6. ದಿನಾಂಕ: 01-04-2006ರ ನಂತರ ಸಿವಿಲ್ ಸೇವೆಗೆ ನೇಮಕ ಹೊಂದುವವರಿಗೆ ಸರ್ಕಾರದ ಆದೇಶ ಸಂಖ್ಯೆ: ಎಫ್.ಡಿ(ಎಸ್.ಪಿ.ಎಲ್) 04 ಪಿಇಟಿ 2005 ದಿನಾಂಕ: 31-05-2006 ರಲ್ಲಿನ ನೂತನ ಪಿಂಚಣಿ ಯೋಜನೆ (ಎನ್.ಪಿ.ಎಸ್.) ಅನ್ವಯವಾಗುತ್ತದೆ. 7. ಈ ಅಭ್ಯರ್ಥಿಗಳು ಕರ್ತವ್ಯಕ್ಕೆ ಹಾಜರಾಗುವ ಸಂಬಂಧ ಯಾವುದೇ ಪ್ರಯಾಣ ಭತ್ಯೆಯನ್ನು ಪಡೆಯಲು ಅರ್ಹರಿರುವುದಿಲ್ಲ. 8. ಈಗಾಗಲೇ ಸೇವೆಯಲ್ಲಿದ್ದು ಅರ್ಜಿ ಸಲ್ಲಿಸಿರುವಂತಹ ಅಭ್ಯರ್ಥಿಗಳು ಸಂಬಂಧಪಟ್ಟ ಇಲಾಖಾ ಮುಖ್ಯಸ್ಥರ ಮೂಲಕ ಅರ್ಜಿ ಸಲ್ಲಿಸಿದ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ಹಾಗೂ ಈ ರೀತಿ ಅರ್ಜಿ ಸಲ್ಲಿಸುವಾಗ ನಿಯಮಾವಳಿಗಳನ್ನು ಉಲ್ಲಂಘಿಸಿ ಸಲ್ಲಿಸಿರುವುದಿಲ್ಲವೆಂಬ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ಪ್ರಮಾಣ ಪತ್ರವನ್ನು ಸಲ್ಲಿಸತಕ್ಕದ್ದು. 9. ಮೇಲ್ಕಂಡ ಅಭ್ಯರ್ಥಿಗಳು ಸೇವಾ ಪ್ರತಿಜ್ಞಾವಿಧಿ ಸ್ವೀಕರಿಸತಕ್ಕದ್ದು ಮತ್ತು ಬಹುಪತ್ನಿತ್ವವನ್ನು / ಬಹುಪತಿತ್ವವನ್ನು ಹೊಂದಿಲ್ಲದಿರುವ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ಸ್ವಯಂಘೋಷಣೆ ಮಾಡತಕ್ಕದ್ದು.
10. ಇತ್ತೀಚಿನ 2 ಪಾಸ್ಪೋರ್ಟ್ ಅಳತೆಯ ಭಾವ ಚಿತ್ರಗಳು ಮತ್ತು ವಿವಾಹಿತರಾಗಿದ್ದಲ್ಲಿ ಪತಿ ಪತ್ನಿಯ ಜಂಟಿ ಭಾವಚಿತ್ರವನ್ನು (ಸ್ಟುಡಿಯೋದಲ್ಲಿ ತೆಗೆಸಿರುವ) ಕರ್ತವ್ಯಕ್ಕೆ ಹಾಜರಾಗುವ ಸಂದರ್ಭದಲ್ಲಿ ಹಾಜರು ಪಡಿಸತಕ್ಕದ್ದು.
11. ಈ ನೇಮಕಾತಿಯು ಅಭ್ಯರ್ಥಿಗಳ ಜನ್ಮ ದಿನಾಂಕಕ್ಕೆ ಸಂಬಂಧಿಸಿದ ಹಾಗೂ ಸ್ನಾತಕೋತ್ತರ ಪದವಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಉತ್ತೀರ್ಣರಾಗಿರುವ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ಸ್ನಾತಕೋತ್ತರ ಪದವಿ ಪ್ರಮಾಣ ಪತ್ರ ಹಾಗೂ ಎಸ್.ಎಸ್.ಎಲ್.ಸಿ. / ತತ್ಸಮಾನ ಪ್ರಮಾಣ ಪತ್ರಗಳನ್ನು ಸಂಬಂಧಪಟ್ಟ ಪ್ರಾಧಿಕಾರಗಳಿಂದ ದೃಡೀಕರಿಸಿಕೊಳ್ಳುವ ಷರತ್ತಿಗೊಳಪಟ್ಟಿರುತ್ತದೆ.
12. ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ ಸರ್ಕಾರಿ ನೌಕರರ (ಜೇಷ್ಟತಾ) ನಿಯಮಗಳು, 1957ರ ನಿಯಮ 5(2)ರನ್ವಯ ಆಯ್ಕೆ ಪಟ್ಟಿಯಲ್ಲಿರುವಂತೆ ಜೇಷ್ಟತಾ ಕ್ರಮಾಂಕವನ್ನು ನಿಗದಿಪಡಿಸಲಾಗುವುದು.
13. ಈ ಅಭ್ಯರ್ಥಿಗಳು ನೀಡಿರುವ ಅಥವಾ ನೀಡುವ ಯಾವುದೇ ಮಾಹಿತಿಯು ಯಾವುದೇ ಸಮಯದಲ್ಲಿ ತಪ್ಪು ಎಂದು ಕಂಡು ಬಂದಲ್ಲಿ ತಕ್ಷಣದಿಂದಲೆ, ಅಂತಹವರನ್ನು ಸೇವೆಯಿಂದ ತೆಗೆದುಹಾಕಲು ಕ್ರಮ ಕೈಗೊಳ್ಳಲಾಗುವುದು.
14. ಈ ಅಭ್ಯರ್ಥಿಗಳು ಸಲ್ಲಿಸಿರುವ ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಹತೆ / ಜನ್ಮ ದಿನಾಂಕಗಳ ಮೂಲ ಪ್ರಮಾಣ ಪತ್ರಗಳು ಸರಿ ಇವೆ ಎಂದು ಅಭ್ಯರ್ಥಿಗಳಿಂದ ಶಪಥ ಪತ್ರ (AFFIDAVIT) ಕರ್ತವ್ಯಕ್ಕೆ ಹಾಜರಾಗುವಾಗ ನಿಗಧಿತ ನಮೂನೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಸಲ್ಲಿಸತಕ್ಕದ್ದು.
15. ಕರ್ತವ್ಯಕ್ಕೆ ಹಾಜರಾಗುವ ಸಂದರ್ಭದಲ್ಲಿ ಜಿಲ್ಲಾ ಸರ್ಜನ್ ಅಥವಾ ಅವರಿಗಿಂತ ಕಡಿಮೆ ದರ್ಜೆಯವರಲ್ಲದ ವೈದ್ಯಾಧಿಕಾರಿಗಳಿಂದ ವೈದ್ಯಕೀಯ ಪ್ರಮಾಣ ಪತ್ರ ಪಡೆದು ಸಲ್ಲಿಸತಕ್ಕದ್ದು.
16. ಸರ್ಕಾರದ ಅಧಿಸೂಚನೆ ಸಂಖ್ಯೆ: ಸಿಆಸುಇ 154 ಎಸ್ಸಿಆರ್ 2014, ದಿ:27-04-2015 ರನ್ವಯ ಅಭ್ಯರ್ಥಿಯು ಕಂಪ್ಯೂಟರ್ ಸಾಕ್ಷರತಾ ಪರೀಕ್ಷೆಯನ್ನು ನಿಗಧಿತ ಅವಧಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಪಾಸು ಮಾಡತಕ್ಕದ್ದು.
