It is certified as per Rule 118(A)(4) of K.C.S.Rs that no Departmental Enquiry was pending against the said Officers as on that date.
They shall be paid the pay and allowances admissible for the period of Earned Leave at their credit as per Rules, after the receipt of endorsement from the Accountant General (A&E), Karnataka, Bengaluru.
