No: ACS/Home/16/CDR/2014, Bengaluru, Dated: 02-01-2015.

In exercise of the powers vested under Rule 2(d) and 4 of The Information Technology (Procedure and Safeguards for Interception. Monitoring and Decryption of Information) Rule 2009, the Government of Karnataka, in its notification dated 26/06/2014 had authorised the following officers of the Karnataka Forest Department to receive Call Detail Records (CDR) from the service providers while discharging their duties under The Karnataka Forest Act 1963 and Wildlife Protection Act 1972, for a period of six months from the date of issue.

The said authorisation is further extended from 26-12-2014 upto 30-06-2015.

All other details remain same.

In exercise of the powers conferred by subsection (1) of Section 30 of the Registration of Births and Deaths Act 1969 (Central Act 18 of 1969), the Government of Karnataka, with the approval of the Central Government hereby makes, the following rules further to amend the Karnataka Registration of Births and Deaths Rules, 1999, namely:-

1. Title & Commencement : (1) These rules may be called the Karnataka Registration of Births and Deaths (Amendment) Rules, 2015.

(2) They shall come into force from the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.

(2) Substituion of Form No. 1, 1A, 2, 3, 5 and 6:- In the Karnataka Registration of Births and Deaths Rules, 1999 and subsequent amendments 2006, 2012 for Form No.1, 1A, 2, 3, 5 and 6, the following shall be substituted namely:-

ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ ಅರಣ್ಯ ಕಾಯ್ದೆ 1963ರ ಕಲಂ(4)ರಡಿ ಹೊರಡಿಸಲಾಗಿದ್ದ ಅಧಿಸೂಚನೆ ಸಂಖ್ಯೆ:ಎಫ್ಎಫ್‌ಡಿ 198 ಎಫ್ಎಎಫ್ 1980, ದಿನಾಂಕ:02.04.1982ರಲ್ಲಿ ಶಿವಮೊಗ್ಗ ಜಿಲ್ಲೆ, ಹೊಸನಗರ ತಾಲ್ಲೂಕು, ನಗರ ಹೊಬಳಿ, ಮಂಜಗಳಲೆ ಗ್ರಾಮದ ಸ.ನಂ.ಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಒಟ್ಟು 992 ಎಕರೆ ಪ್ರದೇಶವನ್ನು ಮೀಸಲು ಅರಣ್ಯವಾನ್ನಾಗಿ ಘೋಷಿಸಲು ಉದ್ದೇಶಿಸಲಾಗಿತ್ತು. ಸದರಿ ಅಧಿಸೂಚನೆಯನ್ನು ದಿ: 22.07.1982ರಲ್ಲಿ ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ ರಾಜ್ಯ ಪತ್ರದಲ್ಲಿ ಪ್ರಕಟಿಸಲಾಗಿತ್ತು.

ಅರಣ್ಯ ವ್ಯವಸ್ಥಾಪನಾಧಿಕಾರಿ, ಶಿವಮೊಗ್ಗ, ಮತ್ತು ಜಿಲ್ಲಾಧಿಕಾರಿ, ಶಿವಮೊಗ್ಗ ಇವರುಗಳ ಶಿಫಾರಸ್ಸಿನ್ವಯ ಪ್ರಧಾನ ಮುಖ್ಯ ಅರಣ್ಯ ಸಂರಕ್ಷಣಾಧಿಕಾರಿ, ಅರಣ್ಯ ಪಡೆ ಮುಖ್ಯಸ್ಥರು ರವರ ದಿನಾಂಕ:18/04.10/11/2006ರಲ್ಲಿ ಸರ್ಕಾರಕ್ಕೆ ಶಿಫಾರಸ್ಸು ಮಾಡಿರುವ ಹಿನ್ನಲೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಕೆಳಸೂಚಿಸಿರುವ ಅನುಸೂಚಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ನಮೂದಿಸಿರುವಂತೆ ಒಟ್ಟು 1722-00 ಎಕರೆ ಅಥವಾ ಹೆಕ್ಟೇರ್ ಪ್ರದೇಶವನ್ನು ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ ಅರಣ್ಯ ಕಾಯ್ದೆ 1963ರ ಕಲಂ-17ರಡಿ ಮೀಸಲು ಅರಣ್ಯ ಎಂದು ಸರ್ಕಾರ ಘೋಷಿಸಿರುತ್ತದೆ.

