2015 ರವರೆಗೆ 03 ತಿಂಗಳ ಅವಧಿಗೆ ಸದರಿ ಕಾಯ್ದೆಯ ಅಧಿನಿಯಮ 8ರ ವ್ಯಾಪ್ತಿಯಿಂದ ವಿನಾಯಿತಿಯನ್ನು ನೀಡಿದೆ.
ದರಿ ಕಾಯ್ದೆಯ ಅಧಿನಿಯಮ 8ರ ವ್ಯಾಪ್ತಿಯಿಂದ ವಿನಾಯಿತಿಯನ್ನು ನೀಡಿದೆ.
ಬಾಯ್ಲರ್‌ನ್ನು ಗರಿಷ್ಠ ಉಷ್ಣಾಂಶ ಮೀರದಂತೆ ನಿರ್ವಹಿಸತಕ್ಕದ್ದು.
ಈ ಬಾಯ್ಲರನ್ನು ಪ್ರಮಾಣ ಪತ್ರ ಹೊಂದಿದ ಬಾಯ್ಲರ್ ಆಪರೇಷನ್ ಇಂಜಿನಿಯರ್ ರವರ ನೇರ ಉಸ್ತುವಾರಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ನಡೆಸಬೇಕು.
ೊಂದಿದ ಬಾಯ್ಲರ್ ಆಪರೇಷನ್ ಇಂಜಿನಿಯರ್ ರವರ ನೇರ ಉಸ್ತುವಾರಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ನಡೆಸಬೇಕು.
ಬಾಯ್ಲರಿನ ಗರಿಷ್ಠ ಸ್ಟೀಮ್ ಉತ್ಪಾದನೆಯು ಗೊತ್ತು ಪಡಿಸಿದ ಸಾಮರ್ಥ್ಯಕ್ಕಿಂತ ಮಿರತಕ್ಕದ್ದಲ್ಲ.
1. ಬಾಯ್ಲರ್ ಅನ್ನು ಹಿಂದಿನ ಪ್ರಮಾಣ ಪತ್ರದಲ್ಲಿ ನಮೂದಿಸಿರುವ ಕಾರ್ಯಒತ್ತಡವನ್ನು ಮೀರಿ ಉಪಯೋಗಿಸಬಾರದು. ಬಾಯ್ಲರ್ ಅನ್ನು ಹಿಂದಿನ ಪ್ರಮಾಣ ಪತ್ರದಲ್ಲಿ ನಮೂದಿಸಿರುವ ಕಾರ್ಯಒತ್ತಡವನ್ನು ಮೀರಿ ಉಪಯೋಗಿಸಬಾರದು. ಬಾಯ್ಲರ್ ಅನ್ನು ಹಿಂದಿನ ಪ್ರಮಾಣ ಪತ್ರದಲ್ಲಿ ನಮೂದಿಸಿರುವ ಕಾರ್ಯಒತ್ತಡವನ್ನು ಮೀರಿ ಉಪಯೋಗಿಸಬಾರದು. 2. ಬಾಯ್ಲರ್‌ನ್ನು ಗರಿಷ್ಠ ಉಷ್ಣಾಂಶ ಮೀರದಂತೆ ನಿರ್ವಹಿಸತಕ್ಕದ್ದು. 