ಪ್ರಕರಣದ (ಎ) ಖಂಡದ ಮೂಲಕ ಅಗತ್ಯಪಡಿಸಿದಂತೆ ಇದರಿಂದ ನಿಯಮಗಳ ಕರಡನ್ನು ಸದರಿ ಅಧಿನಿಯಮದ 3 ನೇ ಪ್ರಕರಣದ (2) ನೇ ಉಪ-ಪ್ರಕರಣದ (ಎ) ಖಂಡದ ಮೂಲಕ ಅಗತ್ಯಪಡಿಸಿದಂತೆ ಇದರಿಂದ ನಿಯಮಗಳ ಕರಡನ್ನು ಸದರಿ ಅಧಿನಿಯಮದ 3 ನೇ ಪ್ರಕರಣದ (2) ನೇ ಉಪ
ುದಾದ ಎಲ್ಲಾ ವ್ಯಕ್ತಿಗಳ ಮಾಹಿತಿಗಾಗಿ ಈ ಮೂಲಕ ಪ್ರಕಟಿಸಲಾಗಿದೆ ಮತ್ತು ಸದರಿ ಕರಡನ್ನು ಅಧಿಕೃತ ರಾಜ್ಯಪತ್ರದಲ್ಲಿ ಅದರ ಪ್ರಕಟಣೆಯ ಭಾಧಿತರಾಗಬಹುದಾದ ಎಲ್ಲಾ ವ್ಯಕ್ತಿಗಳ ಮಾಹಿತಿಗಾಗಿ ಈ ಮೂಲಕ ಪ್ರಕಟಿಸಲಾಗಿದೆ ಮತ್ತು ಸದರಿ ಕರಡನ್ನು ಅಧಿಕೃತ ರಾಜ್ಯಪತ್ರದಲ್ಲಿ ಅದರ ಪ್ರಕಟಣೆಯ ುದಾದ ಎಲ್ಲಾ ವ್ಯಕ್ತಿಗಳ ಮಾಹಿತಿಗಾಗಿ ಈ ಮೂಲಕ ಪ್ರಕಟಿಸಲಾಗಿದೆ ಮತ್ತು ಸದರಿ ಕರಡನ್ನು ಅಧಿಕೃತ ರಾಜ್ಯಪತ್ರದಲ್ಲಿ ಅದರ ಪ್ರಕಟಣೆಯ ದಿನಾಂಕದಿಂದ ಹದಿನೈದು ದಿನಗಳ ತರುವಾಯ ಪರಿಗಣನೆಗೆ ತೆಗೆದುಕೊಳ್ಳಲಾಗುವುದೆಂದು ಈ ಮೂಲಕ ತಿಳಿಸಲಾಗಿದೆ. ದಿನಾಂಕದಿಂದ ಹದಿನೈದು ದಿನಗಳ ತರುವಾಯ ಪರಿಗಣನೆಗೆ ತೆಗೆದುಕೊಳ್ಳಲಾಗುವುದೆಂದು ಈ ಮೂಲಕ ತಿಳಿಸಲಾಗಿದೆ.
ಮುಕ್ತಾಯಕ್ಕೆ ಮುಂಚೆ ಸದರಿ ಕರಡು ನಿಯಮಗಳಿಗೆ ಸಂಬಂಧಿಸಿದಂತೆ ಯಾರೇ ವ್ಯಕ್ತಿಯಿಂದ ಮೇಲೆ ನಿರ್ದಿಷ್ಟಪಡಿಸಿದ ಅವಧಿಯು ಮುಕ್ತಾಯಕ್ಕೆ ಮುಂಚೆ ಸದರಿ ಕರಡು ನಿಯಮಗಳಿಗೆ ಸಂಬಂಧಿಸಿದಂತೆ ಯಾರೇ ವ್ಯಕ್ತಿಯಿಂದ ಮೇಲೆ ನಿರ್ದಿಷ್ಟಪಡಿಸಿದ ಅವಧಿಯು
