1872ರ ಭಾರತೀಯ ಕ್ರಿಶ್ಚಿಯನ್ ವಿವಾಹ ಕಾಯಿದೆಯ ಕಲಂ 09 ರನ್ವಯ ಪ್ರದತ್ತವಾಗಿರುವ ಅಧಿಕಾರವನ್ನು ಚಲಾಯಿಸಿ ಭಾರತೀಯ ಕ್ರಿಶ್ಚಿಯನ್ ವಿವಾಹ (ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ) ನಿಯಮಗಳು 1961 ರಂತೆ ಪಾಸ್ಟರ್ ಬಿ.ಡಿ.ಅಂತೋಣಿ, ಎಂಡ್ ಟೈಂ ಫುಲ್ ಗಾಸ್ಪೆಲ್ ಹಾರ್ವೆಸ್ಟರ್ಸ್ ಇಂಡಿಯಾ (ರಿ), ಜಯಪುರ, ಚಿಕ್ಕಮಗಳೂರು - ಇವರನ್ನು ಚಿಕ್ಕಮಗಳೂರು ಜಿಲ್ಲೆಗೆ ಸೀಮಿತಗೊಳಿಸಿ ಮೇಲಿನ ಕಾಯಿದೆಯಡಿಯ ಷರತ್ತಿಗೊಳಪಟ್ಟು ತಕ್ಷಣದಿಂದ ಜಾರಿಗೆ ಬರುವಂತೆ ಹಾಗೂ ಮುಂದಿನ ಆದೇಶದವರೆಗೆ ಕ್ರಿಶ್ಚಿಯನ್ ಜನಾಂಗದ ವಿವಾಹ ವಿಧಿಯನ್ನು ನೆರವೇರಿಸಲು ಅನುಮಿತಿಯನ್ನು ನೀಡಿದೆ.
ಸದರಿ ಕಾಯ್ದೆಯಡಿ ಪ್ರದತ್ತವಾಗಿರುವಂತೆ ಅರ್ಜಿದಾರನು ತಾವು ನೆರವೇರಿಸುವ ಪ್ರತಿ ವಿವಾಹದ ವಿವರಗಳನ್ನು ಕಡ್ಡಾಯವಾಗಿ ನೋಂದಣಿ ಮಹಾಪರಿವೀಕ್ಷಕರು ಹಾಗೂ ಮುದ್ರಾಂಕಗಳ ಆಯುಕ್ತರು, ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ, ಬೆಂಗಳೂರು (Inspector General of Registration and Commissioner For Stamps in Karnataka, Bengaluru) ಇವರಿಗೆ ಕಳುಹಿಸತಕ್ಕದ್ದು.
