Applications through ONLINE only are invited from the candidates who are eligible and qualified as on the last date fixed for submission for applications for Recruitment to 31 posts of Typists to the candidates of Hyderabad-Karnataka Region and 06 posts of Typists to the candidates from other than Hyderabad-Karnataka Region in the Unit of District & Sessions Court, Kalaburagi through the following link:

Note: Applicants who have applied earlier for the post of Typist in pursuance to the Notifications No.DCG/ADMN/03/2010 dated:
14.07.2010, DCG/ADMN/02/2011 dated: 31.03.2011, DCG/ ADMN 03/2011 dated: 10.11.2011 and DCG/ADMN/01/2012 dated:
05.10.2012 shall submit a fresh application through online, but shall mention the earlier Notification Number to which they had
applied. Further the age of such applicants will be reckoned as on the date of the earlier Notifications, if the application found to be in order in all respects.

a) Must have passed S.S.L.C. or equivalent examination.
b) Must have passed Senior Typewriting examination both in Kannada and English language conducted by the Department of Public Instructions or equivalent examination.
OR
Diploma in Commercial Practice / Secretarial Practice or any other examination recognized as equivalent examination to them by Universities or Karnataka Secondary Education Examination Board of Technical Board.
c) Pay Scale Rs.11600-200-12000-250-13000-300-14200-350-15600-400-17200-450-19000-500-21000 + Spl. Pay and other allowances as per rules.
2) AGE LIMIT:
Must have attained the age of 18 years on the last date fixed for receipt of applications and must have not attained the age of:
a) 40 years in case of persons belonging to SC / ST and Cat-I.
b) 38 years in case of persons belonging to any of the Category II-A / II-B / III-A / III-B and other backward classes.
c) 35 years in case of General Merit.
d) In case of applicant who is working or holding a post under the Government of a local authority or a Corporation established by a State Act or Central Act or Established by the Government under a State Act and Central Act and owned or controlled by the Government by the number of years during which he is or was holding such posts or 10 years whichever is less.
e) In case candidate who is Ex-Serviceman by three years plus the number of years of service rendered by him in the Armed Forces of the Union.
f) In case of a candidate who is physically handicapped – by ten years.
g) In the case of a candidate who is widow – by ten years.
3) CANDIDATES CLAIMING RESERVATION:
a) Under Category-I/II-A/II-B/III-A/III-B shall possess the certificates in the form as prescribed by the Government of Karnataka and issued by the competent authority on or before the last date of applying ONLINE.
b) Claiming reservation under Rural / Physically Challenged / Ex-Serviceman / Kannada Medium / Disabled for Projects / Widow candidates shall possess the certificate issued by the competent authorities on or before the last date of applying ONLINE.
c) Candidates who are in service of Union of India / State Government and their Undertaking should possess the "No Objection Certificate" issued by the concerned authority at the time of verification of documents / tests.
d) The candidates claiming reservation under Local Cadre (371-J) i.e. candidates belonging to Hyderabad-Karnataka Region shall possess the relevant certificate issued by the Competent Authority on or before the last day of applying ONLINE as prescribed under the Karnataka Public Employment (Reservation in Appointment for Hyderabad-Karnataka Region) (Issue of Eligibility Certificate) Rules 2013.
e) The candidates called for qualifying test / competitive examination and interview, shall furnish the necessary documents with regard to Educational qualification, Caste, Date of birth, Reservation claimed with regard to Rural/Physically Handicapped / Ex-Serviceman / Kannada Medium/ Project Disabled Person / Widow and reservation claimed for Local Cadre for verification.
On verification, if the information furnished by the applicant in the application is found to be false, then their candidature is liable for rejection and also they are liable for criminal prosecution for furnishing false information.
If sufficient number of eligible candidates in Women, Ex-Serviceman, Physically Challenged, Candidate displaced by Projects, Rural candidates and Kannada Medium candidates are not available to the extent of the percentage, the unfilled vacancies would be filled up by such categories by men candidates and other candidates belonging to the same category respectively.
4) METHOD OF RECRUITMENT:
Selection of candidates shall be made in accordance with the provisions contemplated in the Karnataka Sub-ordinate Courts (Ministerial and other posts) (Recruitment) (Amendment) Rules, 2007.
A dictation for duration of 15 minutes each in both Kannada and English would be given and the candidate shall type the matter dictated over Computer. This test carry maximum of 100 marks and minimum marks for a pass would be 50. The knowledge of Typing over Computer is essential.
ಭಾಗ ೫ ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ ರಾಜ್ಯಪತ್ರ, ಗುರುವಾರ, ಜುಲೈ ೧೬, ೨೦೧೫ ೨೩೫೯ 5) PROBATION:Candidates will be appointed on probation for a period of two years and the provisions of Karnataka Civil Service (Probation) Rules 1977 shall MUTATIS MUTANDIS apply to be candidates so selected. During the probation the candidates shall pass the Kannada Language Examination and Departmental Examinations prescribed to the post under the Karnataka Civil Service (Service & Kannada Language Examinations) Rules, 1974.
6) COMPUTER LITERACY TEST:
The selected candidates shall pass the Computer Literacy Test as may be prescribed by the Government of Karnataka as per Notification No. DPAR.43.SER.2008 Bengaluru dated: 07.03.2012 by securing not less than 60% of marks, within three months from the date of selection, unless the selection made would stands cancelled.
7) METHOD OF PAYMENT OF FEE:
a) The candidate shall pay fee of Rs.200/- (Rupees two hundred only) by any of the following mode of payment:` • Online (Credit card, Debit Card, Net Banking for SBI Accounts).
OR
• Offline / Bank Payment – Generate challan form online, download in PDF format and shall remit the prescribed free in any branch of SBI (System needs to support PDF reader-like Adobe, Acrobat).
b) Fee once paid will not be refunded under any circumstances.
c) Applicants to enter their Ref. Application Number correctly and other details such as name, date of birth and mobile number in S.B.I. payment page.
d) Regarding payment of Applications fees, banking related queries / clarification please contract concerned SBI bank.
e) Applicant's made payment through online (Net Banking/Credit/Debit cards) payment. Need Not scan and upload the receipt to the website and retain the copy of receipt for your future reference.
f) Applicant's made payment through Offline/ Challan to SBI Branch payment. Need Not scan and upload endorsed challan to the website and retain the paid challan for your future reference.
g) The candidates belonging to Category-I / Scheduled Caste / Scheduled Tribe / Physically Challenged are exempted from payment of fee.
8) The candidates who attempt to obtain extraneous support by any means for candidature shall not be eligible for appointment.
9) The candidates shall possess the certificates mentioned below at Sl.No.(10), (11) & (12) issued by the competent authority on or before the last day of applying through ONLINE and to submit at the time of verification of documents called for the tests / interview.
10) Three certificates of good character, one from the Principal of College / Head Master / Head Mistress of Institution in which he/she had last studied and two from respectable persons unconnected with him/her testifying to his/her character.
11) Copy of SSLC Marks Card / TC in support of age proof attested by the candidates.
12) Citizenship certificate (where the candidate is not a citizen of Indian by birth) issued by the DC / District Magistrate of the District in which the candidate is residing.