ಸ್ವೀಕರಿಸಬಹುದಾದ ಯಾವುದೇ ಆಕ್ಷೇಪಣೆಗಳು ಅಥವಾ ಸಲಹೆಯನ್ನು ರಾಜ್ಯ ಸರ್ಕಾರವು ಪರಿಗಣಿಸಲಾಗುವುದು. ಆಕ್ಷೇಪಣೆಗಳನ್ನು ಅಥವಾ ಸಲಹೆಗಳನ್ನು ಸ್ವೀಕರಿಸಬಹುದಾದ ಯಾವುದೇ ಆಕ್ಷೇಪಣೆಗಳು ಅಥವಾ ಸಲಹೆಯನ್ನು ರಾಜ್ಯ ಸರ್ಕಾರವು ಪರಿಗಣಿಸಲಾಗುವುದು. ಆಕ್ಷೇಪಣೆಗಳನ್ನು ಅಥವಾ ಸ್ವೀಕರಿಸಬಹುದಾದ ಯಾವುದೇ ಆಕ್ಷೇಪಣೆಗಳು ಅಥವಾ ಸಲಹೆಯನ್ನು ರಾಜ್ಯ ಸರ್ಕಾರವು ಪರಿಗಣಿಸಲಾಗುವುದು. ಆಕ್ಷೇಪಣೆಗಳನ್ನು ಅಥವಾ ಸರ್ಕಾರದ ಪ್ರಧಾನ ಕಾರ್ಯದರ್ಶಿಗಳು, ಕನ್ನಡ ಮತ್ತು ಸಂಸ್ಕøತಿ ಮತ್ತು ವಾರ್ತಾ ಇಲಾಖೆ, ಕೊಠಡಿ ಸಂಖ್ಯೆ
ಳು, ಕನ್ನಡ ಮತ್ತು ಸಂಸ್ಕøತಿ ಮತ್ತು ವಾರ್ತಾ ಇಲಾಖೆ, ಕೊಠಡಿ ಸಂಖ್ಯೆ-2, ನೆಲಮಹಡಿ ವಿಕಾಸಸೌಧ, ಬೆಂಗಳೂರು
2, ನೆಲಮಹಡಿ ವಿಕಾಸಸೌಧ, ಬೆಂಗಳೂರು- 01 ಇವರಿಗೆ ಸಲ್ಲಿಸಬಹುದು.
ಕರಡು ನಿಯಮಗಳು
1 ಹೆಸರು ಮತ್ತು ಪ್ರಾರಂಭ- (1) ಈ ನಿಯಮಗಳನ್ನು ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ ರಾಜ್ಯ ಪತ್ರಾಗಾರ ಇಲಾಖೆ ಸೇವೆಗಳು (ನೇಮಕಾತಿ) (ತಿ ಈ ನಿಯಮಗಳನ್ನು ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ ರಾಜ್ಯ ಪತ್ರಾಗಾರ ಇಲಾಖೆ ಸೇವೆಗಳು (ನೇಮಕಾತಿ) (ತಿದ್ದುಪಡಿ) ನಿಯಮಗಳು, ಈ ನಿಯಮಗಳನ್ನು ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ ರಾಜ್ಯ ಪತ್ರಾಗಾರ ಇಲಾಖೆ ಸೇವೆಗಳು (ನೇಮಕಾತಿ) (ತಿ
2016 ಎಂದು ಕರೆಯತಕ್ಕದ್ದು.
(2) ಇವು ಅಧಿಕೃತ ರಾಜ್ಯಪತ್ರದಲ್ಲಿ ಪ್ರಕಟಗೊಂಡ ದಿನಾಂಕದಿಂದ ಜಾರಿಗೆ ಬರತಕ್ಕದ್ದು. (2) ಇವು ಅಧಿಕೃತ ರಾಜ್ಯಪತ್ರದಲ್ಲಿ ಪ್ರಕಟಗೊಂಡ ದಿನಾಂಕದಿಂದ ಜಾರಿಗೆ ಬರತಕ್ಕದ್ದು.
2 ಅನುಸೂಚಿಯ ತಿದ್ದುಪಡಿ- ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ ರಾಜ್ಯ ಪತ್ರಾಗಾರ ಇಲಾಖೆ ಸೇವೆಗಳು (ನೇಮಕಾತಿ) ನಿಯಮಗಳು, 1976ರ ಅನುಸೂಚಿಯಲ್ಲಿ, ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ ರಾಜ್ಯ ಪತ್ರಾಗಾರ ಇಲಾಖೆ ಸೇವೆಗಳು (ನೇಮಕಾತಿ) ನಿಯಮಗಳು, 1976ರ ಅನುಸೂಚಿಯಲ್ಲಿ, ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ ರಾಜ್ಯ ಪತ್ರಾಗಾರ ಇಲಾಖೆ ಸೇವೆಗಳು (ನೇಮಕಾತಿ) ನಿಯಮಗಳು, 1976ರ ಅನುಸೂಚಿಯಲ್ಲಿ, ್ಯ 1 ರಲ್ಲಿ "ಪತ್ರಾಗಾರ ಇಲಾಖೆಯ ನಿರ್ದೇಶಕರ" ಹುದ್ದೆಯ ಪ್ರವರ್ಗದ ಬದಲಾಗಿ ಮತ್ತು ಅದಕ್ಕೆ ಸಂಬಂಧಪಟ್ಟ ನಮೂದುಗಳನ್ನು ಈ ಕ್ರಮಸಂಖ್ಯೆ 1 ರಲ್ಲಿ "ಪತ್ರಾಗಾರ ಇಲಾಖೆಯ ನಿರ್ದೇಶಕರ" ಹುದ್ದೆಯ ಪ್ರವರ್ಗದ ಬದಲಾಗಿ ಮತ್ತು ಅದಕ್ಕೆ ಸಂಬಂಧಪಟ್ಟ ನಮೂದುಗಳನ್ನು ಈ ್ಯ 1 ರಲ್ಲಿ "ಪತ್ರಾಗಾರ ಇಲಾಖೆಯ ನಿರ್ದೇಶಕರ" ಹುದ್ದೆಯ ಪ್ರವರ್ಗದ ಬದಲಾಗಿ ಮತ್ತು ಅದಕ್ಕೆ ಸಂಬಂಧಪಟ್ಟ ನಮೂದುಗಳನ್ನು ಈ ಮುಂದಿನಂತೆ ಪ್ರತ್ಯಾಯೋಜಸತಕ್ಕದ್ದು, ಎಂದರೆ:- ಮುಂದಿನಂತೆ ಪ್ರತ್ಯಾಯೋಜಸತಕ್ಕದ್ದು, ಎಂದರೆ:

The draft of the following rules further to amend the Karnataka State Archives Department Services (Recruitment) Rules, 1976, which the Government of Karnataka proposes to make in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 3, read with section 8 of the Karnataka State Civil Services Act, 1978 (Karnataka Act 14 of 1990) is hereby published as required by clause (a) of sub-section (2) of section 3, of the said Act for the information of all persons likely to be affected thereby and notice is hereby given that the said draft will be taken into consideration after Fifteen days from the date of its publication in the Offical Gazette.
Any objection and suggestion, which may be received by the State Government from any person with respect to the said draft before, the expiry of the period specified above will be considered by the State Government. Objections and suggestions may be addressed to the Principal Secretary to Government, Department of Kannada, Culture and Information, Room No.2, Ground Floor, Vikasa Soudha, Bengaluru-560001.
Draft Rules
1. Title and Commencement.- (1) These rules may be called the Karnataka State Archives Department Services (Recruitment)(Amendment) Rules, 2016.
(2) They shall come into force from the date of their publication in the Offical Gazette.
2. Amendment of Schedule.- In the schedule to the Karnataka State Archives Department Services (Recruitment) Rules, 1976, for the category of post of "Director of Archives" at serial no.1 and the entries relating thereto, the following shall be

ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ ರಾಜ್ಯ ಸಿವಿಲ್ ಸೇವೆಗಳ ಅಧಿನಿಯಮ, 1978 (1990ರ ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ ಅಧಿನಿಯಮ ಸಂಖ್ಯೆ (14)ರ 8ನೇ ಪ್ರಕರಣದೊಂದಿಗೆ ಓದಲಾದ 3ನೇ ಪ್ರಕರಣದ (1)ನೇ ಉಪ ಪ್ರಕರಣದ ಮೂಲಕ ಪ್ರದತ್ತವಾದ ಅಧಿಕಾರಗಳನ್ನು ಚಲಾಯಿಸಿ, ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ ಸರ್ಕಾರವು ರಚಿಸಲು ಉದ್ದೇಶಿಸಿರುವ ಕರ್ನಾಟಕಭಾಗ ೪ಎ ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ ರಾಜ್ಯಪತ್ರ, ಗುರುವಾರ, ಸೆಪ್ಟೆಂಬರ್ ೧, ೨೦೧೬ ೧೪೩೩ ಸಾಮಾನ್ಯ ಸೇವೆಗಳು (ಕನ್ನಡ ಮತ್ತು ಸಂಸ್ಕøತಿ ನಿರ್ದೇಶನಾಲಯ) (ನೇಮಕಾತಿ) ನಿಯಮಗಳು, 1999ನ್ನು ತಿದ್ದುಪಡಿ ಮಾಡಲು ಈ ಮುಂದಿನ ನಿಯಮಗಳ ಕರಡನ್ನು ಸದರಿ ಅಧಿನಿಯಮದ 3 ನೇ ಪ್ರಕರಣದ (2) ನೇ ಉಪ-ಪ್ರಕರಣದ (ಎ) ಖಂಡದ ಮೂಲಕ ಅಗತ್ಯಪಡಿಸಿದಂತೆ ಇದರಿಂದ ಬಾಧಿತರಾಗಬಹುದಾದ ಎಲ್ಲಾ ವ್ಯಕ್ತಿಗಳ ಮಾಹಿತಿಗಾಗಿ ಈ ಮೂಲಕ ಪ್ರಕಟಿಸಲಾಗಿದೆ ಮತ್ತು ಸದರಿ ಕರಡನ್ನು ಅಧಿಕೃತ ರಾಜ್ಯಪತ್ರದಲ್ಲಿ ಅದರ ಪ್ರಕಟಣೆಯ ದಿನಾಂಕದಿಂದ ಹದಿನೈದು ದಿನಗಳ ತರುವಾಯ ಪರಿಗಣನೆಗೆ ತೆಗೆದುಕೊಳ್ಳಲಾಗುವುದೆಂದು ಈ ಮೂಲಕ ತಿಳಿಸಲಾಗಿದೆ.
