ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ ಸರ್ಕಾರದ ಕಂದಾಯ ಇಲಾಖೆಯ ಶಿವūಗ್ಗ ಜಿಲ್ಲಾ ಘಟಕದಲ್ಲಿ ಬರುವ ತಾಲ್ಲೂಕಗಳಲ್ಲಿ 2014-15 ನೇ ಸಾಲಿನಲ್ಲಿ ಖಾಲಿ

ಇರುವ ಗ್ರಾಮ ಲೆಕ್ಕಿಗರ ಹುದ್ದೆಗಳನ್ನು ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ ಸಾಮಾನ್ಯ ಸೇವೆಗಳು (ರೆವಿನ್ಯೂ ಸಬಾರ್ಡಿನೇಟ್ ಬ್ರ್ಚಾಂ) (ಕೇರ್ಡ ಅಂಡ್ ರಿರ್ಕ್ಟೂ ಮ್ಟೆಂ)

(ತಿದ್ದುಪಡಿ) ನಿಯಮಗಳು 2008 ಮತ್ತು 2009 ರನ್ವಯ ನೇರ ನೇಮಕಾತಿ ಮೂಲಕ ಭತ್ರಿ ಮಾಡಲು ಅರ್ಹ ಅಭ್ಯರ್ಥಿಗಳಿಂದ ಆನ್ ಲೈನ್

ಮೂಲಕವಾಗಿ ಅರ್ಜಿಗಳನ್ನು ಆಹ್ವಾನಿಸಲಾಗಿದೆ.

ಗ್ರಾಮಲೆಕ್ಕಿಗರ ಖಾಲಿ ಇರುವ ಹುದ್ದೆಗಳು ಹಾಗೂ ಹುದ್ದೆಗಳ ವರ್ಗೀಕರಣ ಈ ಕೆಳಗಿನಂತಿದೆ.

2015-16 ನೇ ಸಾಲಿನಲ್ಲಿ ಜಿಲ್ಲೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಖಾಲಿ ಹುದ್ದೆಗಳು

( ರೋರ್ಸ್ಟ ಬಿಂದು ಕ್ರಸಂ 32 ರಿಂದ 100 ಹಾಗೂ 01 ರಿಂದ 21 ರವರೆಗೆ)

ಅರ್ಜಿ ಸಲ್ಲಿಸುವ ವಿಧಾನಃ ಅರ್ಜಿಗಳನ್ನು ಆನ್ ಲೈನ್ (Online) (ಎಲೆರ್ಕ್ಟಾನ್ಕಿ ಮಾಗ್ರ) ಮುಖಾಂತರ ಅರ್ಜಿಯನ್ನು ಸಲ್ಲಿಸಬೇಕು. ಅರ್ಜಿಗಳನ್ನು ಖುದ್ದಾಗಿ ಅಥವಾ ಅಂಚೆ ಮೂಲಕ ಪ್ರತ್ಯೇಕವಾಗಿ ಸಲ್ಲಿಸಲು ಅವಕಾಶವಿರುವುದಿಲ್ಲ. ಅಭ್ಯರ್ಥಿಯು ಇಲಾಖೆಯ ವ್ಬೆ ಸೈಟ್ http://shimogga-va.kar.nic.in ತೆರೆದು ಕಂಪ್ಯೂರ್ಟ ಪರದೆಯ ಮೇಲೆ ಅರ್ಜಿಯ ನಮೂನೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಅಭ್ಯರ್ಥಿಯು ಹೊಂದಿರುವ ಮಾಹಿತಿಯನ್ನು ತುಂಬಬೇಕು. PREVIEW ನೀಡಿದ ನಂತರದಲ್ಲಿ ಅಭ್ಯರ್ಥಿಯು Submit button ನ್ನು ಒತ್ತಿದರೆ ಅರ್ಜಿ ಸಂಖ್ಯೆಃ (Reference No.) ಸೃಷ್ಟಿಯಾಗುತ್ತದೆ. ನಂತರದಲ್ಲಿ ಅಭ್ಯರ್ಥಿಯು ಸ್ವೀಕೃತಿ ಪತ್ರ (Acknowledgement SliP) ಮತ್ತು ದ್ವಿಪ್ರತಿ ಚಲನ್ ಅನ್ನು ತೆಗೆದುಕೊಳ್ಳತಕ್ಕದ್ದು. ಈ ಚಲನ್ ಅನ್ನು ಅರ್ಜಿಯ ಶುಲ್ಕದೊಂದಿಗೆ ಕೆನರಾ ಬ್ಯ್ಕಾಂ ನ ಯಾವುದಾದರೂ ಶಾಖೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಪಾವತಿಸಬಹುದು. ಅಭ್ಯರ್ಥಿಗಳು ಸ್ವೀಕೃತಿ ಸ್ಲ್ಪಿ ನ್ನು ಮತ್ತು ಚಲನಿನ ಒಂದು ಪ್ರತಿಯನ್ನು ಕಡ್ಡಾಯವಾಗಿ ಇರಿಸಿಕೊಳ್ಳತಕ್ಕದ್ದು. ಇನ್ನೊಂದು ಚಲನ್ ಪ್ರತಿ ಬ್ಯ್ಕಾಂ ಬಳಿ ಇರುತ್ತದೆ. ಅಭ್ಯರ್ಥಿಗಳ ಬಳಿ ಇರುವ ಚಲನ್ ನ್ನು ಸ್ಕ್ಯಾನ್ ಮಾಡಿ ಮೇಲೆ ತಿಳಿಸಿರುವ ವ್ಬೆ ಸೈಟ್ ವಿಳಾಸಕ್ಕೆ ಅಪ್ ಲೋಡ್ ಮಾಡತಕ್ಕದ್ದು. ಈ ದಾಖಲೆಗಳನ್ನು ನಿಗದಿಪಡಿಸಿದ ದಿನಾಂಕದಂದು ಹಾಜರುಪಡಿಸತಕ್ಕದ್ದು. ಬ್ಯ್ಕಾಂ ನಲ್ಲಿ ನಿಗದಿತ ಅರ್ಜಿ ಶುಲ್ಕ ಪಾವತಿಸಲು ಕೊನೆಯ ದಿನಾಂಕಃ 19-11-2015 ರಂದು ಆಗಿರುತ್ತದೆ.

