತು ಮರು ಹೊಂದಾಣಿಕೆ ಮಾಡುವ ಷರತ್ತಿಗೊಳಪಟ್ಟು ಶಾಖಾಧಿಕಾರಿ ವೃಂದದಿಂದ ಅಧೀನ ಕಾರ್ಯದರ್ಶಿ ವೃಂದಕ್ಕೆ ಮುಂಬಡ್ತಿ ನೀಡಲಾಗಿದೆ.
