ವಿಷಯ ಃ ಹಿಂಬಾಕಿ ಉಳಿದ ಶೀಘ್ರಲಿಪಿಗಾರರ ಹುದ್ದೆಗೆ ಅಭ್ಯರ್ಥಿಗಳನ್ನು ಆಯ್ಕೆ ಮಾಡುವ ಬಗ್ಗೆ.

ಹಿಂಬಾಕಿ ಉಳಿದ ಶೀಘ್ರಲಿಪಿಗಾರರ ಹುದ್ದೆಗೆ ಅಭ್ಯರ್ಥಿಗಳನ್ನು ಆಯ್ಕೆ ಮಾಡುವ ಬಗ್ಗೆ.

ಎ) ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ ಪ್ರೌಡ ಶಿಕ್ಷಣ ಪರೀಕ್ಷಾ ಮಂಡಳಿಯು ನಡೆಸುವ ಎಸ್.ಎಸ್.ಎಲ್.ಸಿ. ಪರೀಕ್ಷೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಉತ್ತೀರ್ಣತೆ ಅಥವಾ ತತ್ಸಮಾನ ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಹತೆ. ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ ಪ್ರೌಡ ಶಿಕ್ಷಣ ಪರೀಕ್ಷಾ ಮಂಡಳಿಯು ನಡೆಸುವ ಎಸ್.ಎಸ್.ಎಲ್.ಸಿ. ಪರೀಕ್ಷೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಉತ್ತೀರ್ಣತೆ ಅಥವಾ ತತ್ಸಮಾನ ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಹತೆ. ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ ಪ್ರೌಡ ಶಿಕ್ಷಣ ಪರೀಕ್ಷಾ ಮಂಡಳಿಯು ನಡೆಸುವ ಎಸ್.ಎಸ್.ಎಲ್.ಸಿ. ಪರೀಕ್ಷೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಉತ್ತೀರ್ಣತೆ ಅಥವಾ ತತ್ಸಮಾನ ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಹತೆ.

ಬಿ) ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ ಪ್ರೌಡ ಶಿಕ್ಷಣ ಪರೀಕ್ಷಾ ಮಂಡಳಿಯು ನಡೆಸುವ ಹಿರಿಯ ದರ್ಜೆಯ

ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ ಪ್ರೌಡ ಶಿಕ್ಷಣ ಪರೀಕ್ಷಾ ಮಂಡಳಿಯು ನಡೆಸುವ ಹಿರಿಯ ದರ್ಜೆಯ (Senior Grade) ಕನ್ನಡ ಮತ್ತು ಆಂಗ್ಲ ಭಾಷೆಗಳ ಬೆರಳಚ್ಚು ಕನ್ನಡ ಮತ್ತು ಆಂಗ್ಲ ಭಾಷೆಗಳ ಬೆರಳಚ್ಚು ಪರೀಕ್ಷೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ತೇರ್ಗಡೆ ಹೊಂದಿರಬೇಕು ಅಥವಾ ತತ್ಸಮಾನ ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಹತೆ. ಪರೀಕ್ಷೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ತೇರ್ಗಡೆ ಹೊಂದಿರಬೇಕು ಅಥವಾ ತತ್ಸಮಾನ ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಹತೆ.

(೧೦೯೫)೧೦೯೬ ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ ರಾಜ್ಯಪತ್ರ, ಗುರುವಾರ, ನವೆಂಬರ್ ೧೦, ೨೦೧೬ ಭಾಗ ೫ ಸಿ) ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ ಪ್ರೌಡ ಶಿಕ್ಷಣ ಪರೀಕ್ಷಾ ಮಂಡಳಿಯು ನಡೆಸುವ ಹಿರಿಯ (Senior Grade) ದರ್ಜೆಯ ಕನ್ನಡ ಮತ್ತು ಆಂಗ್ಲ ಭಾಷೆಗಳ ಶೀಘ್ರಲಿಪಿ ಪರೀಕ್ಷೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ತೇರ್ಗಡೆ ಹೊಂದಿರಬೇಕು ಅಥವಾ ತತ್ಸಮಾನ ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಹತೆ ಅಥವಾ ಡಿಪ್ಲೋಮೊ ಇನ್ ಸೆಕ್ರೆಟೇರಿಯಲ್/ ಕಮರ್ಷಿಯಲ್ ಪ್ರಾಕ್ಟೀಸ್‌ನಲ್ಲಿ ಕನ್ನಡ ಮತ್ತು ಆಂಗ್ಲ ಭಾಷೆಗಳ ಹಿರಿಯ ದರ್ಜೆ ಶೀಘ್ರಲಿಪಿ ಮತ್ತು ಬೆರಳಚ್ಚು ಪರೀಕ್ಷೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ತೇರ್ಗಡೆ ಹೊಂದಿರಬೇಕು.