ಸರಹದ್ದುಗಳ ವಿವರಣೆ

ಬ್ಲಾಕ್ – 1 :-

ಸ.ನಂ. 53, 54, 55, 60, 66, 67, 159 ಮತ್ತು 298 ವಿಸ್ತೀರ್ಣ 979.00 ಎಕ್ರೆ ಅಥವಾ 395.55 ಹೆಕ್ಟೇರ್ಸ್.

ಉತ್ತರ :-

ಪೂರ್ವ:-

ರೇಖೆಯು ಸ್ಥಾನಸಂಖ್ಯೆ 1 ರಿಂದ 2ಕ್ಕೆ ದಕ್ಷಿಣ ಮತ್ತು ನೈರುತ್ಯ ದಿಕ್ಕುಗಳ ನಡುವೆ ಸರ್ವೆ ನಂ.214ರಲ್ಲಿ 15.55 ಸರಪಳಿ ದೂರ ಚಲಿಸುತ್ತದೆ. ಪುನಃ ರೇಖೆಯು ಸ್ಥಾನಸಂಖ್ಯೆ 2 ರಿಂದ 3ಕ್ಕೆ ಪೂರ್ವ ಮತ್ತು ಆಗ್ನೇಯ ದಿಕ್ಕುಗಳ ನಡುವೆ 8 ಸರಪಳಿ ದೂರ ಚಲಿಸುತ್ತದೆ. ಮತ್ತೆ ರೇಖೆಯು ಸ್ಥಾನಸಂಖ್ಯೆ 3 ರಿಂದ 4ಕ್ಕೆ ದಕ್ಷಿಣಾಭಿಮುಖವಾಗಿ 27 ಸರಪಳಿ ದೂರ ಚಲಿಸುತ್ತದೆ. ಮತ್ತೆ ರೇಖೆಯು ಚಲಿಸಿ ಸ್ಥಾನಸಂಖ್ಯೆ 4 ರಿಂದ 5ಕ್ಕೆ ನೈರುತ್ಯ ಮತ್ತು ಪಶ್ಚಿಮ ದಿಕ್ಕುಗಳ ನಡುವೆ 19 ಸರಪಳಿ ದೂರ ಚಲಿಸುತ್ತದೆ. ಪುನಃ ರೇಖೆಯು ಸ್ಥಾನಸಂಖ್ಯೆ 5 ರಿಂದ 6ಕ್ಕೆ ದಕ್ಷಿಣಾಭಿಮುಖವಾಗಿ 22.40 ಸರಪಳಿ ದೂರ ಚಲಿಸುತ್ತದೆ. ಮತ್ತೆ ರೇಖೆಯು ಸ್ಥಾನಸಂಖ್ಯೆ 6 ರಿಂದ 7ಕ್ಕೆ ಪೂರ್ವಾಭಿಮುಖವಾಗಿ 7 ಸರಪಳಿ ದೂರ ಚಲಿಸುತ್ತದೆ. ಪುನಃ ರೇಖೆಯು ಸ್ಥಾನಸಂಖ್ಯೆ 7 ರಿಂದ 8ಕ್ಕೆ ಉತ್ತರಾಭಿಮುಖವಾಗಿ ಸ.