ಉಪ ವಿಭಾಗಾಧಿಕಾರಿಗಳ ಕಛೇರಿ ಮತ್ತು ಜಿಲ್ಲೆಯ ಎಲ್ಲಾ ತಹಶೀಲ್ದಾರರ ಕಛೇರಿಯ ನೋಟೀಸ್ ಬೋರ್ಡಿನಲ್ಲಿ ಹಾಗೂ ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ ರಾಜ್ಯ ಪತ್ರದಲ್ಲಿ

LAST DATE FIXED FOR RECEIPT OF APPLICATIONS:30.11.2015.

I. Applications in the prescribed proforma appended to this Notification are invited from eligible candidates who are qualified on the last date fixed for receipt of applications for selection and appointment to the 02 posts of unfilled STENOGRAPHERS in the Unit of District & Sessions Judge, Shivamogga.

a) Number of vacancies: 02 (TWO)

b) Scale of Pay:- 14550-350-15600-400-17200-450-19000-500-21000-600-24600-700-26700 with admissible allowances.

c) Classification of the vacancies: GENERAL MERIT- RURAL -02

Qualification:

i) The candidate must have passed S.S.L.C., Examination conducted by the Department of Public Instruction of Karnataka Secondary Education Examination Board or equivalent qualification.

ii) A pass in Senior Typewriting and Senior Shorthand both in English and Kannada conducted by the Department of Public Instructions or holder of Diploma in Secretarial Practice with Kannada and English Shorthand and Typewriting as optional. subjects (Elective subjects) granted by the Board of Technical Examination In Karnataka OR possesses equivalent qualifications.

II. Applications must be in the proforma appended to this Notification.

III. The above classification has been made as per the following Government Orders:

i) Govt. Order No. DPAR 08 SRS 95 dated 20-6-1995.

ii) Govt. Order No. DPAR 97 SEN 2002 dated 22-11-2002.

iii) Govt. Order No. DPAR 53 SEN 2007 dated 4-1-2008.

The candidate must have attained the age of 18 years and must not have attained the below mentioned age as on the last date fixed for receipt of applications.

1) Forty Years in case of a persons belonging to any of the Scheduled Caste / Scheduled Tribe and Category-I.

2) Thirty Eight years in case of a persons belonging to Category II (a), II(b), III (a) and III(b) classified under other Backward Classes, and

3) Thirty-five years in case of General Merit Candidates.

Note:

1. Ten years relaxation for physically handicapped persons and Widows.

2. In case of Ex-Military person, maximum age limit plus three years plus the. number of years of service rendered by the candidates in the Armed Force of the Union.

If Sufficient number of eligible candidates in General Merit Rural candidates are not available to the extent of the percentage, the unfilled vacancies shall be filled up by such categories by other candidates belonging to the same category.

V. Mode of Selection:- Selection of Candidates will be made in accordance, with the provisions contemplated in the Karnataka Subordinate Courts (Ministerial and other Posts) (Recruitment) (Amendment) Rules, 2007 published vide Govt. Notification No. LAW 01 LAC 2005 dated 13-2-2008.

Qualifying test or competitive examination:

(1) A dictation at the rate of 120 words per minute for a duration of about five minutes and the candidates shall transcribe the notes within forty five minute.

(2) Interview.

VI. No person who attempts to obtain extraneous support by any means for his / her candidature from officials or non-officials shall be eligible for appointment.

VII. Candidates should submit their applications with required informations and the copies of certificates supporting their age, qualification duly attested and certificate claiming relaxation of age and the benefit of reservation issued by the competent authority, so as to reach the undersigned before 5-00 p.m. on 30.11.2015, which is the last date fixed for receipt of applications. If the last date fixed for the receipt of applications happens to be a general holiday, the next working day shall be the last date fixed for receipt of applications.

INSTRUCTIONS TO THE CANDIDATES:-

1. Incomplete applications and applications not supported with copies of Testimonials are liable to be rejected without notice.

2. Applicant already in Government / Quassi Government service should apply through proper channel.

3. A pass port size photo be affixed at the place provided on the application.

4. The applications shall be accompanied by a self addressed envelope bearing postal stamp of Rs. 5.00. 5. Envelope containing the applications should be superscribed as "Applications for Selection to the Post of STENOGRAPHERS"
