ಕಲಬುರ್ಗಿ ಜಿಲ್ಲೆಯ ವಾಡಿ ಪುರಸಭೆಯ ಚುನಾಯಿತ ಸದಸ್ಯರ ಚುನಾವಣೆಯು ದಿನಾಂಕ:10.01.2012ರಂದು ಜರುಗಿದ್ದು, ದಿನಾಂಕ:24.03.2012ರಂದು ಅಧ್ಯಕ್ಷ ಹಾಗೂ ಉಪಾಧ್ಯಕ್ಷರ ಚುನಾವಣೆ ಕೈಗೊಂಡು ಆಯ್ಕೆ ಮಾಡಲಾಗಿದೆ. ಸದರಿ ಪುರಸಭೆಯ ಚುನಾಯಿತ ಸದಸ್ಯರ ಪದಾವಧಿಯು ದಿನಾಂಕ:24.03.2017ರಂದು ಮುಕ್ತಾಯಗೊಳ್ಳಲಿದೆ. ಹೊಸ ಚುನಾಯಿತ ಸದಸ್ಯರು ಆಯ್ಕೆಯಾಗುವವರೆಗೂ, ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ ಪೌರಸಭೆಗಳ ಅಧಿನಿಯಮ 1964ರ ಸೆಕ್ಷನ್ 357ರನ್ವಯ ಆಡಳಿತಾತ್ಮಕ ಹಿತದೃಷ್ಟಿಯಿಂದ ಮುಂದಿನ ಹೊಸ ಚುನಾಯಿತ ಕೌನ್ಸಿಲ್ ಅಸ್ತಿತ್ವಕ್ಕೆ ಬರುವವರೆಗೂ ಕಾರ್ಯನಿರ್ವಹಣೆಗಾಗಿ ಆಡಳಿತಾಧಿಕಾರಿಗಳನ್ನು ನೇಮಕ ಮಾಡಬೇಕಾಗಿರುತ್ತದೆ.
ಆದುದರಿಂದ ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ ಪೌರಸಭೆಗಳ ಅಧಿನಿಯಮ 1964ರನ್ವಯ ಪ್ರದತ್ತವಾದ ಅಧಿಕಾರವನ್ನು ಚಲಾಯಿಸಿ, ಕಲಬುರ್ಗಿ ಜಿಲ್ಲೆಯ ವಾಡಿ ಪುರಸಭೆಗೆ ತಕ್ಷಣದಿಂದ ಜಾರಿಗೆ ಬರುವಂತೆ ಹಾಗೂ ಮುಂದಿನ ಆದೇಶದವರೆಗೆ ಸಹಾಯಕ ಆಯುಕ್ತರು, ಸೇಡಂ, ಕಲಬುರ್ಗಿ ಜಿಲ್ಲೆ ರವರನ್ನು ಆಡಳಿತಾಧಿಕಾರಿಯನ್ನಾಗಿ ನೇಮಕ ಮಾಡಿ ಆದೇಶಿಸಲಾಗಿದೆ.
