ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ ವಿಧಾನಸಭೆ ಸಚಿವಾಲಯದಲ್ಲಿ ಅಧೀನ ಕಾರ್ಯದರ್ಶಿಯಾಗಿ ಕಾರ್ಯನಿರ್ವಹಿಸುತ್ತಿದ್ದ ಶ್ರೀಮತಿ ವಿಜಯಲಕ್ಷ್ಮಿ ಬಾಲರಾಜ್, ಇವರು ಸೇವೆಯಿಂದ ವಯೋ ನಿವೃತ್ತಿ ಹೊಂದಿರುವ ಪರಿಣಾಮವಾಗಿ ಹಾಗೂ ಶ್ರೀ. ಕೆ.ಮುದುಕೇಶಿ, ಅಧೀನ ಕಾರ್ಯದರ್ಶಿ, ಇವರಿಗೆ ಉಪ ಕಾರ್ಯದರ್ಶಿ (ಆ.ವಿ) ಹುದ್ದೆಗೆ ಸ್ಥಾನಪನ್ನ ಮುಂಬಡ್ತಿ ನೀಡಿರುವ ಪರಿಣಾಮವಾಗಿ ತೆರವಾಗಿರುವ 02 ಅಧೀನ ಕಾರ್ಯದರ್ಶಿ ಹುದ್ದೆಗಳಿಗೆ 2003ರ ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ ವಿಧಾನಸಭೆ ಸಚಿವಾಲಯದ (ನೇಮಕಾತಿ ಮತ್ತು ಸೇವಾ ಷರತ್ತುಗಳು) ನಿಯಮಾವಳಿಗಳ ನಿಯಮ 6(ii)ರ ಪ್ರಕಾರ ಹಾಗೂ 1977ರ ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ ನಾಗರಿಕ ಸೇವಾ (ಸಾಮಾನ್ಯ ನೇಮಕಾತಿ) ನಿಯಮಾವಳಿಗಳ ನಿಯಮ 19(3)(ಎ)ನ್ನು ಓದಿಕೊಂಡಂತೆ ಈ ಸಚಿವಾಲಯದಲ್ಲಿ ಶಾಖಾಧಿಕಾರಿ ಹುದ್ದೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಕಾರ್ಯನಿರ್ವಹಿಸುತ್ತಿರುವ ಕೆಳಕಂಡ ಅಧಿಕಾರಿಗಳಿಗೆ ತಕ್ಷಣದಿಂದ ಜಾರಿಗೆ ಬರುವಂತೆ ಭಾರತೀಯ ಸಂವಿಧಾನದ ಅನುಚ್ಛೇದ 371(ಜೆ)ಯ ತಿದ್ದುಪಡಿಯ ರೀತ್ಯಾ ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ ಸಾರ್ವಜನಿಕ ಉದ್ಯೋಗ (ಹೈದರಾಬಾದ್-ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ ಪ್ರದೇಶಕ್ಕೆ ನೇಮಕಾತಿ ಮೀಸಲಾತಿ) 2013ರ ಆದೇಶದ 3ನೇ ಕಂಡಿಕೆಯ ಉಪಬಂಧಗಳಿಗನುಸಾರವಾಗಿ ಪರಿಶೀಲನೆ ಮತ್ತು ಮರುಹೊಂದಾಣಿಕೆ ಮಾಡುವ ಹಾಗೂ ಸಿವಿಲ್ ಅಪೀಲ್ ಸಂಖ್ಯೆ 2368/2011- ಶ್ರೀ ಬಿ.ಕೆ. ಪವಿತ್ರ ಮತ್ತು ಇತರರು ವಿರುದ್ಧ ಯೂನಿಯನ್ ಆಫ್ ಇಂಡಿಯಾ ಪ್ರಕರಣದಲ್ಲಿ ಮಾನ್ಯ ಸರ್ವೋಚ್ಛ ನ್ಯಾಯಾಲಯವು ನೀಡಿರುವ ತೀರ್ಪಿನನ್ವಯ ಜೇಷ್ಟತಾ ಪಟ್ಟಿ ಪರಿಷ್ಕರಿಸುವ ಮತ್ತು ಮರುಹೊಂದಾಣಿಕೆ ಮಾಡುವ ಷರತ್ತುಗಳಿಗೊಳಪಟ್ಟು ವೇತನ ಶ್ರೇಣಿ ರೂ.28100-700-28800-800-33600-900-39000- 1050-45300-1200-50100ರಲ್ಲಿ ಅಧೀನ ಕಾರ್ಯದರ್ಶಿ ಹುದ್ದೆಗಳಿಗೆ ಸ್ಥಾನಪನ್ನ ಮುಂಬಡ್ತಿ ನೀಡಲಾಗಿದೆ.

ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ ವಿಧಾನಸಭೆ ಸಚಿವಾಲಯದಲ್ಲಿ ಸಹಾಯಕ ಚರ್ಚಾ ಸಂಪಾದಕರ ಹುದ್ದೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಕಾರ್ಯನಿರ್ವಹಿಸುತ್ತಿದ್ದ ಶ್ರೀ ಜಿ.ಎಸ್.ಶ್ರೀಪಾದ, ಇವರು ಸೇವೆಯಿಂದ ವಯೋ ನಿವೃತ್ತಿ ಹೊಂದಿರುವ ಪರಿಣಾಮವಾಗಿ ಹಾಗೂ ಶ್ರೀ ಎಸ್.ಆರ್.ಸಿದ್ಧಪ್ಪ, ಸಹಾಯಕ ಚರ್ಚಾ ಸಂಪಾದಕರು, ಇವರಿಗೆ ಚರ್ಚಾ ಸಂಪಾದಕರ ಹುದ್ದೆಗೆ ಸ್ಥಾನಪನ್ನ ಮುಂಬಡ್ತಿ ನೀಡಿರುವ ಪರಿಣಾಮವಾಗಿ ತೆರವಾಗಿರುವ 02 ಅಭಿಲೇಖನಾಧಿಕಾರಿ ಹುದ್ದೆಗಳಿಗೆ 2003ರ ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ ವಿಧಾನಸಭೆ ಸಚಿವಾಲಯದ (ನೇಮಕಾತಿ ಮತ್ತು ಸೇವಾ ಷರತ್ತುಗಳು) ನಿಯಮಾವಳಿಗಳ ನಿಯಮ 6(ii) ರ ಪ್ರಕಾರ ಹಾಗೂ 1977ರ ಕರ್ನಟಕ ನಾಗರೀಕ ಸೇವಾ (ಸಾಮಾನ್ಯ ನೇಮಕಾತಿ) ನಿಯಮಾವಳಿಗಳ ನಿಯಮ 19(3)(ಎ)ನ್ನು ಓದಿಕೊಂಡಂತೆ ಈ ಸಚಿವಾಲಯದಲ್ಲಿ ವರದಿಗಾರರ ಹುದ್ದೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಕಾರ್ಯನಿರ್ವಹಿಸುತ್ತಿರುವ ಕೆಳಕಂಡ ನೌಕರರುಗಳಿಗೆ ತಕ್ಷಣದಿಂದ ಜಾರಿಗೆ ಬರುವಂತೆ ಸಿವಿಲ್ ಅಪೀಲ್ ಸಂಖ್ಯೆ 2368/2011- ಶ್ರೀ ಬಿ.ಕೆ. ಪವಿತ್ರ ಮತ್ತು ಇತರರು ವಿರುದ್ಧ ಯೂನಿಯನ್ ಆಫ್ ಇಂಡಿಯಾ ಪ್ರಕರಣದಲ್ಲಿ ಮಾನ್ಯ ಸರ್ವೋಚ್ಛ ನ್ಯಾಯಾಲಯವು ನೀಡಿರುವ ತೀರ್ಪಿನನ್ವಯ ಜೇಷ್ಟತಾ ಪಟ್ಟಿ ಪರಿಷ್ಕರಿಸುವ ಮತ್ತು ಮರುಹೊಂದಾಣಿಕೆ ಮಾಡುವ ಷರತ್ತಿಗೊಳಪಟ್ಟು ವೇತನ ಶ್ರೇಣಿ ರೂ.22800-600-24600-700-28800-800-33600-900- 39000-1050-43200ರಲ್ಲಿ ಅಭಿಲೇಖನಾಧಿಕಾರಿ ಹುದ್ದೆಗೆ ಸ್ಥಾನಪನ್ನ ಮುಂಬಡ್ತಿ ನೀಡಲಾಗಿದೆ.
