No. HFW 177 RGU 2016, Bengaluru, dated 21-07-2016.
1) The Consensual Agreement reached between the Government and Private Unaided Professional Educational Institutions comes under Karnataka Professional Colleges Foundation with regard to admission and fixation of fees for professional courses in terms of the Act No. 8/2006 as amended by Act No. 39 of 2015, The Karnataka Professional Educational Institutions (Regulation of Admission and Determination of Fee) (Amendment) Act, 2015, Government shall notify the number of seats to be allotted for the academic year 2016-17 for the students selected for Medical and Dental Courses and also Government has notified the Fee Structure to be chargeable for the academic year 2016-17 from the candidates selected for Medical and Dental Courses as per the Consensual Agreement.
2) As per the Consensual Agreement reached between the Government and Private Unaided Professional Educational Institutions comes under Karnataka Professional Colleges Foundation, 40% of the Government seats for Medical and 35% for Dental in Non- Minority Private Unaided Professional Educational Institutions are earmarked for the candidates selected by Karnataka Examination Authority to Medical and Dental Courses for the academic year 2016-17.
3) In this regard, the Government of Karnataka hereby notify the fee chargeable for the academic year 2016-17 from the candidates selected for Medical and Dental Courses in Government and Private Unaided Professional Educational Institutions comes under Karnataka Professional Colleges Foundation as shown in Annexure-VII.
4) Therefore, the Government of Karnataka hereby notify the seat matrix and fee structure for the academic year 2016-17 for Medical and Dental UG (MBBS and BDS) Courses in Government Autonomous institutions and Government quota in Private Unaided Professional Educational Institutions comes under Karnataka Professional Colleges Foundation as per ANNEXURE I to VI appended to this notification.

ವಿಷಯ:- 2016-17ನೇ ಸಾಲಿಗೆ ರಾಜ್ಯದಲ್ಲಿರುವ ಕಾಮೆಡ್-ಕೆ ವ್ಯಾಪ್ತಿಯ ವೈದ್ಯಕೀಯ ಹಾಗೂ ದಂತ ವೈದ್ಯಕೀಯ ಕಾಲೇಜುಗಳಲ್ಲಿನ ಸ್ನಾತಕ ಕೋರ್ಸುಗಳ ಸೀಟುಗಳ ಪ್ರವೇಶ ಶುಲ್ಕವನ್ನು ಪರಿಷ್ಕರಿಸುವ ಬಗ್ಗೆ.
ಓದಲಾಗಿದೆ :
ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ ವೃತ್ತಿಪರ ಕೋರ್ಸುಗಳ ಪ್ರವೇಶಾತಿಗೆ ಸಂಬಂಧಿಸಿದಂತೆ ಸೀಟು ಹಂಚಿಕೆ ಮತ್ತು ಶುಲ್ಕ ನಿಗಧಿ ಕುರಿತು ಸರ್ಕಾರ ಹಾಗೂ ಖಾಸಗಿ ಆಡಳಿತ ಮಂಡಳಿಗಳ ನಡುವೆ ಪರಸ್ಪರ ಒಡಂಬಡಿಕೆ ಮಾಡಿಕೊಳ್ಳಲು ಮಾನ್ಯ ವೈದ್ಯಕೀಯ ಶಿಕ್ಷಣ ಸಚಿವರ ಅಧ್ಯಕ್ಷತೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ದಿನಾಂಕ: 23-06-2016 ರಂದು ಜರುಗಿದ ಸಭೆಯ ನಿರ್ಣಯಗಳು.