ಮೇಲೆ ನಿರ್ದಿಷ್ಟಪಡಿಸಿದ ಅವಧಿಯು ಮುಕ್ತಾಯಕ್ಕೆ ಮುಂಚೆ ಸದರಿ ಕರಡು ನಿಯಮಗಳಿಗೆ ಸಂಬಂಧಿಸಿದಂತೆ ಯಾರೇ ವ್ಯಕ್ತಿಯಿಂದ ಸ್ವೀಕರಿಸಬಹುದಾದ ಯಾವುದೇ ಆಕ್ಷೇಪಣೆಗಳು ಅಥವಾ ಸಲಹೆಯನ್ನು ರಾಜ್ಯ ಸರ್ಕಾರವು ಪರಿಗಣಿಸಲಾಗುವುದು. ಆಕ್ಷೇಪಣೆಗಳನ್ನು ಅಥವಾ ಸಲಹೆಗಳನ್ನು ಸರ್ಕಾರದ ಪ್ರಧಾನ ಕಾರ್ಯದರ್ಶಿಗಳು, ಕನ್ನಡ ಮತ್ತು ಸಂಸ್ಕøತಿ ಮತ್ತು ವಾರ್ತಾ ಇಲಾಖೆ, ಕೊಠಡಿ ಸಂಖ್ಯೆ-2, ನೆಲಮಹಡಿ ವಿಕಾಸಸೌಧ, ಬೆಂಗಳೂರು- 01 ಇವರಿಗೆ ಸಲ್ಲಿಸಬಹುದು.
ಕರಡು ನಿಯಮಗಳು
1 ಹೆಸರು ಮತ್ತು ಪ್ರಾರಂಭ- (1) ಈ ನಿಯಮಗಳನ್ನು ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ ಸಾಮಾನ್ಯ ಸೇವೆಗಳು (ಕನ್ನಡ ಮತ್ತು ಸಂಸ್ಕøತಿ ನಿರ್ದೇಶನಾಲಯ) (ನೇಮಕಾತಿ) (ತಿದ್ದುಪಡಿ) ನಿಯಮಗಳು, 2016 ಎಂದು ಕರೆಯತಕ್ಕದ್ದು.
(2) ಇವುಗಳು ಅಧಿಕೃತ ಸರ್ಕಾರಿ ರಾಜ್ಯಪತ್ರದಲ್ಲಿ ಪ್ರಕಟವಾದ ದಿನಾಂಕದಿಂದ ಜಾರಿಗೆ ಬರತಕ್ಕದ್ದು.
2 ಅನುಸೂಚಿಯ ತಿದ್ದುಪಡಿ- ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ ಸಾಮಾನ್ಯ ಸೇವೆಗಳು (ಕನ್ನಡ ಮತ್ತು ಸಂಸ್ಕøತಿ ನಿರ್ದೇಶನಾಲಯ) (ನೇಮಕಾತಿ) (ತಿದ್ದುಪಡಿ) ನಿಯಮಗಳು, 1999ರ ಅನುಸೂಚಿಯಲ್ಲಿ,

The draft of the following rules further to amend the Karnataka General Services (Directorate of Kannada and Culture) (Recruitment) Rules, 1999, which the Government of Karnataka proposes to make in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 3, read with section 8 of the Karnataka State Civil Services Act, 1978 (Karnataka Act 14 of 1990) is hereby published as required by clause (a) of sub-section (2) of section 3, of the said Act for the information of all persons likely to be affected thereby and notice is hereby given that the said draft will be taken into consideration after Fifteen days from the date of its publication in the Offical Gazette.
Any objection and suggestion, which may be received by the State Government from any person with respect to the said draft before, the expiry of the period specified above will be considered by the State Government.
