WHEREAS the Government of Karnataka having regard to the circumstances prevailing in the State are satisfied that it is necessary that the District Magistrates and the Commissioners of Police in the State to be empowered to exercise the powers under sub-section (2) of section 3 of the Karnataka Prevention of Dangerous Activities of Boot-leggers, Drug-Offenders, Gamblers, Goondas, Immoral Traffic Offenders, Slum-Grabbers and Video or Audio Pirates Act, 1985 (Karnataka Act No.12 of 1985).

Now, therefore in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (2) of Section 3 of the Karnataka Prevention of Dangerous Activities of Boot-leggers, Drug-Offenders, Gamblers, Goondas, Immoral Traffic Offenders, Slum-Grabbers and Video or Audio Pirates Act, 1985 (Karnataka Act No.12 of 1985) the Government of Kanataka hereby direct that the District Magistrates and the Commissioners of Police in the State shall exercise the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of Section 3 of the Act within the limits of their jurisdiction for a period of three months from 10-09-2016 to 09-12-2016.

In exercise of the powers vested under Section 9(1)(a) of the Karnataka Stamp Act, 1957·( Karnataka Act No. 34 of 1957) and Section 78 of the Registration Act, 1908 (Central Act 1908 XVI) and in connection with the New Investment Incentive Policy (i⁴ Policy : IT, ITES, Innovation Incentive Policy) for the iT/lTes/ Start-ups / Animation /Gaming /Computer Graphics/ Telecom/ BPO/ KPO/ other knowledge based lndustries as notified by the Government of Karnataka vide order No.lTD 10 PRM 2013 dated 16th January 2014: Government of Karnataka hereby grants the exemption/concession in Stamp Duty and Registration fee at the rates noted herein below for Units that setup new operations or expand operations in Karnataka State during the Policy period in respect of the documents executed by or between the concerned persons in connection with the aforesaid New Investment Incentive Policy for a period of Five (5) years with effect from 16th January 2014.

1) The Consensual Agreement reached between the Government and Private Unaided Professional Educational Institutions comes under Karnataka Professional Colleges Foundation (COMED-K), Karnataka Religious & Linguistic Minority Professional Colleges Association (KRLMPCA) and Association of Minority Professional Colleges in Karnataka (AMPCK) with regard to admission and fixation of fees for professional courses in terms of the Act No. 8/2006 as amended by Act No. 39 of 2015, The Karnataka Professional Educational Institutions (Regulation of Admission and Determination of Fee) (Amendment) Act, 2015.

2) The Government shall notify the number of seats to be allotted for the academic year 2016-17 for the students selected for Medical and Dental Courses and also Government has notified the Fee Structure to be chargeable for the academic year 2016-17 from the candidates selected for Medical and Dental Courses as per the Consensual Agreements.

3) As per the Consensual Agreement reached between the Government and Private Unaided Professional Educational Institutions, 40% of the Government seats for Medical and 35% for Dental in Non-Minority Private Unaided Professional Educational Institutions and 25% of the Government seats for Medical and Dental in Minority Private Unaided Professional Educational Institutions are earmarked for the candidates selected by Karnataka Examination Authority to Medical and Dental Courses for the academic year 2016-17.

3) In this regard, the Government of Karnataka hereby notify the fee chargeable for the academic year 2016-17 from the candidates selected for Medical and Dental Courses in Government and Private Unaided Professional Educational Institutions comes under Karnataka Professional Colleges Foundation (COMED-K), Karnataka Religious & Linguistic Minority Professional Colleges Association (KRLMPCA), Association of Minority Professional Colleges in Karnataka (AMPCK) and Deemed Universities Colleges as shown in Annexure-VII.

4) Therefore, the Government of Karnataka hereby notify the additional seat matrix and fee structure for the academic year 2016-17 for Medical and Dental UG (MBBS and BDS) Courses in Government quota in Private Unaided Professional Educational Institutions comes under Karnataka Professional Colleges Foundation (COMED-K), Karnataka Religious & Linguistic Minority Professionalಭಾಗ ೪ಎ ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ ರಾಜ್ಯಪತ್ರ, ಗುರುವಾರ, ಡಿಸೆಂಬರ್ ೧೫, ೨೦೧೬ ೨೧೩೧ Colleges Association (KRLMPCA), Association of Minority Professional Colleges in Karnataka (AMPCK) and Deemed Universities Medical & Dental Colleges as per ANNEXURE I to VI appended to this notification.

ಓದಲಾಗಿದೆ : 1. ಸರ್ಕಾರದ ಆದೇಶ ಸಂಖ್ಯೆ : ಆಕುಕ 156 ಆರ್‌ಜಿಯು 2016, ದಿನಾಂಕ : 24-06-2016.

ಮೇಲೆ ಓದಲಾದ (1)ರ ಆದೇಶದಲ್ಲಿ 2016-17ನೇ ಸಾಲಿಗೆ ಸಂಬಂಧಿಸಿದಂತೆ ರಾಜ್ಯದಲ್ಲಿನ ಸರ್ಕಾರಿ ಹಾಗೂ ಕಾಮೆಡ್-ಕೆ ವ್ಯಾಪ್ತಿಯ ವೈದ್ಯಕೀಯ ಹಾಗೂ ದಂತ ವೈದ್ಯಕೀಯ ಸ್ನಾತಕ ಕೋರ್ಸುಗಳ ಸೀಟುಗಳಿಗೆ ಪ್ರವೇಶ ಶುಲ್ಕವನ್ನು ನಿಗದಿಪಡಿಸಲಾಗಿದೆ.

