(೧೩೮೯)೧೩೯೦ ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ ರಾಜ್ಯಪತ್ರ, ಗುರುವಾರ, ಅಕ್ಟೋಬರ್ ೧, ೨೦೧೫ ಭಾಗ ೪ಎ ಈ ಕೆಳಕಂಡ ಅಧಿಕಾರಿಗಳನ್ನು ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ ವಿದ್ಯುತ್ ಪ್ರಸರಣ ನಿಗಮ ನಿಯಮಿತ, ಬೆಂಗಳೂರು ಇದರ ನಿರ್ದೇಶಕರ ಮಂಡಳಿಯ ನಿರ್ದೇಶಕರನ್ನಾಗಿ ಅವರ ಹೆಸರಿನ ಮುಂದೆ ಸೂಚಿಸಿದ ಅಧಿಸೂಚನೆಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ನೇಮಕ ಮಾಡಲಾಗಿರುತ್ತದೆ.

ಕಂಪನಿ ಕಾಯ್ದೆ 2013ರ ಪರಿಚ್ಛೇದ 149, ಉಪ ಪರಿಚ್ಛೇದ 6. ಖಂಡ (ಅ).ರ ಪ್ರಕಾರ ನಿರ್ದೇಶಕರ ಮಂಡಳಿಯಲ್ಲಿ 'ಸ್ವತಂತ್ರ ನಿರ್ದೇಶಕರು' (Independent Director) ಗಳನ್ನು ನೇಮಕ ಮಾಡಲು ರಾಜ್ಯ ಸರ್ಕಾರಕ್ಕೆ ಅಧಿಕಾರ ನೀಡಲಾಗಿದೆ. ಸದರಿ ಅಧಿಕಾರವನ್ನು ಚಲಾಯಿಸಿ ಕೆ.ಪಿ.ಟಿ.ಸಿ.ಎಲ್. ಸಂಸ್ಥೆಯ ನಿರ್ದೇಶಕರ ಮಂಡಳಿಯ ಈ ಕೆಳಕಂಡ ನಿರ್ದೇಶಕರುಗಳನ್ನು 'ಸ್ವತಂತ್ರ ನಿರ್ದೇಶಕರು'ಗಳಾಗಿ ಈ ತಕ್ಷಣದಿಂದ ಜಾರಿಗೆ ಬರುವಂತೆ ಹಾಗೂ

ಇಂಧನ ಇಲಾಖೆಯ ವ್ಯಾಪ್ತಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಬರುವ ಪವರ್ ಕಂಪನಿ ಆಫ್ ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ ಲಿಮಿಟೆಡ್, ಬೆಂಗಳೂರು ಇದರ ಮೆಮೊರ್ಯಾಂಡಮ್ ಆಫ್ ಅಸೋಸಿಯೇಷನ್ ಮತ್ತು ಆರ್ಟಿಕಲ್ಸ್ ಆಫ್ ಅಸೋಸಿಯೇಷನ್ ನ ಆರ್ಟಿಕಲ್ 93 (ಎ) ರಲ್ಲಿ ಪ್ರದತ್ತವಾದ ಅಧಿಕಾರವನ್ನು ಚಲಾಯಿಸಿ ಈಗಾಗಲೇ ಈ ಕೆಳಕಂಡ ಅಧಿಕಾರಿಗಳನ್ನು ಪವರ್ ಕಂಪನಿ ಆಫ್ ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ ಲಿಮಿಟೆಡ್, ಬೆಂಗಳೂರು ಇದರ ನಿರ್ದೇಶಕರ ಮಂಡಳಿಯ ನಿರ್ದೇಶಕರನ್ನಾಗಿ ಅವರ

In exercise of the powers conferred under clause (3) and (7) of rule II of the rules and regulations of the Memorandum of the Association of the Karnataka Residential Educational Institutions Society (Cadre and Recruitment) Regulation, 2011, the Governing council of the Karnataka Residential Educational Institutions Society with the approval of the Government of Karnataka vide GO No:

BCW 160 BET 2015, Dated 17-08-2015 hereby makes the following regulations further to amend the Karnataka Residential Educational Institutions Society (Cadre and Recruitment) Regulations, 2011 namely:-

REGULATIONS

1. Title and Commencement.- (1) These regulations may be called the Karnataka Residential Educational Institutions Society (Cadre and Recruitment) (Amendment) Regulations, 2015,-

(2) They shall come into force on the date of registration of these regulations under sub-section (2) of section 10 of the Karnataka Societies Registrations Act, 1960(Karnataka Act 17 of 1960).

2. Amendment of the Schedule-II:- In of the Karnataka Residential Educational Institutions Society (Cadre and Recruitment) Regulations 2011, in schedule II,-

(1) In the entries relating to the category of posts of Principals at serial No:8 in column 4, under the heading Method of Direct Recruitment,- R.N.I. No. KARBIL/2001/47147 POSTAL REGN. No. RNP/KA/BGS/2202/2014-16

"The recruitment committee shall arrange to recruit principals by conducting combined competitive examination and interview (viva voce)."

(b) the fourth para and entries relating there to, the following shall be substituted namely:-

"The recruitment committee shall prepare merit list aggregating to 100% on the basis of total of the marks secured in following, namely:-

(a) The marks secured in Combined Competitive Examination shall be calculated to fifty seven and half percentage.

(b) Marks secured in Master Degree to twenty percentage.

(c) Marks secured in B.Ed Examination to ten percentage.

(d) Marks secured in interview to twelve and half percentage."

(2) In the entries relating to the category of posts of Language Teachers Kannada, English, Hindi, and subject teachers Science, Mathematics, Social Science, Computer Teacher, Physical Education Teachers at serial numbers 9, 10, 11, 12, 13, 14, 15,16 and 17 respectively, in the column 4, under the heading method of Direct recruitment and Sub heading at Serial number from 23 to 31 of (Schedule II)

(a) for the first para, the following shall be substituted namely:-

"The recruitment committee shall arrange to recruit through combined competitive examination for the post at serial No:23,24,25,26,27,28,29,30 and 31 and there shall be interview (viva voce)."

(b) for the fifth para the entries relating to method of Direct recruitment, the following shall be substituted, namely:-

"The recruitment committee shall prepare merit list aggregating to 100% on the basis of total marks of the marks secured in following, namely:-

(a) The marks secured in Combined Competitive Examination to fifty seven and half percentage.

(b) Marks secured in Master Degree to twenty percentage.

(c) Marks secured in B.Ed Examination to ten percentage.

(d) Marks secured in interview to twelve and half percentage."

(3) In the entries relating to the category of posts of Art & Craft Teacher (Drawing Master), Music Teacher at serial number 18 and 19,- (Serial number 32 and 33 in schedule-I) in the column 4, under the heading selection for the posts at Serial number from 32 & 33 for the first para, the following shall be substituted, namely:-

"The selection shall be done by the Recruitment Committee on the basis of merit list prepared by taking total marks obtained in their respective qualifying examination to 87.5% percentage and marks obtained in the interview out of 12.5% of marks." (4) In the entries relating to the category of posts of Warden at serial number 20 (Serial number 34 in schedule-I) in column 4, under the heading Method of Direct Recruitment, for the fourth para and the entries relating there to the following shall be substituted, namely:-

"The recruitment committee shall provide all necessary details in respect of competitive examination such as syllabus, the date, time, place of examination etc. in the notification. The recruitment committee shall prepare merit list aggregating to 100% on the basis of marks scored in the following, namely:-

(a) The marks secured in Combined Competitive Examination shall be calculated to fifty seven and half percentage.

(b) Marks secured in Bachelor Degree shall be calculated to twenty percentage of marks.

(c) Marks secured in B.Ed Examination shall be calculated to ten percentage of marks.

(d) Marks secured in interview to twelve and half percentage."