ನಂ.214 ರಲ್ಲಿ 23 ಸರಪಳಿ ದೂರ ಚಲಿಸುತ್ತದೆ. ಮತ್ತು ರೇಖೆಯು ಸ್ಥಾನಸಂಖ್ಯೆ 8 ರಿಂದ 9ಕ್ಕೆ ಪೂರ್ವ ಮತ್ತು ಆಗ್ನೇಯ ದಿಕ್ಕುಗಳ ನಡುವೆ 11.25 ಸರಪಳಿ ದೂರ ಚಲಿಸುತ್ತದೆ. ಪುನಃ ರೇಖೆಯು ಸ್ಥಾನಸಂಖ್ಯೆ 9 ರಿಂದ 10ಕ್ಕೆ ಪೂರ್ವಾಭಿಮುಖವಾಗಿ 9 ಸರಪಳಿ ದೂರ ಚಲಿಸುತ್ತದೆ. ಮತ್ತೆ ರೇಖೆಯು ಸ್ಥಾನಸಂಖ್ಯೆ 10 ರಿಂದ 11ಕ್ಕೆ ದಕ್ಷಿಣಾಭಿಮುಖವಾಗಿ 22 ಸರಪಳಿ ದೂರ ಚಲಿಸುತ್ತದೆ. ಪುನಃ ರೇಖೆಯು ಸ್ಥಾನಸಂಖ್ಯೆ 13 ರಿಂದ 14ಕ್ಕೆ ಆಗ್ನೇಯಾಭಿಮುಖವಾಗಿ 10.10 ಸರಪಳಿ ದೂರ ಚಲಿಸುತ್ತದೆ. ಪುನಃ ರೇಖೆಯು ಸ್ಥಾನ ಸಂಖ್ಯೆ 14 ರಿಂದ 14ಎಗೆ ದಕ್ಷಿಣಾಭಿಮುಖವಾಗಿ 9.00 ಸರಪಳಿ ದೂರ ಚಲಿಸಿತ್ತದೆ. ಪುನಃ ರೇಖೆಯು ಸ್ಥಾನಸಂಖ್ಯೆ 14ಎ ಯಿಂದ 15ಕ್ಕೆ ಪೂರ್ವಾಭಿಮುಖವಾಗಿ 4 ಸರಪಳಿ ದೂರ ಚಲಿಸುತ್ತದೆ. ಮತ್ತೆ ರೇಖೆಯು ಸ್ಥಾನಸಂಖ್ಯೆ 15 ರಿಂದ 16ಕ್ಕೆ ಉತ್ತರಾಭಿಮುಖವಾಗಿ ಸ.ನಂ.235 ಮತ್ತು 156ರ ಸಾಮಾನ್ಯ ಗಡಿಯ ಮೇಲೆ 12 ಸರಪಳಿ ದೂರ ಚಲಿಸುತ್ತದೆ. ಪುನಃ ರೇಖೆಯು ಸ್ಥಾನಸಂಖ್ಯೆ 16 ರಿಂದ 17ಕ್ಕೆ ಪೂರ್ವಾಭಿಮುಖವಾಗಿ 21.35 ಸರಪಳಿ ದೂರ ಚಲಿಸುತ್ತದೆ. ಪನಃ ರೇಖೆಯು ಸ್ಥಾನಸಂಖ್ಯೆ 17 ರಿಂದ 18ಕ್ಕೆ ದಕ್ಷಿಣ ಮತ್ತು ನೈರುತ್ಯ ದಿಕ್ಕುಗಳ ನಡುವೆ 11 ಸರಪಳಿ ದೂರ ಚಲಿಸುತ್ತದೆ. ಮತ್ತೆ ರೇಖೆಯು ಸ್ಥಾನಸಂಖ್ಯೆ 18 ರಿಂದ 19ಕ್ಕೆ ಪಶ್ಚಿಮಾಭಿಮುಖವಾಗಿ 18.10 ಸರಪಳಿ ದೂರ ಚಲಿಸುತ್ತದೆ. ಮತ್ತು ಮಂಜಗಳಲೆ ಗ್ರಾಮದ ಸ.ನಂ. 