3. ಈ ಬಾಯ್ಲರನ್ನು ಪ್ರಮಾಣ ಪತ್ರ ಹ 4. ಬಾಯ್ಲರಿನ ಗರಿಷ್ಠ ಸ್ಟೀಮ್ ಉತ್ಪಾದನೆಯು ಗೊತ್ತು ಪಡಿಸಿದ ಸಾಮರ್ಥ್ಯಕ್ಕಿಂತ ಮಿರತಕ್ಕದ್ದಲ್ಲ. 5. ಫೀಡ್ ವಾಟರ್ ಮತ್ತು ಬಾಯ್ಲರ್ ವಾಟರಿನ ಗುಣಮಟ್ಟವು ಐಬಿಆರ್ 1950 ರ ಅಧ್ಯಾಯ 15ರಲ್ಲಿ ತಿಳಿಸಿರುವ ಫೀಡ್ ವಾಟರ್ ಮತ್ತು ಬಾಯ್ಲರ್ ವಾಟರಿನ ಗುಣಮಟ್ಟವು ಐಬಿಆರ್ 1950 ರ ಅಧ್ಯಾಯ 15ರಲ್ಲಿ ತಿಳಿಸಿರುವಂತೆ ನಿರ್ವಹಿಸತಕ್ಕದ್ದು. ಫೀಡ್ ವಾಟರ್ ಮತ್ತು ಬಾಯ್ಲರ್ ವಾಟರಿನ ಗುಣಮಟ್ಟವು ಐಬಿಆರ್ 1950 ರ ಅಧ್ಯಾಯ 15ರಲ್ಲಿ ತಿಳಿಸಿರುವ 6. ಬಾಯ್ಲರಿನ ಯಾವುದೇ ಒತ್ತಡದ ಭಾಗದಲ್ಲಿ ನ್ಯೂನ್ಯತೆ ಕಂಡು ಬಂದಲ್ಲಿ ತಕ್ಷಣ ಬಾಯ್ಲರನ್ನು ನಿಲ್ಲಿಸಿ, ನಿರ್ದೇಶಕರು, ಕಾರ್ಖಾನೆಗಳು, ಬಾಯ್ಲರಿನ ಯಾವುದೇ ಒತ್ತಡದ ಭಾಗದಲ್ಲಿ ನ್ಯೂನ್ಯತೆ ಕಂಡು ಬಂದಲ್ಲಿ ತಕ್ಷಣ ಬಾಯ್ಲರನ್ನು ನಿಲ್ಲಿಸಿ, ನಿರ್ದೇಶಕರು, ಕಾರ್ಖಾನೆಗಳು, ಬಾಯ್ಲರಿನ ಯಾವುದೇ ಒತ್ತಡದ ಭಾಗದಲ್ಲಿ ನ್ಯೂನ್ಯತೆ ಕಂಡು ಬಂದಲ್ಲಿ ತಕ್ಷಣ ಬಾಯ್ಲರನ್ನು ನಿಲ್ಲಿಸಿ, ನಿರ್ದೇಶಕರು, ಕಾರ್ಖಾನೆಗಳು, ಬಾಯ್ಲರುಗಳು, ಕೈಗಾರಿಕಾ ಸುರಕ್ಷತೆ ಮತ್ತು ಸ್ವಾಸ್ಥ್ಯ ಇಲಾಖೆ ರವರಿಗೆ ವರದಿ ಮಾಡತಕ್ಕದ್ದು. ಬಾಯ್ಲರುಗಳು, ಕೈಗಾರಿಕಾ ಸುರಕ್ಷತೆ ಮತ್ತು ಸ್ವಾಸ್ಥ್ಯ ಇಲಾಖೆ ರವರಿಗೆ ವರದಿ ಮಾಡತಕ್ಕದ್ದು.