ಮೇಲೆ ಓದಲಾದ (2)ರ ಸಭೆಯ ನಿರ್ಣಯಗಳನ್ವಯ 2016-17ನೇ ಸಾಲಿನ ಸ್ನಾತಕ ವೈದ್ಯಕೀಯ ಹಾಗೂ ದಂತ ವೈದ್ಯಕೀಯ ಕೋರ್ಸುಗಳ ಸೀಟು ಹಂಚಿಕೆ & ಶುಲ್ಕ ನಿಗದಿಗೆ ಸಂಬಂಧಿಸಿದಂತೆ ಪರಸ್ಪರ ಒಡಂಬಡಿಕೆ ಮಾಡಿಕೊಳ್ಳುವ ಸಲುವಾಗಿ ರಾಜ್ಯದ ಖಾಸಗಿ ಕಾಲೇಜುಗಳ ಸಂಘಗಳಾದ KRLMPCA/AMPCK ಗಳ ಅಧ್ಯಕ್ಷರು/ಪ್ರತಿನಿಧಿಗಳೊಂದಿಗೆ ಮಾನ್ಯ ವೈದ್ಯಕೀಯ ಶಿಕ್ಷಣ ಸಚಿವರ ಅಧ್ಯಕ್ಷತೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ದಿನಾಂಕ : 20-07-2016ರಂದು ನಡೆದ ಸಭೆಯಲ್ಲಿ 2016-17ನೇ ಸಾಲಿಗೆ KRLMPCA/AMPCK ವ್ಯಾಪ್ತಿಯ ವೈದ್ಯಕೀಯ ಹಾಗೂ ದಂತ ವೈದ್ಯಕೀಯ ಕಾಲೇಜುಗಳಲ್ಲಿನ ಸ್ನಾತಕ ಕೋರ್ಸುಗಳ ಸೀಟುಗಳಿಗೆ 2015-16ನೇ ಸಾಲಿನಲ್ಲಿ ನಿಗದಿಪಡಿಸಿದ್ದ ಪ್ರವೇಶ ಶುಲ್ಕವನ್ನು ಈ ಕೆಳಗಿನಂತೆ ಪರಿಷ್ಕರಿಸಲು ತೀರ್ಮಾನಿಸಲಾಗಿರುತ್ತದೆ.

ರಾಜ್ಯದಲ್ಲಿನ ಖಾಸಗಿ ವೈದ್ಯಕೀಯ/ದಂತ ವೈದ್ಯಕೀಯ ಕಾಲೇಜುಗಳಲ್ಲಿನ (KRLMPCA/AMPCK) ವೈದ್ಯಕೀಯ (MBBS)/ ದಂತ ವೈದ್ಯಕೀಯ (BDS) ಸೀಟುಗಳಿಗೆ ಪಾವತಿಸಬೇಕಾದ ಶುಲ್ಕದ ವಿವರ :

ವಿಷಯವನ್ನು ಸಂಬಂಧಿಸಿದ ದಾಖಲೆಗಳೊಂದಿಗೆ ಕೂಲಂಕಷವಾಗಿ ಪರಿಶೀಲಿಸಿದ ನಂತರ, ರಾಜ್ಯದಲ್ಲಿನ KRLMPCA/AMPCK ವ್ಯಾಪ್ತಿಯ ವೈದ್ಯಕೀಯ/ದಂತ ವೈದ್ಯಕೀಯ ಕಾಲೇಜುಗಳಲ್ಲಿನ ಸ್ನಾತಕ ಕೋರ್ಸುಗಳ ಸೀಟುಗಳ ಪ್ರವೇಶ ಶುಲ್ಕವನ್ನು 2016-17ನೇ ಸಾಲಿಗೆ ಮೇಲೆ ಪ್ರಸ್ತಾಪಿಸಿರುವಂತೆ ಪರಿಷ್ಕರಿಸಲು ಸರ್ಕಾರವು ತೀರ್ಮಾನಿಸಿ, ಈ ಆದೇಶವನ್ನು ಹೊರಡಿಸಿದೆ.

ರಾಜ್ಯದಲ್ಲಿನ KRLMPCA/AMPCK ವ್ಯಾಪ್ತಿಯ ವೈದ್ಯಕೀಯ ಹಾಗೂ ದಂತ ವೈದ್ಯಕೀಯ ಸ್ನಾತಕ ಕೋರ್ಸುಗಳ ಸೀಟುಗಳ ಪ್ರವೇಶ ಶುಲ್ಕವನ್ನು 2016-17ನೇ ಸಾಲಿಗೆ ಈ ಕೆಳಕಂಡಂತೆ ಪರಿಷ್ಕರಿಸಿ ಆದೇಶಿಸಲಾಗಿದೆ.

ರಾಜ್ಯದಲ್ಲಿನ ಖಾಸಗಿ ವೈದ್ಯಕೀಯ ಹಾಗೂ ದಂತ ವೈದ್ಯಕೀಯ ಕಾಲೇಜುಗಳಲ್ಲಿನ KRLMPCA/AMPCK ವೈದ್ಯಕೀಯ (MBBS)/ದಂತ ವೈದ್ಯಕೀಯ (BDS) ಸೀಟುಗಳಿಗೆ ಪಾವತಿಸಬೇಕಾದ ಶುಲ್ಕದ ವಿವರ :