235, 156 ಮತ್ತು 160ರ ಕೂಡುಬಾಂದನ್ನು ಮುಟ್ಟುತ್ತದೆ. ಪುನಃ ರೇಖೆಯು ಸ್ಥಾನಸಂಖ್ಯೆ 19 ರಿಂದ 20ಕ್ಕೆ ನೈರುತ್ಯಾಭಿಮುಖವಾಗಿ 17.00 ಸರಪಳಿ ದೂರ ಚಲಿಸುತ್ತದೆ. ಮತ್ತೆ ರೇಖೆಯು ಸ.ನಂ.23ರಲ್ಲಿ ಸ್ಥಾನಸಂಖ್ಯೆ 20 ರಿಂದ 21ಕ್ಕೆ ದಕ್ಷಿಣ ಮತ್ತು ನೈರುತ್ಯ ದಿಕ್ಕುಗಳ ನಡುವೆ 9 ಸರಪಳಿ ದೂರ ಚಲಿಸುತ್ತದೆ. ಮತ್ತು ಸ.ನಂ.235, 214 ಮತ್ತು 178ರ ಕೂಡುಬಾಂದನ್ನು ಮುಟ್ಟುತ್ತದೆ. ಮತ್ತೆ ರೇಖೆಯು ಸ್ಥಾನಸಂಖ್ಯೆ 21 ರಿಂದ 23ಕ್ಕೆ ಸ್ಥಾನಸಂಖ್ಯೆ 22ರ ಮೂಲಕ ನೈರುತ್ಯಾಭಿಮುಖವಾಗಿ 29.50 ಸರಪಳಿ ದೂರ ಚಲಿಸುತ್ತದೆ. ಪುನಃ ರೇಖೆಯು ಸ್ಥಾನಸಂಖ್ಯೆ 23 ರಿಂದ 23ಎಗೆ ಪಶ್ಚಿಮಾಭಿಮುಖವಾಗಿ 12.50 ಸರಪಳಿ ದೂರ ಚಲಿಸುತ್ತದೆ. ಮತ್ತೆ ರೇಖೆಯು ಸ್ಥಾನಸಂಖ್ಯೆ 23ಎ ನಿಂದ 24ಕ್ಕೆ ಪಶ್ಚಿಮ ಮತ್ತು ವಾಯುವ್ಯ ದಿಕ್ಕುಗಳ ನಡುವೆ 14.40 ಸರಪಳಿ ದೂರ ಚಲಿಸುತ್ತದೆ. ಪುನಃ ರೇಖೆಯು ಸ್ಥಾನಸಂಖ್ಯೆ 24 ರಿಂದ 24ಎಗೆ ಪಶ್ಚಿಮಾಭಿಮುಖವಾಗಿ 8 ಸರಪಳಿ ದೂರ ಚಲಿಸುತ್ತದೆ. ಮತ್ತೆ ರೇಖೆಯು ಸ್ಥಾನಸಂಖ್ಯೆ 24ಎ ಯಿಂದ 24ಬಿಗೆ ದಕ್ಷಿಣ ಮತ್ತು ಆಗ್ನೇಯ ದಿಕ್ಕುಗಳ ನಡುವೆ 5.50 ಸರಪಳಿ ದೂರ ಚಲಿಸುತ್ತದೆ. ಮತ್ತೆ ರೇಖೆಯು ಸ್ಥಾನಸಂಖ್ಯೆ 24ಬಿ ಯಿಂದ 24ಸಿಗೆ ಪಶ್ಚಿಮ ಮತ್ತು ನೈರುತ್ಯ ದಿಕ್ಕುಗಳ ನಡುವೆ 5.70 ಸರಪಳಿ ದೂರ ಚಲಿಸುತ್ತದೆ. ಪುನಃ ರೇಖೆಯು ಸ್ಥಾನಸಂಖ್ಯೆ 24ಸಿ ಯಿಂದ 24ಡಿಗೆ ವಾಯುವ್ಯಾಭಿಮುಖವಾಗಿ 2.25 ಸರಪಳಿ ದೂರ ಚಲಿಸುತ್ತದೆ. ಮತ್ತೆ ರೇಖೆಯು ಸ್ಥಾನಸಂಖ್ಯೆ 25 ರಿಂದ 25ಎಗೆ ಪೂರ್ವ ಮತ್ತು ಆಗ್ನೇಯ ದಿಕ್ಕುಗಳ ನಡುವೆ 19.75 ಸರಪಳಿ ದೂರ ಚಲಿಸುತ್ತದೆ. ಪುನಃ ರೇಖೆಯು ಸ್ಥಾನಸಂಖ್ಯೆ 25ಎ ಯಿಂದ 25ಬಿಗೆ ನೈರುತ್ಯಾಭಿಮುಖವಾಗಿ 5.65 ಸರಪಳಿ ದೂರ ಚಲಿಸುತ್ತದೆ. ನಂತರ ರೇಖೆಯು ಸ್ಥಾನಸಂಖ್ಯೆ 25ಬಿ ಯಿಂದ 25ಸಿಗೆ ಆಗ್ನೇಯಾಭಿಮುಖವಾಗಿ 4 ಸರಪಳಿ೮೯೨ ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ ರಾಜ್ಯಪತ್ರ, ಗುರುವಾರ, ಮೇ ೨೧, ೨೦೧೫ ಭಾಗ ೪ಎ ದೂರ ಚಲಿಸುತ್ತದೆ. ಮತ್ತೆ ರೇಖೆಯು ಸ್ಥಾನಸಂಖ್ಯೆ 25ಸಿ ಯಿಂದ 27ಕ್ಕೆ ಸ್ಥಾನಸಂಖ್ಯೆ 26ರ ಮೂಲಕ ಈಶಾನ್ಯಾಭಿಮುಖವಾಗಿ ಒಟ್ಟು 19 ಸರಪಳಿ ದೂರ ಚಲಿಸುತ್ತದೆ. ಪುನಃ ರೇಖೆಯು ಸ್ಥಾನಸಂಖ್ಯೆ 26 ರಿಂದ 27ಕ್ಕೆ ಈಶಾನ್ಯಾಭಿಮುಖವಾಗಿ 13 ಸರಪಳಿ ದೂರ ಚಲಿಸುತ್ತದೆ. ಮತ್ತು ಸ.ನಂ.164 ಮತ್ತು 178ರ ಕೂಡುಬಾಂದನ್ನು ಮುಟ್ಟುತ್ತದೆ. ಪುನಃ ರೇಖೆಯು ಸ್ಥಾನಸಂಖ್ಯೆ 27 ರಿಂದ 28ಕ್ಕೆ ಸ.ನಂ.178 ಮತ್ತು 164ರ ಸಾಮಾನ್ಯ ಗಡಿ ರೇಖೆಯ ಮೇಲೆ ಆಗ್ನೇಯಾಭಿಮುಖವಾಗಿ 28.70 ಸರಪಳಿ ದೂರ ಚಲಿಸುತ್ತದೆ. ಮತ್ತು ಚಕ್ರಾ ರಾಜ್ಯ ಅರಣ್ಯ ಗಡಿಯನ್ನು ಮುಟ್ಟುತ್ತದೆ.

