ಸಾರ್ವಜನಿಕ ಶಿಕ್ಷಣ ಇಲಾಖೆಯ ಈ ಕೆಳಕಂಡ ಸಹ ನಿರ್ದೇಶಕರುಗಳನ್ನು ವೇತನ ಶ್ರೇಣಿ `.48,900-63,600ರ ಖಾಲಿ ಇರುವ ಸಾರ್ವಜನಿಕ ಶಿಕ್ಷಣ ಇಲಾಖೆಯ ನಿರ್ದೇಶಕ ವೃಂದದ ಹುದ್ದೆಗಳಿಗೆ ಕೆಳಕಂಡ ಷರತ್ತುಗಳೊಂದಿಗೆ ಕ.ನಾ.ಸೇ.ನಿ. ನಿಯಮ 32ರಡಿ ಸ್ವತಂತ್ರ ಪ್ರಭಾರದಲ್ಲಿರಿಸಿ ಅವರ ಹೆಸರಿನ ಮುಂದೆ ಸೂಚಿಸಿರುವ ಸ್ಥಳಗಳಿಗೆ ತಕ್ಷಣದಿಂದ ಜಾರಿಗೆ ಬರುವಂತೆ ಹಾಗೂ ಮುಂದಿನ ಆದೇಶದವರೆಗೆ ನೇಮಿಸಲಾಗಿದೆ.
ಅ. ನಿಯಮ 32 ರಡಿ ಮಾಡಲಾಗುವ ಸ್ವತಂತ್ರ ಪ್ರಭಾರ ವ್ಯವಸ್ಥೆಯು ಕ್ರಮಬದ್ಧ ಮುಂಬಡ್ತಿ ಬದಲಿಗೆ ಮಾಡುವ ಒಂದು ತಾತ್ಕಾಲಿಕ ವ್ಯವಸ್ಥೆಯಾಗಿದೆ. ಅದು ಮುಂಬಡ್ತಿ ಅಲ್ಲ. ಸ್ವತಂತ್ರ ಪ್ರಭಾರದಲ್ಲಿರಿಸಿರುವ ಆದೇಶವನ್ನು ಯಾವುದೇ ಸಂದರ್ಭದಲ್ಲಾದರೂ ಹಿಂದಕ್ಕೆ ಪಡೆಯಲು ಆಸ್ಪದವಿರುತ್ತದೆ.
ಆ. ಈ ವ್ಯವಸ್ಥೆಯು ತಾತ್ಕಾಲಿಕವಾಗಿದ್ದು, ಪೂರ್ವಾನ್ವಯ ಮುಂಬಡ್ತಿಗೆ ಹಕ್ಕೊತ್ತಾಯ ಮಾಡುವಂತಿಲ್ಲ.