The Ministry of Home Affairs has instructed to set up a Joint lnterrogation Committee in all Coastal States on the model of Tamil Nadu for streaming the procedure for release of captured foreign fishing vessel and fishermen. It is necessary to constitute a Standing Committee at the State level and Joint Interrogation Committee at District Level to co-ordinate the activities of Different agencies involved in giving clearance to such foreign fishing vessels,
In this regard Government directs to constitute Joint Interrogation .Committee in Coastal Districts, with the following as its members for Co-ordinating the activities of the different agencies at the State Level in giving clearances to foreign vessels I nationals.

The Government also directs that a Standing Committee shall be constituted with following as its members to have periodical review of the progress on the action taken on foreign vessels / nationals apprehended.

Mechanism:
1. Foreign Fishermen may be apprehended for entering into Indian Exclusive Economic Zone (EEZ) by Indian Coast Guard (ICG) 2. Upon apprehension, the Fishermen and their fishing boats to be handed over to the Local Police. In certain incidents, the catches can be auctioned by the Fisheries Department. But the catches comprising of banned species may be auctioned as per the provisions in the ban order. The boats are to be kept under the custody of police.
3. Upon arrival at the Port, all intelligence Agencies of the Government to make necessary investigations on the spot on the apprehended fishing boat/fishermen.
4. The apprehended fishermen to be kept under the case of Local Police / to be remanded and kept in jail.
5. The apprehension and remanding of foreign fishermen to be communicated promptly to State Government by the JIC.
6. Joint Interrogaiton Committee (JIC) under the Chairmanship of the Deputy Commissioner may be convened within a week of apprehension.
7. A translator for the Purpose of JIC meeting may also be arranged during JIC Meeting.
8. JIC to submit its findings and recommendations to State Government and State Police.
9. Secretary Animal Husbandry and Fisheries Department coordinate with the State Government for release order of appre hended fishermen and their boat.
10. Based on the release order by the State Government, Secretary Animal husbandry and Fisheries Department to write to Ministry of External Affairs (MEA), New Delhi for No objection Certificate (N.O.C)
11. On receipt of the MEA, New Delhi clearance, the State Police can co- ordinate witrh Indian Coast Guard for repatriation.
12. Indian Coast Guard to propose the schedule of repatriation to their counterparts.
13. The apprechended boat may then be inspected and issued with a certificate of seaworthiness by the approved surveyors and other formalities completed before repatriation.
14. Upon receipt of the schedule of repatriation, the apprechended boat and fisherman may be handed over to Indian Coast Guard for repatriation.
15. After handing over the boat and fisherman the facts be communicated / reported to the State Government for information.
16. Time schedule for different stages of action to be taken from the day of apprehension of forign fishing vessel
Report of apprehension of foreign vessel national : Within 48 hrs
Conduct of Joint Interrogation and communication of its findings and
recommendation by the State Government : Within 15 days
Communication of comprehensive report
and specific recommendation by State Government to Government of India : within 30 days

ಭಾಗ ೪ಎ ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ ರಾಜ್ಯಪತ್ರ, ಗುರುವಾರ, ಡಿಸೆಂಬರ್ ೨೪, ೨೦೧೫ ೧೪೮೫ The Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act-2013 came into forceon 01.01.2014. As per provision of Section 24(1)(a) of this Act, where no award under section 11 of the Land Acquisition Act, 1894 has been made, and then all provisions of this Act relating to the determination of compensation shall apply.
Whereas, that The Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act,2013 has come into force with effect from dated 01.01.2014 and absence of Rules framed by virtue of the powers conferred under section 109 of this Act to State Government and this process may take some time. Therefore, due to unavoidable circumstances, it may not be possible to get the Award notification of section 11(1} of the Land Acquisition Act,1894, which is now equivalent to section 24 of the Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act-2013.
Hence, in exercise of the powers conferred under first provision of section 25 of The Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act-2013, the Governor of Karnataka is pleased to extend the time limit of notification No. RD 181 AQB 2012 dated 11.10.2012 issued under section 6 of the Land Acquisition Act- 1894. The last date of publication of this notification is dated 07.02.2013 and 29.07.2013 in Gramachavadi. The last date on which the award was to be finished within 28.07.2015. Now, for the above said reason, a further period of 6 months from 28.07.2015 is accorded for preparing the Award under section 24(1)(a) of the Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act-2013.

In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (s) of section 2 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (Central Act 2 of 1974), and in partial modification of earlier notification issued in this behalf, the Government of Karnataka hereby declare that with effect from the date of publication of this notification in the Official Gazette, the areas and places specified in column (3) of the schedule ·below, shall cease to be within the jurisdiction of the police station specified in column (4) thereof and the said areas and places shall be included within the jurisdiction of the police station specified in column (2) thereof.

(4) The Karnataka Public Conveyance Act, 1961 (Karnataka Act 20 of 1962)
(5) The Motor Vehicles Act, 1988 (Central Act 59 of 1988) and the Karnataka Motor Vehicle Rules, 1989.
(6) Offences under sections 279, 304(A), 337, 338 and 427 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860.

In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (s) read with clause (v) of section 2 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (Central Act 2 of 1974), and in partial modification of earlier notification issued in this behalf, the Government of Karnataka hereby declare that with effect from the date of publication of this notification in the Official Gazette, the areas and places specified in column (3) of the schedule ·below, shall cease to be within the jurisdiction of the police station specified in column (4) thereof and the said areas and places shall be included within the jurisdiction of the police station specified in column (2) thereof.
