Criminal Appeals, Criminal Revision Petitions, Criminal Petitions and urgent applications in Criminal matters will be received during the Summer Vacation.
Vakalathnama, Process Fee and Process memos in all pending matters will be received in the office and compliance of office objections is also permitted during Summer Vacation.
There will be no sittings during Summer Vacation at Dharwad and Kalaburagi Benches. Urgent matters of the nature
specified above pertaining to Dharwad and Kalaburagi Benches may be filed I moved before the Principal Bench at Bengaluru.
During the Summer Vacation, the working hours of the office of the High Court of Karnataka, Principal Bench at Bengaluru, Dharwad and Kalaburagi Benches shall be from 10.15 AM to 02.00 PM, except on Vacation Court Sitting Days.