General Instruction to the Applicants - follow the below mentioned instructions compulsorily before filling up of the
application through ONLINE:
1) Applicants shall read all the instructions carefully before submitting online application, so as to avoid the mistakes / rejection.
2) Applicants shall provide the Mobile Number (Compulsory) and valid e-mail ID (if any), for communication at relevant columns while submitting Online application. The authority is not responsible for non-receipt of SMS or E-mail.
3) Applicant have passed S.S.L.C. or equivalent examination and also have passed Senior Typewriting both in Kannada and English language conducted by the Department of Public Instructions or equivalent examination.
4) Applicants shall provide photograph and signature scan separately. The candidates shall scan his / her latest passport size photograph with white background (have 5 cm of length x 3.6 cm. of breadth with maximum size 50 kb in jpg format) and signature on white paper in black ball point pen (having 2.5 cm. of length x 7.5 cm. of breadth with maximum size 26 kb in jpg format) separately and upload the same, while submitting the online application.
5) Submitted Application Form has to be taken print out and the copy of payment receipt/challan to be preserved till completion of Recruitment process.
6) To avoid last minute rush, the Applicants are advised to submit the ONLINE applications well in advance. The website will accept the applications round the clock till 11.59 p.m. of 30.07.2015.

For downloading the Call Letter. Candidate must bring his/her Call Letter for Tests/Viva-voce.
8) The Candidates called for Tests / Viva-voce will have to appear for the same at their own cost.
9) The Candidates shall obtain the prescribed forms of the below mentioned Certificates before the last date for submitting Online application from the concerned competent authorities and shall produce all the original Testimonials at the time of verification during competitive test. The certificates obtained after the last date fixed for submitting Online applications would not be considered, falling wherein the Reservation claimed / candidature shall liable for rejection.
a) Online submitted application print out.
b) The copy of application fee paid receipt / Challan.
c) SSLC or equivalent certificate showing the date of birth.
d) Kannada and English Typewriting Senior Grade Marks Cards.
e) No objection certificate (in service candidate).
f) Caste Certificate, if reservation claimed under SC / ST / Cat-I/ IIA / IIB / IIIA / IIIB in prescribed formats issued by the competent authority.
g) The Discharge certificate from Military Service (Ex-Serviceman), if reservation claimed.
h) Rural Certificate in the prescribed form, if reservation claimed.
i) Kannada Medium Certificate in the prescribed form, if reservation claimed (if post is notified).
j) Physical Handicapped Certificate issued by the competent authority, if reservation claimed.
k) Eligibility Certificate (371-J) for the candidates of Hyderabad-Karnataka Region as prescribed under Government Notification No. DPAR 06 PLX 2012 dated: 06.11.2013.
10) While applying Online application for the post, the candidates shall ensure that, he/she fulfils the eligibility and other norms as mentioned above and that all the particulars furnished by him / her are correct in all respects. In case, it is detected at any stage of Recruitment that, candidate does not fulfill the eligibility norms and / that he / she has suppressed / twisted or truncated any material facts, his/her candidature will shall stands cancelled. If any of these short comings is detected even after appointment, his / her appointment shall liable to be terminated. Furnishing of wrong, incomplete and incorrect information would not only lead disqualification and also liable for criminal prosecution.
11) The candidates shall not upload any of these original or attested copies of documents / certificates at the stage of submitting the online application.
12) The candidates shall produce all the original Testimonials along with one set of photocopies at the time verification Tests / Viva-voce.