ವಯೋಮಿತಿ (ಅರ್ಜಿ ಸಲ್ಲಿಸಲು ಕೊನೆಯ ದಿನಾಂಕಕ್ಕೆ ಅನುಗುಣವಾಗಿ) ಃ

ಕನಿಷ್ಠ ವಯೋಮಿತಿ ಃ 18 ವರ್ಷ

ಗರಿಷ್ಠ ವಯೋಮಿತಿ ಃ ಪ್ರವರ್ಗ-I - 40 ವರ್ಷ

ಸರ್ಕಾರಿ ಸೇವೆಯಲ್ಲಿರುವವರಿಗೆ ನಿಯಮಾನುಸಾರ ವಯೋಮಿತಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಸಡಿಲಿಕೆ ನೀಡಲಾಗುವುದು.

ಆಯ್ಕೆ ವಿಧಾನ ಃ

ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ ಅಧೀನ ನ್ಯಾಯಾಲಯಗಳು (ಮಿನಿಸ್ಟೀರಿಯಲ್ ಮತ್ತು ಇತರೆ ಹುದ್ದೆಗಳು) (ನೇಮಕಾತಿ) (ತಿದ್ದುಪಡಿ) ನಿಯಮಗಳು 2007ರ ಅನ್ವಯ ನೇರ ನೇಮಕಾತಿಯ ಮೂಲಕ ಆಯ್ಕೆ ಮಾಡಲಾಗುವುದು.

II. ಶೀಘ್ರಲಿಪಿಗಾರರ ಹುದ್ದೆಗೆ ಈ ಕೆಳಕಂಡ ಅರ್ಹತಾ ಪರೀಕ್ಷೆಯನ್ನು ನಡೆಸಲಾಗುವುದು.

ಅ) ಒಂದು ನಿಮಿಷಕ್ಕೆ 120 ಶಬ್ಧಗಳಂತೆ 5 ನಿಮಿಷಗಳ ಅವಧಿಯ ಉಕ್ತಲೇಖನ ಮತ್ತು ಅದನ್ನು ಲಿಪ್ಯಂತರ ಮಾಡಲು 45 ನಿಮಿಷಗಳ ಅವಧಿ.

(ಗರಿಷ್ಠ 100 ಅಂಕಗಳ ಪರೀಕ್ಷೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಕನಿಷ್ಠ 50 ಅಂಕಗಳನ್ನು ಪಡೆಯಬೇಕಾಗಿರುತ್ತದೆ).

ಆ) ಶೀಘ್ರಲಿಪಿಗಾರರ ಹುದ್ದೆಗೆ ಅವರು ಪಡೆದಿರುವ ಶೈಕ್ಷಣಿಕ ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಹತೆಯ ಅಂಕಗಳು ಮತ್ತು ಅರ್ಹತಾ ಪರೀಕ್ಷೆಯ ಗರಿಷ್ಠ ಅಂಕಗಳ ಆಧಾರದ ಮೇಲೆ ಒಂದು ಹುದ್ದೆಗೆ ಐದು ಅಭ್ಯರ್ಥಿಗಳನ್ನು ಸಂದರ್ಶನಕ್ಕೆ ಕರೆಯಲಾಗುವುದು.

ಟಿಪ್ಪಣಿ ಃ ಸಂದರ್ಶನವು 05 ಅಂಕಗಳನ್ನು ಒಳಗೊಂಡಿರುತ್ತದೆ.

ಪರಿವೀಕ್ಷಣಾ ಅವಧಿ ಃ

ಆಯ್ಕೆಯಾದ ಅಭ್ಯರ್ಥಿಗಳು ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ ಸೇವಾ ನಿಯಮ (ಪರಿವೀಕ್ಷಣೆ ನಿಯಮಗಳು) 1977ರ ಪ್ರಕಾರ 2 ವರ್ಷಗಳ ಕಾಲ ಪರಿವೀಕ್ಷಣಾ ಅವಧಿಯಲ್ಲಿರುತ್ತಾರೆ. ಈ ಅವಧಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಅಭ್ಯರ್ಥಿಗಳು ಹುದ್ದೆಗೆ ನಿಗದಿಪಡಿಸಿದ ಇಲಾಖಾ ಪರೀಕ್ಷೆಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಮತ್ತು ಕನ್ನಡ ಭಾಷಾ ಪರೀಕ್ಷೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಉತ್ತೀರ್ಣರಾಗಬೇಕು.

ಸರ್ಕಾರಿ ಸೇವೆಯಲ್ಲಿರುವ ಅಭ್ಯರ್ಥಿಗಳು ಅರ್ಜಿ ಸಲ್ಲಿಸುವ ವಿಧಾನ ಃ

ಸರ್ಕಾರಿ ಸೇವೆಯಲ್ಲಿರುವ ಅಭ್ಯರ್ಥಿಗಳು ಅರ್ಜಿಗಳನ್ನು ಸಲ್ಲಿಸುವ ಸಮಯದಲ್ಲಿ ಸಂಬಂಧಪಟ್ಟ ಪ್ರಾಧಿಕಾರದಿಂದ ನಿರಾಕ್ಷೇಪಣ ಪ್ರಮಾಣ ಪತ್ರವನ್ನು ಪಡೆದಿರಬೇಕು.

