Notice is hereby given that a petition has been made to this Court under Section 372 of the Indian Succession Act, 1925 (Act No. 39 of 1925) for grant of Succession Certificate in favour of the above named petitioners in respect of the petition schedule property mentioned below of deceased Selva Kumari, who died intestate on 20-10-2009.
Be it known that no caveat has been entered and the said petition is posted for hearing on 02-11-2015 at 11.00 a.m. Persons claiming to have any interest may come and see the proceedings before the grant of Succession Certificate in favour of the above named Petitioners.
