ORDER
The Government of Karnataka vide their letter No.DPAR 887 SAS 2014 dated 31.10.2014 have sent a proposal for fixation of seniority of IAS officers appointed on promotion from SCS on the basis of inclusion of their names in the select list of 2011, 2012 and 2013. These officers have been appointed to IAS vide notification No.14015/11/2013 AIS-1 (B) dated 4th July, 2014. The Seniority /year of allotment of these officers has been computed under Rule 3(3) (ii) of IAS (Regulation of Seniority), Rules 1987 and other relevant

3.1 As per Rule 4 of the IAS (Regulation of Seniority) Rules, 1987, the officer whose name has been mentioned at Sl.No.1 of the select list of 2012 shall be placed below Ms. Salma K Fahim, the junior most RR IAS officer of 2006 batch and above Shri K.V.Thrilok Chandra, the senior most RR IAS officer of 2007 batch of Karnataka cadre.
3.2 As per Rule 4 of the !AS (Regulation of Seniority) Rules, 1987, the officers whose names have been mentioned at SLNo.2 to 8 Shri. S.Sasikanth Senthil, the senior most RR IAS officer of 2009 batch of Karnataka cadre.