ಪ್ರಸ್ತಾವನೆ :
ಮೇಲೆ ಓದಲಾದ ಸಭೆಯ ನಿರ್ಣಯಗಳನ್ವಯ 2016-17ನೇ ಸಾಲಿನ ಸ್ನಾತಕ ವೈದ್ಯಕೀಯ ಹಾಗೂ ದಂತ ವೈದ್ಯಕೀಯ ಕೋರ್ಸುಗಳ ಸೀಟು ಹಂಚಿಕೆ & ಶುಲ್ಕ ನಿಗಧಿಗೆ ಸಂಬಂಧಿಸಿದಂತೆ ಪರಸ್ಪರ ಒಡಂಬಡಿಕೆ ಮಾಡಿಕೊಳ್ಳುವ ಸಲುವಾಗಿ ರಾಜ್ಯದ ಖಾಸಗಿ ಕಾಲೇಜುಗಳ ಸಂಘಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಒಂದಾದ ಕಾಮೆಡ್-ಕೆ ಯ ಅಧ್ಯಕ್ಷರು/ಪ್ರತಿನಿಧಿಗಳೊಂದಿಗೆ ಮಾನ್ಯ ವೈದ್ಯಕೀಯ ಶಿಕ್ಷಣ ಸಚಿವರ ಅಧ್ಯಕ್ಷತೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ದಿನಾಂಕ: 23-06-2016ರಂದು ನಡೆದ ಸಭೆಯಲ್ಲಿ 2016-17ನೇ ಸಾಲಿಗೆ ಕಾಮೆಡ್-ಕೆ ವ್ಯಾಪ್ತಿಯ ವೈದ್ಯಕೀಯ ಹಾಗೂ ದಂತ ವೈದ್ಯಕೀಯ ಕಾಲೇಜುಗಳಲ್ಲಿನ ಸ್ನಾತಕ ಕೋರ್ಸುಗಳ ಸೀಟುಗಳಿಗೆ 2015-16ನೇ ಸಾಲಿನಲ್ಲಿ ನಿಗಧಿಪಡಿಸಿದ್ದ ಪ್ರವೇಶ ಶುಲ್ಕವನ್ನು ಈ ಕೆಳಗಿನಂತೆ ಪರಿಷ್ಕರಿಸಲು ತೀರ್ಮಾನಿಸಲಾಗಿರುತ್ತದೆ.
ರಾಜ್ಯದಲ್ಲಿನ ಖಾಸಗಿ ವೈದ್ಯಕೀಯ / ದಂತ ವೈದ್ಯಕೀಯ ಕಾಲೇಜುಗಳಲ್ಲಿನ (ಕಾಮೆಡ್-ಕೆ) ವೈದ್ಯಕೀಯ (MBBS) /ದಂತ ವೈದ್ಯಕೀಯ
(BDS) ಸೀಟುಗಳಿಗೆ ಪಾವತಿಸಬೇಕಾದ ಶುಲ್ಕದ ವಿವರ :

ಮುಂದುವರಿದು, ಸರ್ಕಾರಿ ಸ್ವಾಯತ್ತ ವೈದ್ಯಕೀಯ/ದಂತ ವೈದ್ಯಕೀಯ ಕಾಲೇಜುಗಳಲ್ಲಿನ ಸ್ನಾತಕ ಕೋರ್ಸುಗಳ ಸೀಟುಗಳಿಗೆ ಪ್ರವೇಶ ಪಡೆಯುವ ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳಿಗೆ 2015-16ನೇ ಸಾಲಿಗೆ ನಿಗಧಿಪಡಿಸಿದ್ದ ಪ್ರವೇಶ ಶುಲ್ಕದಲ್ಲಿ ಯಾವುದೇ ಬದಲಾವಣೆ ಮಾಡದಿರಲು ತೀರ್ಮಾನಿಸಲಾಗಿದೆ.
ವಿಷಯವನ್ನು ಸಂಬಂಧಿಸಿದ ದಾಖಲೆಗಳೊಂದಿಗೆ ಕೂಲಂಕಷವಾಗಿ ಪರಿಶಿಲಿಸಿದ ನಂತರ, ರಾಜ್ಯದಲ್ಲಿನ ಕಾಮೆಡ್-ಕೆ ವ್ಯಾಪ್ತಿಯ ವೈದ್ಯಕೀಯ/ದಂತ ವೈದ್ಯಕೀಯ ಕಾಲೇಜುಗಳಲ್ಲಿನ ಸ್ನಾತಕ ಕೋರ್ಸುಗಳ ಸೀಟುಗಳ ಪ್ರವೇಶ ಶುಲ್ಕವನ್ನು 2016-17ನೇ ಸಾಲಿಗೆ ಮೇಲೆ ಪ್ರಸ್ತಾಪಿಸಿರುವಂತೆ ಪರಿಷ್ಕರಿಸಲು ಸರ್ಕಾರವು ತೀರ್ಮಾನಿಸಿ, ಈ ಆದೇಶವನ್ನು ಹೊರಡಿಸಿದೆ.