ರೇಖೆಯು ಸ್ಥಾನಸಂಖ್ಯೆ 28 ರಿಂದ 29ಕ್ಕೆ ಪಶ್ಚಿಮಾಭಿಮುಖವಾಗಿ ಚಕ್ರಾ ರಾಜ್ಯ ಅರಣ್ಯ ಗಡಿಯ ಮೇಲೆ 50.50 ಸರಪಳಿ ದೂರ ಸಾಗುತ್ತದೆ.

ಪಶ್ಚಿಮ:-

ರೇಖೆಯು ಸ್ಥಾನಸಂಖ್ಯೆ 29 ರಿಂದ 30ಕ್ಕೆ ವಾಯುವ್ಯಾಭಿಮುಖವಾಗಿ 36 ಸರಪಳಿ ದೂರ ಚಕ್ರಾ ಅರಣ್ಯ ಗಡಿಯ ಮೇಲೆ ಚಲಿಸುತ್ತದೆ. ಮತ್ತೆ ರೇಖೆಯು 30 ರಿಂದ 31ಕ್ಕೆ ಈಶಾನ್ಯಾಭಿಮುಖವಾಗಿ 55 ಸರಪಳಿ ದೂರ ಚಲಿಸುತ್ತದೆ. ಮತ್ತೆ ರೇಖೆಯು ಸ್ಥಾನಸಂಖ್ಯೆ 31 ರಿಂದ 33ಕ್ಕೆ ಸ್ಥಾನಸಂಖ್ಯೆ 32ರ ಮುಖಾಂತರ ವಾಯುವ್ಯಾಭಿಮುಖವಾಗಿ ಒಟ್ಟು 38 ಸರಪಳಿ ದೂರ ಚಲಿಸುತ್ತದೆ. ಪುನಃ ರೇಖೆಯು ಸ್ಥಾನಸಂಖ್ಯೆ 33 ರಿಂದ 34ಕ್ಕೆ ರಾಜ್ಯ ಅರಣ್ಯ ಗಡಿ ರೇಖೆಯ ಮೇಲೆ ಉತ್ತರ ಮತ್ತು ಈಶಾನ್ಯ ದಿಕ್ಕುಗಳ ನಡುವೆ 58 ಸರಪಳಿ ದೂರ ಚಲಿಸುತ್ತದೆ. ಮತ್ತೆ ನಾಗೋಡಿ ಗಡಿ ಮತ್ತು ಚಕ್ರಾ ರಾಜ್ಯ ಅರಣ್ಯ ಗಡಿ ರೇಖೆಯನ್ನು ದಾಟಿ ಪ್ರಾರಂಭದ ಬಿಂದುವನ್ನು ಮುಟ್ಟುತ್ತದೆ.

1. ಗ್ರಾಮಸ್ಥರು ಉಚಿತವಾಗಿ ತಮ್ಮ ಜಾನುವಾರುಗಳಿಗೆ ಹುಲ್ಲನ್ನು ಮೇಯಿಸಬಹುದು.

3. ಗ್ರಾಮಸ್ಥರು ಉಚಿತವಾಗಿ ತಮ್ಮ ವಾಸ್ತವ ಉಪಯೋಗಕ್ಕೆ ಉರುವಲು ಒಣಸೌದೆಯನ್ನು ಸಂಗ್ರಹಿಸಬಹುದಾಗಿದೆ.

4. ಗ್ರಾಮಸ್ಥರು ಉಚಿತವಾಗಿ ತಮ್ಮ ವಾಸ್ತವ ಉಪಯೋಗಕ್ಕಾಗಿ ಮುಳೀಹುಲ್ಲನ್ನು ಉಪಯೋಗಿಸಬಹುದು.

RULES

1. Title and commencement.- (1) These rules may be called the Karnataka (Licensing of Electrical Contractors, Special wiring permit and grant of certificates and permits to Electrical Supervisors and wiremen) (Amendment) Rules, 2015,

(2) They shall come into force from the date of their publication in the official Gazette.

2. Amendment of rule 3.-In Karnataka (Licensing of Electrical Contractors, Special wiring permit and grant of certificates and permits to Electrical Supervisors and wiremen) Rules, 2012, (hereinafter referred to as the said rules), in rule 3, in the table, in the serial No.2, in the second column, for the words "The Deputy Chief Electrical Inspector, Bangalore", the words " The Additional Chief Electrical Inspector or his nominee not below the rank of the Deputy Chief Electrical Inspector, Bangalore" shall be substituted.

3.Amendment of Rule 12.- In rule 12 of said rules,-

(i) in sub-rule(1)-

(a) in clause (d), after the words "Stamp paper", the words " and the person authorized to sign shall satisfy the condition specified under clause (b)" shall be inserted.

(b) In clause (g), at the end, the following shall be inserted, namely;-

"all the testing instruments shall conform to Bureau of Indian Standard (BIS) or International Electro Technical Council (IEC) standard".

(ii) In sub–rule (2),-

(a) In clause (a), after sub-clause (vi), the following shall be inserted, namely:-

"(vii) in case of applicant belongs to outside the state shall have a valid class I, electrical contractor license for a minimum continuous period of three years and must have executed the installation and commissioning work of not less than eight numbers of HV/EHV installation, certified by respective State Licensee /Licensing Board shall be furnished".