೧೮೬ ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ ರಾಜ್ಯಪತ್ರ, ಗುರುವಾರ, ಜೂನ್ ೭, ೨೦೧೮ ಭಾಗ ೨17. ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ ನಾಗರಿಕ ಸೇವಾ (ನಡತೆ) ನಿಯಮಗಳು, 1966 ರಲ್ಲಿನ ನಿಯಮ-28 ರೀತ್ಯ ಹಾಗೂ ವಿಧಿಸಿರುವ ಷರತ್ತುಗಳಿಗೆ ಬದ್ಧರಾಗಿರುವ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ಪ್ರಮಾಣ ಪತ್ರವನ್ನು ಹಾಗೂ ಇಬ್ಬರು ಗಣ್ಯ ವ್ಯಕ್ತಿಗಳಿಂದ ಗುಣ ಮತ್ತು ನಡತೆಯ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ಪ್ರಮಾಣ ಪತ್ರವನ್ನು ಕರ್ತವ್ಯಕ್ಕೆ ಹಾಜರಾಗುವ ಸಂದರ್ಭದಲ್ಲಿ ಸಲ್ಲಿಸುವುದು.
18. ಅಭ್ಯರ್ಥಿ ಹಾಜರು ಪಡಿಸಿರುವ ಎಲ್ಲಾ ಅಂಕಪಟ್ಟಿಗಳು ಹಾಗೂ ಇತರೆ ದಾಖಲೆಗಳು ನಕಲಿ ಎಂದು ಕಂಡುಬಂದಲ್ಲಿ ಹಾಗೂ ಅಭ್ಯರ್ಥಿಯು ನೀಡಿರುವ ಮಾಹಿತಿ ಸುಳ್ಳು / ತಪ್ಪು ಎಂದು ಕಂಡು ಬಂದ ಸಂದರ್ಭದಲ್ಲಿ ಅಭ್ಯರ್ಥಿಗಳ ವಿರುದ್ಧ ನಿಯಮಾನುಸಾರ ಕಾನೂನು ಪ್ರಕಾರ ಕ್ರಮ ಕೈಗೊಳ್ಳಲಾಗುವುದಲ್ಲದೇ ನೇಮಕಾತಿ ಆದೇಶವನ್ನು ರದ್ದುಪಡಿಸಲಾಗುವುದು.
19. ಅಭ್ಯರ್ಥಿಯು ಇಲಾಖಾ ವತಿಯಿಂದ ನಿಯೋಜಿಸುವ ತರಬೇತಿಗೆ ಕಡ್ಡಾಯವಾಗಿ ಹಾಜರಾಗತಕ್ಕದ್ದು. ತರಬೇತಿಗೆ ಗೈರು ಹಾಜರಾದಲ್ಲಿ ಅಶಿಸ್ತು ಎಂದು ಪರಿಗಣಿಸಿ, ನಿಯಮಾನುಸಾರ ಕ್ರಮ ಕೈಗೊಳ್ಳಲಾಗುವುದು.
20. ಈ ನೇಮಕಾತಿ ಆದೇಶವನ್ನು ನೋಂದಾಯಿತ ಅಂಚೆ ಮೂಲಕ ರವಾನಿಸಿದ ದಿನಾಂಕದಿಂದ 15 ದಿನಗಳೊಳಗಾಗಿ ಅಭ್ಯರ್ಥಿಗಳು ಸರ್ಕಾರದ ಪ್ರಧಾನ ಕಾರ್ಯದರ್ಶಿ, ಮಹಿಳೆಯರ ಮತ್ತು ಮಕ್ಕಳ ಅಭಿವೃದ್ಧಿ ಹಾಗೂ ವಿಕಲಚೇತನರ ಮತ್ತು ಹಿರಿಯ ನಾಗರಿಕರ ಸಬಲೀಕರಣ ಇಲಾಖೆ, 1ನೇ ಮಹಡಿ, 3ನೇ ಹಂತ, ಬಹುಮಹಡಿ ಕಟ್ಟಡ, ಬೆಂಗಳೂರು ಇವರಲ್ಲಿ ಕರ್ತವ್ಯಕ್ಕೆ ವರದಿ ಮಾಡಿಕೊಳ್ಳತಕ್ಕದ್ದು, ಇದ್ದಕ್ಕೆ ತಪ್ಪಿದ್ದಲ್ಲಿ ಅಭ್ಯರ್ಥಿಯ ನೇಮಕಾತಿಯು ರದ್ದಾಗುವುದು.