ನಿಗದಿತ ಶುಲ್ಕವನ್ನು ನ್ಯಾಯಾಲಯದ ವೆಬ್‌ಸೈಟ್ http://ecourts.gov.in/ramnagaram/online-recruitment ನಲ್ಲಿ ನೀಡಲಾದ ಲಿಂಕ್ ಮುಖಾಂತರ ಸ್ಟೇಟ್ ಬ್ಯಾಂಕ್ ಆಫ್ ಮೈಸೂರ್‌ನ State Bank Collect ಮೂಲಕ online payment through net banking / credit card / debit card / challan download ಸೌಲಭ್ಯದ ಮೂಲಕ ಪಾವತಿಸತಕ್ಕದ್ದು. ಶುಲ್ಕವನ್ನು ಆನ್‌ಲೈನ್ ಮೂಲಕ ಪಾವತಿ ಮಾಡಲು ಇಚ್ಛಿಸದ ಅಭ್ಯರ್ಥಿಗಳು ಚಲನ್ ಪ್ರತಿಯನ್ನು ಅಧಿಕೃತ ವೆಬ್‌ಸೈಟ್‌ನಿಂದ ಡೌನ್‌ಲೋಡ್ ಮಾಡಿಕೊಂಡು ಅದರ print out ಅನ್ನು ಪಡೆದುಕೊಂಡು ಎಸ್.ಬಿ.ಎಂ.ನ ಯಾವುದೇ ಶಾಖೆಗೆ ಹಾಜರುಪಡಿಸಿ ಶುಲ್ಕವನ್ನು ಪಾವತಿಸತಕ್ಕದ್ದು. ಇದನ್ನು ಹೊರತುಪಡಿಸಿ ಯಾವುದೇ ಡಿಮಾಂಡ್ ಡ್ರಾಫ್ಟ್ / ಪೋಸ್ಟಲ್ ಆರ್ಡರ್ / ಮನಿ ಆರ್ಡರ್ ಇವುಗಳನ್ನು ಸ್ವೀಕರಿಸಲಾಗುವುದಿಲ್ಲ. ಶುಲ್ಕ ಪಾವತಿಸದ ಅಭ್ಯರ್ಥಿಗಳ ಅರ್ಜಿಗಳನ್ನು ತಿರಸ್ಕರಿಸಲಾಗುವುದು. ಅಭ್ಯರ್ಥಿಗಳು ON-LINE ಮೂಲಕ ಅರ್ಜಿ ಭರ್ತಿ ಮಾಡುವ ಮೊದಲು ಕೆಳಕಂಡ ಸೂಚನೆಗಳನ್ನು ಕಡ್ಡಾಯವಾಗಿ ತಿಳಿದುಕೊಳ್ಳತಕ್ಕದ್ದು ಃ

1. ಅಭ್ಯರ್ಥಿಗಳು ಅರ್ಜಿಯನ್ನು ON-LINE ಮೂಲಕ ಸಲ್ಲಿಸುವ ಮೊದಲು ಕೊಟ್ಟಿರುವ ಎಲ್ಲಾ ಸೂಚನೆಗಳನ್ನು ಗಮನವಿಟ್ಟು ಓದಿಕೊಳ್ಳಬೇಕು ಮತ್ತು ತಪ್ಪಾಗದಂತೆ ನೋಡಿಕೊಳ್ಳುವುದು. ಸರಿಯಾದ ಮಾಹಿತಿ ನೀಡದೇ ಇರುವ ಮತ್ತು ಅಪೂರ್ಣ ಮಾಹಿತಿಯುಳ್ಳ ಅರ್ಜಿಗಳನ್ನು ತಿರಸ್ಕರಿಸಲಾಗುವುದು.

2. ಅಭ್ಯರ್ಥಿಯು ಮೊಬೈಲ್ ಸಂಖ್ಯೆಯನ್ನು ಕಡ್ಡಾಯವಾಗಿ ನಮೂದಿಸುವುದು ಹಾಗೂ ಇ-ಮೇಲ್ ಐಡಿಯನ್ನು ಹೊಂದಿದ್ದಲ್ಲಿ ನಮೂದಿಸುವುದು. ಒಂದು ವೇಳೆ SMS ಅಥವಾ ಇ-ಮೇಲ್ ಮುಖಾಂತರ ತಮಗೆ ಸಂದೇಶ ತಲುಪದಿದ್ದಲ್ಲಿ ಈ ಪ್ರಾಧಿಕಾರ ಹೊಣೆಯಾಗಿರುವುದಿಲ್ಲ.