(b) In clause (b),-

(1a) in sub-clause (i), after the word "Diploma in Electrical Engineering discipline", the words, figures, brackets and letter "and in case of partnership firm or Private Limited Company seeking class I license based in the Diploma or Degree in Electrical Engineering Qualification of their partner or director shall satisfy the condition stipulated under clause (d) of sub rule (1)" shall be inserted.

(1b) after clause (v), the following shall be inserted, namely;-

"(vi) In case of applicant belongs to outside the state shall have a valid class I, electrical contractor license for a minimum continuous period of three years".

4. Amendment of rules 13.- In rule 13 of the said rules, in sub-rule (3) in clause (f), for the words "application or", the words "application and" shall be substituted.

5. Amendment of rule 24.- In rule 24 of the said rules, in sub-rule (6),-

(i) in clause (c), for the figures "23", the figures "21" shall be substituted;

(ii) in clause (d), for the words and brackets "Electrical Supervisor (General) Permit", the words " Wiremen permit" shall be substituted;

(iii) for clause (e), the following shall be substituted namely:-

"(e) has a minimum of three years experience in an underground / open cast mining installation located within the territory of State of Karnataka after having obtained a wiremen grade 1 or grade 2 permit".

6. Amendment of rule 35.- In rule 35 of the said rules, in sub-rule (10) with word " Three", the word " Five" shall be substituted.

7. Insertion of rule 38A.- After rule 38 of the said rules, the following new rule shall be inserted, namely:-

"38A Removal of difficulty.- If any difficulty arises in giving effect to the provisions of these rules, the state Government may by order remove such difficulty not inconsistent with the provisions of these rules.

Provided that no such order shall be issued after expiry of two years from the date of commencement of Karnataka (Licensing of Electrical Contractors, Special wiring permit and grant of certificates and permits to Electrical Supervisors and wiremen) (Amendment) Rules, 2015".

(ii) in the entries relating to the category of post of "Senior Chemist and public analyst" at serial No-33, for the words "Senior Chemist", occurring in two places the words "Senior Food Analyst" shall be substituted.

3. Amendment of Schedule II:- In the second schedule to the said rules,-

The draft of the following rules which the Government of Karnataka proposes to make in exercise of the powers conferred by section 19 of the Karnataka Cinemas (Regulation) Act, 1964 (Karnataka Act 23 of 1964) was published in Notification No. HD 12 CAN 2010(P), dated:26-09-2014 in Part-IV-A of the Karnataka Gazette dated:23rd October 2014 inviting objection and suggestions from all persons likely to be affected thereby within thirty days from the in the official date of its publication Gazette and whereas the said Gazette was made available to the public on 23rd October 2014.

And whereas no objections and suggestions are received by the State Government.

Now, therefore in exercise of the powers conferred by Section 19 of the Karnataka Cinemas (Regulation) Act, 1964 (Karnataka Act 23 of 1964) the Government of Karnataka hereby makes the following rules, namely:-

RULES

1. Title and commencement.— (1) These rules may be called the Karnataka Exhibition of Films on Television Screen through Video Cassette Recorder (Regulation) (Amendment) Rules, 2014.

(2) They shall come into force from the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.

2. Amendment of rule 2.– In the Karnataka Exhibition of Films on Television Screen through Video Cassette Recorder (Regulation) Rules, 1984(hereinafter referred to as the said rules) in rule 2, for clause (e), the following shall be substituted, namely:-

"(e) Video Cassette Recorder" means a cinematograph for the purpose of giving Cinematograph exhibition of films recorded on video cassette tape and includes Laser Disc Player in case of films recorded or Laser Disc, which excludes exhibition of films through projector with satellite transmission or through projector used in conventional cinema theatres or multiplexes."

3. Amendment of rule 3.– In rule 3 of the said rules, for sub-rule (4) the following shall be substituted, namely:-

"(4) The fee for grant of a license upto fifty seats shall be as notified by Government from time to time"

4. Amendment of rule 10.– In rule 10 of the said rules, in sub-rule (1) the following proviso shall be inserted at the end, namely:-

"Provided that, the total number of seating capacity for exhibiting films under this rule shall not exceed fifty persons in a single show in the premise."
